Dear Concerned,

I preclosed my Axis Bank CAR LOAN - AU[protected] on 6th May 2010 and was assured that all formalities were done and a stop payment order would be issued on my post dated cheques and that I would get back my cheques in a few days.

Inspite of closing the account and getting the letter from Axis, the bank has still deducted an EMI from my account on 1st June 2010.

I have left the city and its difficult to manage to find the bank person on the phone, hoping my best to get a refund asap.

This has been now settled, I have received a refund Demand Draft from the bank finally after 3 weeks.

I hope other consumers don't face this problem ever.

    I am holding axisbank credit card no. [protected]. Ibooked railway ticket by payment through credit card & same was cancelled on 16 / 05 / 2010. Till today 27 / 05 / 2010 / cancellation refund is not credited to my credit card account.

    Please find here in attachment the auto debit form duly signed, as
    Required by you. Please confirm that you have activated the auto debit
    Facility.
    Please credit the irctc refund amount this month only so that my debit
    Amount will be less, which is quite genuine. I should get the refund
    Amount within 4 to 5 days after the cancellation of ticket otherwise
    It will be unjustice & i will aproach cosumer forum.

    Axis Bank Ltd — Non-receipt of credit card

    Dear Sirs,

    I had applied for the credit card with the Axis Bank Ltd in 1st week of May, 2008.My application no/reference no is 1394299.Till date i have neither recd any information nor the credit card, from where i can get the status of the application

    Dear sir,

    I have an Axis Bank Account with Gurgaon DLF Brancj. On 29th of July, I deposited two Bankers Cheques each 2.5 lacs in my savings Bank Account at Janakpuri Branch. On the basis of these Bankers Cheques, I issued a Cheque for Rs. 4.5 lacs. On 8th of August, my cheques were returned with a note that there is no sufficient fund. On contacting the bank's call centre, I found both my Banker's cheques were not credited to my account till that date and also till date. I have registered a complaint on 8th August and also sent a registered letter to the bank. Till date I have not received any reply. Also , the bank has charged me a penalty for returning the cheque un paid though I had deposied enough funds for clearing the cheque. Request you to look into this matter and get me
    1) refund of the penalty charged
    2) Interest from the date of depost
    3) Any other compensation for my mental aganoy

    I have filled up the application for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 at your branch drawing a draft of Rs1, 50, 000/- vide Draft no.029297 dt14 dec 2010.On allotment of result, I am not a sucessfull candidate.But till today I have not been refunded/credited the application money to my account.My application no. is 0395015 $ my Axis Bank account no. is [protected] Bund garden branch, Pune-411001.     This is with ref to my credit card number [protected] which was valid from 09/2011 but unfortunately i couldnot continue this card and card went on final closing and i paid all dues.now when i applied for my personal loan they approved but could not credit money in my account due to my wrong updation in cibil database.when i inquired about the same than it came in to light that while applying for the credit card your executive put wrong PAN number which was never my card ever & that number was given by the bank is BKXPS6070Ewhich is not My PAN card.My only and authentic card number is EAYPS6271P.the wrong Pan card which was produced in my cibil database was never my card or neither i put any signature on the documents related with the PAN.i have been a honest customer of the bank & provided all the details authentic.

    I also request to provide me the documents in which i have given any wrong information to the bank for my PAN card.

    i have been going through such an horrible experience from last few weeks due to negligence behavior of the bank employee.

    Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

      i have an penssion acount at palam coloney delhi [protected].now i setteld in sohana. i wisited in sas nagar branch for check book request four times in four months.twice they send e mail also for check book.but i did not get it.if axis bank issue the check book it delivers it by blue dart,which service is not there at sohana.in all 4 requests i have given note also to send it by registerd post but ball in vain.when ever u go to bank they say fill the form and hand over to resception.so finaly they suggested me to open account at mohali.i deposited all documents but still it is not opendsince 10 days nothing is done to open a new account.
      i think it is beter for me to leave such bank for future.

