Sir/Mam,
I (Anita) have my personal Women.s saving account in yours Axis bank at Dugri Road Ludhiana (Punjab) Branch.My Account no. is [protected]. Im not satisfy your.s branch service. First i want to change my Women.s account to Normal account. But they didn.t do. Then i want to close my this account. But again they had taken more than 2 months, but still i didn.t get my account closed. Also just i got my this account statement. In statement there was balance of Rs.611.80. But when i went to get this balance, i didn.t get this.My account is showing nil balance. How this is possible. In statement, balance shows, but in bank nil.
This is poor service of this bank.
Kindly pay my this pending balance.
