It is to inform you that i am the customer of axis bank by mistakenly and having saving account and with that axis bank offer me a credit card ending with 3685 which bill is total 39k and this time they mail me to pay the minimum due of 14k so that they could convert my bill in emi as i was not able to pay the bill they make lien on my account and auto deduct my salary 12k which is now in my saving account the amount showing is 26k and they are saying that we not receive the amount so where is my amount other thing is in past 10 month i made a payment from netbanking to another account of only 1000rs which was not received to other account and amount was deducted and still from 10 month bank is not taking any action so now why not i should start making penalty on my amount as just because of this its making me mentally torturement and seriously its getting harsh form its request me to help it.

    Axis bank is having the worst customer service. They dont have toll free number. Now adays everbody using mobile plans. So need to recharge ur phone first. After that when triedto call, saying service is not available. People will get mad. Are you people are purposely torturing customers. You people are interested only to those pleople who are looting the banks. Not for genuine customers like us.

      My account was charge ₹611 as consolidated charges and ₹111 for 18% gst. This made my account balance zero. And then suddenly after 2 days my account started showing negative balance of about 3k. Then by mistake i credited 1000 rs and that thousand rs not get credit. Now it shows negative balance of around 2k..
      I want my money back... Plz help as soon as possible.

        I have applied for personal loan at AXIS Bank on 1st April.

        Initially axis bank representative had given me the below commitments:
        1) Rate of Interest will be 12%
        2) Processing fees will be 0.5%

        Then after 2 days i.e on 4th April i had received the message from axis bank
        that your loan application has been approved.

        Since it is 16th April, after 12 days also i haven't received the disbursement.

        Actual Incident:

        On Saturday i.e.(13th April )I have tried to connect to credit manager, he informed me the status of my application as below:

        "Your disbursement has been scheduled for 4 lac and 12% ROI and you will receive money by EOD of 13 th April"

        after that i have made around 40-50 calls to both of them for same, but no one neither has responded nor received the calls.

        Then i got the call from Vinod Shinde yesterday i.e 15th April.He has given me the all details as below of my application:
        1) ROI = 12.49%
        2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
        3) Loan Sanctioned Amount : 400000
        I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

        Again after some time i got the call from same person, he has given me another information on the same loan application:
        1) ROI = 13.25%
        2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
        3) Loan sanctioned amount : 316000
        I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

        Again after some time i got the call from same person, he has given me another information on the same loan application:
        1) ROI = 13.99%
        2) Processing Fees : 1% + GST + Stamp Duty
        3) Loan sanctioned amount : 316000
        I have given him Green signal for disbursement and call ended.

        and the most important thing i want to mention here, i am trying to reach all of these guys hell like anything but they are not responding .

        Till today my disbursement has not happened yet.

          Hi Sir/Madam,
          I have taken personal loan from Axis Bank. While taking confirmation from me regarding disbursement of loan, the representative said me that the Processing fee will be 1.49% and Rate Of Interest will be 16.99%. But in welcome letter kit they charged rate of interest 17.49% and processing fee 2%. This is exactly not as committed by them. Also the disbursed amount credited in my account on the 15th April 2019, but they sent message that the amount is disbursed on 12th April 2019. I don't have any proof for committed ROI and processing fee. We had conversation on cellphone. I asked him to send the email confirmation regarding ROI and processing fee whatever we discussed on call, but he said it will come after disbursing amount in welcome kit. Hence I said him to process for disbursement. But when I got welcome kit letter the mentioned ROI and processing fee is not charged as communicated.

          Could you please help me how can I tackle this situation OR could you please help me in this concern?

            I have a Salary account in Axis Bank, in JP Nagar Branch, Bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "Consolidated DP charges " from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When I called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the Demat account, but noting is linked with my SB account.

                I didn't use my axis bank account for 2 months... In this period my account balance was zero.. But today when I checked the account balance I saw the balance is minus 563rs or negative 563rs. As per RBI ruled banks can't deduct money for non maintenance of balance after customer's balance is zero... I strictly appeal to the Axis bank to waive off this minus or negative balance I have immediately..

