Hi, Reference to my Application ID : 3583169 for personal loan what I have understand is fraud service. After approaching by your representative I have done all the process. It got sanctioned also, after that bank had called me and inform me about sanction of loan through personally and by SMS also. After that very next day I went to axis loan centre and done the further process i.e Agreement sign, stamp duty payment and all....

Its been more then 4 months and I haven't received any kind of paper work from Axis Bank so far, and whenever I try to contact Axis Bank there inst any way to get hold on to loan Dept. Axis bank is doing there profit work through the EMI's whereas the customer is suffering. Please try and look into.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am Yogesh Gautam, my credit card no is [protected]. I have purchase the fuel of my car from Anil fuel service Gautam budha nagar up of amount 2170 rupees. first transaction was failed then again transaction was done as successful. On both transaction my amount was debited. i have called same day for the same to the bank then executive was responded the amount will reverse after 3 days. But after 3 days my amount has been not reverse then again call and send the mail for the same then they are cooperating to me and not reversing my failed transaction amount even i have submitted my failed transaction slip. Please do needful which will favorable for us (bank and Me) Thanks and Regards Yogesh Gautam

      I had INR 1678.55 in my account on 17th October 15, when I wanted to withdraw money on 19th October 15 it said i don't have sufficient funds, when I checked my e-statement it showed INR 1491.23 has been debited because of consolidated Ac charges as well INR 208.77 has been debited as service tax at 14% on charge.But my whole account balance is now INR -2139.22, which means axis bank has debited around INR 3500 from my account without even letting me know. Customer service representative (libin and his support manoj) were not able to provide any justification for the charges whereas manoj hung up the call, I visited the local axis bank branch (Thane east Kopri) they were not able to pull up the charges on their system I waited for 2 hrs but they were not able to fix my problem.           Hi All, I bought two prepaid cards ([protected] limit is 10 thousand rupees, ... [protected] limit is 5 thousand rupee) I am supposed to receive around refund of around 1700 on card ending with 0007 and 4500 on card ending with 0722. I tried to transect 4500 at vijay sales lajpat nagar new delhi through card ending with 0722 it got declined at the merchant however axis bank said the transaction was successful however the transaction got declined in my presence and I have sent all the proofs to axis bank and Gogiftacard support services but neither they answer there phone nor they respond through email. I have sent numerous email and tried to call million times but no response. My money is being kept with axis bank with no reason I have raised complaint with gogiftacard as well complaint number is TF164887. IN the end I have to say such a pathetic service I will never ever deal with axis bank. Please credit the amount back to my account otherwise i will be forced to initiate legal proceedings against your bank. Bharat Singh [protected]

            Hi, I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in Bgumpet Branch, Hyderabad. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account. I am going to close the account asap. I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                Hi, I was in the process of the Home loan with Axis bank, Bank representative misguide me regarding the same. He just took the Processing fee and never mentioned about the Legal documents from the builder and when i asked in case my loan is not approved will my processing fee will get refund, he assured me that the loan fees will get refund. Now when my loan is sanctioned by the bank builder is refusing to provide the necessary documents required by the bank stating that we don't have those documents and when i am asking the loan fees refund he is saying that u will not get it back now.                   i want to inform you that i was cheated by axis bank branch barasia road bhopal he take my signature in axis direct form and provide me wrng information about that his employe Mr. Deelip Yaduvanshi told me in that type of account no charges is cut from my account but still they deduct 1700 rs. from my account . i also comlaind to branch manager Mr. Prabhat Singh and he also not take any action on that untill he told me that why u sign on that and not take any intrest on that.

                    I have emailed to axis bank to provide me full statement of my account and no due certificate. no of emails i sent to credit card department even i called customer service but mostly executive person cut my call or trying to avoid. some time they give very foolish answer.

                    bank was asked me to give some time to resolve concerns. that time limit over but yet date i am not getting my requested document.. and due to that i am facing financial crisis and problem. bank yet not reply me for reason why they are not giving me document.

                    my 1st email to them on 3rd October, 2015. i visited branch office but they don't have any kind of authority regarding credit card issue.

                    kindly request to you help me to resolve my concerns on priority basis. as i need to submit that document somewhere.

                      I write this complain latter regarding poor infrastructure and non maintain atm machine in particularly shaktinath area and shravan chokdi area in bharuch district. There are ac but not a sigle in working condition. As compare to other banks atm is provided batter facilities. So solve this.

