i committed the biggest mistake of choosing axis to apply for a loan..first they harassed me to collect my papers once..i submitted it...The annoying team leader ms. deepa calls n yells at me .y dint our application boy collect your pan card..absurd right so i told her how m i to know...i insisted he takes it but he refused y r u shouting at me...most impolite uncouth down market lady ...i refuse to bank with you...pls delete my loan request n hand my papers back or i will file a complain against you for harassing me..here's that deepa's number [protected]...

    AXIS BANK CHEATED ME BY GIVING CREDITCARD THE SAID THEY WILL REPLACE THE NEW CARD AND THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE NEW CARD AND THEY BLOCKED THE OLD CARD ALSO AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID I CAN PAY MY BILL ONCE CARD DELIVERED THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THE CASES AND FINALLY THEY MATKED THE LEAN AMOUNT IN MY SAVING ACCOUNT AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL MY MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT WITH OUT ANY INTIMATION OR E MAIL NO ONE CHEATING CREDIT CARD COMPANY I NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS CAN ANY ONE HELP ME

      This is with respect to my above mentioned Home Loan Account with Axis Bank. The Loan was disbursed at 10.50% which has moved up to 10.75 and now 10.65% recently. However, the loans are now available at 10.1% which you are also aware. While I had visited your Asset Centre last week for a partial pre payment I was informed that a request is being put for further reduction. However, i have been called today and informed that the reduction is possible only on payment of some charges. This is not acceptable. The competitive banks are really giving me an attractive proposition to move my Home Loan to their banks. There is a total waiver on processing charges and anyways there are no pre closure charges. Hence it is very convenient to move out of your bank. I request you to look into my request and reduce my rate of interest without any charges attached.           Hi, I have been receiving SMSs and calls on my number [protected] from Axis Bank Credit card department for last 1 month. The problem is that I DO NOT HAVE ANY AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD IN MY NAME. I have tried speaking to their customer care only to get a complaint number and a promise to resolve this issue in 15 working days. I have been following up with mails since then. No resolution has been given to me till now.             Dear All, Greetings for the Day! It is with reference to my earlier grievances with Axis Bank which is still not resolved at the numerous emails to MD and Nodal Officers. I wish to beware with this bank that it may change your credentials at any time without any information to you. Under mentioned are the followings point, given datewise, for your convenient to understand easily because, I regret to say that, Axis Bank are confused to understand the meaning of time of a particular and emails received at his/her end for resolution. 1. I opened my Axis Bank Net-banking, customer id 837XXXXX9, dated November 3, 2014 and surprised to see that, in my credit card statement, the merchant names were not showing. It is very anguishing thing that they being a reputed organization with ranking of Third Largest Bank of this Country, having the revenue o[censored]S $ 5.5 million and the strength of 45000 thousands employs, will do such type of mistakes. 2. I just open the mail box in internet banking and sent an email dated November 3, 2014 to mention the names of all merchants from where I made the purchase. 3. I wait till November 10, 2014 but no reply received and I sent the reminder1 following with reminder2 dated November 11, 2014 to reply over earlier email. 4. I received his/her reply from [protected]@axisbank.com dated November 11, 2014 that this email id gyanendra.[protected]@gmail.com is not registered with this account hence they are unable to give the responses on this id due to security reason. 5. In response to his above email, I replied dated November 12, 2014 enclosed with the snapshot of internet baking where above email id was clearly registered but they avoid the email to response. 6. I sent the reminder3 to Ms. Shikha Sharma (MD-Axis Bank) dated November 13, 2014 then I receive a call from his/her MD Office (Nodal Office) through a smart girl, she tried to teach me a lesson of the KYC norms and telling that above email id is not registered. I gave her the reference of above email dated November 12, 2014 that the snapshot of internet banking is already attached therewith but she was in ruthless attitude and nothing tried to understand. Finally, I speak her to write on email only and warned to do not make the nuisances on phone calls. 7. For above conversations, I wrote him/her the email dated November 14, 2014 in that response I received the email with same content as in his/her pervious email dated November 11, 2014. In addition, she had written to re-send the snapshot of internet baking. 8. It was again surprisingly that when I had already sent the snapshot of internet baking dated November 12, 2014 then why she has again asked for? Its meaning only coming that they are only trying to buy the time smartly. 8. However, I sent the email on same day, November 14, 2014 enclosed with snapshot of internet banking but its response is still being expecting. 9. Now, one point which was miracle to see that when I open my internet banking and see the statement then it have all merchant names. I thank to the team who have done it. 10. But one question is again raise here, through above conversations that, if this email id gyanendra.[protected]@gmail.com is not registered with axis then how I am getting the regular bank statement on monthly basis. 11. I had resent the email dated November 18, 2014 enclosed with the emails snapshot where bank statement received on this email id gyanendra.[protected]@gmail.com. But, its reply is still awaited. In the above conversations and non receipt of reply, it is clear that they are accepting his/her heinous mistakes. I am also in way to reach them through the honorable authority to get the justice. I have also seen there are numerous complaints on websites are registered against this bank and some of FIR/Consumer complaint have also been registered against its MD Mr/s Shikha Sharma and employ.               Hi I am customer of axis bank from past three years and also am using axis bank my zone credit card on that there s a scheme of cash back on that and i got a last cash back in the month of april now in the month of november am getting a transaction in dr of amunt 130 as a reversal of cash back and when i called to the bank they are telling me that there is a technical issue and due to that they provide me an extra cash back in the month of may so my question is if there is a technical issue of error from your end who is responsible for that and if you made an error in the month of april why dont u guys late me know regarding that in the month of april or may how could you guys charge a amount of 130 in the month of november without even letting me know this is totally fraud which was done by bank and i cant trust you guys any more if you are making an error and after that you are just putting an transaction record without telling anything to me and which kind of work you are guys doing are you guys sleeping from last 7 months and on of sudden you guys wake up and sending me a transaction reciept to pay the amount of 130 this is totally fraud and untollerable this kind of services i havnt expect from axis bank i am using this bank from last 3 years but unfortunately now i will close my account with this bank just because of there fake commitments and frauds Piyush kapoor [protected]

