I am SBI customer but i have withdrawl the money Axis Bank ATM 10000/- ATM no withdrawl the money but deduct my account.i have complain to sbi care but, he told me your complain is resolve the branch.
Then i go the branch he said me your withdraw is sucessfull .
Then i tell him i was stand there 5, 6 minute After the i have push cancel button and 1, 2 minute after go out the ATM
pl. help me
[BZ-ATMSBI] Rs 10000 withdrawn from A/c xxxx 4416 on 300316 at AXS ATM BPCN2437.Txn# 9729 .Avl bal Rs 92653.47.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I have been using axis bank credit card almost since last 10 year. In the month of April 2016 i have been wrongly charged with late payment fees and interest on it in spite of their own statement showing that payment has been received on due date. I wrote them about 22 mail from 01.05.16 to 03.05.16 but no satisfactory reply from their side. When i had asked them about banking ombudsman email id and contact details i have been denied the information. I request you to help me in this regards.

      From almost one month I am putting mail to axis bank team on my issue that the money debited twice from my debit account while making payment to merchant.
      Provided merchant bill copy proof also, still no one is bothered to call ..
      they just sending me copy pasted formatted replies.

      reference number 21603005, Even I have submitted the void statement., still the picture is not clear, when I will get my money back.Please arrange call back from the senior.As I am also business development head of one of the stock market advisory, But we always make target that query should solved within 10 days, this called service industry.
      Even Same issue had with me from SBI also couple of year ago, but it solved in 15 days.
      So Axis is Private bank, still why taking so much time to resolve, then ???

      See I have open accounts with you on acceptation of that I will get instant service in private bank, but sorry to say by this matter I am disappointed by Axis brand name.

        Axis bank collection team worst behavior in handling customer.. We informed clearly about the status of current loan account and informed the valid reason to the loan team of the main branch.. But still we are receiving lot of calls from multiple nos from collection team chennai paris branch.. Very worst behavior by few persons they don't know the basic knowledge of handling the customers. Will raise a complaint against those members to head office.
        Kind advice to all the people pls don't avail any facility from axis bank.. They will not help us even in a emergency situation and many fraud members are working over there.

          Sir/madam
          With a lot of bitter experience with axis bank service i am raising my complaint to those non responsive for which we are suffering a lot!

          1. Submitted complete filled form with necessary documents on 13.04.2016 & account opened on 18.04.2016, as per branch/axis care information. A/c no. 91*******150.

          2. Welcome kit not received after 10 days & contacted branch for status.Only was informed as "dispatched" & courier awb no..Then ased courier company for delivery status & we came to know the address is incomplete & returned to branch.

          3 finally collected welcome letter & debit card only from bank on execute of documents on 30.04.2016.

          4. I have to submit cheque in stipulated time frame to sales tax office & payment gateway agent for omecart, com but dont know where my cheque gone??? Branch is saying will receive shortly but how they can not tell. Since the address putted wrong in system from mumbai office.

          5. Again i was asked to fill a form for address change on 02.05.2016 which will take another 3-4 days for address change? Then, again i have to ask bank for fresh cheque & then only i can proceed???? Hope, this procedure will take at least another 2-3 weeks... Why this type of illogical waiting to customer? Where the wrong thing made by axis representatives only????? Where is the guarantee that the same will not occur again??? As branch not taking any responsibility...

          6 regarding activation of debit card??? Branch advices to generate atm pin from atm by registered mobile no [protected]. (Given in opening form)

          7. Visiting to atm, its showing there is no registered mobile no is linked with the account

          8. Again visiting to branch, i was asked to wait for few days again as the form is still available with branch. Only my account no is created...Ok, pls investigate, how is this possible to create account no only with a wrong / incomplete address & without mobile no????

          9. Called to [protected] & asked them what is going on??? What the wrong with me that i choose axis to open my business account????

          Branch showed me in system that the mobile no is given in account but how sms/notification are not coming they dont know viz-a-viz your customer care & atm is saying there is no registered mobile no with this account...

