A double entry made on my credit card number [protected] on 08/04/2016. I had made only one transaction but the bill raised twice on the same day same transaction so please kindly check and rectify the problem.I had booked a air ticket online from mihinlanka airlines for 75usd from my credit card above mentioned and the bill raised by axis bank twice on the same transaction axis bank try to cheat customer.Hence i request the axis bank officials to look in to this matter and solve my problem

    On 01/02/16, I had done an online purchase of Rs.614.46 from "First Cry.Com" and the payment was made by my debit card at around 21:15 hours, the amount was debited and I got the message of debit but after few minutes a mail was sent to me stating that the transaction was cancelled by my bank so the seller could not process my transaction. I informed my bank the next day regarding the problem through phone banking and I was assured that my problem will be solved within 4 working days but it was not done so again on 11/02/16, I told the matter to the phone banking official and I was given a complaint code of" 20332916"also assuring me that the problem will be solved by 48 hours but till date nothing is solved.Even I visited my branch but they said that they can't do anything and I've to get it solved through mail & phone banking. My earnest request to the authorities is to please solve my issue and please relieve me from my banking worries. DEBDEEP BASU, ACCOUNT NO-[protected], Behala Branch.

    Bank najdik hone par atm(Old bus stand, dungarpur-rajasthan) main cash nahi second atm (Collectry ke pass, dungarpur) vahi cash balance nahi. Apki bank bank mai likha hota hai atm se cash withdrawals kare. Meri complain yah hai ki jis bank ke under mai atm ata hai us bank main cash nahi hai to use ek amt. Ki panelty lage us bank ko.Bank atm charge lagta hai fir seva main kami kyo ? Aap hamare account ek limit se amount cum ho jata hai tab aap panelty lagato ke nahi ? (Saterday ko full days balane nahi tha-9.4.16 ko)

      Dear Sir,

      We Shivam Engineers Faridabad approach at your Sector-29, Faridabad branch for current opening request we had submit the cheque which was return due to sign mismatch then we had submit Cash Rs. 11000/- for opening the a/c than branch manager ask us your verification pending we can't open the same. We are regret that the attitude and behavior of the Branch manager was not so good he had talked with us very bad manner I strongly recommend to remove this person immediately he had wasted our 5-6 days.

        I have changed my mobile number. It is got updated in bank records. I am not receiving the OTP on my new mobile number . This has been pending from last 6 months. It is very disappointing as this has been pending from last 6 months. I have tried all the possible options with no luck. Please help on the priority.         I wasted 2 hours in axis bank. I went there just to withdraw a small amount. I waited 2 hours in que. When my turn come, they said our withdrawal system in not working. They should tell it first. I wasted 2 hours in bank. I am closing all my accounts in your bank.

            Hi im soumitra kabiraj, i did a recharge of bsnl from paytm.Just after it is done message came that money had been deducted but recharge is not done.i emailed paytm about it and they told me that they did not get any final confirmation from bank.it is 24 hours and still bank had not confirmed them .it is quite disgusting and really unhappy with it.my a/c is 154345.try to resolve it soon.

              I have a current account in Axis bank pallavaram branch(chennai) i have Tatacapital loan ECS of Rs.20340 on 9th of every month but this month even though i had sufficient amount in my account till today my ESC is bounced...I spoke to nearby branch (pallavaram) they are telling me that monday was network problem through out India so it is bounced...

              1.I had sufficient balance but why it is bounced?

              2.Axis bank is full responsible for my CIBIL score..

              3.Axis network problem i cant be responsible for this reason.

              4.Please help and and make sure that ECS bounce should not reflect in CIBIL because of Axis Network problem...

                        My a/c no [protected], ambattur branch, i was asked by mr.Arun ganesh of ambattur axis bank employee to invest for my daughter in a children saving scheme. He said i will get 14% interest for the money invested when my daughter is 18 years old. I invested rs. 50000 and the amount was deducted on 8.12.2015 (Setu/stp15d296361/nfo/a040544). I have not received any acknowledge (Receipt) for the amount deducted nor any scheme certificate for the same. I want immediate action for this problem. I want my scheme certificate or bond immediately or refund of the amount with interest.

                              I lost my atm card of axis bank in the evening of 9 april 2016 after about 9:00 pm then in the morning of 10 april 2016 i got a message for debited of 5000/- rupees from my account at 8:46 am even there are no information regarding the pin number on the atm card .
                              How is it possible without pin number?

Banker have not accepted the cheque and said that it is old cheque and u can withdraw cash only in base branch. My father have withdrawn 3 lacs in bihar branch in the march by filling up the same cheque so it's humble request for you please take action on this I m very thankful for you please short it out my father have a account in your bank for many years but this time only my father is facing problem ...

                                    Credit card detail statement not showing in both my net banking& mobile banking page. Getting frustrated with your service.Whenever i want to see my unbilled transaction on my credit card i can't see that on any of your applications either Net banking or Mobile banking. Kindly resolve my issue & provide a solution for this as i am getting frustrated & soon i have to change my credit card provider if this continues.
