I did transaction on Friday 17may 10.30 Ameerpet ATM near metro station Ameerpet ATM/SPAN 28913/5562 I swipe card transactions fails but deducted my 3000 RS I can't take and not out from ATM also still waiting three working days not money refunded my account please give my money back I send mail call no one responds to me I how many days I refundable my money no response any one machine is syruk no one other in yellareddyguda Ameerpet it's soo bad

Hi,

Since last 8 months 500 rs is being deducting saying consolidated charges(even though account balance is 0).
And now the balance has come to -1000.

Kindly refund the deducted money.
Kindly do the needful. If you need any further information please let me know.

In my Axis Bank Account on Saturday 11 May my Axis Bank Account Debited by RS.282.3 And Other RS 50 For Consolidated Charges For my Saving Account.So how i Stop the Consolidated Charges or refund it
Axis bank is charging 500 to 1000 every month to me if I check statement it shows consolidated charges, according to my understanding consolidated charges must be charged once a financial year but these guys are looting me every month on name of consolidated charges

    Yesterday (11.05.19) i got a massage that ur account has been closed due to non submission of kyc.

    Hi I have a savings account in MG Road Gurgaon branch, yesterday RS. 300/- was deducted from my account as consolidated charges without any proper information.

    Hi, i have salay account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 243.70 rs (13/04/2019) and 420 rs (11/05/2019 )from my account written as Consolidated DP Charges. my NSDL DP IN300484, Client ID. 25408127 and mobile number [protected]. Please help me to get my money back and close my demat account

    The bank deducted 500 rs from my account with 90 rs gst as consolidate charges without any reason and as i dont issued any cheque book or physical debit card they are totally illigal and cheating on the name of zero balace account i have read all the details about charges . But they are not in my case please help

    In my account Rs 91 was detected as Consolidated charges, I wan to know why if this is Zero Balance(Salary account). And Kindly revert the amount.
    I have opened the Axis ASAP account online. The account was working well for 6-7 months but after that account was closed without any intimation to me.

      Dear sir /mam,
      My subject bank account non active for last 18 months. I have tried to transfer the account from panipat g. T. Road branch to galaxy mall gorakhpur branch (At least seven times). But it was not transferred and i am not able to remit any amount into it.
      I am unable to close this account, therefore i have withdrawn my all amount from it. But a axis bank is continue to debit monthly maintenance charges, even i am nit using the services since march 2019.
      In this regard i have approached at axis bank galaxy mall, gorakhpur and submitted my aadhar card and photo.

      In view of above it is requested that instruction may be given to bank to either close my subject account or transfer my account from panipat to gorakhpur and account be activated for all type of transactions.

        Hi i am ankush arora my relatives have loan account in axis bank. They r not much educated and know to banking terms and condition. A guy named yogesh visited them on behalf of axis bank and asked them to repay the loan as soon as possible. They asked him to wait for some time the will pay it asap. After 3 to 4 visits he asked them to pay some amount which has to be payed to bank to give you some time they refused him and said we will give you in some days after a week he visted them and asked for minimum 30000 has to be deposit to get u some time after 4 months we told him that we want to settle our account when he came to us we asked him about that money he said leave that money that will be not counted in any records. When i came to know i talked to him he refused to pay and talked rudely.

        42 got deducted as gst what are these???
        From past 4 to 5 months total rs 2000 deducted from account under the name as consolidated charges.i..e. 500 every time.earlier i thought it was due to insufficient balance so we deposited 10000 rs still amt is getting deducted.
        Money has been deducted from my a/c as consolidated charges..this is the second time there is deduction due to consolidated charges without any reason..

          Hello team,
          I have submitted my loan application with axis bank, i must say or mention such an horrible experience executive response is like hell. I am not going to apply for home loan in future. After submitting all documents for balance transfer it got rejected for email id is not entered correctly by axis staff. Time wastage and frustration was too much into that period.
          Executive behavior is totally unprofessional (Not responding to call anytime). Its been more than one month application again rejected due to second nonsense reason cibil is not good for co applicant which i already informed. He confirmed about no processing fees and deducted processing fees for such stupid process. I have raise complaint on portal too no single response from your bank too.
          No single call for updates every time i have to go and get updates into branch

            20+ days before i applied for debit card, i got msg that if my courier will my delivered to communication address than it will go to my home branch,

            So after 10 days i visit in my home branch warje i asked their (May i help you desk) about my debit card status, that person i don't know his name, he was just chit chatting with other co-workers, after 10/15 mint he
            Replying me that, my debit card is still not received by them,
            After called customer care to know card status so they said me that, visit again in branch or call customer care after 3 day's till my debit card will go at home branch or to know status of card,..

            My branch is far from my place that's why today on 20th may 2019, i
            Called axis customer care agent name (Aroofh)
            He has no sence how to attend call or speak with customer,

            I just asked him about my debit card status? Is it in home branch or still in trans,

            But that foolish axis agent literary shouted on me saying that, he cannot tell status, you track from bluedart courier number..