                            Tried purchasing an I pad from Apple Store in sfo travel currency card showed decline so tried again showed same result cheeked statement was debited twice called up axis needs an email from Apple Store stating not charged so where do the money go spoke with Apple do not have any transaction on that card as normal banks reverse charges in 4 to 6 hrs if transaction is not done but axis bank is asking an email from Apple And have left sfo and come to india so don't know kindly help to get my money back it's a hard earned money

                              Axis bank forex card work is worst and worst. I withdraw 4000aed (72000inr) from dubai's atm but I didn't get the money from atm but amount was deducted from my account. 15 days already I waited to return back my amount.
                              This amount is very big for me i am student here i want to pay my fees from that amount. but axis bank customer care asking me to wait more 50-60 days. I will never use axis bank forex travel card. This is fully waste.

                                I beg respectfully to state that, my name is Sumit Guha, I have an account at Axis Bank and my customer id is[protected]. Last Saturday I was transferred 7300/- to my Federal Bank account thru online. Strangely this amount was not transferred and the amount was reduced from my account. When I try to connect customer care executive they give me several reason, and confirmed my that this amount will be refunded to my axis bank account within two days. Still now I am not getting this amount. I also complaint via email to the bank. Yet not getting any reply from them.

                                    Hi, My name is Chandrashekar Sethuraman working for Banerasoft, Bangalore and work out of Hyderabad. Even though I have sent the necessary documents and the acknowledgement card duly signed by me about 1 month ago in Sep. 2015 to Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda for activating my salary account, he has not only denying the non-receipt of the acknowledgment card and not even have kept me informed about the same till I escalated the same to the Nodal Officer on Oct. 11, 2015. Mr. Ashok Sunar who said was the Nodal Office called me on Oct. 12, 2015 and took Mr. Santhosh Kumar Panda (from Banaglore) also on the conf. call and started questioning me as if he was trying to boss over me/ working under him without trying to find a solution or checking with Mr. Santhosh Kumar about the issue that I had raised. Mr. Ashok Sunar was rude in his behavior and had wasted my time and made me to feel as if I work for him even though I am the customer and trying to avoid the actual issue that I had raised and even allowed Mr. Santhosh to talk very rudely with me. Even though I had mentioned that I have sent all the necessary documents including the acknowledgement card duly signed by me after I was informed that I was supposed to have sent it and even received that it has been delivered to Mr. Santhosh, he has denied receipt of the same. Mr. Ashok Sumar being a nodal officer who is supposed to have resolved the issue has not only been rude but also stated when I asked him as to why he was trying to behavior with me as if I work for him, and that I would escalate the same to the next level, he said rudely stating that I can escalate it to anyone and that no action can be initiated against him by ANYONE, even the senior most management, which is really a shocking and harassment kind of statement that a customer can hear from a senior manager (Nodal Officer). I feel that it is a harassment, ill-treatment, mental torture that is being carried by both these people on me instead of finding a solution to my issue. Also, I feel that the singed in documents and other personal info. including my signature, PAN card number, and other details are being misused by Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda as he has not even called or informed me about the receipt of these documents for 1 month now till I raised a complaint against him with the Nodal Officer. It is so unfortunate that even the Nodal Officer seems to be supporting Mr. SanthoshKumar and then why do you have the escalation details in place published. The nodal officer has also gone to the extent of sending me just an email stating that he has asked Mr. SanthoshKumar Panda would look into this matter and do the follow-up and it is so surprising that the person against whom I have given a complaint is going to investigate the issue raised against him.                                       I hold an account in Axis Bank for the past 5months. On 7th Oct when I tried to withdraw the money, I got to know that my account has been debit freeze without any notification. I have been following up with them for past 2 days and have been promised to get it solved in 3-4 hours. The problem is still not solved and now they are syaing that the problem can only be solved by Oct 14, 2015. This is disgusting customer service from the bank. Details are in the attachment signed by the Bank Manager.

                                      I haven't heard anything back from Axis Bank regarding the issue. Though the Bank reactivated the account after 5 days which created a lot of issues. I need to know how to resolve it permanently as I don't trust Axis Bank any more.

                                      I also want a compensation for the 5 days delay and harassment I have gone through without any fault of mine.
