Hello sir, i am getting bihar scholarship every year. Last year in the month of april they are saying that they have transferred the money i.e Rs. 70000, through axis bank, Muzaffarpur branch, bihar against a UTR no. AXTB[protected] In my college account number [protected]. And after so many days of occice work, the people of my institute had shown me the statement of this account, in which no money has come by this UTR number. As i belong to poor family, so this is a huge amount for me. I am running since last 8 months. Can you give me the details of this UTR number.

    I was using net banking for shopping in bigbusket and my transaction was unsuccessful twice and money got deducted both the time from account. After 1 week money got credited for one transection only i haven't received the money for the other transection yet. I have been to my axis bank branch for complaint they asked me to call to customer care service and i tried calling but couldn't reach any one..kindly see to my problem as soon as posible

        I had transferred Rs.1000 on 24.01.2017 to the Canara Bank[protected]. But the phone number which I had given for this account, that is been considered as a/c number.. When such a/c number is not existing Why they have not re-funded my amount?? There is no response from if I call Customer Care.. Response is poor...

          Sir,
          I have Indian overseas Bank account No.[protected] in Secretariat, Chennai-9. On 16.01.2017 at 10.00 hrs, I made withdrawal of Rs.4000/- in Axis Bank ATM ID No.CWAC00604 (record No.3569) in Secretariat campus. I got a receipt stating that “Transaction declined 072” but the amount debited from my account. I complained in my branch on 23.01.2017 as advised by the Branch manager to lodge the complaint after seven days. But till date, after lapse of 14 days, my amount not reverted back.
          I request you to kindly revert the debited amount of Rs.4000/- at the earliest. My email id. [protected]@rocketmail.com

            Dear axis bank team

            From last fifteen days I give a request to Mr pawan kumar and team of a loan repayment schedule but they will all off customer service team of loan department misguided me . And not give my schedule either on mail or in hard . Whenever I visit to branch they will also misguided me . And not help me . Right now due all these situations I will face many problems from your loan department team also they will put my phone on hold for a long time and disconnected my phone . Can I know is that axis bank policy to handle customer or misguided customer ?? Why axis bank executive misguided me or also till now I am not received my personal insta loan schedule either on mail and hard . Also I submitted my documents of credit card to Mr vikas in manesar branch on Monday and no proper response ftom Mr vikas side . Is that axis bank service ??? Why axis bankWhy axis misguided to customer and not understand the value of time . Last fifteen days Mr pawan k not understand the value of time . Pl I request to axis bank help me and give my loan schedule as soon as possible on mail or in hard at my register mail address .Can I do a mistake to open account in axis bank or to take a insta loan to axis bank . I will ever pay my all emi on time so why axis bank do this. Ok help me as soon as possible due to this further third party suffers this also I suffers

              I have trouble shoot with login my account please verify that soon as possible, , ..., ..., ...

              Why would I get Charged for an Additional amount without any info. Inspite of I am not using my debit card in any shopping or any other place. Axis bank have deducted unwanted money. What is the resonance to debit these amount kindly reward me.

                I never seen such worst banking support,
                from the day one am suffering becoz of AXIS's technical support, such a worst technical support from a big banking sector,
                henceforth will never suggest anyone for your bank support, am going write my painful story in facebook & twitter,
                I have registered mail ID and many times I explained(Begged) AXIS team to update my mail ID ( 3 to 4 times customer care & many times through mail ), I received all my attachments, welcome letter, all previous communications through the same mail id, still axis team reverting that my email id not registered
                Revert me which bank asking customer to visit main branch for small home loan statement, I visited NO.28 & 28A, MELA RAJA VEEDHI. MANNARGUDI, DIST.TIRUVARUR, TAMIL NADU, PIN 614001 and they said I have to visit main branch trichy, axis website don't have option to download this statement & mobile app also same, then how customer will get this statement
                this is an urgent requirement and your team not even supporting in all direction

                    I used my debit card to withdraw a sum of 4000/- and 2000/- on 21st January 2017 from Mumbai people's cooperative bank, Fort branch ATM, But the money didn't come out of the ATM.                       My name is Anurag Gupta. I am using Axis bank Credit card since2012. Bank is charging interest on whole the amount after Due date even if I pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already return to the bank. This happening in every statement. The bank is saying if even a penny of due amount is left to pay within due date then the interest will be charge for whole the amount.