          Now, tell me what should i do & where to go????

          I have already registered the above account with our partners & really feeling very very worst service & misleading from your esteemed organization.


          Please find attached my filled form & welcome letter which was returned due to your problem only.

          Hope, you may determine that the above case should be investigated properly to avoid wrong entry & misleading to customer which really unexpected from axis bank.

          Expecting a prompt action on this case & a firm date by which account details, mobile etc to be corrected as per my filled form & documents.

          Worst ever experience with Axis Bank (well known as customer oriented bank), discover my self in a trap being opening a current account.
          For urgency, I preferred Axis bank rather than other nationalised bank & now as result counting about 1 months to get my cheque book & other details... Shame, on me that still believing on their fast resolution... Each time generating a new SERVICE REQUEST NO, asking to wait for a couple of days & enjoying their lazy time to pass another week...

          After posting my first complaint here on 03-May-2016, loyal employees are still taking theirs laze time time to update / register the mobile no as given in account opening form. Shame!!! Really beating other corporation bank...on service...

          Hope again new service request will be generated on my this complement & by which simply pass on scope of duty of customer service...

          Admin, please suggest me what the next level should I approach???? If Axis Bank knows they are really lazy then how their sales team misguiding people to get in trap????
          Where is the enjoyment behind metal harassment of customer???Garbing high charges but no support?? where couple of your employees are ... ... ... not bothering at all, about their minimum responsibilities like a stenographer...wrong address... no mobile no ... no email... with an account...where this are most vital to communicate with...

            I had non receipt of debit cards and demat account kit approx four month from the account opening date, even though bank had deducted charges for the same.
            After that i made the compliant and visited many time for the same but the bank person just give me the assurance.

            I had also met with the branch manager for the same but he also give assurance not solution.

            Please help me for the same, as i got very frustrated from bank by such type of service.

            Axis Bank Demat account with out knowing along with Salary account:-
            I was opened my account with my company on April 2016 and I received my first salary. Later after few days I got message on April last week 2016 saying your Axis direct will be activated soon. I didn't understand that . later on I received SMS says your account(salary savings) debited 499/- rupees to words Axis Direct. After few minutes later I received SMS says your Axisdirect account is live. My only question is this bloody agents open demat account without our knowledge. And can the bank take my money from saving account without my knowledge. What the hell is going on . ???? Why this bank people do begging instead of stealing my hard earned money. I really want to go for further step to take action on this Bank. The Person name who came to office and opened our account is "Souman Mondal". Kindly suggest me. I WANT MY MONEY BACK..

              Receiving threatening calls from [protected]/[protected] from this no from past one month.
              Even she is calling my relatives and friend so that i feel insulted.
              She is abusing from past one month. Please sort out this issue at the earliest.

                Dear Sir actually a axis Bank employee adviced me and forced that please you issue credit card for ur use. Which will be free of cost and no charged u will have to be pay. I said that I have already a credit card of my choice and I do not need another credit card but he say that sir please it will be free of cost. So I agree for issue a credit card. Then he ask me, u are married or not ? I said that I m married then he said so please u issued your wife's card also. After 10-15days I got 4 credit card two my zone credit card and two neo card. Which was not free of cost and I have received a msg that 572.5 RS is due payment for my zone card no. [protected]. On 5/5/16
                So I contact customer care and she advised me that u will have to be complaint in this regarding. So please kindly take legal action and I could not pay any type of payment for credit card and please cancelled all my credit card.

                      Axis bank employees or their franchisee will tell you that processing fee will be reduced after approval from some higher level but never believe it as they will charge full with additional charges in the name of stamping charges.
                      They will tell you that if loan is repaid/cleared after one year, no penalty will be levied but instead they will charge at about 6% .When you ask them, they will tell you that it is written in your agreement and you will find that it is there and you can do nothing except loosing money.
                      They will not disburse the loan amount on due date after sanction and signing the agreement saying that there is a discrepancy in papers. You are in a bitter position and can do nothing In this situation either loose your purchase by forefitting advance money or offer some to ban personal for disbursal of loan amount.
                      If you fail to manage the bank personal, all processing and stamping charges will be forfeited and nothing will be refunded. You will have to loose all advance money paid for purchase as well as the processing fees and stamping charges.
                      The above fraud may occur in many other bank also but particularly BEWARE of AXIS Bank.

