Axis bank forex card work is worst and worst. I withdraw 4000aed (72000inr) from dubai's atm but I didn't get the money from atm but amount was deducted from my account. 15 days already I waited to return back my amount.
This amount is very big for me i am student here i want to pay my fees from that amount. but axis bank customer care asking me to wait more 50-60 days. I will never use axis bank forex travel card. This is fully waste.

    I beg respectfully to state that, my name is Sumit Guha, I have an account at Axis Bank and my customer id is[protected]. Last Saturday I was transferred 7300/- to my Federal Bank account thru online. Strangely this amount was not transferred and the amount was reduced from my account. When I try to connect customer care executive they give me several reason, and confirmed my that this amount will be refunded to my axis bank account within two days. Still now I am not getting this amount. I also complaint via email to the bank. Yet not getting any reply from them.

        Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman working for Banerasoft, Bangalore and work out of Hyderabad. Even though I have sent the necessary documents and the acknowledgement card duly signed by me about 1 month ago in Sep. 2015 to Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda for activating my salary account, he has not only denying the non-receipt of the acknowledgment card and not even have kept me informed about the same till I escalated the same to the Nodal Officer on Oct. 11, 2015. Mr. Ashok Sunar who said was the Nodal Office called me on Oct. 12, 2015 and took Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda (from Banaglore) also on the conf. call and started questioning me as if he was trying to boss over me/ working under him without trying to find a solution or checking with Mr. Santhosh Kumar about the issue that I had raised. Mr. Ashok Sunar was rude in his behavior and had wasted my time and made me to feel as if I work for him even though I am the customer and trying to avoid the actual issue that I had raised and even allowed Mr. Santhosh to talk very rudely with me. Even though I had mentioned that I have sent all the necessary documents including the acknowledgement card duly signed by me after I was informed that I was supposed to have sent it and even received that it has been delivered to Mr. Santhosh, he has denied receipt of the same. Mr. Ashok Sumar being a nodal officer who is supposed to have resolved the issue has not only been rude but also stated when I asked him as to why he was trying to behavior with me as if I work for him, and that I would escalate the same to the next level, he said rudely stating that I can escalate it to anyone and that no action can be initiated against him by ANYONE, even the senior most management, which is really a shocking and harassment kind of statement that a customer can hear from a senior manager (Nodal Officer). I feel that it is a harassment, ill-treatment, mental torture that is being carried by both these people on me instead of finding a solution to my issue. Also, I feel that the singed in documents and other personal info. including my signature, PAN card number, and other details are being misused by Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda as he has not even called or informed me about the receipt of these documents for 1 month now till I raised a complaint against him with the Nodal Officer. It is so unfortunate that even the Nodal Officer seems to be supporting Mr. SanthoshKumar and then why do you have the escalation details in place published. The nodal officer has also gone to the extent of sending me just an email stating that he has asked Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda would look into this matter and do the follow-up and it is so surprising that the person against whom I have given a complaint is going to investigate the issue raised against him.           I hold an account in Axis Bank for the past 5months. On 7th Oct when I tried to withdraw the money, I got to know that my account has been debit freeze without any notification. I have been following up with them for past 2 days and have been promised to get it solved in 3-4 hours. The problem is still not solved and now they are syaing that the problem can only be solved by Oct 14, 2015. This is disgusting customer service from the bank. Details are in the attachment signed by the Bank Manager.

          I haven't heard anything back from Axis Bank regarding the issue. Though the Bank reactivated the account after 5 days which created a lot of issues. I need to know how to resolve it permanently as I don't trust Axis Bank any more.

          I also want a compensation for the 5 days delay and harassment I have gone through without any fault of mine.

            I have apply a ppf a/c in axis bank on[protected] & axis bank debit 1000 rupee in my a/c according to my requist. But till date not issue my ppf a/c nubmer by axis bank.I have 3 time approch the branch but not saticfactory reply by bank. Bank employee tell him that your amount is routing ppf a/c deposit, but he is not telling me my ppf a/c number.

