    Hi, This is hareesh. 4 months ago, i tried to deposit money 400rs through AXIS BANK Deposit machine to the same bank account. Unfortunately, machine got stuck that day is off for the bank. so i went to the bank after that day and asked axis bank employees. they said money will be automatically credited into your account within 2 days. I waited for two days and again i visited the bank, again they said same thing that money will automatically credited into account, nothing to do with the local bank. I almost visited the bank for more than 50 times for 1 and half month. finally i taken a complaint slip from the bank with bank employee signature. Now i am asking you, how many days will you take to credit my money? 2 ) As i lost some money, i havent for 2 days after that i had suffered from gas trouble along with food poison, i spent more than 8000 for the recovery. who is going to pay this money ?

        Axis Bank has partnered up with the West Bengal SSC for receiving the form amount from applicants who wishes to take the SSC exam, this year. The site mentions that you have to pay at any branch of Axis Bank, and when the candidate went to the nearest Axis bank branch in Rasbehari Avenue - they reverted the candidate to the Charu Market Axis Bank branch. Upon reaching the Charu Market branch, noone was willing to help the candidate or guide the candidate to decide where to pay the amount mentioned on the form by the cash challan brought by the candidate. The fat, weird, cashier -lady - who looked like speaking to the consumers IS GIVING HER LEPROSY, gingerly looked at the form, and casually mentioned - go to Survey Park branch, we cannot assist you here. She even REFUSED to guide the candidate, and said she doesnt know the directions to Survey Park branch when asked, and none of the other people in the office seemed to be fluent in English. It has the WORST consumer - bank employee relationship ever, even SBI is tons better than this. These so-called 'young' employees are unwilling to communicate properly with consumers - why the HELL DID THEY HAVE TO TAKE US THIS JOB IF THEY CANNOT FOR HEAVEN`S SAKE COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE? Very bad experience altogether. I finally paid by SBI, for I was sure, that the AXIS BANK employees wouldve sent me on a roundabout trip around the whole city, for paying that form fee. I know complaining here is of no use, but hey, this needed to be said. Axis bank - you are horrible.

          my name is Meena rathore my a/c number is:-[protected] on 13/06/2015 i went to icici bank ATM when i enter amount to withdraw suddenly electricity went off i waited for 10 min but when electricity came i found that balance has been deducted by not came out from that machine. i withdraw 5000 rs. then i waited for 7 days that if it get reverse in to my ac but that was all in vain it is my hard earned money please look in to the matter i went to your site but didn't find any way to complain so i am doing this from here my mobile number is:-[protected] please look in to this matter and resolve it as quikly as possible

            Hi, I have an axis bank account ([protected]) which is more than 6 years old. Today I have noticed that the account is showing up negative balance of rs 2100. I checked the transactions online but there are no transactions indicating the debit. I called up the Axis bank customer care and they told that axis bank charges rs4 per 1000rs transaction (both credits and debits) which no other bank is charging ( I have account with 5 banks) and that sums upto rs200. I asked about the rest of the information and they said that I need to contact the nearest branch in order to get the details. If customer care cannot get the required information, what is the point in having customer care for axis bank? It will be painful if we have to visit branch every time. I don't understand why these kind of debits are hidden in my statement online. If the debits are legal why Axis bank is not showing it to the customers in the statement? Customer care is not at all useful to the customers.

              Axis bank pallavaram staff is mannerless!
              I have a current account in pallavaram branch axis bank i have this account for more than 7 years i gave my pan card xerox but till now its not activated and i am not getting message alerts too...
              I spoke to customer care axis bank they never took my query and told me to visit branch...6 7 times i visited axis bank pallavaram branch i met anantha narayanan who is not capable for his designation when ever i met he will speak like an illiterate and he knows no manners to answer my query...He will not respond any1 and he behave like an ias doing favour for us he never ever botherd(1s i recorded his behaviour in my mobile can sent to head office if needed)to update my pan and he insit me to call customer care...And customer care will tell me to visit branch...Even an un reputed banks doing job properly i wasted my 7 years transaction in this branch i am so fed up...

                I'm Irfan Shaikh, my account is in Tardeo, Mumbai. I visited bank on 16 June for replacing debit card which was not working, I had been given insta card and again taken back as there was some technical difficulty, which I was told will be solved soon and I will get a call back. The call never came, I kept on calling the branch I was assured that I will be solved soon which never happened.On 20 June I called the branch when I was told that I have to submit my documents personally as the technical problem was not solved yet, and its not possible to issue insta card so after submitting documents the card will come to my address in a week. I was told that I can come by 2-3 pm, when I went to bank the bank was closed n I was informed that everyone left. I am your customer since 3 years, this is the worst service a customer can get. I want to know that what happened on solving the technical problem? Does it take more than 4 days to solve this for a major bank like Axis? Is the behavior like this right?

