They've provided an insecure card which has no security chip and it does not prompt any security pin number before authorising any amount when used at POS or merchants outlet. 1.5 months earlier i have submitted all the documents required for opening the salary account at Ratu road branch, Ranchi but the manager was not serious regarding this. He kept our papers about a month and after 1.5 months he gave the papers back with a excuse that the problem occurred during the code generation and we are not able to open the account.
