I never seen such worst banking support,
from the day one am suffering becoz of AXIS's technical support, such a worst technical support from a big banking sector,
henceforth will never suggest anyone for your bank support, am going write my painful story in facebook & twitter,
I have registered mail ID and many times I explained(Begged) AXIS team to update my mail ID ( 3 to 4 times customer care & many times through mail ), I received all my attachments, welcome letter, all previous communications through the same mail id, still axis team reverting that my email id not registered
Revert me which bank asking customer to visit main branch for small home loan statement, I visited NO.28 & 28A, MELA RAJA VEEDHI. MANNARGUDI, DIST.TIRUVARUR, TAMIL NADU, PIN 614001 and they said I have to visit main branch trichy, axis website don't have option to download this statement & mobile app also same, then how customer will get this statement
this is an urgent requirement and your team not even supporting in all direction
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
