My account is credit frozen, even when it has a sufficient balance, They gave the reason is moving Salary to Savings account.
However, my salary account was converted to savings account 6 years back and suddenly now they are moving it to savings account without any prior notice.
But why is it necessary to freeze the credit in this case and then charge for insufficient amount (less than 10, 000)?
Moreover, I went to my nearest AXIS branch (Nandi durga Road UTIB0003079 ), they refused to take the KYC documents to unfreeze the account and when asked for closing the account they refused and said for that you have to first unfreeze the account and provide all the documents to main branch.
No help from the phone customer care. HOPELESS SERVICE
On top of everything, they are deducting money because of the low balance i.e. Rs 10, 000.
