I want to close my account. every month I am being charged for service. I tried to close in other branch near to my office but they told it has been frozen in the Cox town branch. I can't go to the Cox town branch in weekdays due to my work pressure. but I have to close it. please do the needful for closing from other branches. or kindly close if it is possible.     HI Team, Below are the amounts which are debited from my account without informing me or whether it may be any amount it should be firstly noticed prior to customer then need to be debited. Please give an explanation on the below details. For Bajaj I have only made on ECS for10, 000.       i am mohit bhatt from chandigarh. i went to ur branch sector 38 chandigarh for cash withdrawl but ur branch did nt provide me my cash. the assistant manager told me to come at today and they provide me cash by loose chq. but they did nt provide me. please take a strict action against sector 38 branch chandigarh and provide my cash right nw .

          Hi, This is to your notice that on today 18:47 I am withdrawing the money through Axis Bank ATM Machine at Shripal Plaza II (Nalasopara - West), but I am not received the money by this machine. This machine was not functioning. So I cancelled my request, after that I received the print out which say Transaction Declined ATM ID (SPAC45412) Record No: 8821. Note the same amount was debited from my Citi Bank Account.             I am trying for more than ten days for creating ERA account ( even though am having savings account holder in the same branch of axis bank) . But still am not getting my ERA account no & it will not created. i have called so many times to that corresponding person. But they are not responding me properly. If bank employees are not supporting to account holder, then whom we have to contact. Axis bank has to take the necessary step for this problem and has to warn the employee.

              We have been issued with an instant kit for opening of account.. Money of Rs 26, 350/- has also been deducted on 14th Feb. But till date A/C no. [protected] with Axis bank has not been activated. Bank people are not replying anything. They are telling they are unable to contact their Hq at Hyderabad. Amount has been deducted from Axis bank A/C No. [protected] Amount : Rs 26, 350/- New A/C for my son : [protected]. Bank : Axis Bank, BD-20, Salt Lake, Kolkata, Branch (025) PIN 700064. Now bank is not entertaining and doing any thing.

                  Hi, I am Accenture employee. I have opened salary account with Begum pet Road branch. It is almost 3 months; they have not opened my internet banking account. They are just giving excuses. I don’t want is problem in opening an internet banking. Taken my 3 month salary and giving internet banking. This is the worst service, these people are giving.                     I pradeep kumar mobile number[protected] withdrawn 20000 rupees from axis bank atm from my sbi account [protected] on 17feb15 . In this amount, i found two duplicate note of 500/- one is fake and another is broken .i have no any receipt of this transaction due to non availability of receipt in atm. I contact the nearest branch of axis bank hapur uttar pradesh but i did not get any satisfaction from this branch so kindly take necessary action against this matter. This atm location is babugarh cantt hapur uttar pradesh

                      I want to complain about the Axis Bank Sales Team lead named as Arvind Kumar Upadhyay located at Noida sector 18 loan centre. I am really unhappy and it is disappointing to see that bank's like Axis has such employees who does miscommunication and play around with customers. Due to his immature and irresponsible behaviour I had to face following problems: 1. I had to follow up with them to know my emi date and amount. I did not even received the loan kit at that time. Even after several calls I did not get the response. Due to this I am being charged sum of 2000 inr on my loan account as bounce charges. 2. Arvind has been playing around with me by doing fake commitments of gettin the charges waived off and came back with no response even after several calls and emails on Arvindkumar.up as by aye axis sales.in as advised by him 3. Due to his irresponsible behaviour I had to chase the builder and courier company for my property documents. I myself found my property documents and gave it to bank after 1 year of loan. Even now I have received the copy of triparty agreement from the bank or builder due to arvind's involvement.

                      I want to complain about the Axis Bank call centre Team lead named as Poornima located at hyderabad. I am really unhappy and it is disappointing to see that bank's like Axis has such employees who does miscommunication and asking me to pay again 5, 000/- immediately. I sad it is already deducted in my account but also she is saying that 'no you have to pay this amount immediately' blindly and one more thing is she is threatening me that you should not ask like this because you have taken personal loan from us. after given my payment details. which is happen at today 15:14pm number is[protected]. And i'm getting frequent calls about repayment which is more irritative after providing ECS.

