I have applied for a personal loan on 1st week of Mar 2016. after that i received a sms on 24/3/16. They have collected the post sanction documents on 26th and after that no response. 28th i called them again they said there is a rate revision in my loan and asked me to sign fresh set of documentation. After that no response from Axis bank.
I went on 30th march to there office directly to find out the status of my loan. They said they are closed for the month will resume on april 2nd. Till now iam clueless about the loan disbursement. This is one of the worst service from a bank which is taking nearly 20 days for a loan process and no information to client.

    Sir,

    I am adoni shoeb ahmed and i have a salary account in axis bank with a/c no: [protected]

    I have made a neft transfer on 30th jan, 2016 of rs.3000/- to others account through mobile banking. Transaction got failed. I called customer support and they said that after verifying transaction got failed and you will get the refund in 3-6 working days.
    So, i made the transaction again and this time it got transferred successfully.

    I was contacting axis bank from the past 2 months however every time they will regisgter a complaint and say our backend team is working on it and will will revert back as soon as possible.

    Please help me in getting my money back. They are delaying that as if it is their money.

      To whom so ever it may concern!!

      I am an unfortunate customer of axis bank who got trapped to take home loan from your bank!!

      Myself aditi from mumbai who applied for home loan in the month of december 2015 with the promise from your agents that it takes only 5 working days to process the loan, but till date you bank has not dispersed money and still processing papers and what not… my builder has been really supportive all this while giving you bank time but now they have given us warning of 18% interest on the demand.

      Be assured that interest axis bank will have to pay on my behalf because of the delay and lethargic attitude of your people, ever though axis bank is full of bunch of incompetent people who did not get job anywhere so axis employed them!!

      Have made complaints on your toll free but no one cared to look into my case, i am forced to take another root if this matter is not resolved.

      Have requested by builder also to black list from their list and not to recommend you guys to their customer, and to which they actually gave a positive signal. Even the people involved from builder side are shocked with the number of follow up that they need to do from you in comparison to other banks.

      Your people tell us that some papers are pending from builder and when builder follow up from them the agent informs them that we are delaying in paper work!!

      Will anyone care to tell that does it take 4 months for loan processing, i did not go to sbi as your agent told me it takes 15 days they are slow and we will process it within 5 working days…. I am sure sbi would not have taken 4 months how close they may be!!

      I was told that there is no processing fees for axis there is a offer going on whereas rest bank will charge you 9k when they were selling me home loan, and at the time of signing the documents they gave us 17k estimate of loan processing fee. When we cross questioned the people involved suddenly that fee dropped to 11k. Wow how flexible you people are 10 min discussion an agent has authority to give discount of 6k on processing fee!!

      All this i am writing to you coz now is 18% interest on demand is not what i am going to pay the builder, so keep the money ready to handover to my builder because of your lazy, incompetent, dishonest employees/agents!!

      Builder crm and myself along with my husband informed your agent to disperse the money any how in the month of march and are regularly following up with your employee and agents involved, to which your team told us last week that bank freezed all the accounts from 23rd march without any prior intimation because of which your loan amount will be dispersed by april 2ndand since today morning your team stopped taking our calls. Don’t you guys inform your employees and suddenly stop processing loans one fine day…

      I need response from your management now, tired of talking to these agent! Will have to take support of govt. Bodies and consumer forum if i don’t hear from anyone before end of the day. Because of you top management people i am under pressure from our builder, they have taken all the documents my registry, loan applications and now they are asking us to contact dsa and not bank to resolve the concern. Your people are actually forcing us to goto police and take legal action against axis bank, you have taken my property documents 2 months back and till not did not disperse the loan also.

        Dear sir my name is Qureshi firoz & my account last four digits are 1080 my account has been marked lean for 24828 Rs due to non payment of credit card bill but they deducted 19149 Rs on 10/02/2016 & my account was in -5679 Rs that they deducted on 8/03/2016 at that time the payment of my card suppose to get clear but again i am getting a message that your payment is due of 5679 RS i am getting the bill in that it showing only 19149 Rs is received to credit card dep when i call customer care on credit card dep they said that sir we got only 19149 Rs only we didnt receive rest & transferred the call to savings dep there the said sir transaction happened of 5679 Rs its showing plz talk to our collection officer Named Mangesh Pawar Tel no [protected] he never picked up the phone so i kindly request plz look into this and clear my due & lean or else i will close the account in axis bank Plz contact me on [protected] firoz

        i didnt got any email nor any solution from axis bank the only thing i am getting is that ur email is not register i am very politely asking axis bank that remove the lien & clear my credit card payment & also stop deducting money form my account in the name of credit card payments

        its been ten days i posted a complaint about my account been marked lien & they are deducting my balance unnecessarily on 4th April they just replied me saying Sorry for the trouble. We have responded to you via service request number: 12282805 today on your registered email ID. Please reply on mail for any further assistance.but still my account is in lien & in -287.25 also just today i gotta msg saying you have to pay some 400rs i dont know why they a sitting in the office with deaf ears & with blind eyes can't see can't read can't hear

