Sir/Madam We Ekadantha Group which is locating in Trivandrum had started an Current Account in Kowdiar Branch for taking a Swapping Machine, Mr Subash Executive in Killipallam Branch make us to take the Account, Nov17th we had given the documents and 10000 cash to him, Account opened on Dec1st but as still we didn't received the Swapping Machine. Mr Ajeesh Manager for Kowdiar given promises from Dec1st onwards to allocating the machine, not happened as still and very sad to say that now not picking our phones, Kindly help us to solve this issue as we are running Baskin Robbins outlet. Kindly do the needful at the earliest or we will be forced for other actions With Thanks Ekadantha Group

Till the date i have not received my WELCOME KIT, when i am asking at your branch they are not providing proper information and not giving the respect to the customers when asking about delay .         Hi Team, I have axis bank A/C in Hyderabad they provided me a credit card, however I'm not using this credit card for this card they told me to pay annual free 300 Rs. For this credit card I didn't purchase even one rule also. Now I've open new axis bank A/C in Bangalore after few days they told we will provide you new life time freecredit card without annual charges also you no need to pay previous card annual amount, we are going to cancel that card ( Hyderabad credit card). Now they didn't my cancel my old credit card they have auto debited my credit card amount The amount has been reached more than 2000 Rs can you plead take action on this Credit card number [protected] Name reddy chaithanya

          I applied for a loan of amt Rs 3lacs and get sanctioned 7 Days back sir.Till now i didnt get the amount credited sir.today i got sms like " emi of rs7294 acc PPR[protected] is due on 5-01-15 .Pl do necessary to get money credited to my account at sbi.Also i got sms that I have tp pay EMI by 5th january, 2015.I am getting anxiety and fear.

            Dear Sir ATM at Lakhubhai Chowk, Kalvibid, Bhavnagar, Gujarat has not been functioning properly since last 1 year. Following are the problems being faced frequently by customers, 1. The transaction slip/statement cannot be obtained many times. 2. Mini statement cannot be obtained many times. I tried to get this on 2nd Jan at 7pm and it could not be obtained. 3. ATM is non operational frequently and we have to travel far off to other ATM. Above problems are faced regularly in this Axis ATM and either it needs replacement or through repair. With new conditions now that charges will be taken for certain transaction's of other bank ATM, it has become important that Axis Bank ATM is maintained perfectly.               sir, i am mahendra patel and i am facing many troubles in activating by debit card and transfer money from one account to another account. employees of axis bank taking no more interest on activating my debit card. i also wants to transfer money from india to mexico through axis bank outward remittance but raipur branch of axis bank troubling me a lot. they always giving me newer form of outward remittance and they don't pay attention to customer services and they even don't accepting my phone calls.i am upset from 15 days. due to this, i wants to close my account from axis bank.my details are following:- my name - mahendra patel account no - [protected] customer id[protected] city - sagar state - madhya pradesh note:- if i close my account, the responsible for this is bad customer services of raipur branch and sagar branch.

                I had applied for DDA scheme 2014 vide application no. 3516101(Tanya Bansal) and 3517957(Parit Bansal). No allotment of flat was made. Dda had announced for the refund to be made by 24th December, 2014 but no refund has been made till date. I had applied through Axis Bank online. Please help.
                I have also applied for DDA Housing Scheme through Axis bank on Easypay.
                My Application Number is:-3500601. According to DDA they have released
                my refund but I have not received the same in my bank account
                So please let me know that in how much time I have received my refund.

                  I have received MY ZONE CREDIT CARD on 10.12.2014. As per given instruction by customer service support) I have completed all process ( telebanking, Visa verification ) for online application. but I have been trying to LIC premium and property tax through Credit card but there is no axis card option on line particular site. I visited to axis bank but the problem is still pending.                     i am an account holder in axis bank jind ...my account no is [protected]...past 2 years ago i deposited rs 30000 as an fd for making insta easy credit card...at that time my credit limit was 80% of fd which means to 80%of 30000=24000 as an credit limit ...now in december 2015 bank had broken all my past fds and make it as new fd amounted rs 35000...still now my credit limit is 24000 besides my new fd it seems to be more than 24000 according to the bank rules i.e. 80%of fd ...presently my fd is 35000...it mesns that present credit limit should be 80%of 35000=28000 as my new credit limit dated on december 2014. i hope u will help me out as soon as possibe...

