My name is Navneet Dixit Employee of INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED(204726) having Salary A/C no.012572 in Gurgaon branch.Last month when my salary has been credited in full but your bank deducted 69 rupees without any reason but I was not complaint against that because I thought that there is some charges but my collegues got it in full. In this month today I got my salary but this time your bank has been debited 613 rupees without any reason.Is this right?I want full specification regarding this that why are you debited my salary without any reason.this is totally fraud & mismanagement of your bank.     I recently had a very pathetic experience with Axis bank credit card. Normally in every sale, you'll see that Axis bank offers an additional cashback. But it never actually gets credited to you card account. I did a transaction on Oct 26th, 2014 on my axis card with Hypercity:[protected] HYPERCITY RETAIL (INDI INR 13298.00 13298.00 Dr I was supposed to get a cashback of Rs. 500 but till date I'm struggling with Axis bank customer care team. The call center guys will tell you that they are going to forward the complain to the concerned team. The email support team will ask for 1 working day/5 working days/ 2 working days and whatever they feel like but forget abut the cashback. 12936449 is one of the complain numbers with them. If by mistake anyone from axis credit card team looks at it, can fetch more details. Sincere advise to everyone, the additional cashback will never get credited from axis bank. It's just a gimmick.

      I have applied for Axis Bank power home loan (Axis Bank Ltd, Loan Centre, 4th floor, Shivalik-Ishan, Near C.N.Vidayalaya, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad - 380006). I fulfill all their financial criteria and hence they have approved me loan amount Rs. 20 Lakh. However from the very start I was very clear to the sales person Mr. Kavi Dave (Asst. Manager) that I want 30 years duration home loan.
      He did not say a single word to me at the time when I got my dad as my co-applicant. But when I got sanction letter of the loan amount 20 Lakh but with only 19 years of the tenure I was very surprised and asked him the reason.
      He is now telling me that his junior forgot to tell me that because of my dad’s(co-applicant) age which is 61, I won’t get 30 years tenure.

      I am very much frustrated because he himself was present at the time of document collection and neither he nor his team member informed me that I won’t be eligible for 30 years loan tenure which was my preferred choice. They won’t tell me or even given me a hint about it.

      Now my processing fee has been eaten up by the bank and they are telling me to re-apply with some other co-applicant if I want 30 years tenure for the loan which is very un-professional because they want me to pay for their mistake.

      In case I re-apply I lose my processing fee, legal fee and interest of the money related to token amount (which I gave to the seller), legal fee of the token amount’s contract and the time which will be consumed for such process.

      I am tired now, chasing their marketing specialist who forgets you after you give them processing fee cheque and misguide you miserably in the process.

      I strongly advice everyone to not go for Axis Bank home loan. I am also planning to reject their sanction letter for 19 years which was given by me by the way of cheating.

        Name:JNANENDRA SAGAR Application no:[protected] I have applied Dec 2014 till the date they were saying in process but finally they said it got rejected. i asked the reasons they said it happens. Three times they have done same rejection. I called Branch Manager he said give me Representative no I gave Representative Axis bank-Phalguni 's no--[protected] . Representative delayed everyday she will say will call back but no reply. Finally she said you can give your details once more. Bank Manager Axis bank- Mob no-[protected] Representative Axis bank-Phalguni -[protected] They harassed a lot and delayed more, wasted more time.They are casual.no serious about their work and costumers.

            I J.JOSHIVA ANAND have an account in AXIS bank for the past 6 yrs. As my old debit card got damaged i applied for a new INTERNATIONAL DEBIT CARD which i was holding earlier.I applied on first week of jan2015.I received an ordinary debit card on the fourth week when i requested the customer care over phone they redirected for more than 5 time then told to complaint to the related branch. When enquired to the respective branch they rare again redirecting to customer care on phone. When called again no proper response and hung the phone to waiting then they never took d call again.

              I have submitted my documents (including Salary account form, Reimbursement Account form & my KYC's) on 14th of December 2014, as confirmed by sales representative (Sandeep Kumar from Barakhamba Branch) my account will be opened in next 5 working days & once my Ist salary will be credited in my salary account. Reimbursement account will be open in next 3 working days as my verification have been done initially. But unfortunately my salary account was opened on 31st December 2014 after 17 days of submitting documents. After that i have informed sales representative that my salary check has been cleared in my salary account so kindly process my reimbursement account on 4th of january 2015. Once again i am facing same problems, fake commitments from sales representative that your account will be opened in 2 days, 1 day, etc. i don't know, why your employees don't have commitments towards their words. Now its 28th of January, 2015, my reimbursement account is not yet activated. I don't know how much TAT period you guys avail for opening an account. But seriously this is height of everything know. Every next day i used to call your sales representative and i used to listen a new reason for not opening my account.

                We went to the branch office for the purpose of opening a new saving account, we were thorough with all the documents, bt still the employee named Mr.Ramesh Kumar rejected and he answered he don't have time and indeed he spoke in an agrresive tone and he insulted our kindly behaviour with him and said "ghar seh challe ate h account khulwaane"

                You took an action as per our complaint, I thank you for that. On Friday, I received a call from the main branch officer mall road, and he has taken all the documents. But even after that, I haven't received any information about the opening of my new savings account.The branch manager said no action will be taken against Mr. Ramesh Kumar for any matter. If the manager isn't taking any pain to solve the matters, why will the employees do so ? Even after filing a complaint in the head office, it has not been resolved yet.

