Dear Sir / Mam, I had used my AXIS bank credit card of Rs. 24370.28 to book in hotels.com for which statement generated on Oct-14. As I cancelled the transaction, the merchant refunded the amount before the due date to my card account. Due to which I had not made any further payment but I can see an interest of Rs. 949.06 charged in the statement generated in Nov-14. When I called to customer care, they told the payment has not made by me, it had refunded by merchant, so interest will be charged on whole amount. I don’t understand if the bank had already received the payment from Merchant, why I should have to make the payment again. So requesting you to take some quick action in order to reverse the interest charged. Thanks & regards, Jagadish Chandra Ratha

    I am getting calls from Axis bank .EMI amount of 12027 has been debited. But still i have calls from collection specifying that i have outstanding. My calls are not answered properly. Validation for the bank is happening with old pin. Not acceptable at all. my loan ac is PPR[protected]. Calls just received today from 91-[protected] 91-[protected] 91-[protected] 91-[protected] Inspite of being polite and speaking with so many on number of days i have not got any proper solution from the bank. Think for the two weeks how many calls i would have received... Also when i call the response is poor.

      When i opened the account in axis bank they said only about 600 rs will be debited from your account and after that no service charges and maintenance fee at all. But after deducting 600 rs they again debited 746.97 rs in negative balance while i have no amount in my account. Bank should stop this type of cheating and closed my demat account.         Dear Sir, I received 10th December USD981.00 from China, One of my relative Brother Mr. UTPALENDU CHANDA sent this money to Account (NAME- AMIT KUMAR GHOSH, AC NO- [protected]). AXIS BANK LTD. BRANCH KANCHRAPARA (BRANCH CODE: 010331). I have applied to my Branch manager, including all my Identity proof to credit the amount o[censored]SD value to my account by INR currency. Already 10 days over, they are unable to credit the money to my account. Even they don't know the proceed to credit money maybe. I am calling every day but not getting positive reply from our Branch. Even they lost my application and all proof. I don't know what is intention of them. I need your urgent help regarding this issue. Tks/ AMIT KUMAR GHOSH

          My credit card application was declined. My credit card ref.No. is 4898803. There is no proper response for declination of the application.Everybody redirecting the call from one section to another when i tried to contact the customer care...very worst customer service...

            My Current Account no. is [protected] in Axis Bank, Dwarka, Sector 5. An EDC Machine MID NO. [protected] was installed in the name of Dhingra Furniture Gallery, 27 A, Raja Puri Road, Uttam Nagar opposite Sector 4, Dwarka. This machine was out of order so I deposited this EDC machine to the representative of Axis Bank, Uttam Nagar Branch on[protected], receipt no. 8320IN22FO[protected]. His name was Shri Praveen. I have talked to the Manager of Axia Bank, Dwarka Sector V to give refund of security account against depositing the said EDC machine. After contacting many times to the Manager he told me to contact Uttam Nagar Branch. I talked to Mr. Rohit on a number of times but all in vain. So far no action has been taken. Mr. Rohit further gave me number of some Mr. Ankur, RM in the Jhandewalan Office. Accordingly, I contacted him but he also has not taken any action so far. It is kindly requested to take action for arrangement of refund of my security amount without any further delay and also to take action against negligent employees who are involved in harassing me for the last five months.               Respected Team, This is my very pain full duty to inform you that. I was applied for PERSONAL LOANS first week of October. Yours branch executive ensured me for the same, loan would be disbursed with in 10 working days. But after some time you pupils isn't capable to give me a suitable answer, although i received a call from bank, that my PERSONAL LOAN isnt proceed. If I am not eligible for PERSONAL LOANS or I am not full fill to your criteria or my documents isn't not sufficient, so at least inform me. Please do not ignore me, I am also a good n responsible citizen. My salary account number is [protected], kindly check my transaction details my salary account is there. Even ours corporate account also you have. I was so hurt from your side, i want to close my account ASAP, i already inform to my HR kindly change my salary account and its done. i also recommend to my Head Office kindly close all the corporate accounts wheres we have .                           Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Ryaz Ahamed, i am from chennai, i taken gold loan from Axis bank with two branches, In ramapuram branch i taken 32000 with an intrest rate of 13% from LRGMI scheme. the same i have taken 191000 from Triplicane branch with an intrest rate of 15.50% from LRGMI scheme.i contacted triplicane branch manager to know the reason of difference in intrest, his reasons are Idotics, i cant satisfied with his reason.as a middle class family we are already depressed with commitments, this kind of cheatings are not tolerable.the two documents are attached for your reference.Kindly take necessary action and return the extra paid intrest from bank.my mobile no.[protected].                               I received a text message from Axis bank that my account has been debited for Rs 6251.75 for an online shopping from BEXSUPP.COM. I haven't shopped anything online, there is no BEXSUPP.COM website. When I went to the branch where I opened the account, the AXIS bank representative started blaming me for the charges. I regret to say that AXIS bank has one of the worse customer service. How can they start blaming a customer without investigation into their complaints. I would request these charges to be reverted back to my account and investigate the fraudlent website. My account no is- 998702

                                    GOOD EVENING SIR, I have an account with your bank bearing a/c no [protected] two days back i got a message saying that my fixed deposit has been matured and reinvested as mine is very old appx 10 yrs a/c i dont remember any such deposit and i never got such messages from bank since these many years . When i tried to confirm about the same from your executive she could not give satisfacoty reply and said that the 10, 000 Rs fixed matter could be resolved at the home branch only when i asked her to transfer my call to senior the floor supervisor could not give satfisfactory reply and she is not able to understand the exact point you may go through the recording The way the supervisor has answered has hurt me a lot and now i may have to think about my continuation relationship with your bank. i have recd a complaint no 12142341

                                      Hi Sir, This is Zaheer Ahmed working with CSC from Hyderabad with Home Loan No: PHR[protected], which is just transferred from SBI to Axis Bank this month. The Loan amount sanctioned is 29, 76, 046 and they have issued DD on 28-Oct 2014. But the outstanding amount from SBI bank is 29, 46, 628 as of 30-Sep 2014. Axis bank has assumed some outstanding amount for Oct and issued DD for 29, 76, 046 to SBI on 28-Oct. But the DD is handed over to SBI on 3-Nov and it got cleared on 5-Nov (4-Nov being holiday). My questions: Why the DD amount is more than the outstanding amount from SBI bank? I end up paying interest to Axis on[protected] = 29418, while I needed only 2946628 as my loan amount. Why I need to pay interest to Axis from 28-Oct until 5-Nov? On the other hand I'm already paying interest to SBI also? Its double time interest for me. I request to please look into this and make the Loan start date as 3-Nov, so that I need not pay interest to 2 banks during this period.. Thanks, Zaheer +91 [protected]

                                        I have a credit card of Axis bank. And I dont stay in India.At the time of applying my credit card I applied for E-statements. But I never received E-statements.They use to deliver Physical statements to my address, on which I can never receive statements as i stay in europe. Now they have put penalty on my account and also have locked my savings account. I am ready to pay all dues, But I am continously requesting them to refund my late charges and service charges, so I can make complete payment. They are accepting their mistake of not delivering e-statements but also says that they cannot give me a waiver otherwise they will spoil my CIBIL . Please help.