                      Hi sir, My name is prabu sekar from bangalore. Today (1/1/15) i have withdraw Rs 4000 from HDFC ATM which is located in marathahalli bangalore using my axis debit card. After transaction i didn't get money from the ATM transaction was failed. But cash (RS 4000) was debited my account. i already raised the complaint through axis customer care. Please do the needful.                         एक्सिस बैंक अंजड के द्वारा kcc लोन के खाते के नाम पर किसानो को परेशान किया जाता है एवं नाजायज परेशान किया जाता है जिससे किशानो को आर्थिक एवं मानशिक परेशानियों का सामना करना पढ़ रहा है, किसानो का ज्यादा समय बैंक के चककर लगाने में खत्म हो रहा है एवं किसानो से लोन के नाम पर व्यर्थ के पैसे वसूल किये जा रहे है ! अत: भारतीय किसान संघ द्वारा ये मांग की जाती है की एक्सिस बैंक की अंजड ब्रांच का लाइसेंस निरस्त किया जाये अन्यथा भारतीय किसान संघ द्वारा उग्र आंदोलन किया जायेगा!

                          Sir, I shall be very much glad if you kindly help me out of the following difficulties. That I am a regular customer of Axis Bank being my customer id[protected]. That I have received one message on 18.12.2014 from VM Axis Bank to my registered mobile no.[protected] informing that welcome Kit has been dispatched to me on 17.12.2014 which will be received by me shortly. But till now the same has not been received by me. That as far my knowledge goes the welcome kit is being sent by the bank after opening a new account. But I have not applied for any new account during last couple of months. As such I couldn’t understand actually what was actually been dispatched to me. However I made contact with my branch at Ramrajatola but they could not give me any satisfactory answer. That I have sent an email to the [protected]@axisbank asking them to take steps so that I get the same at an early date. But I have neither been informed anything nor the kit.                             without intimation the Chinsurah Branch (W.B.)increased the minimum balance amount from 5, 000/- to Rs. 10, 000/- and debited from my SB A/c of Rs. 280.90 on 15.11.2014 and Rs. 280.90 on 13.12.2014 aggregating to Rs. 562/- which I want to be refunded. Because if there is any change to maintain the min balance, I would have been informed by your branch for maintaining the same. Without intimation it is not possible to know the same. You are requested to do the needful and refund Rs. 562/- at the earliest.

                              Sub: Complaint regarding bribe against sanction of Home loan Application ID No :2252719 Sir, With due respect I Shahbaz Alam Khan state that I had applied for a Home Loan to buy a property costing 24 lakhs at your esteemed bank through staff Mr. Karan Kushwaha on 4 Dec 2014.I had submitted all necessary documents as demanded and instructed by him.All legal and technical evaluation and inspection was carried by your team and everything was confirmed OK.I was then assured of loan sanction of 19 lakhs within 7 working days.I was kept waiting for almost 21 days and then surprisingly got a message on my mobile of sanctioned loan of 14 lakh only.On enquiring I was told that my loan eligibility could be that only and to my biggest surprise it is on hold by technical team. On enquiring regularly i was told that my loan has been rejected which was sanctioned to me. On regular enquiry i was told that my loan could be still processed if i offered them some bribe. I being an honest man refused the same but was approached again.Also they told that without it nothing happens and they have financed many loans without proper documents. I can clearly understand that being a Muslim citizen and an honest man I am suffering from such mental and physical pain.My valuable time was wasted and bribe is being asked which is shocking from such reputed organization like yours. So most humbly i request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action against the responsible. Waiting for your prompt and quick reply as soon as possible. Know when i am asking for credit card he is not responding. When I warn him for complaint he say do what u can.

                                  WORST SERVICE BY STAFFS! i been to Axis bank pallavaram around 2 o clock a staff(lady) who is sitting in cashier was so busy with her tab(mobile)...and she is speaking her personal issues in ladline phone and each and every second her concentration is in her tab... AXIS BANK SHOULD MONITOR HER IN CC or else transactions sometimes will go mistake and that mistake will AFFECT us only... She is not even looking the money where she is counting in machine...

                                    Hello sir This is Sudip Das from Burdwan, West Bengal. I have an account in Bhangakuthi Branch (A/C No - [protected]). Already 1 month over, but still now not get any welcome kit cum customer ID, Debit card, passbook and cheque book. Today I received a net banking kit with password & TXN Password. But I'm unable to actiate my net banking without debit card and Customer ID. So I requested to you kindly give me all details status of debit card and welcome kit as well as my passbook and cheque book.

                                      Hi, This is Sailesh Reddy and have taken home loan from Axis bank. Its been almost a month since loan amount is released but till now i did not receive the documents regarding the loan. Loan Acc: PHR[protected] I have already sent a mail regarding this to aditya.[protected]@axisbank.com and rana.[protected]@axisbank.com. Till now i did not receive the documents.                                       I am running with a worst experience with ur team. I had applied for a housing loan and every min a new update from ur team even in turns of interest rates

                                      My loan was approved 1 month back I had informed them on 25 th I would be doing the registration. Ur team made us to wait near registrar office but did not respond to calls and failed to get dd
