Hello,

I didn't use my axis bank account for 2 months... In this period my account balance was zero.. But today when I checked the account balance I saw the balance is minus 563rs or negative 563rs. As per RBI ruled banks can't deduct money for non maintenance of balance after customer's balance is zero... I strictly appeal to the Axis bank to waive off this minus or negative balance I have immediately..

    Dear sir,

    This is kandregula chaya arunababu (Mob +91-[protected]). I'm suscriber of apy scheme and my monthly contribution was rs.90 (Pension amount: rs. 1000). Now i want to increase my contribution for a pension amount of rs. 5000. As per the regulations of nsdl, i went to axis bank (Apy contribution bank account) for upgradation but bank personnels are advised me that it is a online process under control of nsdl and they can't do it from bank side. Regarding this, i contacted two axis bank branches and they gave me the same response.

    Please help me out.

    Sir last fews days my axis bank account charge cuttiong consaluagated charge cutting now TIP/SCG.VISA.POS. DT. Charge cutting daily. Why this charge apply for with out my infomation cutting.

      Axis bank is worst in public dealing as i want to close my bank account no: [protected] from axix bank panjtirthi, jammu, j&k last year but on repeated reminders till date my account is still there, not only this, they are applying different charges every month... The managers there always delay the matter by giving lame excuses. They also uninstalled our pos machine after a lot reminders on[protected]by their field engg. Amandeep. From that date no further action has been taken by axix bank panjtirthi, jammu, j&k, i m having all docs regarding the same. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

      This is to bring in to light that Axis Bank every time without giving any intimation deducts unnecessary money from my account in the name of consolidated charges, although i maintain the average monthly balance but still they deduct the money from bank accounts without any information to me.

        Wot kind of chqrges u people qre putting on saving qccounts customer... Wot special services u r providing us.. I dnt knw.. Innocents..
        Every yeqr u guys deduct money on consolidation charges.. Its ok.. But give us detail qtleast.. For which thing u r deducting high amounts... Its our money and we hv full ryt to knw qbt it... And snd a msg before deducting consolidation charges...

          Hello

          As i am a regular customer of axis bank credit card which used the last couple of years however i never faced this issue in the past when i did pay for my last outstanding using axis bank app at 8th april 2019, my balance was already deducted hence the amount didn't receive by axis credit card and second day 9th april they deducted full outstanding from my account because of auto deduction for bill was enable. When i called to customer care for refund one amount on my bank account they raised a request which follows: 50624873.
          After 20 minutes of a long conversation, the customer care executive assured me that she talked about taking care of priority as i explained my urgency to her however, they didn't give any priority to my request as she promised me.
          After 4 days (96 hours) of wait, the refund is still not done when i called to customer care again he is telling me its already approved and it will take 24 hours more to reflect in my account and he hold my call i waited 10 minutes still he keep hold my call.
          I wanted to to know such kinds of the rude behavior of axis credit card customer care executive and why this much time you are taking for this small process.
          Did you take money from another planet to refund? Its almost one week still i don't get my refund.
          Once i will get my payment i would like to stop my axis card because of this fraud behavior did by axis.

              Sir I have my account in axis Bank account no is [protected]. I mare a NEFT transaction for my us visa fees to the account TIER[protected] of rupees 23680. Amount is debited from my account and showing NEFT request has been posted to RBI. Payment is not received by beneficiary . I tried to contact the bank but they did not replied properly.               If i ask reason some time says transactions done by more limit

              Nor virat kholi or dhoni too

                I have been charged an amount of 1411.73 from my axis bank and the message says - brn-pymt-card-[protected].
                I have not made this transaction and my card is with me.
                How was this transaction authorized?
                I suspect this is a fraudulent transaction and i expect a refund against this transaction.
                I have seen other complaints along the same line and i hope this will resolved asap.

                  I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
                  885 from my axis bank salary account. Last year also amount of 885 was deducted and not reverted back with so many requests. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transaction and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. I love to use axis services but these deductions is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

                    I am krishna pradeep chikkala, have a salary account in rajahmundry tilak road branch, yesterday i got message of deducting 885 regarding consolidated charges, dp, i didn't add any share market or anything, it's just meant for salaray saving purpose, why these happens, as soon as i need to get the charges back otherwise i will close my account...                       The RRn number is[protected]. Swiggy inititated the refund but I haven't received it yet. I had applied for the refund on 26th of March on swiggy due to the restaurant declaring that the order will take extra 1.5 hours or so. I called up the swiggy customer care executive and he recommended me to cancel the order on the promise that the amount will be refunded. It's been three weeks since the refund inititation and I haven't received it yet. Swiggy sent me the reference number but I guess it's the bank that has not refunded me the amount.

                        I am sunil punjabi previous emp — as163505, account number [protected].
                        Deducted dp charges of rs-371, and my demat a/c is already closed 1 year before, what the useless team in dp operations, you already closed my a/c then why you are deducting my money in my saving a/c, i want all money to be refund with in 5 days, i[censored] not refund me i will sure i will make a case on you every time your team deducting money, team already know my demat/trading a/c already closed i will attaching a file see the amount deduction and revert me back as soon as possible, otherwise i will go police station and make a case on you for misusing my money and deducting my money without any permission, this is the final warning to you axis bank and dp operation team, as soon as possible give me money back.

                          Wot kind of chqrges u people qre putting on saving qccounts customer...wot special services u r providing us..i dnt knw..innocents..
                          Every yeqr u guys deduct money on consolidation charges..its ok..but give us detail qtleast..for which thing u r deducting high amounts...its our money and we hv full ryt to knw qbt it...and snd a msg before deducting consolidation charges...

                          I am a axis bank user my account is deducted by rupees 764+gst on 13th april as consolidated charges i cant offord this much charges i have been using this as zero balance student as i am a student and not having any strong or permenant sources of income i want al least half of amount to be refunded from these consplidated charges

                            I have axis bank salary account since feb19. They have started the consolidated account charges of rs. 15+ gst from this month. It was not charged before now
                            I came to know that this are for sms alerts charges. Though i have account since feb 2019. They haven't lavied any charges and suddenly they have started it.

                            They do not inform about the same in advance that it will get deducted from your account. This seems wrong practice not happy with same.

                            Please waive the same.

                              As i raised a dispute for one of the transactions done by me via credit card. So even after getting a resolution from merchant’s end and refund for that amount axis bank freezed that refunded amount of rs 4099 stating it’s a temporary credit being provided to you by bank but it’s been more then 2 months now that amount is not released and is not reflecting in my available credit limit even i have talked to there support several times but every time they just create a new complaint id for this issue and resolution is provided all i ve got is multiple request and complaint id’s i would say it’s the worst customer support out there...

                                I have a saving account in axis bank. I opened it near about 3 years ago. From last two months i could not maintained the balance due to some reasons. On[protected] they charged consolidated chages and on[protected] there is negative balance in my account. They did not warned me about any charge. I think its totally againt us. Is it right what did by bank.

                                      99500 strucked in axis bank cdm machine no ocprh89505 in my ac no [protected] with name m s kumar babu first time inserted 99...500 notes 2nd step selected add money n inserted 100 more 500 denominations.. Door closed and received receipt of transaction unsuccessful and cdm machine door does not opened no security guard was available there... Went to bank bt it was second saturday holiday kindly look into the issue and refund the money back to my account no [protected] with name m s kumar babu as soon as possible..