                  Dear sir,

                  This is kandregula chaya arunababu (Mob +91-[protected]). I'm suscriber of apy scheme and my monthly contribution was rs.90 (Pension amount: rs. 1000). Now i want to increase my contribution for a pension amount of rs. 5000. As per the regulations of nsdl, i went to axis bank (Apy contribution bank account) for upgradation but bank personnels are advised me that it is a online process under control of nsdl and they can't do it from bank side. Regarding this, i contacted two axis bank branches and they gave me the same response.

                  Please help me out.

                        Hello

                        As i am a regular customer of axis bank credit card which used the last couple of years however i never faced this issue in the past when i did pay for my last outstanding using axis bank app at 8th april 2019, my balance was already deducted hence the amount didn't receive by axis credit card and second day 9th april they deducted full outstanding from my account because of auto deduction for bill was enable. When i called to customer care for refund one amount on my bank account they raised a request which follows: 50624873.
                        After 20 minutes of a long conversation, the customer care executive assured me that she talked about taking care of priority as i explained my urgency to her however, they didn't give any priority to my request as she promised me.
                        After 4 days (96 hours) of wait, the refund is still not done when i called to customer care again he is telling me its already approved and it will take 24 hours more to reflect in my account and he hold my call i waited 10 minutes still he keep hold my call.
                        I wanted to to know such kinds of the rude behavior of axis credit card customer care executive and why this much time you are taking for this small process.
                        Did you take money from another planet to refund? Its almost one week still i don't get my refund.
                        Once i will get my payment i would like to stop my axis card because of this fraud behavior did by axis.

                          My name is devendra rawat file a complaint against axis credit card as i was fighting for wrong charged which i was not even taken also then to they have charged me one emi with gst for 6 month and also they have give me offer for lifetime free credit card with waived annual fees for which i have to spend certain amount so it will automatically waived off so it won't i am so depressed and disappointed they are not listening so i am complaining here kindly help.

                          Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted Rs. 885 from my account written as Consolidated DP Charges. Please help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

                          Why Axis bank deducted my 6000₹ without any reason...These banks are shamelessly cutting innocent people money... Going to complain against this in RBI Ombudsman... Amount is debited from my account and showing NEFT request has been posted to RBI. Payment is not received by beneficiary . I tried to contact the bank but they did not replied properly.                               I have been charged an amount of 1411.73 from my axis bank and the message says - brn-pymt-card-[protected].
                              I have not made this transaction and my card is with me.
                              How was this transaction authorized?
                              I suspect this is a fraudulent transaction and i expect a refund against this transaction.
                              I have seen other complaints along the same line and i hope this will resolved asap.

                                I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
                                885 from my axis bank salary account. Last year also amount of 885 was deducted and not reverted back with so many requests. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transaction and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. I love to use axis services but these deductions is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

                                    The RRn number is[protected]. Swiggy inititated the refund but I haven't received it yet. I had applied for the refund on 26th of March on swiggy due to the restaurant declaring that the order will take extra 1.5 hours or so. I called up the swiggy customer care executive and he recommended me to cancel the order on the promise that the amount will be refunded. It's been three weeks since the refund inititation and I haven't received it yet. Swiggy sent me the reference number but I guess it's the bank that has not refunded me the amount.

                                      I am sunil punjabi previous emp — as163505, account number [protected].
                                      Deducted dp charges of rs-371, and my demat a/c is already closed 1 year before, what the useless team in dp operations, you already closed my a/c then why you are deducting my money in my saving a/c, i want all money to be refund with in 5 days, i[censored] not refund me i will sure i will make a case on you every time your team deducting money, team already know my demat/trading a/c already closed i will attaching a file see the amount deduction and revert me back as soon as possible, otherwise i will go police station and make a case on you for misusing my money and deducting my money without any permission, this is the final warning to you axis bank and dp operation team, as soon as possible give me money back.
