[Resolved]  Axis Bank — lean my salary account and settlement

Hi,

I am having credit card ending with 1842 which minimum amount i was paying regularly but in january my sister was hospitalised and i am not able to pay amount for 2months since i had chat with recovery agent name nitin that i will pay amount on 08.03.19 but my salary credited on 07.03.19 at that time they lean my account, so i had talk with recovery agent about same so he send me debit note of amount 7600 and said pls write and send me same so i had done that but the whole salary was debited on 12.03.19 and still the account is on lean. I had asked for settlement they are saying settlement is not possible. How will i survive without salary with family and my sister who is hospitalised...
And now still they people are calling me for minimal amount due, how can it is possible when my card is inactive from last month only

I deposited cash 62000 rupee (2000 Indian currency notes 31 nos) in axis bank CDM/ATM using debit card, but 62000ruppe not credite in my axis bank saving account.

My name Shantanu Chakraborty and MyZone cr Card No. 4514********9328
The Bill is not sent to me by email. this default has taken place previously also.

I got a call from axis bank Anna branch as they are providing loan against Bharati axa life insurance
If I get policy for 1lakh I'll get loan amount of 10lakh

my nave is vaishali choudhary
and i am axis bank account holder since 2017 but and i issued credit card in 2018 but somehow in use all my limit form credit card
during lock down i lost my job and i am unable to pay but in September i ll started pay and till now
i ll pay total 66000 thousand rupees to bank but they charged very high interest from me for ex late fee, overdue fee,
and now they lean my account and my whole salary hold in lean account i already inform to bank executive about it but they give me false commitment about it
every month i face same issues

also now they charged 2500 consolidated charges how can i pay too much amount

i ll pay too much after lost my job

i want to close my both account from axis bank
my life is hell now and i am unable to pay more
