I doesn't have any axis bank credit card but one person called and told he is an advocat from axis bank and I took some money from credit card and now bank is going to take an action (police FIR) on me. Regarding the same I already inform to customer care also. I have a reference no.also, the no. is 17415881....

Hi, The axis bank customer care is so pathetic, in order to connect to an executive they put you on hold for 9-10 minutes, and start some waste recorded offers over and over again. Customer care is supposed to help customers to solve issues, not to create another problem....
