Hello sir,
I'm owner i have rent out my premises to axis bank atm.
I have already raised multiple complaints against atm maintainace and behaviors of officer of hitachi payment services around 15 days. No one visited on site and not taking seriously and all the infrastructure of this site is not maintained well also all light of board are not working since around 2 month, ac not working, all electronics material is second hand always there is problem, board flex is also cut, problems occur in rainy season, cleaning is also not done everyday. Site is just like a dirty place.
Please take strict action against respective axis bank officer and hitachi payment service field officers.

    Dear sir,

    I am prasad accountant at repro health care pvt ltd, i got one bad experience from your employee at axis bank bents hostel mangalore, karnataka. Please try to train your employee for good behavior they do not know customer value when we are approaching for any doubt their reply is not good very worst behavior also. This is my humble request keep good quality staff.

      3 days back my account was deducted with the amount of 1899/- without even notifying me in prior. I don't want the subscription for one assist service.
      Please cancel my subscription for my axis visa debit card ending with 8483. It is so ridiculous, the amount was deducted without asking any confirmation if i wanted the service or not.
      Hence, cancel the service and refund the same amount into my account. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

        Hi,

        I am having credit card ending with 1842 which minimum amount i was paying regularly but in january my sister was hospitalised and i am not able to pay amount for 2months since i had chat with recovery agent name nitin that i will pay amount on 08.03.19 but my salary credited on 07.03.19 at that time they lean my account, so i had talk with recovery agent about same so he send me debit note of amount 7600 and said pls write and send me same so i had done that but the whole salary was debited on 12.03.19 and still the account is on lean. I had asked for settlement they are saying settlement is not possible. How will i survive without salary with family and my sister who is hospitalised...
        And now still they people are calling me for minimal amount due, how can it is possible when my card is inactive from last month only

        I deposited cash 62000 rupee (2000 Indian currency notes 31 nos) in axis bank CDM/ATM using debit card, but 62000ruppe not credite in my axis bank saving account.

        I got a call from axis bank Anna branch as they are providing loan against Bharati axa life insurance

        my nave is vaishali choudhary
        and i am axis bank account holder since 2017 but and i issued credit card in 2018 but somehow in use all my limit form credit card
        during lock down i lost my job and i am unable to pay but in September i ll started pay and till now
        i ll pay total 66000 thousand rupees to bank but they charged very high interest from me for ex late fee, overdue fee,
        and now they lean my account and my whole salary hold in lean account i already inform to bank executive about it but they give me false commitment about it
        every month i face same issues

        also now they charged 2500 consolidated charges how can i pay too much amount

        i ll pay too much after lost my job

        i want to close my both account from axis bank
        my life is hell now and i am unable to pay more

          My savings a/c no. [protected] with axis bank, manton branch, kolkata, was debited with rs.50000/- towards premium of max life insurance on 30.04.2019 though the a/c was not linked with the ecs for that deduction. I do not want to continue the policy which i informed the concerned officials of axis bank but for the greed of commission they have committed such willful blunder. Please help to restore the deducted amount urgently.

          I have complaint about OTP issue since last 7 months they are simply neglecting and playing with me which causes the result is my application progress got rejected.

            I tried to withdraw using my axis bank debit card thru another bank allahbad bank atm n. E. Rly hq, gorakhpur on 15/02/2019, 13:20, the amount rs 10000 was deducted but was not dispensed by the machine. Its been a week now i want refund for the same on top priority.
            And as per the rules i am supposed to get 100 rs per day extra above 1 week.

              I had a salary account on axis bank. Then i left the job and my salary stop crediting in my account. But after few months i lose my mobile number which is associated with the bank. When i check the account from net banking i got negative balance. I don't know what to do.. Why this is happening. And when someone send money to my account it got deducted and even my benefit scheme moneys are also deducted. Can you please stop it.

                I have an axis bank neo credit card. I have talked to the customer support of axis bank but i did not get any resolution nor get my money back. Actually in starting they said that the card was free of cost. I applied for credit card in august. From that onward they deducted amount of rs 100 every month. Now almost rs 700 was deducted. After communicating with the support i found that it is about cpp. My first issue is why they started the plan without my knowledge and second is that the cpp cost is rs 1649 (I checked that amount in my app) but even after deducting the amount from last 7 month it is still 1400 something. It is totally fraud. I want my money back and cancel that credit card as soon as possible. This is not acceptable, they cheated me. It is my salary account. I mean i did not work day and night for them to deduct my money.

