On 01/02/16, I had done an online purchase of Rs.614.46 from "First Cry.Com" and the payment was made by my debit card at around 21:15 hours, the amount was debited and I got the message of debit but after few minutes a mail was sent to me stating that the transaction was cancelled by my bank so the seller could not process my transaction. I informed my bank the next day regarding the problem through phone banking and I was assured that my problem will be solved within 4 working days but it was not done so again on 11/02/16, I told the matter to the phone banking official and I was given a complaint code of" 20332916"also assuring me that the problem will be solved by 48 hours but till date nothing is solved.Even I visited my branch but they said that they can't do anything and I've to get it solved through mail & phone banking. My earnest request to the authorities is to please solve my issue and please relieve me from my banking worries. DEBDEEP BASU, ACCOUNT NO-[protected], Behala Branch.
