I'm a software professional and my company gave a travel card from axis bank.

While I use this they deducted money 3 times for some transaction, this was happened one month back, for this failure transaction they credited money once and didn't happen for remaining 2 times.

After I asked them by sending emails they are saying that this is blocked by our bank, so you have to submit proof ( merchant id etc) to unlock the money.

Even for every time when sending an email to them a new person is handling and everyone is saying difference procedure to release the money.

till now they didn't release the money.

No response from bank, also they are taking time to respond an email min 20 days

    I am Dr.Parthibaraja, Co-applicant of HL referenced below. I am a General Physician by Profession. Now I would like to tranfer my Loan account to other Bank from Axis bank.
    Loan sanction order number:
    PH_LNPHG_EMI_WAIVER / 1332004 / RAC- PONDICHERY RAC / 13 - 14

    My Wife is the main applicant. We have been facing challenge with the Axis HL executives from Day 1 of sanction of Housing loan.

    To make it short, HL section-Pondicherry branch does a lethargic job, and does not care or value their customers. Parallely I have taken a Housing Loan with HDFC where I could see the heights of difference in customer relationship and the goodwill!.

    1. never acknowledges our mail when we send the demand letter (that we receive from the builders)

    2. Despite repeated reminders (mailers & phone calls), they will not expedite the release of DD towards invoices raised after completion of every stages of construction. So, my name will be in defaulters list. I am afraid if I may have to pay penalty for late payments which is mentioned in the sale agreement. When we informed about the penalty clause to Axis-Pondicherry, they showed as if they are not bothered, and they were in their slow Tortoise pace in releasing the payment.

    3. Atleast for 4 times the executive who was taking care of our Loan account changed in these 2.5 years. First our HL account was taken care by Mr. Manoj, since he resigned, Mr. Arun was put on deputation. There was no proper hanover, hence there was a unacceptable delay in processing last year. After Arun, Mr. Govindaswamy Sundaram too the incharge. Same vicious cycle again. Simple answer from them was "sorry for the inconvenience caused, you were adressing your case with previous executive all these days, hence I was not aware". Please note- I have sent the demand letter for my 17th floor completion during March 2015, more than a year now, after multiple attempts to contact them the reply from Mr. Govindaswamy was that this has come to his knowledge only today (ie.22 Apr 2016).
    Contradicting to his own statement, he stated he could access Mr.Arun's mail account, hence I can resend my demand letter. If he could access the previous person's account, why would not they have bothered about responding their customers mails. None of the times I was informed on change of contact person.
    Never they will attend your calls if they have your number saved. I will be calling from different anonymous numbers to catch them. An executive named Dakshnamoorthy was the one who was completely destroying Axis's Brand name. Yes, I lost the trust. Wouldnot refer Axis bank for any personal or Housing loan. Already I have advised my colleagues not to take any kind of loans from Axis bank. Indeed they know my sufferings since last 2 years.

    I have all mail communications in case this needs to be validated. I have already launched a Grievance mail, got a promise that this will not recur, however it has become a never ending story.

    I got response to my mail after one year. ( This was possible only after Repeated reminder mails, and phone calls to acknowledge the receipt of the mail sent)

    Final outcome of the behaviour and attitude of Axis-Pondicherry is - I lost my reputation with the Builders. (RGE constructions - Bangalore based company and marketting by JLL-joneslanglasalle- ltd). Virtue of Axis Pondicherry I had to send atleast a dozen of apology mails to Builders.

    Please be humbly informed that these allegations made above is not written without facts and evidences. I shall provide them in case requested.

        That charges is debited for other's credit card due payment on[protected].

        I am axis bank customer also and my all details are up to date in axis bank system.

        My account no. & other's credit card no. You have to show in mini statement of my account.

          Dear sir,
          I am very sorry to inform u that one staff of axis bank mr. Sashi bushan majumder of coochbehar branch, west bengal, on 19.04.2016 at 1:45 pm misbehaved with me at branch and told me to close the account from axis bank if i am not satisfied with his very late & lethargic performance.
          Myself dr. Sankar saha, sb a/c no. [protected] maintaining a good relations with this bank for more than 8 years and never expect these type of misbehave from bank staff. I am mentally shocked and want suggestion for closing of my account. I am maintaining total 4 nos of account and credit card in this bank for my family members. This fellow mr. Majumder was calling with his friend and was chatting with some friends (May be) with his mobile at cash counter and unnecessarily doing late for my payment. I protest and told him the goodwill of bank, but he replied me to close the account. I am surprised how an employee of esteemed bank can say these. Moreover when i asked his good name, he told me to lodge complain against him & he was confident that no body cannot do anything against him. I think he may be a leader of this bank but how can he told in this way with one respected customer. I want immediate intervention of this unfortunate circumstance.