                  I applied for personal loan in axis bank and submitted all my documents as well. During the process there was lot of harassment which was done by one the lady representative. She kept on contionosuly calling me with different numbers and in the end i had to cancel my loan request.

                  When i asked her to return my cheques and documents, she denied giving it back to me.

                  I just to know to whether its in policy of bank not to return document once laon request gets cancelled.
                  I am worried about the misuse of my documents.

                      I have account with name of yme healthcare,
                      Its a current account with axis bank modasa branch.
                      Today one of my party deposited a cheque in himatnagar branch with same bank so cheque is in transfer.
                      I had to call 3 times to bank for status because i didn't get that amount in my account and cheque is for transfer so it wont take that much long.
                      By the time at 5.45 i came to know my cheque is with the person who has approval authority and he forgot to approve my cheque.
                      And this is around 5 to 6th time i have to face the same issue.
                      Don't the have any kind of work ethics.
                      Someone has to wait for their own money just for employees of axis forget to do their work.

                        Please note that i got a call from Axis bank customer Care, Number is +[protected] & [protected].

                        And he is asking my debit card number / CVV and OTP also. I got the oPT of INR 11999 transisation but i had refused to provide the oPT. meantime i had blocked my debit card.

                        Please take this issue on top priority.

                            Dueto technical issue my do emi got combined for which i have already sent a request for the same... But again i got the same message... So that then i called in the branch and i had a word regarding this location of credit card customer care centre... Then this employee of axis bank friends colony beach named pooja didn't help me... N also she was way too rude... She just cut the line without even telling me the location since it was not available in google map... So i would request please teach ur employees to be polite only then customers would willng to continue with this bank...

                              imps fund transfer not receipt and not helping nature

                              My name is mehfuz farooqui and my axis bank saving account no. [protected]
                              I did online imps (Ref.[protected] of rs1020 from my kotak to axis bank. Attached is the received message screen shot. When i checked online in axis bank the amount of 1020rs was not reflecting.
                              I did complaint to axis bank via visiting branch and a chain of email as well. But they are not willing to help me out.
                              Please do something...

                              Dear Sir I have transferred 12000 amount on 26.01.2018 to account no [protected] of Mr. Ankit kumar having account in Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin bank but it was credited to some person having same account no [protected] but of other bank “bank of Baroda” I have lodged complaint through telecall customer care but they have suggested me to visit nearby branch.

                              When I visited the nearby branch in Patiala (Punjab) first they refused to help but after talking to branch manager they have lodged my complaint & said that they have mailed the branch to hold this transaction but have not given any update about further process.

                              Request you to help in reversal of this wrong transaction, which was done by mistake as both the account number are same of two different bank.

                              I have a salary account in axis bank salt lake sector 3. multiple times dp consolidated dp chages apply in last few month.
                              Oct deducted Rs 504 and april deducted Rs 885 . And also deducted 10, 12 two three times. Also i email operation head but no one reply me.

                                I am trying to open a sukanya samridhi yojna for my daughter where i am not able to do with you, and the answer i am getting from bank/branch is that axis bank is not opening any such account how ever they are asking me to get enrolled in their some other plan for daughters. I called the call center there calling agent confirmed that in entire chhatisgarh

                                  cibil masking amount asked by axis bank

                                  I was told by axis bank that once you clear your outstanding of the credit card which was written off that the credit card will be closed. The credit card is still not closed and i am asked for a cibil masking fee despite clearing the entire amount. Why is this cibil masking fees asked by the bank and i have cleared the outstanding on my credit card. This is fooling the customer care by your customer care service team....

                                  I am saving account holder in axis bank ac no [protected].
                                  As from 2014 i have not used this account now it become dormant as rbi guidelines no negative balance levise on saving account holder but in my account rs 1629 showing negative balance, i have contacted my branch that they have to pay that balance, even customer care of axis bank says you have to pay that amount, which is fully against the guidelines of rbi

                                    Hi,
                                    From my axis bank savings account, there is a debit of consolidated dp charges twice on 11th and 13th april, 2019, which should only be once. So i have tried contacting customer care of axis bank but there they are not at all responding. Even i mailed them many times but they are not answering why twice deduction.
                                    Please help me in this case.