                            Hi

                            Myself Nithin RameGowda, employee of VMWare Airwatch. I had applied for a loan in axis bank through a telecaller named shwetha with phone number ([protected])
                            on 9th of January. She calimed to be from Axis bank and said she would help me with the entire process of loan. She farried back and forth for alsmot 2 weeks and said
                            my loan eligibility is only 8L 80K and i confirmed to process the same almost 5 day back. She sent a person to collect my cheques and the person asked for my photos as well.
                            Later she called me up and said the photos not required hence the documents has been void and she/her team memeber would forgery my signature. I strictly denied for the same.
                            Now they have my cheques and are not responding to my calls. I am raising this complaint to take a strigent action on them and stop any loan/relation with Axis bank to me.
                            I have also raise a police complaint as i am still not sure that they are from axis bank.
                            Request you to look into this matter on priority and close this at the earliest and return my cheques.

                              2 Weeks before i have created a account in axis bank.I have received only welcome kit from axis bank.Still Now i didn't get any ATM Pin.If i call to axis bank customer care also, i'm getting message as "ur mobile num is not registered'.I visited near by axis bank also, they got CIF id and said it will be activated on 24-Jan-17.But still i didn't get any information.If i call customer care also they are not responding properly.Please help on it.

                                I am writing an email to you in regards to my personal loan my reference nos is [protected] my loan got sanctioned on 6th Jan 2017 as BT to Kotak Mahindra Bank, and i have received the forclosure letter as on 23d January 2017, Since 6th January 2017 to 22nd January 2017 it has been informed by the sales executive from Axis Bank loan centre (Sanpada Navi Mumbai ) that the day i will receive the foreclosure letter from Kotak Mahindra Bank the next day i will receive the DD payable to Kotak Mahindra Bank and rest of the amount will be credited into my account but to my surprise the sales executive informed on 23rd January 2017 that i will get the DD latest by Wednesday before 2 pm and i will handover the DD to Kotak Mahindra Bank and should take the receipt of the same to show it to the Axis Bank loan Centre and then I will get another DD in my name that too Account nos of HDFC Bank account were i have my HDFC Bank Salary Account i told him that y dont you stick to your commitment ? which you have said earlier and now you are telling me a different story he is saying that your not taking fresh loan your taking a balance transfer so the remaining fund you will get in your name. On 24th Bank 2017 I have received an call from Axis Bank Customer care Bangalore stating that I will get the DD latest by 27th January 2017 and the rest of the money will be credited into my account. Till date i have not received the DD payable in the name of Kotak Mahindra Bank now my point is that i have not received the credit in to my account i have not used the money for 30 days and i got the message that my first emi will be dated 5th Fen 2017 this is absolutely wrong, and y did i get the wrong statement and commitment from the sales executive.Awaiting reply at the earliest.

                                  Earlier, my ATM card was blocked at my request.Now, on 19/01/2017 I have approached the Axis Bank Branch office located in Brodiepet of Guntur District, AP.Also, as my problem was not solved a booked a complaint from the too free number.Then, I got a message that my service request number is 28334490.Pl let me know the status of the service request and also let me know, whether my problem could be solved

                                    I have applied for personal loan to Axis bank Gadramunda Branch, via- KhariarDist- Nuapada, Odisha, PIN-766107 through the Deputy manager of the bank since months ago. He has been delaying in processing the loan day after other.I have submitted all such documents as required by the bank for personal loan. I am helplessly awaiting for the loan while I am in the urgent need of money.

                                      My name is vinit badade. I work in Axis Bank gigaplex airoli, 3rd Floor, Mab department.
                                      Security Guard says us that we have to send the mail for watching tv. We said we are bank staff, we showed our ID CARD, then also he argues us and says that we are vendors.
                                      Do something about this security.
                                      Security has no rights to talk with us in this language.
                                      I hope U will take some action.

                                        Need compensation of Rs 10000 due to fault done by axis bank.. i am literally stressed due to this..
                                        Below is the reply given by axis bank.

                                        This is with reference to your e-mail dated January 18, 2017 addressed to Reserve Bank of India regarding part payment not credited in Personal Loan Account PPR[protected].

                                        We wish to confirm that we have received the part payment of Rs.65000 to be credited in the aforementioned Loan account. However, inadvertently the amount was credited to another loan account with a value dated of January 3, 2017