        I have applied credit card [protected] of axis bank allahabad branch and get the same & then transfered in uttrakhand in haldwani city and i have updated my address and my mobile no. in the company and i was satisfied with the service if axis bank because i recive the statment of that card timly here in haldwani also, There after my card was expired in april 10 but they have not send me a fresh one ,while i pay the bill timly and there is no dues from my side, while making many calls to there call centre and mailed to there customer service they have genereted the fresh card and send it allahabd address while i want the card on my haldwani office address where my all statment of cards recived, while i have made another complaint no-SERVICE REQUEST NO IS.466627, for delivery the card in my haldwani adress but they have send it again on allahabad adress, now again i have raised the fresh request no[protected], on there call centre but still they are not send my card, please help me to solve this problem.

        I am never able to reach axis bank toll free numbers.Even if they say it's tollfree the amount deducted from the main call balance is usually huge and most of the time call gets disconnected in between.Even if the call gets connected the wait time is so much that all balance is gone just in waiting.
        Is there any real toll free number to reach axis bank especially for credit card related queries.

I have complaint to conjumer forum on 03.05.2010 aganist Dunlop Branch (Axis Bank Ltd. )for , a cancel cheque pass because someone forged my sign and changed the date from[protected] to[protected] in cheque no. 017198 and withdrew Rs 30000 from my A/c from Dunlop branch(Axis Bank). But now i am withdraw this complain aganist Axis Bank Ltd - Dunlop Branch ,for mutual understanding between me and Axis Bank Ltd ( Dunlop Branch).

            hI. I have been an Axis Bank customer for the past 2 years.

            They regularly delay Cheque deposits and transferrals citing a a server problem.

            As a result I have to wait for days on end without money for my salary deposits.

            In addition, the phone banking executives are clueless and the bank branch itself extremely unco-operative.

            Kindly never take anaccount in this bank as it is extremely frustrating and pointless.

            Has has the worst service I've ever experience with any bank till date.

              I am surprised at the customer service provided by you Bank. I have been desperately calling your officials for the improper lien attached to my account when the loan was foreclosed on 21st April itself. I received a call on 6th May that I need to pay a balance of 447 which was also paid within two hours of your request by a net transfer. However, despite the due diligence shown by me in honouring your orders, I find that the bank went ahead and placed a lien on my account. I came from travel on 15th May and have been calling the TNagar office and no one is responsibily answering. I fail to understand how an organization like yours do not have a Business continuity plan and servers are always down.

              Since I have been put into mental agony and pain in the last few days, If I do not get a apology mail and NOC that the loan has been closed and lien removed by 5 pm today evening, I will be approaching the Reserve Bank of India and Indian Consumer Complaints for resolution. I am sending a copy of this letter by registered post to them.

                Dear Sir , I am ( WAS ) an NRI account holder with your bank ( AXIS BANK) for the last 3 years having saving account no.[protected] .In november 2009 my debit card was slightly damaged and I had approached your Dehra dun main Axis Bank branch for a new debit card . According to the lady who attended to my complaint I was to get a new debit card within 2 weeks. However even after repeatedly personally approaching your dehra dun main branch several times I was not issued a freshcard and kept on receiving lame excuses like the head office is not repling or attending to my request. I still had faith in your bank and its supposedly efficient staff that on my one such visit I had even invested in your mutual fund launched in Jan 2010 .
                I had even personally written a complaint and submitted it by hand to this same lady to send it immediately to your head office but it all was of no use.
                Finally today when I called up your bank I was told that my card had been dispatched to my address and had been supposedly received by me 4 months back.
                I was shocked and immediately rushed to your dehra dun branch and was told something about an email received by your staff from your head office that my card had been sent to me and also that it had been received by me some 4 months back.
                Sir i was so disgusted with this extremely callous handling of my case that I was forced to withdraw all my money from my account and close it permanentely .
                Sir , I would like you to personally look into this matter which has forced one of your loyal account holders to be pushed to an extent so much so that he is forced to take such drastic action and break all links with your bank , so that at least in future no one else is made to suffer like I was .
                Also do give a reason why I should not initiate any appropriate legal action against you for the ammount of mental harrasement and agony that your staff has caused me .

