Dear Sirs

Subject: PROPOSAL NO. [protected]

Vide above proposal, I have applied for Bajaj Allianz Insurance Policy (ULIP) and submitted a DD for Rs.36, 000/-.

More than 2 months back, I have applied for this policy.

I received a letter from Bajaj Allianz two days back stating that I have to undergo a medical exam.

After reading the letter, following thoughts have come to my mind :

· Why did it took two months (in this jet age of today with all modern communication and infrastructure facility available) for Bajaj Allianz; just informing me to undergo medical test.

· To the best of my knowledge, in general practice medical tests are done before applying for the policy and not after applying for the policy. Please correct me if I am wrong.

· The agent did not tell me that I might have to undergo medical test prior to application or post application.

· Are Bajaj Allianz follow proper guidelines of IRDA in this regard ???

· What are the exact IRDA guidelines in this regard ???

· What checks and controls Bajaj Allianz have to monitor that their agents are 100% transparent in giving all the information to the customer before applying for the policy ?

· I personally feel that it is a breach of trust, as I was not informed in advance about this.

· My faith in Bajaj Allianz is lost due to this episode.

· Kindly arrange to refund my Rs.36, 000/- immediately (without deducting a single rupee).

· I would be happy my queries are answered point by point.

· I am also thinking of IRDA on this issue.

This is my Application Number:[protected], I applied bajaj allianz life's New Unit Gain Plan (For Rs, 12000, DD No 895705 Dt, 05.05.2008 CANARA BANK DevanaHalli, (0474) KARNATAKA) on 05/05/2008 through RMP.But still now I didn't get any bond papers related to this. I tried to Contact customer care executive, But I didn't get any response from customercare
Please give me the feed back regarding this as soon as possible.I am waiting for your reply and I need to submit that band papers in office for TAX benfits.So, please give me reply as soon as possible.Thank You.

I got call from bajaj alienze from Mr. Pankaj Misra ( [protected]) for Bajaj alianze health insurance plan. I asked him to call later since my new born baby was hospitalised at that time.

He was used to call me many times for the same. At last once i told him that i am not interested he got angry saying then I should have told him earlier and abuse me saying bhikhari.

I would strongly recomend strict action against the persone like Mr Pankaj Misra for such misbehavior.

I have applied for Motor Vehical Policy well in advance of 1 month and paid the cheque for the policy, till now i have not received the policy, When i contact the customer care then they have sent me the soft copy of the policy on which i found that the address is written wrong but the address is witten right on the cover note.

After talking to the issued branch which is at noida, first they refused to do any help but later on they start asking me to come at office and submit us the address proof so that they can change the same.

This mistake is not done by me this is done by the issuing person. then why should i submit all the papers again and again.

Please help me to get my policy.

my policy no. OG[protected]-00000029/35 and the product was student elite silver geographical coverage and i went to saint lucia for studying were i met with a major accident and got operated with two surgical operation and it bill out 33, 000 carrabean dollar and i my university inform bajaj allianz and got i-track no i.e. claim no.-3293533 and after caming in india i file my case of claim with all necesarry documents i.e. medical bills, doctor report, medical prescription, x-ray reports, medical report, police report, etc and they give us time of 15 days to pay us our claim and after one months they make a phone call and said that ur claim has been approved and u will get ur check next week and two days later they again col up and that they need paid medical receipt which was not avaible to us from hospital and how we make arrangement of receipt from the hospital had give to bajaj allianz and now they are saying send ur matter through e-mail and we will reply and i m waiting for reply for than one month
if they can't give claims then why did they main policies and making people fool
kindly reply me what should i do to get my claim should i take help of media or should i file a case against company in consumer court

I Had apply for Pan Card vide Application No.[protected] from UTI Centre Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 20.06.2008. UTI Gandhi Nagar had acknowledged it coupon number[protected]. But after more than six months, moreover i had approched UTI Gandhi Nagar for more than 20 times but al in vain they do not bothered.
Please do the needful so that i get my PAn CArd as early as possible.

Hi,

Before two months I have taken a policy with the bajaj allianze life insurance.
Till now I didn't get the policy documents. I talked to the customer helpline
and got my policy no.

I am from chennai and I called to the chennai corporate office and they didn't give
proper response [[protected],[protected] ] and they have given one person name and
told me he is a relationship manager [ his number is : +[protected] ].

The following are my problems,

1. I didn't get my policy documents

2. The person called me and he has given the following commitments to make me
to take the policy,


1. I will get the rs. 4, 00, 000 death benefit for free if I
take this policy.

2. I will get the rs. 3000 worth L.G DVD player with my policy
documents [ But when I talked with the corporate office they told me I
will receive only the policy documents ]. But even I didn't receive that also.

