Please help us to get UAN number for the mentioned Employer, we have already tried multiple times to generate UAN number Online but failed to do so,
Also checked through offline Thane Waghle estate PF office wherein they had asked me to visit Pune & Bengalore office for the same.

As we are into this pandemic situation and I'm not allowed to travel out of station, please look into this on Priority as we have a medical emergency in our family.

    Please tells me the daily progress made on my application so far. I.e. when did my application reach which officer, for how long did it stay with that officer and what did he/she do during that period?

      Hello Team,

      I am writing to you on behalf of my mother Sangita Dilipkumar Oswal who urgently need your assistance in help me understand the status of my Bajaj Allianz Policy No. [protected], the policy premium is fully paid and We need to withdraw the surrender amount.

      This is an offline policy I availed from an local agent based out from my city, I am trying to reach out my agent, but he is not responding so far. I am
      extremely disappointed from the service of my agent and I would urge you to intervene in my issue and help to solve this ASAP.

      As per my the last conversation with the agent, the withdrawal request is already submitted and next actions are pending, but the agent is no more responding and I have no clue what to do next.

      We are chasing the agent since last 1 year and he always gives us silly reasons and he has still not processed our surrender claim.

      I am unable to check the status of my policy online because my contact number added in policy is discarded/outdated and the agent said he has raised a request to update my contact number, but no further information from him in this regard as well.

      I cannot process the surrender claim because agent has taken all the policy document along with him. I have asked him many times to return those but he never does and is not answering any of my calls.

      This is a serious issue and I urgent need your help as we need to withdraw this amount ASAP.

      I have all the necessary screenshots and call logs to prove this complaint against this agent.
      One of the call logs I have attached here which shows I recently called him 75 times but he didn’t even answer atleast once.

        I am Soham Joshi, and I had paid Rs. 1402 on 10th January 2022 as a premium for a new motor insurance policy for TVS Jupiter 2014.

        I purchased the policy via the Caringly Yours app. I did not get any confirmation or reference number from Bajaj Allianz, and the policy has not been issued even after 3 weeks. I called multiple times, and even e-mailed escalations to their teams, but I'm not getting a response. Even after providing all details such as vehicle number, bank reference number, etc., They said they are still investigating and will respond in 24-48hrs, but they never do. How long does it take to track a simple payment?

          Address: A-21 Deen Dayal Nagar, Ph.2 MDA Sai Mandir Road,

          Consequent upon the death of my Son-Gaurav Rastogi on 27.04.21 due Covid-19 Pandemic, the claim against his Policy No.[protected] under Life Income Assure and S.A. Rs.3 Lakhs, was submitted on 28.05.2021 in the Delhi Road Branch, Moradabad by his wife-Sangeeta Rastogi on behalf of Vedant Rastogi their elder son and the Nominee. However, despite repeated reminders, the payment of Rs.2 Lakhs+addition on account of Bonuses etc., is yet to be received. Quite surprisingly, the Delhi Road Branch, Moradabad of the Insurance Company is not responding nor listening to our Mobile Calls. Not only this, the Customercare of the Insurance Company is also not of any kind help.
          As the matter is o[censored]rgent nature and we are in urgent need of money because we have no source of regular income, I am compelled to lodge this complaint with a request to please arrange the payment at the earliest.

            Hello Sir/Madam,

            This is Chackravarthi.

            I had taken a Home Loan for a flat purchased in Chennai (Katupakkam) from Axis Bank (Mumbai) in September 2019.
            The Loan Account Number is PHR[protected].

            I gave a closure request for the outstanding loan amount of Rs.33, 20, 811 on 10-Jan-2022. The loan got closed on 15-Jan-2022.

            I paid an amount of Rs, 53166 (Rs.45056+Rs.8110 GST) for the Policy [protected].

            Even though I surrendered the Policy within 2.5 years of my 15 year old loan tenure I got the surrender amount of only RS.16028.

            I have the 2 questions

            1) Why is the Life Insurance Amount very hefty?
            2) Why is the surrender amount very less even though I closed the loan within 2.5 years?

