Complaint marked as Resolved Thankfully they responded to me after I raised my complaint here.
Having said that, I wish these banks would be more open to customers as to why we are being charged or whether we will be charged when we use a service.
While opening a bank account they will just say to sign here and there and not mention about the charges which will be incurred in the future.
I wish something could be done about this.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