                  On 21st August, 2009 my Axis Bank Credit Card numbered [protected] was used fraudulently in online transactions, I immediately forwarded the transaction emails to the customer service and filed a chargeback within next 24 hours. Till date I have forwarded my case to various departments in Axis Bank but nothing happened, all they have to say is I should settle at least 5000 to 10000 then they can take up the case but I denied to pay a single rupee as none of the transactions were executed by me or anybody known to me. I even filed a general diary and forwarded everything to Axis Bank GC Avenue branch to Mr. Gaurav Kapoor but nothing happened. They kept on harassing me and my family for the payment. On 2010 they filed pulled me to court where my lawyer represented me and court instructed Axis Bank to investigate the case properly. But again nothing happened except for the continuos harassment. They have damaged my CIBIL record so badly since then. Please help in this regard.

                        this is savitri singh, current account holder of your bank .On 5th NOV, 2014 between 1 to 1:30 p.m, i used my indian bank debit card in the axis machine of statesman house, barakhamba road .i had rs.17119 before i used the ATM machine . i entered the amount of rs.10000 for withdrawal which i could not receive due to some technical issues in axis machine .then i tried again .both the times, i got the message "your transaction is being processed" but i could not receive any money .then when i finally moved on to other atm to get the money, it showed insufficient amount as according to the ATM, it was already withdrawal but it wasn't received by me .so i want you to follow through my account so that i could get my money back . my indian bank debit card no. is[protected] my account no. is[protected] its already been 10 days and i am unable to get my money back .i have logged a complaint in both the banks but yet could not receive any positive response . my mobile no. is [protected], [protected]

                          It’s really sad to write something for AXIS BANK as it was the best bank ever I had transaction from last 10 years, but slowly and gradually now the services are getting worst than any Govt. Bank. I and my wife have a joint account in Chinsura Branch, West Bengal A/C No: 54601010XXXXXX. It’s like going to be 3rd month I have applied for the card but still I have not received it. The amount/fee for the card has already been deducted from my account but WHERE IS THE CARD & PIN? I have personally visited to my Branch in Airoli, Navi Mumbai thrice to know the status and Ms. Shilpa has helped me a lot to track the same. She personally sent emails to the Chinsura Branch Manager but she is not getting replies. Then my father personally visited the Branch to know the status, where he came to know that the Card was already courier to my Airoli Branch and the PIN was sent by Speed Post on 27th Sep and 30th Sep, 2014. Now, the strange part. After 3 months I got the card that too not on my name. The card was sent on my wife’s name. I have applied for my card which was lost with my photo and signature but I have received the card after 3 months in my wife's name, which was never applied. I don't know what is happening with Axis Bank services. I sent N numbers of emails, following up with my Airoli Branch but No reply, no calls from Debit Card or Customer Service Department even after raising complaints. Can anyone really help me to get my Debit card as it’s a ridiculous service where the customer has to follow N numbers of times for his card where the charges has already been deducted, and no one even bothered to resolve the issue.                             Hi i am varun .. This issue is since 2011.. When i purchaseed 4 tickets through airasia ..

