i running an account in axis bank a/c-[protected], they charged too much amount for monthly average balances, 5200rupees and they r responding as it is not possibe to reverse, but i want atleast some amount back. my complaint ref no : N09884862 . please help me with this thanku.

    Dear Sir, We maintain above account with Erode branch, Tamilnadu since last 7 years smoothly and maintain handsome amount of balance in our above account which is auto swift flexi account. Now we regret to inform you that we have issued cheque no. 165698 dtd. 20/02/2015 for Rs. 1, 22, 448/- favouring LIC of India towards the payment of our lic premium and same has been retrun by your bank although we have a balance of Rs. 14 lakhs approx.when cheque has been presented for clearing. It is the clear cut negligence from your side which damaged our reputation and credit in the market. Secondly I have issued one cheque for 5 policies which all policies have chances of lapse due to dishonoured of above cheque. More over we have to pay interest as well we took lots of pain due to your blunder mistake. In this situation we have no option but to compelled to close my well maintain account with your bank. Your early action require in this matter. We are also attaching herewith Cheque dishonoured memo mentioning point no. 29 " funds insufficient " and cheque copy for your ready reference.           Hi ., Last 3 weeks I' trying to close my account . My Home branch is chennai Mylapore, currently im in differnent locations so, I went to Erode Axis bank . and I settled all cards & cheques. They are not able to close my account. Reason : I called so many times in Home branch (Chennai Axis Bank ) get number form phone banking. CURENTLY FREEZE STATE. So please UN FREEZE the account .             I am Sukumar Chougule, Axis bank a/c holder at JM road branch, Pune, a/c no 0370...57479 (also had Demat and homeloan a/c since 1999), 6 May 2013, I was in New Delhi on Family tour, Facing Money shortage, Reached Axis bank Paharganj branch, shown my PAN card as identity, requested them permission to withdraw of Rs. 4000, The manager refused to withdrawal of money, Contacted customer care but in vain. After this incident I was deeply hurt, feeling foolish that maintaining a/c since 12 years, paying all service charges Finally... closed my Demat a/c, Home loan a/c and SB a/c ... .. Now I shifted my operations to new Bank where I can contact any time

              I try to recharge my mobile number with 110 through axis internet banking yesturday(02/03/2015). At the end of processing, it shows that "the operating system failed please try after some time". Even without recharging my number, 110 rs had debited from acconut. I want the bank to refund my money.

                  My card number number is [protected]. Name Meera Jyothis. I used my card on the 20th of feb 2015 to order an iphone online from the US apple store online. The payment went thro and I got an intimation from the bank immediately that my card has been used for an amount of Rs.58700.39. But Apple cancelled the order automatically because they claim they did not get the money. I am yet to get a refund also. It has been more than a week now. This causes me a lot of inconvenience because I lose out on money in conversion. If you checkthe records you will see that the same thing happened to me on 16th June, 2014, with my previous axis bank card. This transaction was also automatically cancelled by apple for the same reasons. Why should this happen when my card is an international credit card?! then also I lost money in conversion. As my bank I think you are answerable to me for the inconveniences caused. This time I am even more worried cause I have not even got a refund yet! Please get back to me at the earliest.

About three months ago i want to stop my ECS service of vodafone mobile bill so i am going to Axis Bank Naroda branch bank representative give me ECS cancellation form i filled it and revert then he deducted 120rs from my account but from three months ECS service not stopped so today i have gone to Axis Naroda branch and complaint about this problem but bank representative give me not right answer and not take seriously my complain and told me that bank manager is on leave and i am not from this branch and this is not my problem and Give me this type of lazy answer iam Not satisfied with his answer looklike govt bank.                       The hatchery Building which was constructed during 2006 against the sanction letter Ref. No. SME/C-615/2006-07( loan account [protected]). Since we are paying the loan dues regularly. The property is in a safe locality as such there is no any disaster threats. However, the bank without our consent insuring and demanding the premium only to favour the insurance company. Further I did not receive any insurance documents for the previous year[protected]. After paying the yearly loan installment there was continuous demand for the payment of the insurance premium. When requested for the insurance documents I have received and on perusal of the Insurance documents it is observed that without considering the depreciation value or the current loan amount due, the property was insured for the initial Loan amount sanctioned. While insuring the property the current value of the property / the loan due amount should have been considered. When the clarification was sought over the phone the Bank, the bank employee is threatening that it is the loan overdue amount I am asking. Your loan become NPA by next month, we can't help. In this regard, I request your kind self to address this issue and give me a clarification . As per the RBI guidelines, If it in force to pay the Insurance premium without considering the depreciation value as indicated /demand by the bank I shall pay. If there is mistake from the bank pl. let me know what is the actual insurance amount should I pay.

