Please tells me the daily progress made on my application so far. I.e. when did my application reach which officer, for how long did it stay with that officer and what did he/she do during that period?

(6) Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company send request for with Prejudice on date of[protected], via Speed post ED[protected]IN
(7) All supporting document submitted to Insurance company as per request via e-mail
(8) When physically visit on branch then officer told case is closed due late response from your side, in Covid-19 where all office closed when ever I received any document I will share with insurance company
(9) Now this claim is still pending from last 11 months and officer told that we are not process this claim due to file closed