                          Sub: complaint on axis bank personal loan (Axis bank loan acc num: ppr[protected]

                          I got a call from axis bank employee mahesh (Mobile num: [protected]) regarding personal loan. I had a chat with him on the same and i applied for personal loan in axis bank for the amount 3, 00, 000/- (3 lakhs) and 36 months tenure and the rate of intrest is 13.5 %, procssing fee is 1.25 %
                          Amount: 3, 00, 000 /-
                          Installments: 36 months
                          Percentage: 13.5 %
                          Processing fee: 1.25 %
                          Axis bank loan acc num: ppr[protected]
                          Please find the customer copy attachment which i got from axis bank.
                          I agreed for the above and given the documents on 13/03/2016. As per his commitment i should get the loan on or before 22/03/2016. Then it changed to 25/03, 28/03, 31/03, 01/04.
                          He does not bothered about changing the dates and not even showing interest in calling me & informing me or responding my calls. Usually we will apply personal loan for an emergency and in between we have to follow up for the status.
                          After so many fights finally i got the amount on 04/04/2016.
                          Now the actual problem started.
                          I got a message from axis bank on 06/04 stating that emi of 6903/- should be paid on 10/04/16. But i have to pay the emi 10181/-. I don't know how the installment changed from 36 to 60.
                          I cal'd mahesh and informed him regarding the same problem and he said that he don't know. After that he dint taking my calls and not replying to my messages even.
                          I was hospitalised for an emergency and in between this problem. Then also i visited axis bank in old airport road and they asked me to visit kundhanalli branch and visited there also. They asked me to visit jayanagar branch. I dont know what you people are making me to do.

                          Please respond to my questions
                          1. After the commitment, how axis bank can change the installments?

                          2. If a complaint is raised, doesn't customer service guys have responsibility to rectify it or even to follow it up?

                          3. The worst thing is, the concerned person (Mahesh) is not picking the call's and responding for the messages. I need to take action on that guy mr. Mahesh (Mobile num: [protected]), i need the status on that?

                          4. Without my permission or informing, how can you change the installments?

                          5. I got amount on 04/04/16 and i have to pay first installment on 10/04/2016? Without completing a month or at least 15 days, how you can expect first installment?

                          Being one the best bank's in india, you should not cheat/fraud common man for percentages (Sorry to use the word).

                          After spending so much time to write the complaint and so much amount spent on calls, please reply to this if you find time to answer.
                          Else i will raise the complaint in social media and surly will contact consumer court.

                              My last date of payment was 11 march . i submit my cheque by 8 march 10:30 am at bank. they charged me rs 1030 for late payment in next bill. customer care executive says that your payment was late. this is absoulote fraud. they said we received your payment by 16 march. my bank statemt says paymet of cheque was dr on 13 march. this is fraud by axis bank they are demanding late fees in every bill

                                I'm a software professional and my company gave a travel card from axis bank.

                                While I use this they deducted money 3 times for some transaction, this was happened one month back, for this failure transaction they credited money once and didn't happen for remaining 2 times.

                                After I asked them by sending emails they are saying that this is blocked by our bank, so you have to submit proof ( merchant id etc) to unlock the money.

                                Even for every time when sending an email to them a new person is handling and everyone is saying difference procedure to release the money.

                                till now they didn't release the money.