            I am really not satisfied with the surrender amount and one more problem is that they have credited the amount to my Home Loan Account which is already closed, I dont understand the rationale behind this?!

            Very poor Customer Service for a very high premium amount.

            There are other Insurance Policy Companies which charge less then half for Life Insurance even for 15 years.

            Can you give me the surrender amount by calculating on a pro rated basis?

                I have been calling, chatting and emailing bajaj since october to refund for a duplicate policy for the same car insured with them. They asked to send a copy of the new policy which apparently is with them only. I emailed them the copy and they didnt do anything. I have emailed them the copy at least 4 times now and i have sent email to their complaints team as well as their level 1 to 5 helpdesk too.
                No one seems to care about it and i have been chasing a refund for 4 months now. Please help.

                  I have visited Axis Bank Branch Maloud (Ludhiana). I am Canadian Resident and not living in India. At the time of the Axis Branch Visit, your agent had sold the wrong Policy to me and to my Husband. I am a 67-year-old lady.
                  He told me that this is a Single Premium Policy and after five years I can withdrawal the entire money. Moreover, in Both Policies, they have given the same phone number and given the wrong E-Mail ID which is not mine. My actual mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

                  Both Policies have received by my Husband on 7th Jan 2022 by hand from Bank Employee. Even I left India on 13th Dec 2021. Logically I have not received this Policy because I was not in India. In both, they have not taken even Acknowledgment receipt not even signed. In both the Policies, they have mentioned my Income is coming from Business which is wrong. I and my husband both are dependent on my Son.

                  Moreover, my Health Status is not good and I am an Asthmatic and Heart Patient and My Husband is taking BP Medicine and he is also a Heart Patient. They have not been mentioned in the Proposal Form. Right Now I am in Canada and I can not attend your Phone Call Because your agent has mentioned the wrong Phone Number and Email ID in the Policy.

                  My husband has already given a written request for Policy Number [protected] to your Ludhiana Branch on 11/01/2022. I am sending you a Free Look Cancellation receipt of that Policy ( PFA below).

                  Because you sold me the wrong policy and your Agent has not disclosed my Health information in Policy. Something happened wrong with me. Your Company will be responsible for Claim. Because I am Heart Patient.

                    SirWe have been writing continuously regarding the Non settlement of Claim on frivolous grounds.The reasons given are absolutely baseless and inappropriate on grounds:1.The watch is not antique and nor made of Gold or Silver so can not be treated under the Jewelry section as confirmed by the Underwrites of your policy.2.There is no separate para of insurance stating otherwise.3.The watch of the Brand Rhythm has their own Authorized service center in Okhla New Delhi 4.A certificate of inspection and non availability of parts has been duly issued by them. DESPITE ALL THESE EXERCISE ASKED TO DO BY US HAVE NOT PRODUCED ANY RESULTS AND THE SETTLEMENT OF CLAIM NOT DONE.                       Hi I'm Meduri Pawan Kumar.
                      My brother and myself were loan applicants in 2 Home loan accounts number LAN LNDRK[protected] & LNDRK[protected] we took from Aavas finance.
                      My brother Meduri Shashikant was the main applicant and he was insured by Bajaj Allianz as per conditions of Aavas finance. Unfortunately my brother got expired on 1st May 2021 due to COVID and we filed death claim duly on time and claim was approved also from Bajaj Allianz on 28th sep 2021 but till now as on 25th Dec 2021 they have not paid any amount to Aavas finance and are just delaying the matter.
                      Everytime I call customer care or email them i just get a general reply saying it will be done soon and need few more days time.
                      The EMI amount was shared by me and my brother but after his demise i somehow managed and kept on paying home loan EMI's myself for 4 months as I was told by the bank that claim will be settled in 2 months time only but it kept on dragging for 6 months and when I got failed to pay EMI's Aavas made by account NPA. Now I am stucked up from both sides .No funds to pay EMI and Bajaj is not settling the claim. Please help to get this situation resolved and get my claim settlement money from Bajaj Allianz.