              Dear Sir, im using axis bank credit card (my wings). and my credit card no is: [protected] valid date: 08/17 28.07.15 i was purchased in super market and the purchased amount of Rs. 2627.00 and i received balance available credit limit msg from axis bank ( image attached) and the balance credit limit amount of Rs. 2804.96. after that i used amount of (1000+249+1444.8) (image attached) = Rs. 2393.8. 03.10.15 i saw my statement in my mobile app. its shows over limit fees amount of 500+70(tax). i dont know why this confusions happened. why should i pay this amount. ill not pay single rupees with our get solution. regards, B.                 This is in reference to one of the incorrect transaction on My Axis Bank CC [protected]. Highlighted in Yellow. I had ordered an Xolo black Phone on Flip kart on EMI Options. Later I cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from the Flip kart that the same and also reflected in my Axis bank credit card statement on 26/08/2015, see attached file. But also started EMI against the return materials. I have made multiple call to talk to your Support Team for assistance. They always say to call after for technical reasons...

                  I have submitted online application form for Axis NRE account opening on bank website. Everything was done from my side, I have submitted all the documents but no response from bank. I have tried different methods of contacting branch customer care, email, bank direct contact but no luck. I am waiting to open account from last two months. Whenever I call customer care they say sir please wait for another day you will get a call. Pathetic experience about Axis bank. I would not recommand Axis bank. Worst Bank Worst Customer service rather no customer service

                    This is in reference to one of the incorrect transaction on My Axis Bank CC [protected]. Highlighted in Yellow.
                    I had ordered an IPhone on EBay on EMI Options. Later I cancelled the order. I got a confirmation from the EBay that the same will be reflected in my account in couple of day, see attached html file.
                    However the same is reflected on my CC.

                    I have made multiple call to talk to your Support Team for assistance. But there is no Positive reply from there. They always say to call after 3-4 days for technical reasons.

                      I have SB account at your jodhpur branch and is being charged annual fee towards the service of providing transaction alerts on my mobile through SMS. lately no such service is provided though transaction of large amount of money in my account. i am a priority customer. i contacted relationship manager at your branch and he advised me to put complain at customer.[protected]@axis bank.com for redressal of the complaint.

                        I am using axis bank credit card from last 4 year and i am corporate customer of axis bank. I am writing here for poor service of axis bank on behalf of credit card.

                        I am writing this email regarding rate of Interest bank has charges on my payment of 8842.54 as this amount is due amount of my credit card.

                        As per rule if a customer pay mini amount of credit card before due date then bank will charge 3.25% interest on total amount.

                        My case is like that:-

                        Total Amount is-8842.54
                        mini amount:-1475
                        due date:[protected]
                        minimum amount paid date[protected]

                        Bank has charged debit interest 600.35 from me .
                        As per rule 3.25 % of 8842.54-287

                        Explain all this otherwise refund i will not not pay any amount.


                        I have write this mail to credit card team but they are responding with general answer by which i am not satisfied.

                        I have call customer care for this they have said to me that i can not provide you any details solution to your query you have to write to credit card team.


                        I ask him if a person is using credit card have not that much educated to write a application to credit team then whats the solution will bank provide.

                        they straight forward speak to me that sir i can not provide any solution from here you have only writing solution.

                        In that case i realize that axis bank credit card are not for less educated person they are only for fully educated and aware person.


                        After that i write a email but till now i didn't get any solution.

