This complaint is in regards to axis bank. They have given a credit card xxxx6715 to one of their customer with my pan details. The pan details updated on the mentioned account with axis bank is mine and also the account is been incorrectly reported in my cir.

I raised a dispute with the bank in the month of october, but they do not bother to rectify the mistake neither remove the account number from my cir. This is been reported to both trans union cibil and the crif high mark.

This is an absolute case of fraud and the account is still in active status which has different personal details that does not belong to me.

After raising the complaint in the month of october 2018, they repeatedly giving me different complaints number every time[protected] / 48655904/[protected] with a turn around time to wait for 5 working days. And now we are in april 2019, the account is still reflecting in my cir and also has my pan number in it.

I followed all the procedure to escalate this to get resolved. Banking ombudsman is also aware of this issue since day 1 and the following are their complaint reference numbers. Cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]

This issue is still not fixed and because of axis bank there are 11 incorrect accounts reported by multiple banks in my credit report.

Please help me with this as no one wants to take the accountability to get this issue resolved.

Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.

    Sub: decline - credit card application

    Re: #14015564 my zone credit card

    With reference to above subject, i want to state facts as under,

    1. Axisbank credit card sales representative had made numerous calls to me to apply for axis bank credit card. He had collected all the required documents and satisfied himself by personally visiting our residence & office confirming addresses mentioned in documents submitted for application.
    2. No signature on application form given by me
    3. Provisional application number was not given to me. Neither was i informed about application process & decline policy.
    4. On 19.04.19 at 02.51pm i received a sms from axisbank stating “ your credit card application for my zonecredit card with ref #14015564 has been declined. We hope to serve you in future”. Above referred number is inferred from this sms.
    5. To understand why the application was declined, i called at axisbank call centre where i had spoken to attendant. He explained me that, a letter stating reasons for rejections will be received by me within 10 days. Till date i haven’t received any correspondence from your bank.

    Now, as i am quite disturbed with this,

    1. I request you to inform me the reasons for decline in detail and in writing and supporting evidence of the same to the extent possible.
    2. Why decline policy are not communicated to us at time of application? Why the same is not available on your website.?
    3. What are the procedures followed when a decline takes place and what is the procedure followed to communicate it to applicant?
    4.in event of not satisfied with the reasons mentioned by you, whom should i meet to discuss my grievance?

    I request you to do the needful and extend your cooperation for above mentioned points.

      Hello sir, i pawan sing tomar i am basically from bhopal and my father name is late mr. Ratan sing tomar and my mother is late mrs. Jyoti tomar and have register my complain agains max life insurance and axis bank they give me a wrong information regarding policy by broker krishan korav/broker no-485256 in axis bank and i at the time of policy ia am only 22 year old and i am nothing to do at age 22 when they give me fraud policy and mya father has been expired in 2012 and since last 3 year i am serviving my mother cancer and now she is also expired in december 2019 and and now my economical condition is not good and i want my money back they give me 2 policy at 2015. Please help me...

        I was opened one axis asap account and get online atm but it is not working for generating a upi or any work i think it is blocked by bank so how to unlock it and use online transaction please help me out for these trouble. And i received message from bank that it is dispatched from bank for delivery to me so check out what is actual problem and how to resolve.

          I am SBI account holder. When on 16.04.2019, I withdrew 1000 rs from Axis Bank Atm and I got it in 500 rs denomination. One 500 rs currency was filthy and I am very harassed in that now nobody is accepting it. I am attaching the message I received after above transaction. Kindly verify and take strict action against Axis Bank.

            Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

              On the[protected] i have transferred rupees 5000/- to other receiver by phone pe app

              Receiver bank account credited with amount but after 2 minutes the amount has been debited with Same UTR number

              today the date is[protected] the amount has not been credited in receiver account nor refunded to my account

              i am trying many time to complaint with axis bank but all time phone banking officer not any satisfactory reply

                I don't think i have issued any such mandate.

                  I have already informed the bank that i don't have any account of dmat in bank
                  Still, they are charging 885 rs to be on dp charges

                  It was informed to me at the time of opening account that it is free for lifetime by their employee named rajul garg.
                  I make a complaint with rajul also.

                  Now they are charging 885 rs

                  I raised complain to dp. [protected]@asixbank.com
                  As per commitment, they were going to resolve it in last may 2018 but i am standing on april 19 still they are debiting unnecessary charges and cheating us. I need my money bake if i am not using the service.

                    Have created axis asap account through my mobile, by submitting all the necessary documents like aadhar, pan card, mobile number etc. I have deposited 1000rs to get account number. I've paid that amount from my another bank account, all went fine & i got my account number and virtual card. But, next day i got a message from axis bank showing this message "account closure proceed to dd acct". There contact number not connecting by register number, always tell that is wrong number but if i making call from another number, call connected and they are keep saying to call from registered number or give detail of card through ivr. Already my account is closed so how can i have working virtual card. I lost my hope on this banking with axis. Atleast they should have given a proper reason for closure. Ps. I thought that, axis was good at internet transactions, but now i'm done.

                      Hi,

                      I have a salary account in axis bank, in salt lake (Sec-5) branch, kolkata. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account. Now i can realize that they have created it to cheating with me.

                      Please my account balance is showing more than -1400 without any reason also.

                      It is my humble request please look into this matter...

                      I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                      Consolidated DP charges Rs.321.00 has been debited & there after my account balance showing in negative balance Rs. 1448.77.

                      Axis Bank is number of fraud bank, during account creation they told all employees that it has no charges.

                      I have not used the DEMAT account yet but then charged me Rs. 1770.. it is a business.

