Hi,

I had opened an Axis bank ASAP account in HSR Layout, sector 1, Bangalore branch.
Few months ago. Last month I was unable to transfer any money in my account as my KYC was pending.
I did my KYC and also signed, submitted forms for signature upload.
It has been a month and the Axis bank custmer care is unable to solve this issue.They dont even know how to solve this issue!!

Whenever I visit the bank, the employees are unable to help.The women just sit and smirk at my helplessness.One of the employee's name is Vartika.

Im really tired of waiting and have wasted enough time and energy.I also contacted them through twitter but they couldnt provide a solutioin!

Kindly help me get this issue solved! This is just customer harrassment!
Im unable to withdraw any cash as im unable to credit any money into this account!

      This is nitin jain, customer of axis bank. I am associated with axis bank since last eight year and never expected such response from one of renowned bank.

      In last year (Aug, 2018), there is fraud transaction of 20, 000 inr from my credit card and i had complaint immediately with fir. I have been tired of raising sr and call to customer care, every time they reject /close my request. Please find the list of sr as below and help to resolve the issue by refunding the amount.

      Sir, madam i was transaction yesterday nearest atm 10000 rs but money deducted and not received, now 24 hrs up and still did not return plz help me and solve my problem...

        I have applied for debit card 2 months ago. Whenever i enquire for the same they avoid to say anymore and gives the reason debit card not dispatched due to technical issue. Even i tried to connect with seniors they do not come online to get in touch with customers. They put call on hold for hours. They have always register a new complaint but taking follow up for the same request. Even they do not send any notification message of registered complaint.

          My credit card i want colse. Reason for my amount is decreasing, why..?

          Ur axis bank credit card team person starting time is told free credit card, but now every month 200 now 1176 dedication) starting date to still decreasing my amount, and i am so many time informed to credit card department but no use and i am one time not swiping in ur credit card,,, pls close my credit card and save me my money other wise i will go for consumer court. And how many amount ur dedication that amount recovery with interest also.

            Hello sir

            Nodal officer not read my mails and not responding fast.
            This happened second time in a week pls pls help

            Pls request to you give warning to him for giving reply of mails which was send on monday (27 may 2019).

            Since last one month i repeatedly request for refitting new signing board and lollypop but neither issue sort out till today date and nor taking strict action against hitachi officers.
            Pls take strict action against hitachi officers mr vinod magade and gokul shikhare.

            Axis bank not taking this issue seriously if issue is not sort out with in 4-5 working days
            I will plan for sort out this issue from higher level up to the top.

            So be serious about this and give permanent solution with in 4-5 days.

            I am still waiting for your positive response.

              Mam, this is totally fraudulent and amount deducted without customer permission this is the offence under law. I have faced the same problem. I don't want to subscribe the one assist so please cancel the subscription and send me the money back. My card no. Is end with 8822. 1899 rupees is deducted from my account end with no. 473578 please please send the money back to the same account. Cancel the subscription of one assist and send the money back.

                This is to inform you that, the axis bank end team wrongly cancelled my credit card which i have not given any cancellation request of my physical credit card to them. I have requested to cancel only virtual card but they have cancelled my physical credit card as well without any prior intimation to me.

                I have sent lot of Mails to them regarding activation of my credit card from last 25 days but they are not cleared my issue keep on extending the days.

                Kindly look into this case immediately and help me to activate my credit card which i have received from Axis bank already.

                Dear all,

                Again axis bank customer care team extending the days to resolve on this case. They are wrongly cancelled my card due to technical glitz at their end. Why I need to suffer for their product defect. I need an compensation on this case Rs 95000 as same as credit card limit for one month which I have got from axis bank because due to wrongly blocked by axis bank end without any prior intimation at all, and all my plans for my family function ruined due to this.

                Which I have already planned to use with my credit card but unfortunately they have cancelled now I am suffering lot due to this issue and my family suffered due to mine.

                So kindly take this case in urgent bases and help us to rectify this issue for customer welfare. Hope you understand my situation expecting a solution on this thank you.

                As per phone conversation you requested 2 days for the resolution but now i have not received either any call nor complaint wasn't resolved.

                It was already 34 days gone what you guys (Axis Bank) are doing last these many days to solve one complaint? sure i need an compensation on this case. Please note (Consumer Complaint Team) which they have not fulfilled the customer requirement as per mentioned days and this issue is not from my end due to product defect in Axis bank i am facing this issue so they are the responsibility to provide compensation of Rs 95000.