                          Date : 02/10/2015 To, The Axis Bank Ltd, Ring Road Textile Market Branch, Surat-395002 Respected Sir, I had a Locker with Textile Market, Ring Road Branch, Surat-395002. My Locker No-is 53 in the name of SHAILESHKUMAR DHOOT. For the year 2015-16 Bank has debited the Locker rent of Rs. 3000/- + 14% Service Tax on Dt. 17/06/2015. i.e. Total amount of Rs. 3420/- I had surrender this locker in the month of July-2015, the Surrender procedure is done by MR. Sanjay Malival (DM, Textile Market Branch) and he told me that the remaining month amount will be refunded by bank and it will be credited in 7-10 days in your account i, e. Rs. 2000+ Service Tax is Total 2280/-. On[protected] Bank has credited the amount of Rs. 2000/- as an locker surrender amount, but this amount is only the principal amount and Service Tax amount is not refunded. Inspite of my several reminder to the base branch or Mr. Sanjay Malival for refunding the Tax amount they are now not responding me properly. I had also done the online complain to the HO of Axis Branch. My complain no. is as follows : 1st online complain: 17306472 2nd online complain: 10928257 Every time i talk to the bank they send one complain no. to me but still i am not getting the proper solution to the issue. On the base branch when i talk to Mr. Sanjay Malival he told me i have given the reply to the mail and again he told me I give you the money from my Pocket for this nominal amount, "IS THIS THE CORRECT WAY TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMER". The way he is talking is not good. After waiting for more than 60 days i am not getting the proper response from the bank. For this nominal amount of Rs. 280/- still i have to how much time please tell me. Thanking You, Your’s Faithfully Shailesh Dhoot Enclosed : Bank Statement for JUNE and AUG-15 for Locker amount deducted and Refund.

                              Hi, I have an housing loan with Axis bank started from 2012. I got the loan for amount 1750000, and i have been paying the emi for the whole amount right from the begining. When the final disturbarment request they said the emi will increase by 3000 from what i am paying already. Hence i have made the final disbursment on my own, and then i got a call from bank saying they made a mistake and acknowledge i have being paying emi for the whole amount. And they will adjust this 102436 i have paid on my own and reduce the emi. But now i got an email the emi will increase by 1500 rupees. I have spoke with a bank assigned executive Siva Sakthi and she is not able to resolve the query and not responding well. I am totally fed up with the customer support and the response they are providing even after reaching out to nodal officer & PRO contacts but no response. If anyone wannts to have any connections with AXIS especially in loand please think 10000 time and be ready for a heart attack on their worst support Loan Account#PHR[protected] Latest Complaint#N[protected] Best Regards, Bharani