                      If any employee will not us the DEMAT account for once, then should not charge yearly basis of Rs. 1770.00

                      It is my humble request to you please look into this matter. so that they will not able to cheating with other employees in future.

                      Axis Bank Team,

                      All employee, who has opened Axis Bank in same, their account has been debited with rs. 885 only..why

                      I have visited to Axis Bank Branch but they have no clarification for Demat Accounts.. Why

                      If account holder make signature in demat form of Axis Bank, then you guys can debited customer account as you like without any confirmation even in negative balance...but why

                      Demat Account has been created in Axis Bank Account but why your branch can't provide any details...

                      Please share with me that how much benefit i have got by demat accounts for rs. 1770.00

                      Please see 99% employees are suffering for this type of fraud activities by Axis Bank..

                      Note: when any employee creating account, then you are saying that it is free of charges..

                      Now remaining amount Rs. 1449 also deducted from my account instead off providing solution on my complaint...

                      after visiting Axis Bank Branch they are also not closed demat account..

                      Two Demat account forcefully activated in 1 saving account...

                      Please close & refund Rs. 1770.00

                        When I had opened axis bank asap zero balance account I deposited 1000 rs money in my account. After that I debited 1000rs from my bank account. Then after two days bank balance shows -354 rs. When I contacted customer care they had not resolved my issue. They told me that please contact your nearest branch. When I contacted nearest branch they told me that you opened bank account online so we are not responsible for that issue. Without informing me they sent me debit card. When I checked my bank balance after 1 month it shows -554 rs again they charged without any service request. They are making fool to customer. It is not zero balance account. I want my balance zero or close my bank account.

                          I have an account bearing no. [protected] with you since long. My debit card was also valid upto 2023. But due to new govt. Rules my card became invalid in 31.12.2018. I visit the bank before my card became invalid several times for enquiring about my dabit card, but they told me that "we will see it". And till today they are "see it". I had not receive my card yet.
                          Please do the needful from your end at the earliest.

                            It is to inform you that i am the customer of axis bank by mistakenly and having saving account and with that axis bank offer me a credit card ending with 3685 which bill is total 39k and this time they mail me to pay the minimum due of 14k so that they could convert my bill in emi as i was not able to pay the bill they make lien on my account and auto deduct my salary 12k which is now in my saving account the amount showing is 26k and they are saying that we not receive the amount so where is my amount other thing is in past 10 month i made a payment from netbanking to another account of only 1000rs which was not received to other account and amount was deducted and still from 10 month bank is not taking any action so now why not i should start making penalty on my amount as just because of this its making me mentally torturement and seriously its getting harsh form its request me to help it.

                              Axis bank is having the worst customer service. They dont have toll free number. Now adays everbody using mobile plans. So need to recharge ur phone first. After that when triedto call, saying service is not available. People will get mad. Are you people are purposely torturing customers. You people are interested only to those pleople who are looting the banks. Not for genuine customers like us.

                                My account was charge ₹611 as consolidated charges and ₹111 for 18% gst. This made my account balance zero. And then suddenly after 2 days my account started showing negative balance of about 3k. Then by mistake i credited 1000 rs and that thousand rs not get credit. Now it shows negative balance of around 2k..
                                I want my money back... Plz help as soon as possible.

                                  I have applied for personal loan at AXIS Bank on 1st April.

                                  Initially axis bank representative had given me the below commitments:
                                  1) Rate of Interest will be 12%
                                  2) Processing fees will be 0.5%

                                  Then after 2 days i.e on 4th April i had received the message from axis bank
                                  that your loan application has been approved.

                                  Since it is 16th April, after 12 days also i haven't received the disbursement.

                                  Actual Incident:

                                  On Saturday i.e.(13th April )I have tried to connect to credit manager, he informed me the status of my application as below:

                                  "Your disbursement has been scheduled for 4 lac and 12% ROI and you will receive money by EOD of 13 th April"

                                  after that i have made around 40-50 calls to both of them for same, but no one neither has responded nor received the calls.

                                  Then i got the call from Vinod Shinde yesterday i.e 15th April.He has given me the all details as below of my application:
                                  1) ROI = 12.49%
                                  2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
                                  3) Loan Sanctioned Amount : 400000
                                  I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

                                  Again after some time i got the call from same person, he has given me another information on the same loan application:
                                  1) ROI = 13.25%
                                  2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
                                  3) Loan sanctioned amount : 316000
                                  I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

                                  Again after some time i got the call from same person, he has given me another information on the same loan application:
                                  1) ROI = 13.99%
                                  2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
                                  3) Loan sanctioned amount : 316000
                                  I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

                                  and the most important thing i want to mention here, i am trying to reach all of these guys hell like anything but they are not responding .

                                  Till today my disbursement has not happened yet.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,
                                    I have taken personal loan from Axis Bank. While taking confirmation from me regarding disbursement of loan, the representative said me that the Processing fee will be 1.49% and Rate Of Interest will be 16.99%. But in welcome letter kit they charged rate of interest 17.49% and processing fee 2%. This is exactly not as committed by them. Also the disbursed amount credited in my account on the 15th April 2019, but they sent message that the amount is disbursed on 12th April 2019. I don't have any proof for committed ROI and processing fee. We had conversation on cellphone. I asked him to send the email confirmation regarding ROI and processing fee whatever we discussed on call, but he said it will come after disbursing amount in welcome kit. Hence I said him to process for disbursement. But when I got welcome kit letter the mentioned ROI and processing fee is not charged as communicated.

                                    Could you please help me how can I tackle this situation OR could you please help me in this concern?

                                      I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.