          I had installed lime wallet from axis bank . Since i received a msg from axis bank on release of new application . I had transfered rs .27000 in to wallet to purchase a electronics through amazon and snapdeal . But when ever i try amount will be deducted from app but not reflect in amazon or snapdeal acc. And after 16 days again it il get reflect in wallet . This was happening for last 4 months . And i had exhausted calling lime wallet cust care and axis bank cust care . Very very very worst experience with axis bank in the tambaram branch also .

          Still the amount is being blocked in the lime wallet only . We are not able to utilize the amount even by making any online purchase or even by transfer to bank account .

          As the whole axis network knows and when ever we call lime wallet or axis bank . They ill be simply give ua the answer that " sir our app is on further development u il get a update tonight and ur problem will be solved .
          Jus think as a custome 27, 000 is a huge amount for middle class family like me . Pls dont play with customer money for longer timw ( more than 3 months )

          change of login id

          I want to change my login id because it is too difficult to remember. So plz tell me how is it possible.

          Deduction of amount without specifying statement and reason

          1.Deduction of rupess without specifying statement and reason.
          Last tranasaction is avaiable in account as credited. However balance is reduced by 687.

          2. When we call Customer care and press an option to communicate with there person, then it tells option is invalid.

          How bad response.
          In my account 200rs is there but i cant recharge or els & icant get back also or withdraw? so ple tell me the amount how to get back, , , , , , , , , in my lime wallet??????

                I am an axis bank customer past 4 years.Past 3 months i am not able to make payment for my Axis Bank cr.card due to medical reasons.But on 31st march 2016 Morning i have received a letter informing to pay the full outstanding amount 76, 000/- in full with in the 7 days of receiving the letter or they will deduct the full amount from my savings account.Then i check my account & till then i am in a big state of shock as they had deducted my full salary from my account.My husband is a cancer patient & all the medical as well as my house expenses is paid by my salary.How can axis bank deduct my full salary with out notifying me.I have a personal loan 4 K with Axis Bank.I want my total amount 24, 203/- has to be reverse in my savings account or else i have to close my account & i'll fight with axis bank for the remaining amount 50, 000/- for card & 3, 50, 000/- for personal loan in court till the end of my life.

                  We have our corporate Account in Axis Bank, Karol bagh Branch, There is a person Mr Rupesh Kumar (Ast. Sales manager ) who is Taking care of my Account, these person never pick my call & never response on email also, this person dont know what are document required if any body want to change comp address . if you ask any query regarding about bank he will always give bull answer, we have fed up with these bank & their staff so final we decided to close our bank account

                    What the and which type of ser‎vice u provide.. Axis bank is doing chutiya panti and making full the customer. 
                    No one is ready to solve the problem.
                    I am strongly disapoint from axis bank. From on wards i will not do any transaction. And also i will withdraw all my account. 

                    What the hell this bank... Very very very thierd class services.

                      I am having LIC Axis Credit Card ([protected]).
                      I paid my Last Dues amount for the period[protected] to[protected] of Rs.6976.99 on Date[protected] by NEFT from my ICICI Saving Bank Account and due Date of this credit card was[protected], but i paid all due amount before due date.. but on[protected] it shown as transaction successful but after 6 Days it shown as transaction failure and amount Rs.6976.99 auto credited in my ICICI Saving Bank Account.. than i contact to ICICI Bank Customer Care for this transaction failure they repled me that it was a problem in VISA Network Payment Gateway.. so that transaction was failed...
                      I want to say that i already paid my balance dues before due date on[protected] and transaction was successful but after 6 Days it shown as failure ... than i repaid same amount on Date 19.03.2016 via Internet Banking from my ICICI Saving Bank Account, but i saw that you lived Late payment Fees and Interest Charges in my Credit Card Account.. but i want to say that i always paid total due amount before due that.. and there are not my mistake why i bear unnecessary charges. so i requesting you to remove Late payment fees of Rs.600/- and Interest Charges of Rs.937.04/-and Service Tax of Rs.222.87/- Total Amount Debited in my Credit Card Account is Rs.1759.91/-

                      so once again i requesting you to please remove all Charges from my LIC Axis Credit Card Account.