                    Dear sir/madam my name is Dr.Ajaaz khan and I am from Jalgaon district Maharashtra I had submitted my documents in Dhule district Axis Bank branch on 5June 2015 and the bank executive told me that they would confirm my proposal in their Nasik head office and inform me the approval or disapproval within 2working days but then they said that their system is lock from the head office and it will start till evening on 7th June and saying this that today also the system is not open they actually passed 9days then on 15th of June the bank executive namely Ganesh kadam called me and asked me for two references as he forgot to take it from me so I have him the name address and phone numbers of 3 references then he said that today he is sending my documents for verification to their Nashik branch and after their confirmation he would login my file and he said that he would let me know till evening of 15th but he didn't called me then next morning on 16th June he called me and said that due to some mismatch in my name he got some query from Nashik office so I gave him scanned copy of my passport front and last page then he said ok again he sent that documents to Nashik office and told me to confirm till evening on 16th june so he called me and again said there is some query regarding some property or house tax receipt or Gas passbook mentioning my name on it but I nothing such documents by my name so I gave him scanned copy of our house tax receipt of my father's name as I live in a joint family so he said ok then he said that now he will let me know the confirmation tomorrow morning that means on 17th so I kept waiting for his call but he didn't called me so I called him in the afternoon at 3.30pm and he gave me the shocking confirmation that due to reason of name scratching in my father's name on the house tax receipt as it was done by the government employee working in the municipality he told me that your file got rejected due to that only reason and he returned my documents to the car dealer if you are assuring the customer while taking his file that they would 100% guarantee that his loan will get approved and after submitting all the necessary documents and making a time pass of 15days if you are taking out queries and finally returning the loan file in rejected manner what effect it would create on the clients or customers mind do you have any single idea about that if you are giving surity that your loan would get approved on the basis of your submitted documents and keeping it for 10days and returning it back what is there the customer can do can you explain me this I am very much disappointed with this kind of banking service there might be lots of people suffering with such mental and physical harassment kindly take some strict and suitable action against this issue I hope so

                      Hi There, I have visited Axis bank (IMT, Manesar, Gurgaon- 122050) today, to deposit some cash. I need to wait for 30 minutes, As there was no one available at three of Cash counter, and when I asked the same to branch manager. He told me that he can not do anything in it, As they are running out of staff in that branch. I seriously request AXIS bank to check the same. As it will create bad impact on the end users.

                          I m leaving in Adipur - kutch - Gujarat . there is only one ATM in d city and from last more than one year the condition of ATM is worat . 4 machines are there BT only one or two are working and. Ac us not working so ATM is always open and d most of d time thete ia no security guard . the ATM is so dirty and d machines are in worst condition.

                            Name : Vinay Sharma Cust ID :[protected] Complaint no. : 15690967 I am very disappointed because this is the second time I need to face the pathetic customer service from axis bank. I called yesterday and informed clearly to customer service person that I am not able to login to my online account and informed that I am getting an error which says invalid ID even though I tried to change the password through forgot password option, however your executive said we can’t do anything and need to raise a complaint for the same and advised me that I’ll get the update in one working day wherein I didn’t get any update from axis bank so I called to your customer service and executive said now I need to send the screenshot of the error. PFA and I would strongly like say that I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER because the previous executive could have asked me for the screenshot yesterday but he didn’t ask me for the same. I had sent the above mail on 16th june after speaking to the executive again yesterday because I didn't get any reply from anyone in axisbank and who advised me to send screenshot, however I recevied an Email from Jawaz Sayyed (Customer Service - Liabilities) who mentioned that its up and running again just log on to www.axisbank.com I tried again but its still the same so reply back to Jawaz taht its not working but again havn't got any reply for the same. I am going to take it lot further.

                              Dear Sir / Madam, Today I had been to Axis Bank, Dunlop branch, Kolkata to deposit a cheque (No. 072362) amount Rs. 150000 in the account of Mr Palash Kundu Axis Bank A/c. no. [protected]. At the time of depositing the cheque, I asked your official to stamp and sign the counterfoil of my deposit slip, in order to acknowledge the receipt. However, your official only stamped the counterfoil and said Axis Bank does not have the practice of signing the counterfoil. A camera is placed on the deposit box and everything is recorded there. Again I requested the official to sign the counterfoil and he refused, behaving very badly. Now my question is, if there is a rule in Axis Bank, not to acknowledge the deposit of cheque/ draft etc, by stamping and signing on the counterfoil of the deposit slip, if they misplace my cheque, what recourse do I have?                                 Respected Authority, i have done one transaction through credit card on internet the details are: [protected] SNAPDEAL COM I NR 27444 .00 27444.00 Dr on the same dates this site and axis bank collaborative offers cash back of 10% on axis bank credit cards and debit cards . which is not yet credited ! please look into this Credit Card Number 5245XXXXXXXX9190 Cardholder Name MR VAIBHAV KOREA worst thing is that they asked for valid proof of transaction and cash back offer, which was also provided by me and from last three months i am following them on mails they issued me service request number is 14800666. and assure me that cash back money will be deposited in account but nothing has been done the officer name is : Yunus shaikh Customer Service – Cards Axis Bank Also no body is listing to me and taking it seriously i have mailed the issue to : [protected]@axisbank.com, nodal.[protected]@axisbank.com, customer.[protected]@axisbank.com, [protected]@axisbank.com no satisfactory reply is their pls look into

                                  sir axis bank change my a/c without confirmation priority to saving.while i open priority a/c with zero balance and no any a/c maintaining charge.but today he say u maintain a/c with 200000. this bank not trust-able there Representative not trust full. they use false wording.
