20+ days before i applied for debit card, i got msg that if my courier will my delivered to communication address than it will go to my home branch,
So after 10 days i visit in my home branch warje i asked their (May i help you desk) about my debit card status, that person i don't know his name, he was just chit chatting with other co-workers, after 10/15 mint he
Replying me that, my debit card is still not received by them,
After called customer care to know card status so they said me that, visit again in branch or call customer care after 3 day's till my debit card will go at home branch or to know status of card,..
My branch is far from my place that's why today on 20th may 2019, i
Called axis customer care agent name (Aroofh)
He has no sence how to attend call or speak with customer,
I just asked him about my debit card status? Is it in home branch or still in trans,
But that foolish axis agent literary shouted on me saying that, he cannot tell status, you track from bluedart courier number..
Bloody nonscence service my axis bank. And # staff...