                      Today is 22nd December.
                      Now it's almost 4 months since claim got approved.
                      Now how much more time does Bajaj needs to send pay out ????
                      Iam repeating again that my loan account is in NPA only due to delay in sending payments by Bajaj to Aavas finance .
                      4 months is more than enough for any claim to settle .
                      It' seems its just getting intentionally delayed
                      If claim is not settled with in this week then I will be compelled to go for alternate legal options .

                      I was told by your customer care department couple of times that claim is approved on 29th sep and will be paid to Aavas finance soon but till now Aavas has not received any claim funds and Iam continuously asked by the bank to pay EMI's on time.
                      This claim got approved 3 months back and till now no positive status is received .
                      In this home loan myself and my brother were co applicant and applicant and after my brothers demise the entire pressure on paying emi came to me alone.
                      It was very difficult for me to pay but still somehow I managed to pay from last couple of months.
                      In oct end I was told by the Bajaj customer care that by 1st week of Nov funds will be SURELY paid but none of the payment got paid and again I was told on 26th Nov that funds will be paid by 1st week of Dec but till now no payment is paid by Bajaj finance.
                      I was able to pay only one EMI for Nov month and bank made this loan as NPA and attached is the circular they got published today.

                      please check and let me know what's the exact current status of this claim and when exactly Aavas will receive its claim fund.
                      I DONT HAVE ANY MORE MONEY TO PAY EMI's and it's taking too long from Bajaj to settle the claim.

                      Iam already in pain of losing my brother and parents and this financial pressure is creating more mental pressure on me .

                            My BAJAJ ALLIANZ Motor Insurance Policy number is OG[protected]-00000379. This was paid on 17th October 2021. As informed by Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking, I decided to renew the Motor insurance with Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking as it is really cheaper and has a difference of 4K in the insurance amount when compared with the amount that was paid with Bajaj Allianz. So I renewed my policy and paid the insurance amount with Maruti Suzuki Insurance Broking on 26th October 2021 and thereby requested Bajaj Allianz to cancel the insurance which was paid at first citing the whole reason. An acknowledgment from BAJAJ Allianz along with the ticket number 04591242 was received on 28th October 2021 asking me to share the alternate copy of insurance that was paid with Maruti. Even after the alternate copy was first shared with their Customer representative Mrs. Pranitha via their Whatsapp customer service there was no response after a week or so. So I tried connecting with their customer representative again on 9th November and enquired the reason which they reasoned as the alternate copy of pdf is not yet shared they can't initiate the request. Again I was patient and shared the same via email to their customer service email address. But there was no response after a week [16th November 2021] and I called the customer service again and they were saying the below-highlighted part each time when they were dialed on phone " I will highlight this issue to the next level. Please wait for another 48 hrs for cancellation and after which it will take 7days for the amount to get refunded to your bank account". The ticket number was 4832433. Then I waited for a few more days till 25th November when I again raised a complaint on the same. The complaint number is 04832433. The last day I followed up with the customer service team was on 12th December 2021 and they asked me to wait for another 48hrs which I agreed as I have already waited for more than one and a half month just for canceling a motor insurance policy and initiating a refund.
                            So as a customer I would like to express my strong discontent and hatred towards a reputed brand like Bajaj as I don't see them applying their motto anywhere in their business. As a consumer, I thought of sharing this experience with you all. This might help you to avoid a huge mistake while dealing with BAJAJ ALLIANZ. I am not sure when are they going to canceI the policy and when I am going to get the refund.

                                    this is may be Bajaj allianze system or server mistake if not changed mandate account on dated 4 june. this is not my fault. i again try on October 2021 that time changed mandate account to sbi. customer care exicutive also unable to solve why not changed before by website.

                                      I did claim for my brother who lost his life due to covid and with all formality now company is not providing full settlement.

                                      They are saying that due date was 3rd may 2021 for that claim but from may first our total family was suffering with covid.. and after 2 month means on 17th june my brother expired.. and he is doing work from home and after all lockdown and situation get well his wife managed to go to Bangalore work location of his husband then we got all documents and proceeded the last premium also..
