Money Lapsed

Sir,
I have paid One Lakh Fifty Thousand for me and same amount for my son for a ULIP from Bajaj Allianze Life Insurance Co.Aluva br. in March 2006.
Later they informed me that we must go for medical and we done it when i was in kerala. Then we went to Saudi Arabia. (Now am in UAE, ) I asked the STM through the agent regarding my documents. Always they are saying different stories like Saudi people will get after 6 months...

Motor Insurance- Excess clause not communicated

I took an motor insurance policy from Bajaj Allianz for the period from 19th March 2008 to 18th March 2009. The policy no. is OG[protected]-00033749, which was taken in the name of my father, Mr. Satish Chander Goel. While taking the insurance policy, the agent didn't communicated any excess clause to me under which whenever i have to file a claim, i need to pay Rs. 6400/- as processing charges in addition to Rs. 500 normally claimed...

is the plan secure? tell me how much the return may be.

This moth oct. 2008, i joned in the Bajaj allianz 's New Family Gain ULIP plolicy, they told me the return may be 40% or above. Premium amount -5000/- per half yearly. No. of installment is 6(six). Please share any knowledge regarding how much it may sucure and what may be the return %....

My Policy Documents has not reached

I am a holder of HDFC Bank Credit Card. Bank offers me a plan of Family Care in collaboration of Bajaj Allianz and sell me mediclaim policy on 21st June 2008.
Bank has deducted policy price from my credit card. I have got a sms from Bank that policy documents are sending to your postal address on 2nd July 2008. But i have not got any document. I have complained it to my bank credit card department then they have gave me policy number...

Poor performance of Policy and great monetary loss incurred

I have invested in two policy of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance company of Rs. 65000.00 and the present value is Rs. 23000.00. I have not completed first three policy year. I have decided not to pay any premium further due to poor performance of the policy. If I pay the full three year premium slab I have to pay an amount of Rs. 70000.00, but there is no gurantee that I will get the money back.

Regarding claim of accidental vehicle

My car met with an accident in the evening of 7/09/08.There was heavy rainfall that day and the road had many pits. My car’s wheel went in a pit and the engine stopped working. I called a mechanic from alfa motors immediately. Even they could not start the car and they had to shift the vehicle with the help of a crane to the workshop. I informed the insurance company on 9/0908 as there was a major problem in the vehicle. One after another...

lack of attention toward insurance claim

i met with an accident on 30th jan 2008, i have given my car to bajaj in feb 24th due to i was in coma for 9 days & on bed for four n half month, one major surgery done on my right arm & one operation yet to be done.in this period now its 8 month & i didn't get my car back not even any feed back from bajaj guys.
