I am a account holder of Axis Bank Limited vied a/c no [protected]/5487 as it is a current account through which I transact with Vodafone Spacetel Limited as a distributor for Tinsukia area. Yesterday there was a bank strike for which I could not able to transfer money to Vodafone for billing. Today in the morning at around 10:30 I have deposited a cheque no 050633 amounting to rupees four lacks sixty two thousands six hundred thirty (462630) to Axis Bank Tinsukia Branch for transferring the amount to Vodafone. I have called personally two to three times to the staff to do the work on an urgency basis and the reply came that it has been done. But till evening 6pm I have not received the confirmation mail from vodafone on payment receipt.. Than I enquired about the matter and got the result that the cheque was not transferred. Tomorrow is Saturday the company don't billed on this day which is known to the staff of the Axis Bank. Now the problem araised that the business has stopped for two days which caused hamper to my reputation in the market.     I am holding a credit card from Axis Bank. I blocked my card on 19th Nov 2014 and raised a request for a new card on 21st Nov 2014. I have been told that it has been raised and u will receive your new card within 10 working days. Today on 5th Dec 2014, since I have not received it yet, I called customer care and asked for the status. Shockingly the bank person informed me that there is no request from your side for a new card. I really did not understand what happened exactly. I started telling him that I am sure about the request but he was not ready to listen at all. His response was really bad with a rude tone. Then I asked to raise request now. On that he introduced me to one more complexity. He said for verification I need to tell him the last 2 transactions. I don't understand how someone can remember his last transactions if they have been made before 1-2 months. I informed him that I don't remember this. But he was insisting on that only and saying we cant take your request without that. Really Pathetic!!! Finally I disconnected the call with frustration. I realized that if you need help from Axis bank, u need to do lot of home work before approaching them. Also need to have patience to follow their complex process This is really bad experience. I was thinking customer care is supposed to be for taking care of customers. But it is not applicable for Axis Bank I guess...

      I am holding a account of Axis bank from last 9years. While opening the account it was told to me that its a zero balance account, and there are no other charges attached to it .But I saw that they were deducting 750 from account twice and even th ey charged service tax on it . without informing me . after complaing they told me previously it was zero bal but now the minimum balance should be 10, 000. Which they did not convyed before deducting the amount. They are making money without informing the customer. I have raised several complains regarding this but no one is respon ding to it . I advise not to open or do any transaction by Axis Bank.

        I have opened a zero balance saving account No. [protected] in Axis Bank, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi with annual fee in 2009 but now they have charging monthly fee for not maintaining minimum balance without any intimation of conversion of zero balance account to other type of saving accounts with monthly minimum balance fee. I have asked for this many time but no satisfactory answer received. Then I have applied for closer of said saving A/c No.[protected] on 15.11.2014 in home branch at Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. They have said to deposit lien balance of Rs. 150/- in the account and I have deposited Rs.150/- and hand over account closer form to the executive at Counter No. 3. But thereafter Rs.266.88 again shown as Lien. I have talked to customer care on 19/11/2014- Ref No. 11761491, 22/11/2014- Ref No. 11824747, 24/11/2014- Ref No. 11854752, 28/11/2014- Ref No. 11943960, 02/12/2014- Ref No. 11988829 and deposited Rs.267/- on 2/12/2014 in account by NEFT transfer. But so far my accounts has not been got closed. I have again tried to talked to customer care on 2/12/2014 and 3/12/2014 but no customer care executive is taking my call. I shall be gratefull if my complain will be sorted out.

          Axis bank illegal charges the Debit interest in my credit card on[protected] Debit Interest INR 692.09 Service Tax @ 12.36% INR 85.54 I have already paid on 3rd of Nov, 2014 Details is below... [protected] INR 3634.29 Cr [protected] Online Payment(AICI[protected]) INR 3000.00 Cr I don t want to give that type of fraud charges applied by Axis bank. I don t want to give that type of Amount. So Please check the Request No.11709891 and Complain no: 11741548 and resolve ASAP, i have already discussed your customer care executive MS.Prem Lata So Please Reversal of Debit Interest + Service Tax @ 12.36% on my card ASAP.

            On[protected] I was trying to paid my Credit card bill Rs.4457.32/- through Online other bank(Internet banking form ICICI Bank) But it was showing Transaction Failure I have already discuss with ICICI Bank, They are saying that, it has been successfully paid to Axis bank Credit Card. and Provided a Reference No. Attached the ICICI Bank Statement.. But Axis Bank Credit Card costumer care executive are not respond in my query.

              My Customer id is[protected]. I have a inward remittance since last 2 days having the reference number F[protected]. I got a mail from bank that it will credit to my bank account shortly. its been 2 days till then my account not credited. I have been trying to call my branch with their 3 different land line no provided, it tried calling all those 3 no's around 20 times withing 11.00 am IST - 3.00 pm IST since last 2 days, it ringing full but noobdy receives this. If there is nobody to pick up the phone why the hell such contact numbers are given. I have already written to the Grievance Redressal cell and send a mail to my bank but no response till now about my remittance credit. If at all they are not responsive to any query via mail or phone why such systems are there to do such drama. they can tell the customer no phone/mail service is provided by us. If you have query irrespective of whatever it is you always come to branch... Pathetic service...