                                No response from bank, also they are taking time to respond an email min 20 days

                                  I am Dr.Parthibaraja, Co-applicant of HL referenced below. I am a General Physician by Profession. Now I would like to tranfer my Loan account to other Bank from Axis bank.
                                  Loan sanction order number:
                                  PH_LNPHG_EMI_WAIVER / 1332004 / RAC- PONDICHERY RAC / 13 - 14

                                  My Wife is the main applicant. We have been facing challenge with the Axis HL executives from Day 1 of sanction of Housing loan.

                                  To make it short, HL section-Pondicherry branch does a lethargic job, and does not care or value their customers. Parallely I have taken a Housing Loan with HDFC where I could see the heights of difference in customer relationship and the goodwill!.

                                  1. never acknowledges our mail when we send the demand letter (that we receive from the builders)

                                  2. Despite repeated reminders (mailers & phone calls), they will not expedite the release of DD towards invoices raised after completion of every stages of construction. So, my name will be in defaulters list. I am afraid if I may have to pay penalty for late payments which is mentioned in the sale agreement. When we informed about the penalty clause to Axis-Pondicherry, they showed as if they are not bothered, and they were in their slow Tortoise pace in releasing the payment.

                                  3. Atleast for 4 times the executive who was taking care of our Loan account changed in these 2.5 years. First our HL account was taken care by Mr. Manoj, since he resigned, Mr. Arun was put on deputation. There was no proper hanover, hence there was a unacceptable delay in processing last year. After Arun, Mr. Govindaswamy Sundaram too the incharge. Same vicious cycle again. Simple answer from them was "sorry for the inconvenience caused, you were adressing your case with previous executive all these days, hence I was not aware". Please note- I have sent the demand letter for my 17th floor completion during March 2015, more than a year now, after multiple attempts to contact them the reply from Mr. Govindaswamy was that this has come to his knowledge only today (ie.22 Apr 2016).
                                  Contradicting to his own statement, he stated he could access Mr.Arun's mail account, hence I can resend my demand letter. If he could access the previous person's account, why would not they have bothered about responding their customers mails. None of the times I was informed on change of contact person.
                                  Never they will attend your calls if they have your number saved. I will be calling from different anonymous numbers to catch them. An executive named Dakshnamoorthy was the one who was completely destroying Axis's Brand name. Yes, I lost the trust. Wouldnot refer Axis bank for any personal or Housing loan. Already I have advised my colleagues not to take any kind of loans from Axis bank. Indeed they know my sufferings since last 2 years.

                                  I have all mail communications in case this needs to be validated. I have already launched a Grievance mail, got a promise that this will not recur, however it has become a never ending story.

                                  I got response to my mail after one year. ( This was possible only after Repeated reminder mails, and phone calls to acknowledge the receipt of the mail sent)

                                  Final outcome of the behaviour and attitude of Axis-Pondicherry is - I lost my reputation with the Builders. (RGE constructions - Bangalore based company and marketting by JLL-joneslanglasalle- ltd). Virtue of Axis Pondicherry I had to send atleast a dozen of apology mails to Builders.

                                  Please be humbly informed that these allegations made above is not written without facts and evidences. I shall provide them in case requested.

                                        I am very sorry to inform u that one staff of axis bank mr. Sashi bushan majumder of coochbehar branch, west bengal, on 19.04.2016 at 1:45 pm misbehaved with me at branch and told me to close the account from axis bank if i am not satisfied with his very late & lethargic performance.
                                        Myself dr. Sankar saha, sb a/c no. [protected] maintaining a good relations with this bank for more than 8 years and never expect these type of misbehave from bank staff. I am mentally shocked and want suggestion for closing of my account. I am maintaining total 4 nos of account and credit card in this bank for my family members. This fellow mr. Majumder was calling with his friend and was chatting with some friends (May be) with his mobile at cash counter and unnecessarily doing late for my payment. I protest and told him the goodwill of bank, but he replied me to close the account. I am surprised how an employee of esteemed bank can say these. Moreover when i asked his good name, he told me to lodge complain against him & he was confident that no body cannot do anything against him. I think he may be a leader of this bank but how can he told in this way with one respected customer. I want immediate intervention of this unfortunate circumstance.
