This is Arun Kumar from Chennai. I feel that writing mail to Axis bank was not fruitful (ultimatele waste of time) since they either say false information or never respond to the customer complaints. I didn't see any response and accountability from Axis Bank. I have availed a home loan from axis bank. Initially they told that a world class excellent service would be provided to me but now I could feel that they provide one of the worst service in the banking industry. I have also availed home loan from other banks like IDBI, ICICI but it was good. Once the customer has availed their product, they do charge higher rate of interest and they do not inform any schemes which was benefit to the existing customers. But these facilities are provided to new customer and after some point of time, these new customers were penalized. Eg: Higher rate of interest was charged for my housing loan account 10.65%. When I inquire Housing loan division about a new scheme provided to my friend new customer (10.15%). It was informed that some fees need to be paid by me for availing this 10.15% benefit but it can be communicated thru phone and writing. When it gets escalated it was informed that rate of interest is 10.35% but as per records all interest calculation were done @ 10.65% only. Regards, Arun Kumar

      I have paid two electricity bills payment dt. 02.1.15 for rs. 6915 & 500 /- (total rs. 7415)As per commitment by Axis bank credit card customer executive (Mehul rawal & kedar parmar) 5% cash back in utility bills & fuel with limit of Rs. 1000 /- in calender year.         Hi This is to inform that I have payed my payment on 5th january by means of cheque, for the credit card billl (And have counter file proof with dated seal from the bank). But the bank has delayed the cheque clearance by 10 days and it has been cleared on 15th january, even though I notified the same delay to the call-centre and to the bank officials over the delayed cheque clearance. Yet a fine of Rs:4364.61/-(Including late fee and debit interest) has been imposed over the subsequent bill. Kindly refer the same and respond as soon as possible.           i have a salary a/c with axis bank tamluk branch. one woman said one credit card is being allocated to you from h/o. but i was disagreed to take this card due to annual service charge. Then she convinced me that if you pay any lici premium through this myzone card then you can get 5% discount. But i come to know that she cheated me.So i want to know from the axis bank management is this the modus-operandy of marketing.               i got call from cvbuzzonline.com that you got shortlisted for axis, hdfc and icici bank. please open this site and then pay 1750 rupees. and further they asked me to pay amount for resume and all. i dont whether they will call me for interview or not.

                My loan amount disbursed on 23rd JAN 2015, and they took a processing fee of 15k, I agree its valid, but During loan processing I was informed that My EMI will start from 3rd March 2015, but i have received the hard copy notifying the start date as 5th FEB, I was confused and approached AXIS, they couldnt justify a proper reason.

                Worst thing I havent even a got a welcome call to explain the procedure and policy, purposefully they are dealing via loan brokers and once we are in trap, loan brokers are showing their a**.

                Now I regert for having relation ship with axis bank, anyways i need to thank god for this learning experaince, and to avoid this unethical culprits.

                  I have taken Axis bank miles & more world credit card([protected]) and while joining I was being told there is no joining fee but when the first statement generated I have been charged a joining fee of 1750 + taxes. This is against integrity and I have raised multiple complaint's no resolution recieved and moreover the selling agent calls me before I got my card cancelled please take the card you only have to pay 1750 which 50% of the card fee. I am already holding 2 platinum card with zero joining fee and had no issue with them. First time I have taken axis bank credit card and I as a customer have got the worst service and will urge everyone in my company and family that no one should use axis bank credit card. I have raised 4 ticket 12712282, 12984332, 13187266, 13269429. My contact#[protected]

                          I have lost my debit card last month. I block the debit card on same day and request to providing new debit card to customer care and know 1 month after they logged my four complaints and giving again and again complaint numbers...and till dated i not getted my debit card.

                                I Bijay De opened A/c No:[protected] with Axis Bank on reqest of Mr.Pranab. He Comitted me that he will deliver every thing in my office. I not need to go home for collecting it. But the fellow not even picks phone or even if he picks says today he will come and never comes. I opend my A/c in May 2014. Still not operated it. I have no idea wher is my Debit Card. Phone no: of MR Pranab the Cheater is [protected]. Please i want that fellow to give me my debit card immediately.

                                    I recently had a very pathetic experience with Axis bank credit card. Normally in every sale, you'll see that Axis bank offers an additional cashback. But it never actually gets credited to you card account. I did a transaction on Oct 26th, 2014 on my axis card with Hypercity:[protected] HYPERCITY RETAIL (INDI INR 13298.00 13298.00 Dr I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs. 500 but till date I'm struggling with Axis bank customer care team. The call center guys will tell you that they are going to forward the complain to the concerned team. The email support team will ask for 1 working day/5 working days/ 2 working days and whatever they feel like but forget abut the cashback. 12936449 is one of the complain numbers with them. If by mistake anyone from axis credit card team looks at it, can fetch more details. Sincere advise to everyone, the additional cashback will never get credited from axis bank. It's just a gimmick.

                                      I have applied for Axis Bank power home loan (Axis Bank Ltd, Loan Centre, 4th floor, Shivalik-Ishan, Near C.N.Vidayalaya, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad - 380006). I fulfill all their financial criteria and hence they have approved me loan amount Rs. 20 Lakh. However from the very start I was very clear to the sales person Mr. Kavi Dave (Asst. Manager) that I want 30 years duration home loan.
                                      He did not say a single word to me at the time when I got my dad as my co-applicant. But when I got sanction letter of the loan amount 20 Lakh but with only 19 years of the tenure I was very surprised and asked him the reason.
                                      He is now telling me that his junior forgot to tell me that because of my dad’s(co-applicant) age which is 61, I won’t get 30 years tenure.

                                      I am very much frustrated because he himself was present at the time of document collection and neither he nor his team member informed me that I won’t be eligible for 30 years loan tenure which was my preferred choice. They won’t tell me or even given me a hint about it.

                                      Now my processing fee has been eaten up by the bank and they are telling me to re-apply with some other co-applicant if I want 30 years tenure for the loan which is very un-professional because they want me to pay for their mistake.

                                      In case I re-apply I lose my processing fee, legal fee and interest of the money related to token amount (which I gave to the seller), legal fee of the token amount’s contract and the time which will be consumed for such process.

                                      I am tired now, chasing their marketing specialist who forgets you after you give them processing fee cheque and misguide you miserably in the process.

                                      I strongly advice everyone to not go for Axis Bank home loan. I am also planning to reject their sanction letter for 19 years which was given by me by the way of cheating.

Representative delayed everyday she will say will call back but no reply. Finally she said you can give your details once more. Bank Manager Axis bank- Mob no-[protected] Representative Axis bank-Phalguni -[protected] They harassed a lot and delayed more, wasted more time.They are casual.no serious about their work and costumers.