                            I had purchased tickets from airasia company in the year 2011 somewhere in september october ... Due to some reason they terminated there services ... And committed me to refund full amount in my debit card no.[protected]... During this period no amount was credited in my account ... I had a talk with there executives to which they told me they had transacted amount of 11284/- on 12th sep 2012 ... I checked my statement but no such amount was reflected in my statement ... And for that i had a long argument with them that where my money lost if i havnt recd such amount, its been more than 2-3 years now that i have been talking to airasia and axis bank as well to look into this matter seriously ... Meanwhile airasia gave transaction id (74365672256085009600026) for this and told me to check with your
                            bank ...axis bank sent me mail in which they told me to submitt customer dispute form ... And many other things .. In return bank also sent mail in which they mention they wont handle matter after 120 days of transaction ..Both the parties bank as well as aviation company just wasted my time and money ... Finally i want my money i.e 11284/- back .. Whether its with axis bank or airasia

                              Hi, There was a scam page fraudulent deduction from my account on 3rd November and I emailed my dispute form on 6th nov after the merchant claimed the money as instructed by credit card email department.Today after 5days have passed away your reps are asking me for proof for faulty goods.I had to select the first option in the form as well as the 'Other' option of the form as there is no option for scam fraud deduction.I have sent email to [protected]@axisbank.com with an urgency to refund my amount of 10040.60 and addressed to branch head in the subject kindly check.Please let me know what proof you require for scam page fraud.                                 I have applied for Axis Bank Titanium Rewards Debit Card on 18th October 2014 at Axis Bank, G E Road, Tatibandh Branch at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. After 7 days on 25th Oct. Bank issues a Card on my name. In between on 21st October, I filled a from to update my communication Address. In my updated communication address, PIN code of my area is 491001(belongs to Durg Chhattisgarh), but at the time of feeding Data by Bank official, he entered 471001 (belongs to Chhattarpur in M.P.) instead of 491001. On 29th October, after 3 days from issue the card, bank dispatched my Debit card (at PIN code 471001). When I did not get my card in 12 days after applied, I called customer care, then they gave me courier details. They gave me Airway bill no. B991Q3661292 of Bluedart courier. I have been trying to track my courier on Bluedart courier website, I am continuously getting INVALID QUERY NUMBERS. Lack of correct Waybill no. i am unable to track my card. Again on 4th November I called customer care, but they could not provide me any details about my card and they registered my complaint. They gave me complaint no.11508300, but till this time ( 11/11/2014, 12:45 PM), my complaint is still unresolved. And regarding Debit card PIN number, bank provide me the waybill no. EA[protected]IN of speed post service, which was couriered on 31st October.. Axis bank debited my account with Rs. 561.80 as debit card issue charges, but they did not bother whether the customer has received the card or not. This type of Negligence by a very reputed bank is not acceptable at any cost. Has bank official finished their job after Issue and dispatch the card? Who is responsible for not receiving of card even after 19 days ? Why Bank is not providing me correct Waybill no. after frequently calling to customer care? This is highly unprofessionalism and unexpected from Axis Bank. For the last 23 days I have no Debit Card to use ATM service.                                   Hi, I received a netsecure code for billing toSBI Bank from RM-Axis BK when I was sleeping in the night(when there was no transaction from my side) but amount was not deducted from my account. To be on safer side I changed my credentials and transferred the remaining amount. But can you please investigate how do I receive netsecure code because there was no transaction or any system discrpancy? Thanks Sarika

                                    Hi, I received a netsecure code for billing to Tata Docomo from RM-Axis BK when I was sleeping in the night(when there was no transaction from my side) but amount was not deducted from my account. To be on safer side I changed my credentials. But can you please investigate how do I receive netsecure code because there was no transaction or any system discrpancy? Thanks Trushal [protected]

                                      loan account status PPR[protected] not recived any information regarding loan closer (money already transfer to axisbank.( I was submitted all amount (127159 Rs) DD. number (715123) on 03/11/2014 on Axis Bank RDC Ghaziabad branch.) called to customer care executive many times and mail also sent to [protected]@axisbank.com but still my request was not proceed.

                                        i got my credit card date of 20\07\2014.its issue me date of 05\07\2014.not issue than i called to call canter sir if im purchase some electrical things so can i devert in EMI so he says me sir first u bye anything than call me i got also emi related information than i by a led t.v From jumbo Elec and called to call canter and amount trans fared amount to EMI than i called many time to call center regarding bill but they told me sir when your bill make so u get information on your mobile and your mail id but i not get any information on my mobile and mail and after 2 months credit card department put lane on my account no one give me any information regarding my bill so how i paid bill if i dont have any information after that a called, many time call canter for help but they are stand our hands and told me sir pay all bill i told him if i have been so much money so why i used credit card and why also make EMI and why pay so much intrest.now i want my all amount in EMI.i Complaine also in call canter to ms jyoti but i complaint diff rant and she says me any thing and write anything Please check my call details and give me positive feedback iam axxis premium customer its my horrible experience with axis bank. thanks your valuable customer sumit kumar