                  Hi team, I tried alot times to generate Tpin, however i am not able to. It says invalid access. I have the card with me and all the details are correct. I called the customer care number, they said they can't check any details unless i have a tpin. I am stuck as i have made a payment of Rs. 18500 through bill desk and it is not reflecting on my card. Money is debited from my account already.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I SHUBHANKAR DEY holding an account [protected]with Axis bank (Jamshedpur Branch). This is regarding the amount of Rs.1500 (ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED) which has got wrongly debited from my mention account. During withdrawing the money from SBI ATM machine (ID NO- S10A[protected] BHILAI on 05 Nov 2014 at 02.38 pm, I got receipt from the machine instead of money. And also received debit massage in mobile same time. I also tried to contacting the customer service officers, but there was no positive satisfying response from them. Immediately I have registered my complaint to nearest axis Bank Bhilai Branch with all related documents and submitted the same, but as the money is not yet credited to my account. But question is that, if I have not received the money from the machine then how the bank can debit it wrongly from my account. Request your urgent intervention in this regards, kindly let me know the estimated time by when my account will get credited with the amount Rs.1500 (ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED). I was just checking the web page and it was asking for my credit card details to verify my age, when i entered the information detected amount Rs.9766.97 from my card. On that web page it doesn't showed any amount in INR or USD while was entering my card details. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference.                           I had an issue this morning and would like to brief you on the same... I am going to seriously take up this issue and warn other Miles and More members on the hidden agenda of Axis Bank... I spent Rs.9889.52 on 19 november to by a ticket from Capetown to Johannesburg and got an SMS saying Rs.9889.52 was spent on your card... When I got the bill today, I was surprised to see that I have been billed 10431.04. I called the call centre and spoke to someone called Arif... this is what I was told when asked why I have been charged 5.5% extra : 1)Axis bank for all transactions which involve payment in other currencies, a 3.5% markup is charged... why then have I been sent an sms without the markup? why wasnt I even told about the markup in the first place? Is it mentioned any where in the agreement that a 3.5% markup would be charged for all transactions abroad? 2) it was still not adding up, I called again. he said, there is 12.36% tax on the markup - you are charging the markup, I havent asked u to markup, so u should absorb the 12.36% and not dump it on me -right? 3) still Rs.150 short, still not adding up, and he tells me, this is because your transaction happened on the 19th, and the merchant establishment claimed on the 22nd and the exchange rate has changed... now exchange rate happens on the day a transaction is done, not as and when you feel like claiming things... what if the establishment claimed his money after one month and the exchange rate has gone up by 50%, I would be debited for this? Does it also mean every time I go abroad or do a transaction with a foreign compny like a Hotel or travel agency and use my card, I would be charged a markup of 3.5% + 12.36% service tax + what ever extra you feel like charging? who will want to use this card abroad if 5.5- 6.5% extra hidden charges is being debited to the clients account? I think people should be made aware of this and I will ensure that miles and more are warned about this hidden agenda of Axis Bank ! For all those planningn to use your cards abroad, this is for your information...

                            Dear Sir/ Madam, I have an account in Axis bank from past two year and the account number is [protected]. I had applied for my cheque book and updation address and mob no. on 17th Oct'14 in Lucknow with one of staff Ms. Ankita Sahani -Assistant Manager (Mob-[protected] Email- ankita.[protected]@axisbank.com) and submitted all the document as required by her. Please note that presently I am working in Mumbai and went to my home town Lucknow in Diwali Holiday at that time. Now I am in Mumbai. After one month on 17th November I called the above staff for know the status of my address updation and issuing cheque book but she informed me that your request has been canceled please mail me your document with handwritten application again regarding this and we will do your work on top priority within 3 days. On 19th Nov again I send all required document scan copy but till now I have not received my cheque book and any updation from her side. It’s very difficult for me to come to bank every now It is really disappointing that the banks take so long to issue a cheque book and address updation .I request you to look into the matter Thanks and regards Alok Diwakar Mob-[protected]

                                For a purchase made on 17th August, still after 3 months I am following up for cash back. When Can I expect the cash back and why does Axis Bank runs schemes of cash back when does have the capacity to repay it within time. This is how the cash back process goes when I am following up - what will happen to those who will not follow-up. Clear cut business of making fools, this is how they treat there customer

                                  i committed the biggest mistake of choosing axis to apply for a loan..first they harassed me to collect my papers once..i submitted it...The annoying team leader ms. deepa calls n yells at me .y dint our application boy collect your pan card..absurd right so i told her how m i to know...i insisted he takes it but he refused y r u shouting at me...most impolite uncouth down market lady ...i refuse to bank with you...pls delete my loan request n hand my papers back or i will file a complain against you for harassing me..here's that deepa's number [protected]...

                                    AXIS BANK CHEATED ME BY GIVING CREDITCARD THE SAID THEY WILL REPLACE THE NEW CARD AND THEY HAVE NOT DELIVERED THE NEW CARD AND THEY BLOCKED THE OLD CARD ALSO AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID I CAN PAY MY BILL ONCE CARD DELIVERED THEY HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THE CASES AND FINALLY THEY MATKED THE LEAN AMOUNT IN MY SAVING ACCOUNT AND THEY HAVE TAKEN ALL MY MONEY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT WITH OUT ANY INTIMATION OR E MAIL NO ONE CHEATING CREDIT CARD COMPANY I NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS CAN ANY ONE HELP ME

                                      This is with respect to my above mentioned Home Loan Account with Axis Bank. The Loan was disbursed at 10.50% which has moved up to 10.75 and now 10.65% recently. However, the loans are now available at 10.1% which you are also aware. While I had visited your Asset Centre last week for a partial pre payment I was informed that a request is being put for further reduction. However, i have been called today and informed that the reduction is possible only on payment of some charges. This is not acceptable. The competitive banks are really giving me an attractive proposition to move my Home Loan to their banks. There is a total waiver on processing charges and anyways there are no pre closure charges. Hence it is very convenient to move out of your bank. I request you to look into my request and reduce my rate of interest without any charges attached.
