[Resolved] Axis Bank — My amount was not credited to my account | |||
I booked flight ticket from my axisbank saving account (Net Banking) with makemytrip website on 21 January 2107.amount was debited from my axisbank account but ticket was not confirmed.At that time I enquired about this issue with makemytrip website.They said that amount refunded on[protected] to axisbank.And also they said to contact with your axisbank to credit that amount to my account.But till now I didn't received any response from axis Bank. Why would I get Charged for an Additional amount without any info. Inspite of I am not using my debit card in any shopping or any other place. Axis bank have deducted unwanted money. What is the resonance to debit these amount kindly reward me.

As we have checked and found that the amount has not been charged by us.
As per your bank statement also the amount has been charged by PAY U not by MMT.
Hence we request you to get in touch with PAY U and with your bank for the same.