                In fact their customer support is not for the customer help purpose they are saving Axis bank from any legal issues like this and making customers fool.

                I am sure i have mailed hardly 200 to 300 mails to them and every time they are giving replies like below:

                Ans i have called the customer care lot of times and Axis bank not having toll free number they are charging for the customer support hardly i have spent Rs 400 to 600 for contact their customer support end but they are dead silent when i ask status of my case.

                And the NODAL officer of axis bank, PRINCIPAL NODAL officer of Axis bank also not given any replies especially RAKHI SETH NODAL OFFICER not given replies to mails which shows how irresponsible are they.

                I had audio proof also which i have communicated with AXIS bank customer care and they are clearly mentioned that the issue is at AXIS bank end only due to technical problem my card was cancelled. If you want i will provide all the proofs. and Mail proof also i had.

                Dear public please note this how Axis bank works don't assure axis bank at all they are not resolve your case incase the error happen at their end.

                They just leave our complaint simply just like that. They are not at all supportive for customers so please make sure before opening account at AXIS BANK purely the support team was not at all helpful.

                I am gonna make extreme level complaint on my case if you face same situation like me if your case was not resolved please type your comments here we will make complaint against the axis bank.

                        I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1774. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 247702.

                        This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                        I can able to give 20% of my debts moreover i have paid more than 4 lacs in this credit card but still the amount is outstanding rs. 247702. I am continuously requesting you (Axis bank) to settle the same for the last 1 month. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 10 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                        Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                        I am regularly trying to contact phone banking customer care team for settlement as advised by you but unable to contact. You have also taken my mobile number but not received any communication from your side. Only I receive lots of calls from 8 am to 6 pm from collection department, which are very much harassing.
                        I maintained my balance on this month then Also my account was debited rs 1083.47 as consolidated charge, ..! And I think this was not fare...! A huge amount for consolidation...?

                        My my Axis bank account i got money deducted as 300 as cash transaction fee, 300 as BNA convient fee, 108 as GST, 236 as DR card Annual charges and 50 as ECOM PUR/AVENUE ZIPCAS/MUMBAI. Nearly a total of more tahn 1000 rupees from my account in the month on may 2019.
                        Dear, Sir I have a credit card with your bank bearing card no -[protected].Due to lock down I can't run my business and face finincial problem and unable to pay the said amount for that I want to request you to settle by paying 20% of the said amount.

Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples about these charges. It’s my account, how they can cutoff money without my knowledge.

                            I have raised multiple complaint on nodal officer desk but mr. Sadiq khan (Nodal officer pune) block my mails and not responding me since last 10 days.
                            He is not eligible for solving my complaint pls forward my complaint to senior nodal officer early as possible.
                            Issue not resolve till today date.

                              I transacted rs 3300 from my axis bank account on 18th may, 2019 but the amount hasnt been credited to the beneficiary.

                              The status is showing fund debited and neft request posted to rbi. I used the standard neft transaction for transferring my money. All the details are shown in the image attached.

                              I would request the axis bank team to take necessary actions and process this transaction at the earliest.

                                This is regarding to refund of rs1304/. I have order initiated to flipkart on 18/04/19. Amount is 1203 order i'd od[protected]..in this order two item (683+520) i have cancelled item rs683 immediately. While axis credit card statement showing rs1304 (Wrong amt) and rs683 not credited my credit card, beside this rs520 again deducated on dated 21/04/19. Without any e mail and information on phone.
                                I have request to axis bank to roll back my amount rs1304 but nobody listen. Flipkart say we have claimed only rs520 from bank, talk only with bank.

I did not use this account from 1 year but on 12 dec 2018 i received a letter stated that if i don't fund my account within one month it will be automatically closed so i do not close my account thinks that it automatically closed if i do not fund. But yesterday when i checked that my balance showing -3200 charges from january-may but account should be closed as per letter. I went to bank but manager did not co operate with me. I am attaching this letter. Kindly reverse this charges and close the account.

                                      I withdrawn rs 10, 000.00 from axis bank atm at mankhurd (West) on 11.05.2019 at 2:00 pm but money was not received by me. After this i wait for sometime time than also no money was not received and receipt was also not received. Then i checked my phone i received a message of withdrawal of amount rs 10, 000. And my account was debited by rs 10, 000.00.