                  Dear Sir,
                  I farrukh, an nri working in Saudi arabia have a housing loan from axis bank, asif ali road, delhi. The loan was opened on[protected] I am paying my loan on time till 20 march 2010.
                  Last year when I was in delhi I got the letter from axis bank in which they asked for pdc.

                  I send the pdc according to their requirement. But unfortunately the letter issued by axis bank has mentioned wrong information the account number. The letter is with me which I can produce any time and I can send u the scan copy of it.

                  Now I am in Saudi Arabia they are disturbing me time to time by sending e mails ,miss calls, calling my brother many times even making every thing clear by sending e mail and phone calls but they keep on blaming me for sending pdc (post dated check) with wrong account number.
                  I do not wanted any litigation so I send check in favor of axis bank one month back. It was cleared three days back the loan amount 13375/ nri account icici bank I think it must be for april because the due date for may month is 20 may.
                  I am quite upset in Saudi Arabia by their attitude now they issued me letter at my delhi address as defaulter the last 24 pdc which I sent is still with them.

                  Apart from money they are giving me mental trauma and social harassment.

                  Now I want to complain and request you to do something against harassment.

                      My loan EMI directly linked to my savings account was deducted by axis bank but the same amount was also put into lien balance .
                      Axis bank is the worst bank to contact and get problems sorted out ..
                      I an trying since 15-20 days on all customer care numbers ,Branch numbers ..They ask for details and then bring some excuse or other not to entertain us ..They gave us some email IDs to send our problem ...The email ids are also mentioned on their website ...but they do not work and email bounces ..

                      Pathetic Customer Orientation of Axis Bank ...Just changing the Name from UTI to Axis does not make you a MNC bank ...Learn customer care and value their time also ..

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have availed of Axis Bank personal loan of Rs 1lakh in December 2008. I have been paying regular emi's of Rs 3204 till June 2009. Due to financial constraints I have been unable to pay my emi's. In April 2010, I have paid a lumsum of Rs 20,000 to the bank to clear on insistence and threats by Bank and their agents. As of May 2010, I am jobless and on lookout for Job. It seems that the warrant against is non bailable and i can penalized for three months. pls clarify

                        These people including the Mr Rajesh at Kormangala Branch of legal team called up to say that I have a legal notice and asked me to cough up Rs 5000/- . I have pleaded to them that give me two months to clear of the remaining debt.

                        People have financial problems and bank should be kind enough to handle the issue.

                        secondly, When i applied for the loan, I have asked for Rs 50 thousand only, but your sales department deposited Rs 1 lakh in my axis bank account. Now see the problem that has arisen. who is responsible for this?

                        can the axis bank team look into this matter.

                          Axis bank Jalna (maharashtra) branch near shivaji putala deducted my amount Rs 750+77.25 service tax from my account in last quarter of last year without intimation that they increase minimum balance. When I ask the manager, he said that we have send information to Geojit finance co. But when I asked Geojit manager he told me that there is no communication between bank & firm.                               Sir,
                              Regarding this issue the chairman and top management assured us for the refund of excess interest charged by the bank so many times. But still we are waiting for the settlement.
                              AXIS Bank sanctioned us a home loan on 10/08/05 of 21.5 lacs for purchasing the property and 11.5 lacs for the renovation of the same. We have been charged the monthly installment of Rs 26585/- from Sept. 05 to the bank regularly for 15 months without disbursing the loan.