            Bloody nonscence service my axis bank. And # staff...

                  Hello Team,

                  My name is Charles and I’m using salary account with axis bank .
                  March month I got a call from credit card department and they said we will provide free credit card with no annual fee first year. Then I said ok after 7 days (28th mar19)I got the card and same day I used for rs. 430 . Then I got a message you used amount is rs4560 . I got shocked and called to customer care . Then only I got to know this is not free card and they charged rs 4130 for joining fees. I Informed to Customercare if it’s free I can use it otherwise I don’t want and cancel my card . It was blocked based on my request on same day.
                  Lasetweek I got a statement to pay rs4560. Why should I pay which I not used . I paid rs430 which I used . Remaining I can not pay.
                  Today I called to customer care and they are not given proper solution .

                    credit card settled noc

                    I have a credit card last 4 digit is 8594.in march and april 2019 i have paid rs 26000 against dues. On april 30 the card was settled in 85000 against my all dues, but no settlement letter received to me in any form i. E. On my registered mail as well as through courier. I have paid all rs 85000 (On 30 april 1 and 2 may) i could not deposit the whole amount in one shot due to bank policy that cashier told me that they didn't received amount more than 49000 in one day. I have cleared all the settled amount, but they generated once again new bill against the said card. On contacted executive told your settlement is broken due to not payment on time. But not settlement letter officially received till date

                        I taken a car loan from axis bank
                        After 2 year i paid all amount of bank there after i am not getting noc certificate
                        I paid the all amount in feb. 2019 and still i am not get noc

                        I was contact to customer care center they told me to visit loan center
                        I gives application two time in loan center but no response from them

                        I was make payment of whole amount in seattle the loan amount in feb 2019 but still after 3 months i am not getting noc certificate

                        I want to sell my car but without noc i can not sell it so iam facing more problems...

                          I have a salaried account in axis bank this month 2690rs got deducted. When enquired bank people told my account is tranfered to a saving account as it has not maintained any money from may 2018. My complain is if they are tranfering the salaried account to a saving account the bank should atleast intimate the company or the employee without any intimation the money is just getting deducted. Which is not professional on they part if they are intimating the customer then the customer will not allow them to turn the account into saving account and this is why without intimating the account holder the just looting money. I want my 2690rs refunded...

                            Hi,

                            I am Sandip Nandi ([protected]). I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in Shakespeare Sarani Branch, Kolkata. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts - 15 times total Rs. 5757.31 from last year - in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. I called the customer care and contact bank branch many times but problem was not resolve.

                            I am going to close the account asap.

                            I request Indian Complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                              Hello team,

                              Please help me in resolving the issue with my account. My account number is marked as freeze and right now i am neither able to deposit nor withdraw the amount. For this reason i visited the magarpatta branch in pune where i have submitted all the kyc document and its was communicated to me on date 16-apr-2019 1:15 pm that we have taken the document and request will be processed by home branch axis bank lucknow and for same the email from bank was sent to lucknow. [protected]@axisbank.com even after waiting for weeks this issue was not resolved my account is still frozen. On top of that when issue was not resolved i opened the request via chat and ticket # 51543835 and same was closed by axis bank without any resolution.

                              As my account is locked and i am not able to do any transactions however each month consolidated charges are being deducted from the account and when i tried to transfer the fund using net banking each time it is getting failed saying account is frozen and for reversal of same charges i opened the ticket # 51543979 and this is marked as closed without any resolution.

                              I am under tremendous pressure and suffering from great mental trauma, as this is unprofessional and un-ethical behavior from axis bank. I wasted lot of time in communication with branch and chat.

                              Now i am escalating it with you to help me.

                                I have received following message today, which says

                                Your a/c 689859 is debited by rs. 118 on 16may19. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] for dispute
                                I have called in this number and they are just reverting my call to other departments.
                                Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                                  Hi madhusudhan j n here previous ex employee of axis bank my employee i'd 86382, i have settled my credit card in 2018.
                                  I had the proof. But still the bank is unable to send me the "noc" for the same.
                                  Please dont tell me the standard process, i already gone through that.
                                  I have already discussed this with the customer care as well as bank executive, but still i am not able to receive "noc".
                                  When can i expect the noc letter from your end???

                                    I was forced to get an axis bank fastag by pratam motors, bangalore when i purchased a new maruti ertiga. They gave we no alternate option but already fixed the fastag in my new car. I am facing enough difficulties in recgarging the fastag. The showroom never updated the necessary documents looks like but activated my account. Then they asked me to call axis bank customer care number if i face any problems. Today is the 4th day i am trying to call this number and no one answers the call. I used paytm fastag in my old car and faced absolutely no issues. This axis bank apparently is giving huge commission to pratam motors and promoting their useless fastag through them. Their whole process is very cumbersome. I am stuck unable to use this fastag now. I am going to tear it off my car and going back to paytm fastag. It is wrong to singularly promote a product to a customer without giving them options. Axis bank is doing it through pratam motors.