                        Dear Sir /Madam, My self Ratish Nagwekar. My credit card number is [protected] with axis bank on the year 2010. In the year 2010 i closed that credit card and clear all dues, but still dated at the time apply Loan from any bank they said "Your card still Alive in systeam mean Active". Then i mail to credit card department from last month. That time they said "15 th feb 2015 " you get statement from out end. But now they says you get statement on 15 march 2015. I am not understand why they do that. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Please guide me in this case. How can i collect statement from there side. Regards Ratish

                          this is harinadh. i am using axis bank account. On 14/02/2015 740/- deducted and 12.36%tax 91/- total 831/- was deducted with out information. i want my money back. every month you people are deducting money from my account.

                            Sir/ Madam,
                            I am Vishwajit Kumar, having a savings account no.' [protected]' with your bank in cuffe parade, Mumbai branch since 2009.

                            Recently, on 27 Jan 2015, An amount of Rupees 1599.00 was debited automatically from my account like ECS through the site/ link " PUR/ICL - CGXPAY.COM/[protected]@ICDATE.NE/ICL -CGXPAY.COM " for which i didn't do any transaction.

                            Therefore I request you to kindly block/ disable the above mentioned site/ link permanently to avoid any further transaction/ debit from my account in future course of time.
                            Or you guide me to disable / block the site for further ECS debit.

                              Subject: Fraud on Axis Bank Credit card number#[protected] Sir, With due respect my mother, Ms. Subhamita Maitra (55 years), W/O- Mr. Chandan Chakraborty residing at 29/1G H.K. Sett Lane, PS-Sinthee, Kolkata- 700050 beg to state that this is in regards to credit card fraud that was happened on her account. The incident is as follows: Mr. Kunal (Mob#[protected]) called my mother on Friday, 31st October, 2014 while she was at work. He introduced him as an employee of Axis Bank, and she asked him to call me later since she was at work then. He called me again on Saturday, 1st Nov and told her that she was a good pay master never defaulted on her credit card payments. He also had the information of the reward points, that she had accumulated. He told her that she had not redeemed the points. He told her that she can redeem her points for gifts - tab, watch, holiday etc. Being very much influenced by said Mr. Kunal, she disclosed her credit card details to him. As a result, on Monday, 3rd November, 2014, she got one message from axis bank regarding online transaction for RS.25999. She refused to accept the same, then Mr. Ashok Mukherjee (Mob#[protected]) from India shopping mania called her and returned 10000 rupees to her Axis bank credit card account. She also spoke to Niketan, (Mob#[protected]) who called her regarding the transactions and told her that he is from Axis bank credit card department. However when she asked to block the credit card, he informed it was not required. She was suspicious and called up Axis bank customer service. She did not wish to process any of these transactions. She requested the charges to be reversed within 24 hours. She has also requested the card to be blocked after calling Axis bank. In such circumstances, kindly do the needful in this regard and oblige. She has also lodged a complaint with the cyber crime police centre and informed AXIS Bank but they have not taken any action nor made any arrangements.

                                      Hi This is pertaining to the promotional offer that was communicated to me in the month of November 2014 by one of the employees working for Axis Bank Credit card division. As I am holding a primary card of Axis Bank (miles & more credit card) the offer was if i order an addon card for one of my family members a gift for each card issued will be given (scarf for any female card holder & tie for any male card holder) Accordingly I had ordered 3 add on cards for my family members. All the 3 cards were delivered in November itself but unfortunately none of the gifts (scarf and tie) were delivered. I did speak with one of Axis Bank's branch managers -Pankaj but even he was unable to resolve the same. Then it was Mr. Ashish Dindore (Manager - Affluent Cards) who agreed that the bank had given the promotional offer & had committed to send the same . It has been over 3 months and I feel being misguided / cheated. The issue is not of the gifts but the way in which a reputed bank like Axis treats their loyal customers Regards Vishal