                              Also, Wanted to confirm that how can AXIS bank give a renovation loan (& charge interest) till the plot is not registered. And they have put 4 lacs on hold because of PAN Card was not submitted by our relative's loan Account.WE have no relation with this issue.(That account has been closed also).But bank is Still charged interest on the same.

                              One of our co-partner of property Mrs.Namrata Vijay Rathi also took a H/loan from AXIS Bank of Rs.35 lacs and due to Non-cooperative behavior/harassment of the banker/consultant they (Mrs.Rathi) closed the loan account even after paying 10-11 installments without disbursement of the loan.Finally they took a loan from Dena Bank,Navlakha Branch,Indore for the same property.

                                AXIS Bank sanctioned us a home loan on 10/08/05 of 21.5 lacs for purchasing the property and 11.5 lacs for the renovation of the same. We have been charged the monthly installment of Rs 26585/- from Sept. 05 to the bank regularly, the Pay orders were lying with bank for almost 15 months

                                Our Registry got delayed because of the housing loan manager of theAXISBank. When property seller came from Jodhpur specially for the registry(10/Mar/06), Bank was not ready to give the pay orders of Rs.1075000 favouring Mr.Virendra Pratap Oberoi,then after we managed the fund from market of Rs.25,00,000 and paid to Mr.Virendra Pratap Oberoi,Jodhpur on 30/7/06 . And finally registry was done on 15/12/06 (because of which we had to pay some more money to seller also). your finance manager never cooperated and coordinated with us during the registration process.

                                Also, Wanted to confirm that how can A bank senction a renovation loan till the plot is not registered. And they have put 4 lacs on hold because of the guaranter's PAN Card was not submitted by our relative's loan Account.WE have no relation with this issue.(That account has been closed also).But bank is Still charging interest on the same.


                                One of our partner Mrs.Namrata Vijay Rathi also took a H/loan from UTI Bank of Rs.35 lacs and due to Non-cooperative behaviour/harassment of the banker/consultant they (Mrs.Rathi) closed the loan account even after paying 10-11 installments. Without getting loan Amount Finally they took a loan from Dena Bank,Navlakha Branch,Indore for the same property.

                                  My account number is [protected], a salary account has been created in ashok nagar, Chennai branch on 07-06-10. yet I didn’t received my welcome kit. My salary is credited on 10th june 2010. when I want to withdraw my cash, the bank authority said that “with out your checkbook it’s not possible to withdraw money”. I’m ashamed that the axis banks don’t have such facility where others having. The person who created my salary account is not feeling responsible for the delay even if I asked the branch authorities they also not responsible. They are not even interested in telling the status. I would be very thankful if you kindly take the necessary steps.

                                      I am Anitha Arjunan working for Logica Pvt Ltd, Chennai. On Feb 13th 2010 I travelled to Finland for an assignment in NOKIA for around 2.5 months. I returned to India on 29th April 2010.

                                      On April 27th, the day I have to return to India from Oulu, Finland, my personal item pen dirve, memory card of the camera has been stolen in NOKIA office premises. Also my Axis Bank Travellers card also been stolen...

                                      SUB: DEBIT OF Rs. 782.69 FROM MY SALARY ACCOUNT NO: [protected]

                                      I am holding salary account in your bank vide account number. [protected] since last two years and on December 15th 2009 I had open Demate account and client ID is 13705029 and yearly charges are Rs. 550.00.

                                      As to inform you that due to mistake of Axis bank my demate account was marked non banking customer and bank had debited Rs. 782.69 for period of 3 months (15.12.2009 to 31.03.2010) and again bank have debited Rs. 551.50 on Dtd. 24.04.2010 and due wrong charges bank had debited total Rs. 1334.19 from my account for the three months.

                                      Please note that I had complain verbally and also subsequent telephonic talk to the authorized person but it has veined so I request you to credit the said amount of Rs. 1334.49 in my account with in seven working days and after seven days if it is not credited then it will forced me to go consumer court and all the expenses will be on Axis bank account.