                        a sum of rs. 5502/22 had been charged as debit interest with service tax of rs. 618/27in the statement of due date 07/03/2015. on enquiry from your helpline i came to know it was due to outstanding amount. they had explained to me that interest had been charged on full amount tobe paid and not on the amount (total amount due- paid amount)remained balance after paying the partial amount. i was quite shocked to know the calculation method of your credit card section which was not there with any other credit cards. (i am having citibank and sbi credit cards). i.e. interest of rs 5002+618 for an out standing amount of rs. 40000. if you feel your are correct i have no option to close this card and will also caution the entire public about your method of calculation by giving in press so that in future people like me will not cheated by your bank calculations. the same i will put in consumer forum to get leagal opinion about your calculation method.
                        Ya, now axis also started to loot public.

                        Very recently I too faced this looting by axis credit card. Please let me know how to raise the complaint and resolve this issue.
                        I too faced this issue on axis credit card. Even I paid 3/4 of the monthly due month and left around 4000 bal to be paid. But they charged me nearly 2000 for it.

                          I am Manish Sharma I am holding a Current Account at Branch Janakpuri New-Delhi C-3/21, Pin 110058,
                          - "KAYSHOPE" [protected] Customer Id[protected]. Since this a/c is opened which opened in month of
                          september 2014 since then I am unable to use Internet Banking facility I have visited many times
                          to bank branch and filled Netsecure form for almost 5 time's but still when I login to my account it asks for NETSECURE
                          device, for this I have already filled form to Reset it but bank people says we have done from our side you
                          can not do its your problem. Even my all bank statement are getting worse because of lack of this facility Kindly
                          reset it, already 6 month's passed what type of facility are you providing if such small thing you can not be managed.

                          and even the person who opened my account has updated my address as -
                          [Plot no B 51 B Block, Ground flr kn no 9/12 utt am nagar saing nagar matiyala new delhi 110059- WHICH IS INCORRECT FORMAT]

                          [THE CORRECT FORMAT is - B Block B-51 Sainik nagar (back side gali) near nawada metro station Uttam nagar new delhi 110059, ]

                          And when I asked him to update he says we can not do so its updated on your documentation so we updated it- I just signed the doc's not filled the details.

                          I am already running other current account with other bank's but I have not faced such issues yet.

                          Kindly look in to the matter and resolve it.

                            In recent days, I'm frequently receiving call from AXIS Bank saying that my wife's friend need to pay so and so amount, that's why they are calling me. The executive says, the friend has given my name as reference. How come, for a credit card of more than 5 years old, a reference can be given just before 7 months (June 2014). Actual problem is they got my company name using my facebook account, using that they got my company landline number. The very first time I got a call in my office landline number, saying that this is just a reference call, and asked, if I know my wife's friend. I said I know. Then the executive asked me to confirm her mobile number, I said I do not have it, I will check with my wife and let you know in 30 minutes. Also I mentioned, do not call me in my office land line number and given my mobile number myself. After that I didn't receive any call from that person. After few hours that guy called to my home land line and spoke to my wife, saying that your friend has to pay so much amount to AXIS Bank, if she didn't pay, we will call your husband frequently and disturb during his office hours, even if he is in a meeting. Then, he said they are having all my details including my address, land line and other few details. I think they have got all these details from CIBIL using my mobile number. Because, no one knows my new house address, the way to get it is either from our mouth or from the Bank where I got loan or CIBIL Then the conversation goes between my wife and that guy. He threatened like, they will send a legal notice to us, if the friend is not paying the amount. This is ridiculous and a severe mental torture that only AXIS BANK can provide to a common man. Today I received call again saying that the friend has not paid the amount. I'm not sure, why the hell these guys are calling me frequently. Is it my mistake to have had that friend in my facebook friend list? Upon my wife's request, I added her. I didn't sign any agreement, to pay the amount if my wife's friend is not paying the amount. I have enquired these details to that friend as well, she said she didn't give my name and number as reference. One comedy is, that friend not even know me and not in touch with my wife for so long. They are college friends, thats it. Also the name of the friend as said by executive exactly reflects the facebook account name (lengthy name as in FB). This is their (AXIS Bank) technique to get all details from our mouth and say as if they had it earlier. I'm suffering a lot mentally due to these. I'm going to give a petition and file a case against them. Can any one provide me a solution on how to relieve from this? The number from I got frequent calls is[protected]

                              Our EDC machine at Country Club, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore is not accepting Master Card, as a result our customers are facing lots of inconvenience . We are regularly following with the Bank Executive but no action has been taken so far. Last one week onwards I personally following up with Mr.Yogash Mobile No [protected], But he is not ready to give any proper reply . I am totally tired up there service, after regular complaining nothing has been done. I request if some one from Axis Bank come forward & do the needful will be appreciated highly.

I have complaint that after sending cheque book receipt before 29 days, I am still waiting for new cheque book. When I needed so much I went to bank but nobody give me satisfactory answer.
