    cibil masking amount asked by axis bank

    I was told by axis bank that once you clear your outstanding of the credit card which was written off that the credit card will be closed. The credit card is still not closed and i am asked for a cibil masking fee despite clearing the entire amount. Why is this cibil masking fees asked by the bank and i have cleared the outstanding on my credit card. This is fooling the customer care by your customer care service team....

    I am saving account holder in axis bank ac no [protected].
    As from 2014 i have not used this account now it become dormant as rbi guidelines no negative balance levise on saving account holder but in my account rs 1629 showing negative balance, i have contacted my branch that they have to pay that balance, even customer care of axis bank says you have to pay that amount, which is fully against the guidelines of rbi

      Hi,
      From my axis bank savings account, there is a debit of consolidated dp charges twice on 11th and 13th april, 2019, which should only be once. So i have tried contacting customer care of axis bank but there they are not at all responding. Even i mailed them many times but they are not answering why twice deduction.
      Please help me in this case.

        I haven't given any consent for one assist plan in Axis bank. But Rs 1899 was deducted from my account today. Axis bank Customer care says money might not be reimbursed once deducted. The plan was activated without any written confirmation. They are saying just the word "ok" to any of the sentences in call will be taken as acceptance to plan. I haven't used any "ok" to accept plan. But the statement that usage of "ok" while keeping the phone even is consireded as acceptance to one assist plan is really horrible. So, arent they meaning that we should not utter any word while we get a call from axis bank? I need to get the deducted money in name of one assist back. Kindly help me to resolve the same

                This is to raise a formal concern about the credit loan provided to my father by axis bank.
                I wanted to initiate a enquiry on what basis he had been provided 4.25 lakhs loan last year as he is already 68 years old leaving alone with no concrete income and with earring & partial eyesight disability. I have called many times to axis bank to enquire about the loan and been told that information can only be provided to authorised person.

                        I opened my asap axis bank account last year with full kyc procedure. I was frequently using all the banking services withh the same account. Recently they also deducted the consolidated charges for services.
                        After two day i got a message that axis bank have closed my account for some reason.
                        First of all they closed my account with any notice also they have not returend the remaining balance as they claimed in the message.
                        I believe axis bank is esteemed company working honestly and fulfulling its duties.
                        Kindly look into the matter and reopen my accoint if possible.

                            Hi,

                            This is justin jacob bearing account number: [protected] in axis bank. I have a salary account in axis bank

                            I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me.
                            I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

                            I have emailed the team at dp. [protected]@axisbank.com regarding this issue and got no reply from them.

                            Thankfully they responded to me after I raised my complaint here. Having said that, I wish these banks would be more open to customers as to why we are being charged or whether we will be charged when we use a service. While opening a bank account they will just say to sign here and there and not mention about the charges which will be incurred in the future. I wish something could be done about this.

                                My mother's account balance is showing rs.-4000/-, she left her job before 2 year back and her company had opened a salary account and not stated any thing that she need to maintain minimum balance on that time.
                                As per rbi rules no any bank can take charges from customer of minimum balance requirements. Pl close my account as soon as possible.

                                My mother will not pay anything to you and i m very upset that u are changing money from her lpg gas subsidy amount.

                                    My saving account has been frozen by axis bank without giving intimation.
                                    After calling customer care for the same and could not got proper reason to freeze account. I have been told that it is been frozen because it is converted to normal account from salary account and need to re kyc at home branch only for it to unfreeze even though
                                    Nothing is changed as earlier (Address etc.).
                                    However i have been told 3 years back when i called customer care informing that i am changing my company and this account wont be my salary account further, it is been mentioned that my account would be automatically converted to normal saving account and i just need to maintain 10k min balance. Hence from that i have been maintaining the balance.

                                    My request to axis bank is that they should inform in advance to customer for such account freezing activity, so that any important
                                    Transaction should not get halted because of the same.

                                    Also request to allow me to submit kyc docs to any branch, if it really required, or should accept e aadhar/scanned copy though email for such cases and unfreeze my account asap.

                                    one transaction is ticket booked with waiting list and it is not confirmed so i did not get the refund for the same

                                      Lekin 2 month tak bank ki tarafse kisi bhi prakar ki koi karwahi nahi hui
                                      Bank manager ko bataya unhone kaha fir se request kar do account close karne ki mein karwa dunga aap tension mat lo
                                      5 mahine ho gaye lekin account close nahi hua
                                      Mein har 2, 4 din bad bank manager se puchta rahta hoon... Lekin bank manager ki taraf se or bank ki taraf se kisi bhi prakar ki koi karwahi nahi ho rahi hai...
                                      Or har month bank ki tarase 1000 rupay fine lagate rahte hain...
                                      Jab mene account close ke liye request kiya tha tab zero balance tha abhi mins 6157 rupay ho gaye hain...
                                      Bank ki galti ki wajah se mein payment kyon karoon...