                                Please see the mail i have send them all details are there..Please help me Dear Sir This is something very important i intend to bring in notice of the bank . I have been using the axis credit card since 2012 .And from the date it was been sanctioned to me till January 2015 there was no delay in my card account .In fact my credit portfolio was so good that i even received a credit limit enhancement and upgrade and extra credit bonuses too. But in January 2015 due to sudden shift in my spouse work location, I had to move abroad and that time i was out of my job and we were still settling here but was not fully financially competent. On various occasions, I tried contacting your customer services and if you check your records you will see the mails i have sent after coming here itself that time there was no other mode of communications .I didn't had any executive contact number or email id by which i could contact them and also there were no replies to the mails i have sent across. I am very sorry to say this is really a very poor service, I had one other credit card too from a very prominent bank and right from day 1, They have taken my mails seriously assigned me one executive who helped me with respect to my payments and guided me in the best possible manner and not just straight way proved me as a criminal or fraud. There are certain important points i want to bring into your notice : 1. First of all if there was some delay from my side none of your executives tried contacting me Via my registered email id or my number [protected] which was operational for long time even after leaving India. 2.I was always accessible to my emails but there was no mails as far as payments were concerned. 3.They simply waited for 8 months so that unnecessary interest gets accumulated and they earn extra . 4.No one bothered to have a follow up and you can check in your records that no mails were send to me else i would have definitely responded to them, I tried hard to contact them so what was my fault in this only the delay in making payment but no one bothered to check for it . 5.Then all of a sudden your executive Mr Nisar[protected] and also some other mobile numbers:[protected] and numerous others starting calling people who were first of all not my close relatives some random friends etc .The first thing should be they should have mailed me if i would not have responded then they should have taken this step .But without any notice to me they started calling random people and troubling them. 6.If a customer has some duty towards bank rules even a customer has certain rights .As per RBI guidelines they are not supposed to disclose my credit card details or its outstanding to any third party but they provided all these confidential information to whosoever they called up. 7.Finally even after i mailed them messaged them there were no replies to it and when they called me up as i have already stated since I am not in India timings vary so it was night when they called me up which i was not able to answer and they took it as wrongly but i called them up in the morning but they did not reverted. 8.Finally when i spoke to them on September 29th 2015 :They were very rude in their approach, were making personal comments about my financials .And have not left any chances of threatening me that they are putting travel ban on my passport and i would be arrested if i come to India as if i am some big criminal who has run away with crores of your bank rupees and was not even listening to my concern and when i was asking about the above points i have mentioned they were not even listening to it and just kept on talking about their payment.I understand its duty of collection agencies but they should also understand that if there is some delay on payments that does not means every customer is a defaulter. 9.I told them lot many times that i would pay please give me atleast some little time, They did not even understood that I am not in India so it would be bit difficult for me to arrange someone who could go to the bank and deposit funds. 10.But due to the mental trauma i have to convince my relative and get it done, Still your executives were not satisfied and they were calling me at night 1 am here timings.And was also asking for my uncle's number so they could trouble him more. Now please note as they have said my uncle has deposited sum of Rs 30000 towards my axis bank card account and i am attaching the receipt for the same.My card limit was 40000 and i have already paid 30000 for that so kindly please accept it as full settlement and close my account and also send me the written confirmation for the same.As for additional I am not liable its wrong from the bank's part too and also the harassment they have caused to me . I will not pay anything more and i want you to take actions for these executives too who irrespective of first informing me via email etc straightway started troubling other people who just know me but not at all closely related and disclosing my confidential details and there threatening. They have considered me as some criminals and offended me and my family .I am really frustrated and dejected by your services when its time for providing card you people run away and call 100 times but if there is some problem from the customer's end without even understanding the actual cause you just label them as a hardened criminal and give mental trauma. I had full intentions to pay the amount i did not ran away or had nay thought for non payment, Now or then i would have definitely completed the payment but I am not at all sorry to say you have the worst services and executives and in future my time would be good but never ever i would be wiling to keep any banking relationship with your bank . So please close my account and i don't want to see the executives i mentioned above to call me up on my number or mail me . Just please close my card account and send me the confirmation for the same as soon as possible else i will need to complain about it to consumer services and banking ombudsmen. For causing trouble to me and my people and embarrassment caused by them and wrong comments made by them. Please do the needful as early as possible.

Axis bank is the worst service provider their collection agents have troubled me and my family a lot and also violated my confidentiality .I have send mails to grievance readdress nodal officers but nothing is done .                                   I am very sorry to say this is really a very poor service, I had one other credit card too from a very prominent bank and right from day 1, They have taken my mails seriously assigned me one executive who helped me with respect to my payments and guided me in the best possible manner and not just straight way proved me as a criminal or fraud.

                                  There are certain important points i want to bring into your notice :

                                  1. First of all if there was some delay from my side none of your executives tried contacting me Via my registered email id or my number [protected] which was operational for long time even after leaving India.

                                  2.I was always accessible to my emails but there was no mails as far as payments were concerned.

                                  3.They simply waited for 8 months so that unnecessary interest gets accumulated and they earn extra .

                                  4.No one bothered to have a follow up and you can check in your records that no mails were send to me else i would have definitely responded to them, I tried hard to contact them so what was my fault in this only the delay in making payment but no one bothered to check for it .

                                  5.Then all of a sudden your executive Mr Nisar[protected] and also some other mobile numbers:[protected] and numerous others starting calling people who were first of all not my close relatives some random friends etc .The first thing should be they should have mailed me if i would not have responded then they should have taken this step .But without any notice to me they started calling random people and troubling them.