          The complain lodged by me has been resolved with the kind intervention of Mr. Debojit Bhattacharya, Branch Head of Cooch behar Axis Bank on 22.04.16 at 11 AM. I am satisfied with the role of Axis bank and also with the behavior of Mr. Bhattacharya, . The particular staff against whom I lodged complain, Mr. S.B. Majumder apologized and promised me and also promised the Branch manager that in future he will be cautious with his language and behavior while dealing with general customer. I am totally impressed with the dealing of Mr. D. Majumder and he handled the matter in such a way that I must thankful to him and also thanks to the Axis Bank authority for quick response and prompt action for my complain.             I have a salary account with axis bank since 3+ years and regulary salary is getting deposited. I applied for PL couple of time but they always reject it saying "Banking score is low" as per gov rules (if m not wrong) cibil score is enough to judge. My cibil score is 765. Immediately Kotak Bank provided approval but this bank is saying NO. Now i don't want to keep this account relation with axis bank but i have to keep this because of salary. I request your team to look into this and do the needful. They provided credit card with limit of 50k, why is it so if there is a issue in banking score. Thanks & Regards,

              I received a call from Axis Bank Credit Card sales person stating that they are providing a credit card with no joining fees as I am Accenture pvt. ltd. employee.
              So I registered for the same. I confirmed about the same many times but they always said there is no yearly charges. But when I received the card, I found that the joining fees is mentioned. Hence I called the customer care and asked them to cancel the card.
              They blocked my card instead of completely cancelling it. I didn't even activate my Credit Card.
              After some days on April 7th 2016, they auto deducted around Rs. 572/- from my salary account as joining fees.
              I have called them so many times and they are now refusing to refund the joining fees.
              This is a fraud that axis bank is doing, they provide us with wrong information about the credit card and then they charge us for the same.
              Why should I pay for a credit card for which I have not registered?
              I want my refund back.
              Please help me with the same.

                Dear Sir/ Madam,
                This is for your kind information and prompt action. I had applied for a personal loan (Application id 4510469)from your Kakkanad - (Kochi, Kerala state)branch and after a long days of trauma the loan has been sanctioned. I had to face unwanted and unprofessional proceeding from your customer service particularly from Ms.Hima George (Sales manager - personal loan) and Jini Jose (Sales coordinator). I had already submitted the necessary documents in time suggested by them. But they have delayed the loan without any plausible reasons. Whenever I tried to contact them they were not ready to attend the telephone. Whenever they attended the telephone they were very arrogant and give lame excuses. Finally when I went to the branch I had bitter experience from them. The sales coordinator behaved in an uncivilized manner and denied the permission for an appointment with seniors.
                However thanks for the sanction and request you to avoid such incompetent and incapable staff from your office.

                    This is ravikumar from chennai. I was using axis bank credit card no: [protected].

                    Online fraud has been happened towards my credit card towards the total amount of rs. 42594/- which was debited from card on 11th of august 2015.
                    If i do any transaction using the credit card. There should be a confirmation message or email which would be sent from the axis bank. But for this transaction what was happened, there was no confirmation message or email in which otp was not received from axis bank.

                    From the collection team i get continuous call stating that to repay the amount. I have filed a complaint even in the local police station for this online fraud transaction. They registered a csr complaint and gave a acknowledge copy of it. But till now no response from the police side too.

                    After long back the from the nodal officer i got the ip address of illegal transaction. But they are not investing towards the ip address. Please find the below details.

                    Hi,

                    How can the transaction been done in a secured manner without my acknowledgement. You people have shared the IP address of the illegal transaction which was made and it shows the culprit have done the transaction from US California.

                    I never shared any details regarding this to anyone and that too its a new replacement card. How you people could threaten me on this to pay the amount since, I have filed a complaint in cyber crime and the investigation is going on. I have shared all the necessary team with the concern team. How can you list my name in the CIBIL and can reduce my Score. This is unacceptable where you people spoil a persons career and financial backlog because of this issue even though I have submitted all the proof and evidence. Is this the way you treat your customers.

                    Especially from Axis Bank George Town Branch Chennai. How you think that you would have a good reputation among the People.

                      I had purchased a product from amazon through axis bank credit card with the option of emi.

                      However, on 19th april 2016 i received a message from axis bank that my monthly statement is generated and i was surprisingly charged for the full amount and not for the emi.

                      So i had contacted axis bank through email. Upon which they confirmed that i had previously opted for emi but not yet provided the same. So they asked me whether i wish to now opt for emi. Upon which i gave my consent. However, next moment i received a email from axis bank stating that i don't have the facility of emi and therefore need to pay in full. Axis bank reference no.[protected]

                      Kindly provide relief from such acts from axis asap.

                      Also giving the email conversation between me and axis bank.

