I have been facing multiple issues from Bajaj Allianz team since Jan-2020, the issue is still open and has no end to it.

I tried to renew this policy on 25th march 2020 through caring yours app, but my money from bank was deducted and policy was not renewed, the app showed error message that you cannot renew this policy. They are not picking my calls when calling customer care. This clearly a fraud they are doing in these difficult times....

Company keeps the customer waiting on the call for more than 30 minutes.
Their system (Website: https://bajajallianzlifeonline.co.in) does not recognise their own policy number for registration, to service customers.
But, it recognises policy number when customer visits register online mandate for debiting customer account for premium payment (Ecs)....

I took this policy in the year 2007 and at the time of taking the policy, i was informed by the agent that, i need to pay only 10000.00 rupees for first 3 years.
I paid my first 3 installments every year.
I don't know that in 2019- this year, it is going to foreclosed.

I have taken a policy from bajaj allianz life insurance ltd. My application no is [protected] on name of pratima kumari. Policy has rejected. Still my amount has not credited in my account from where company has deducted.

My complaint may seem very silly but it is a proof for bajaj allianz's ignorance about customer's issues.

I bought the subjected policy for my skoda rapid ambition plus diesel mt. But they mentioned it wrongly in the policy as elegance.

Called the call centre today to transfer my ncb to my new car. As i need a nob certificate. The executive either does not know want is the procedure properly or purposely, she kept telling me only that i need to submit sell certificate, to which i asked her want is that,?

Reference to my claim no. Oc[protected]-00000910, i had received only rs.28904/- against my expenses of rs.75000/- parts bills is rs.45000/- (Submitted with gst bill) and labor bill is rs.30000/-.
Parts claim agree for 50% but why very less labor cost reimburse. Labor cost will be 100%.