                                  6.If a customer has some duty towards bank rules even a customer has certain rights .As per RBI guidelines they are not supposed to disclose my credit card details or its outstanding to any third party but they provided all these confidential information to whosoever they called up.

                                  7.Finally even after i mailed them messaged them there were no replies to it and when they called me up as i have already stated since I am not in India timings vary so it was night when they called me up which i was not able to answer and they took it as wrongly but i called them up in the morning but they did not reverted.

                                  8.Finally when i spoke to them on September 29th 2015 :They were very rude in their approach, were making personal comments about my financials .And have not left any chances of threatening me that they are putting travel ban on my passport and i would be arrested if i come to India as if i am some big criminal who has run away with crores of your bank rupees and was not even listening to my concern and when i was asking about the above points i have mentioned they were not even listening to it and just kept on talking about their payment.I understand its duty of collection agencies but they should also understand that if there is some delay on payments that does not means every customer is a defaulter.

                                  9.I told them lot many times that i would pay please give me atleast some little time, They did not even understood that I am not in India so it would be bit difficult for me to arrange someone who could go to the bank and deposit funds.

                                  10.But due to the mental trauma i have to convince my relative and get it done, Still your executives were not satisfied and they were calling me at night 1 am here timings.And was also asking for my uncle's number so they could trouble him more.


                                  Now please note as they have said my uncle has deposited sum of Rs 30000 towards my axis bank card account and i am attaching the receipt for the same.My card limit was 40000 and i have already paid 30000 for that so kindly please accept it as full settlement and close my account and also send me the written confirmation for the same.As for additional I am not liable its wrong from the bank's part too and also the harassment they have caused to me .
                                  I will not pay anything more and i want you to take actions for these executives too who irrespective of first informing me via email etc straightway started troubling other people who just know me but not at all closely related and disclosing my confidential details and there threatening.

                                  They have considered me as some criminals and offended me and my family .I am really frustrated and dejected by your services when its time for providing card you people run away and call 100 times but if there is some problem from the customer's end without even understanding the actual cause you just label them as a hardened criminal and give mental trauma.

                                  I had full intentions to pay the amount i did not ran away or had nay thought for non payment, Now or then i would have definitely completed the payment but I am not at all sorry to say you have the worst services and executives and in future my time would be good but never ever i would be wiling to keep any banking relationship with your bank .

                                  So please close my account and i don't want to see the executives i mentioned above to call me up on my number or mail me .

                                  Just please close my card account and send me the confirmation for the same as soon as possible else i will need to complain about it to consumer services and banking ombudsmen.

                                  For causing trouble to me and my people and embarrassment caused by them and wrong comments made by them.

                                  Please do the needful as early as possible.

                                  In spite of everything still they are not closing my card and harassing me .

                                    Mr.Avijjeet from Axis Bank in tachand dutta branch near central avenue came to me and convinced me for savings and current account at my shop and as I was convinced I gave him related documents required but itsbeen a month my current account is not opened after following foralong time he isbeen giving fake promisses.moral of the story was to on just achieve job target.sick bank.sick staff.sick service.

                                      Dear Ms. Sharma My name is RAJ KR BHALLA AND my phone number is : [protected]. For over the last 2-3 years, every month, I get dozens of calls for some payment collection etc. on behalf of your bank from some calls centers in south India. I have explained this at least a few hundred times to them that I have nothing to do with any transactions with your bank. I have further requested to all these callers to take off my phone number from your system for any of these calls. No one has paid any heed to my requests and I still get calls several times every day. I may be out driving, in some important meeting, with some clients or working in a production plant. These calls or growing persistent and number are frequency is increasing. Can a person with no business with your bank supposed to answer thousands of calls over these 3 years? Can you please look into this and get me off these calls. I have nothing to do with your bank and will be relived if no more such calls are made to my number.                                         One of the worst experience for phone banking and there is no correct options to select the bank and unable to update savings and salary account under one account Really one of the worst experience with phone banking and they dont have even an organised servers and they dont even response