                        I was using Axis Credit Card (Credit Card No. ****5835) since Jan, 2012.
                        In June, 2015, some fraudulent transaction was done on my card and I got my card blocked.

                        However, no harm caused as these txn were accepted by bank as fraud and reversed.

                        Untill June, 15, I was paying my card bills t/h Axis Net Banking (I have Axis Saving A/c also since June, 2011) but after June txn, I was unable to make payment of outstanding dues (Genuine txn) as the card was blocked so un-linked from my Axis bank a/c.

                        So, I asked Customer Executive how to pay my existing dues to avoid late fees.
                        They suggested to deposit Cash at Branch which was chargeable Rs 100/-
                        I again mailed this is not feasible why should I bear charges w/o any default of mine.

                        But no suitable./sincere reply recd from your customer exec, then I searched online and on net banking..somehow I got the way to pay online…I regd this Card as Payee in my Net Banking.


                        But don’t know why this payment was credited by the bank in 3-4 days…
                        So, what I want to say that after my card get blocked, I always wanted to make full payment and timely payment
                        But due to circumstance as mentioned above, I couldn’t do so.

                        And Axisbank started charging Interest on O/s and billed in card stat.

                        In this way, the Bank has kept charhing interest and billed in every month's credit card statement with Due date as Immediate.

                        Now at present, whatever my dues are being shown by Axis Bank are only consists of Interest/Late payment fees and Interest on Interest.

                        I have become very frustrated by customer executive replies and thus writing on this forum.

                        What I want is reversal of all these unjustified charges (as no principal dues pending) and completely de-activate this card.

                        I will never use any credit card especially offered by Axis bank looking to experience I had during last few months.

                          I have a current account in axis bank chandigarh (Manimajra).

                          I am talking about transaction here "ecs/[protected]/ch/1568634/hdfc chandigarh"

                          I have recurring deposit in hdfc. The ecs gets deducted from axis bank 11th of every month. This month also the amount has deducted from axis bank but did not get credit to the hdfc.

                          Hdfc has given me full evidence with statement and nach sequence number '[protected]' that hdfc has not recieved the money of rd till date.

                          Axis bank manimajra just saying that amount has deducted and will be with hdfc only.

                          I am not sure which bank has my money. The responsibility is of axis bank. They are not putting reversal of the ecs to my axis bank account. Hdfc claim that axis bank has a problem in there server on 11th april 2016. All the transaction failure has happened because of that.

                          1.I had sufficient balance, the amount of rd got deducted from axis bank not recieved by hdfc till date?

                          2.Axis bank response to hdfc ecs was bounce ecs due to insufficient fund.

                          3.Axis network problem i cant be responsible for this reason.

                          4.Please help and and make sure atleast i know where is my money parked at this moment.

                            Refund of money not done its almost 14 days my home branch andheri staff is not supportive also mail to customer care but till now money not refunded just tell me you guys are refunding my money or not.

I had made only one transaction but the bill raised twice on the same day same transaction so please kindly check and rectify the problem.I had booked a air ticket online from mihinlanka airlines for 75usd from my credit card above mentioned and the bill raised by axis bank twice on the same transaction axis bank try to cheat customer.Hence i request the axis bank officials to look in to this matter and solve my problem

                                On 01/02/16, I had done an online purchase of Rs.614.46 from "First Cry.Com" and the payment was made by my debit card at around 21:15 hours, the amount was debited and I got the message of debit but after few minutes a mail was sent to me stating that the transaction was cancelled by my bank so the seller could not process my transaction. I informed my bank the next day regarding the problem through phone banking and I was assured that my problem will be solved within 4 working days but it was not done so again on 11/02/16, I told the matter to the phone banking official and I was given a complaint code of" 20332916"also assuring me that the problem will be solved by 48 hours but till date nothing is solved.Even I visited my branch but they said that they can't do anything and I've to get it solved through mail & phone banking.                                 Bank najdik hone par atm(Old bus stand, dungarpur-rajasthan) main cash nahi second atm (Collectry ke pass, dungarpur) vahi cash balance nahi. Apki bank bank mai likha hota hai atm se cash withdrawals kare. Meri complain yah hai ki jis bank ke under mai atm ata hai us bank main cash nahi hai to use ek amt. Ki panelty lage us bank ko.Bank atm charge lagta hai fir seva main kami kyo ? Aap hamare account ek limit se amount cum ho jata hai tab aap panelty lagato ke nahi ? (Saterday ko full days balane nahi tha-9.4.16 ko)

                                        Hi im soumitra kabiraj, i did a recharge of bsnl from paytm.Just after it is done message came that money had been deducted but recharge is not done.i emailed paytm about it and they told me that they did not get any final confirmation from bank.it is 24 hours and still bank had not confirmed them .it is quite disgusting and really unhappy with it.my a/c is 154345.try to resolve it soon.