                The branch officer hasn't informed me about my account number or ATM card. I don't even know how I will receive my ATM card. When even the branch manager isn't taking any action against the complaints filed, why will the employees care about anything.

                    past 2 months I am in oman, i was not used my credit card but alredy i payed credit card bill now Extra bill added monthly. No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere. only these are the salient features of Axis bank. I have given the documents to ur employes but the did not given any response.i have send them an scan copy of my Aadhar Card and the Pan card... and the employe is telling some time that your photo is not clear and some time they are telling your address is not seen in the aadhar card so thats why your form is rejected... the employe email id is sagar.[protected]@axisbank.com plz do the need full for me as soon as possible plz acctivate my salary account...its my request I'm not satisfied with your service Plz do the need full for me as soon as possible.

                          I received my credit cards Gobin chhetri and Laxmi Chhetri on 2 Dec 2014 but not received the PIN yet.                             Hi Team, My name is Shrikant Dighe, I am regular Customer of axis bank till month of June 2014, However in month of June 2014, In my family major accident happen in which 7 people ware dead. After that my financial condition ware critical, I am recovering from that condition and trying to pay Axis bank credit card dues and pending loan emi's. I am hoping I will make some what payment in next month. But some how I am getting pressure from you axis bank branch Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore, Deputy Manager, Mr. Vikaram, he talking in very rude language. I am also working in corporate. And I have taken loans from other banks also, but my experience with this guy is very bad. Now for recovery of amount he has started contacting my paylist members which ware added into axis bank, And he is giving trouble to them and their families as well.                               I am trying to open a Current Account for my firm. The partnership deed is registered with Registry of Firms, Mumbai Goverment of Maharashtra. My completed application has been received by the bank before 30th Dec'14. It is more that 3 weeks already and the account is yet to be functional. Bank branch manager has a very stereo type reply that it is with Legal & Compliance department. Once they revert we will let you know. My point is that Bank cannot keep a customer in waiting for so long. It must keep the customer engaged with information or quickly close the matter saying they cannot help providing documented reasons.

                                Dear Sir, I have salary account with IDBI BANK account nos. [protected] and the referred ATM CARD NOS IS [protected]. On 02.01.2015 I had swiped my ATM card for withdrawl of 10, 000/-. the first swipe did not give out cash but my account got debited. the second swipe gave out 10, 000/- and my account got debited 10, 000/-. Now the first swipe of 10, 000/- (which did not give out cash ) needs to be credited back to my account which incidentally has not happened till date. I have logged in complaints twice with IDBI BANK COMPLAIN NOS IS 200/7034825 AND THE SECOND COMPLAINT NOS IS 200/7147787. I am not getting any response.                                   I am an employee of axis bank got call of Mr. Raghav offering me a huge hike in my salary provided by kotak mahindra bank and requested the amount of 1750 and told that after that no more amount will be asked but again he asked 4599, 3500, 4999 and 6999 what is it? and even though i dont get even a single letter from that organization i.e. cvbuzzonline.com. I need explanation of all this for what kind of services you are taking such amount of money. If i dont get relevant answer i will take revenge.

                                    श्रीमान, मेरा नाम राजकुमार है में डिफ़ेन्स में कार्यरत हूँ मेरा बैंक अकाउंट न0 [protected] (AXIS BANK) है तथा ifsc UTIB40432 और MICR[protected] है यह बैंक अम्बाला (हरियाणा) में हे। इसका ब्राँच कोड 000432 है।मैने दिनाँक17/10/2014 को साहाबाद आगरा रोड पर स्तिथ एक एटीएम axis(moneystot) जिसकी id MPZ00365 हे, से 10000 रुपये 4 बार निकाले लेकिन पहली बार मुझको 10000 प्राप्त हुआ।इसके बाद 3 बार निकासी विफल रही और 10000*3=30000 रूपये मुझे प्राप्त नही हुए तथा बैंक स्लिप भी नही मिली।कुछ समय उपरान्त मेरे मोबाइल पर संदेस आया की आपके खाते से 40000 रु निकासी हो गया हे।लेकिन मुझे केवल 10000रु ही प्राप्त हुए। इसके उपरांत मैने axis बैंक के टोलफ्री no पर शिकायत दर्ज करायी जिसका no[protected] dt17/10/2014 है।और बैंक मेनेजर के पास भी गया ।लेकिन उन्होंने लिखित आवेदन लेने से मन कर दिया और कहा कि मेने इसका प्रॉसेस ऑनलाइन कर दिया हे आवेदन की कोई जरुरत नही है।फिर दुबारा जाके मैंने इसके विसय में बैंक managar से पूंछा तो उन्होंने कहा की तूम्हारा पैसा निकल गया है हमने चेक कर लिया है अब हम नही जानते। फिर बोले की एटीएम से फुटेज मगानी पडेगी।कुछ समय बाद फिर पता किया तो कहाकि एटीएम वाला फुटेज नही दे रहा है हम अपनी तरफ से पूरी कोशिस कर चुके हे।पर अभी तक कोई हल नही निकल पाया है।इसके बाद भी मैने कई शिकायत दर्ज करायी जिसके no [protected] dt 28/11/14, 12674244 dt 06/12/14, 12738236 dt 08/12/14 है।अब सर आप ही कुछ कर सकते है।में सब जगह से थक हार चूका हु।अगर सर ये मेरा पैसे मुझे दिला दे तो बड़ी मेहरबानी होगी। धन्यवाद मोबाइल [protected] प्रार्थी राजकुमार

                                      I have taken home loan from axis bank but i never apply for credit card. I was never informed about credit card but by using details from home loan papers bank has issued credit card. I have came to know when i got message in my mobile for credit card that my application has been approved with ref no.4985364 now i.e. 9:09 am on 10/01/2015. I request you to please cancel the same as i don't want any credit card.