And it seems the bajaj allianze life insurance is doing lot of fraud to make the people
to take this policy. I request you to careful about this fraud people.

my name is ramesh k rajpal. resident of mumbai retired.
i have my retirement account in janakalyan sahakari bank chembur branch. and the branch manager mr avinash munde advised me to gain more money by investing in bajaj allianz family plan. he said if you invest rs 99000 yearly for 3 yrs you will get rs 4, 50, 000 after 3 yrs which was misleading for me. and the same details were given to me by the employe of bajaj allianz mr Mangesh who has his counter in the bank. he never gave me an illustration showing that 70% will be deducted in the first year this is complete misselling and cheating case. if you search on google for keywords "bajaj allianz cheating" you will find they have done the same thing with increadibly high customers. i am a retired person and when i got my policy papers which i recently checked there is no illsutration signed and authorized by me at the end of the policy document.
please tell me how do i claimmy money back as i am 62 yrs old and i cannot afford to lose my money

I didnt receive the bajaj alliance insurance policy still now...I have even paid 3 dues still i didnt get the policy copy, if i ask the agents here in coimbatore there is no proper response...SO MY ADVICE TO EVERY INDIVIDUALS IS UNLESS YOU GET A POLICY COPY DONT PAY THE DUE...THERE ARE MANY CHEATERS SPOILING THE REPUTED COMPANY NAME...So i would like make you people aware of what is prctically going on in this market...

I had made my bajaj allianz insurance payment of Rs.12000/- 2nd instalment during the month of july 2008. So far I have not received the confirmation of the pay ment made. Kindly let me confirm the details of my payments

I have been receiving unwanted messages from BALIC (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Corporation Ltd.)which are meant for their field workers(agents) on my mobile phone(No.[protected] for the last 5-6 months.I had complaint to my mobile service provider (Idea Cellular) regarding this problem.Idea told that it can't stop these messages as these are not promotional messages, althogh I have registered my mobile no. in "Do Not Disturb"registery.

despite that i have reueste not to send cheques to claim money to my bank as i explained through email that i have paid 21 instalments out of 24 and the rest 3 instlment money be adjusted against the deposit existing with you you have been sending the cheques to my bank to claim money how ever they were returned causing loss of cheque bounce charges levied by my bank.
I have even given in writing to the warangal branch where we have taken loan for necessary action to close the account.
The person at Warangal branch says that matter is informed to the head office and things are cleared and we need not pay anything now
but to our dismay cheques are sent to the bank and we are coerced to pay cheque bouncing charges.

we request you to do the needful inthis regard in closing the account, returning the remaining cheques and to pay the cheque bouncing charges back to us

The warangal branch was of no help as there have not been any proper person to attend to this
it is said that the specific person was on leave for a long time

My Insurance Policy No. OG-[protected] Expiring Date as on 11th Nov 2008 So I have a lots of calls of different phone number but no body come to renewal my insurance,

I have paid One Lakh Fifty Thousand for me and same amount for my son for a ULIP from Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance Co.Aluva br. in March 2006.
Later they informed me that we must go for medical and we done it when i was in kerala. Then we went to Saudi Arabia. (Now am in UAE, ) I asked the STM through the agent regarding my documents. Always they are saying different stories like Saudi people will get after 6 months and later, despatch problem...At last I informed them I will publish this matter to media. Then they said my money has not cleared from the bank.
But it was lie, because i have submitted D/D only in favour of Bajaj Allianze and I got the written statement from the bank that 3 lakhs have cleared and received to Bajaj Allianze on 31 March 2006.
Its now 2 years finished. I dont know what to do . I told STM to get back my money.I think that money is used by some other person and i have lost it. If it like that, they must be punished for this cheating and i must to get compensation for my loss and stress. We made so many follow ups, more calls, mails etc. But they are irresponsible people. They don't know the value of service.
Recently, when I asked the STM said it will get but i have to pay some more. I think it is lie and i feel it a cheating . Kindly consider this complaint and help me to get this money.
I am awiting your valuable advice on this matter as soon as posible.

I am really upset with the Bajaj allianz Health insurance service.

I was the part of group policy holder for Softdel systems pvt ltd.

According to my policy, my infant baby is covered under the policy.

My daughter was born on 11th of March, 2008 and she was a pre term baby, hence we had to
admit her in NICU.

We have made her claim on month of April 2008. Still I have not got her claim amount.

From my end I have submitted all the documents, still I have not got her claim.

I have asked so many times till my claim number is not given to me.