                        I received a call on 29/03/2016 on 8:29 AM from mobile no. [protected], and said this is a information call from axis bank that your ATM has been blocked if you want to restart it you have to tell more information for verification purpose like account no, Old ATM password, Customer ID etc. If you are unable to give these all information then your account will be debited by Rs. 25, 000/-today.
                        Sir Please take a legally action against owner of this no to protect your customer against fraud.

                        Just received a Fraud call from[protected], saying adhar card has not been linked and your Debit Card has been blocked to unblock it Please give your card number

                        Its Fake please be carefull
                        Just got a call from axis bank([protected]) kodambakkam branch, named as dhanya, asking to accept the credit card which is life time validity and there I got a OTP from axis bank for credit card acceptance.. ANd they asked for OTP which I received in my registered Mobile no. Unknowingly I said the OTP, which I received and they asked for my mother name and said that too.. and they ended up with saying that I ll receive it within 2dys and requested to accept it.. having doubt that it might be a fake call.. please clarify it.

                          I have received one time password to my mobile number before 10 mins, but customer care ppl didn't take this issue seriously which am saying. Giving some false information, am not illatrate and I know the difference between what kind of message that I received. My money has going to be with drawn... No support from them. Please be safe with ur money. Worst bank

                            Hi,
                            I have made a transaction from Axis mobile banking to recharge my BSNL number on 25th-March, showing successful transaction and amount is deducted from my account but recharge of phone is not happened. I called customer care but they are not responding me with correct reason of this fault .Means we can't rely on you for any transaction and stop using your application and de-Active my account.
                            This is really disgusting .

                            Complaint Number is '1255252 ' and transaction which happend was 'CVK2BD9R2192'.

                              Hello, I am using this credit card from more than 6 months now. Recently I have made a payment o[censored]S$200 to website and it got declined. I tried it 3 times consecutively and all 3 times it got declined but at the same time it got debited from my credit card account. I have tried calling customer care numbers few times every time I am getting an answer that it will be credited within 2-3 working days and its been 10 days now. When can I expect to get it credited back?

                                  I have an account with your greaterkailash -2 branch new delhi for a number of years since i moved to dubai i wanted it changed to NRE acc.Two months ago i gave in all the documents needed to Mr. Gaurav Aggarwal who is handling my account request.My mother who is living next door was following it up but to no avail, she is a senior citizen and handicapped made an effort to personally meet Gaurav Aggarwal she was handed a xerox copy of account closed from mumbai.After that 2 weeks passed but there was no answer from Aggarwal.She called the manager and after many promises there has been not even an acknowledgement call leave alone any action.She is harrased and at a loose end as to who to contact next.                                     I mr. Shriniwas krishna raju ([protected]).I have applied for an add on credit card on my father's name..But wrongly embossed on my grandfather's name.
                                    Card no. Ends with 1972...And also cannot activate due to wrong information updated in ur system...
                                    Came to know after confirming with ur call center representatives.After complaining online.
                                    I met to your credit card representative miss.Savita in mulund (West )branch who have provided me with add-on credit card. To whom iv informed regarding incident happened.
                                    And i have also provided all the necessary document to miss savita axis bank mulund (West).
                                    I'm trying to approach to your credit card representative since 4 weeks but no response shown or information provided regarding my add on credit card. And every time i had to approach to miss savita. And every time she says i'll call you back regarding the same..But no response.
                                    This is very much annoying and im disappointed with service rendered.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and hope for positive response soon as possible.

                                      kind to inform you that my salary account in axis bank branch y n road indore from last two years . axis bank offering me a personal loan of amt 2 laks from last six moths. many times i receive calls, e-mails and massages . ones day i receive one call from your bank and he guys convince to me for loan . so i was booked a loan of rupees 100000 he told me your emi is 4954*24 and you receive a amount after deduction is 98283 . deduction is only p.f. is 1500 and service tax is 217 . no any other charge and interest rate is 17% reducing. I receive a sms after documentation that was is it "Thank you for choosing Axis Bank.Your loan vide application id 4439190 is sanctioned for Rs.110000 at interest rate of 17%, EMI of Rs.3174 for 48 months". I call immediately to executive, he say my work is documentation only amount and duration will decide by head office . He say you receive after deduction amount is 107362. I agree but today's 106732 amount credited in my account. so me called to bank exe so he told me your company is not listed so ROI is 20% and deduction will be increased now my EMI is 3347×48 . So why me pay 9000 extra . Who will responsible for this. I want to cansalle my loan. Which amount be created in my account you can reverse it . I no need. If my company is not listed so why you offering me . This is your fault so you will response this is my bad experience in axis bank. You are not follow your commitment . cheet and make fool to customers I am not happy. ..
