    My motor insurance policy has expired and I don't want to renew it now. Why the hell are you calling me daily from different numbers many times a day! Contacted you via email at [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but replying same message by changing sender name to register dnd via link. It says mobile number already exists. After calling you people one said once your policy renews, you won't get any calls! What right do you have to force people to buy your policy by torturing daily! IS THIS HOW YOU SELL YOUR PRODUCTS? You should not TORTURE customers to take Insurance man! This proves that your service is that bad, cheap 3rd class and I don't ever never buy any of your products!         I have purchased bajaj allianz century plus asset allocation fund, ULIF04528/09/07ASSETALLOC116 dated 13 feb 2008 and I was betrayed by agent.. I guess the whole fund was cheated against everyone I need myoney I invested 49000 and got 37000 in return on29 june 2012

          I have taken two ULIPs, HDFC & BAJAJ ALLIANZ Goal Assure ULIP through Policy bazaar and paid the amount required on same date, 15/07/2021. HDFC responded and my HDFC ULIP started on 18/07/2021 and AUTODEBIT is working smoothly.           Agent of Bajaj Allianze has sold your Insurance No.[protected] & [protected] to my father-in-law who is 83 years old staying at Memari, West Bengal by assuring him full return with interest if he will pay at least two premia. Now I found that what your agent has promised is fake. The agent has given the policy copy after laps of 6 month from the date of issue of the policy. My father-in-law already paid Rs.80, 000/- and Rs.40, 000/- respectively for the above two policies. The policy has been taken in the name of daughter of my father-in-law. They are not able to continue the same policy for such a long period. Please let us know the remedy for the same. We request you to take a strict measure against said agent immediately.

              I have new car aged 1.5 Years, First Year own damage & Third Party Insurance booked with ICICI. For 2nd year I bought Own Damage Insurance Policy from Bajaj Allianz still 3rd party insurance maintain with ICICI. While purchasing the policy from Bajaj, I have been confirmed by Insurance Agent it is Bumper to Bumper (B2B) with full coverage (Including Add-on).

              But when I went to showroom to fix own damage issue in my car and raised for claim, I have got around only 55%. When I revert back to agent they are complaining each other and left me alone without any help in this matter and I had to paid remaining 45% amount.

              Will I get balance refund? And can I get B2B updated policy for rest of the year?

                      Hello Team,

                      I am writing to you on behalf of my mother Sangita Dilipkumar Oswal who urgently need your assistance in help me understand the status of my Bajaj Allianz Policy No. [protected], the policy premium is fully paid and We need to withdraw the surrender amount.

                      This is an offline policy I availed from an local agent based out from my city, I am trying to reach out my agent, but he is not responding so far. I am
                      extremely disappointed from the service of my agent and I would urge you to intervene in my issue and help to solve this ASAP.

                      As per my the last conversation with the agent, the withdrawal request is already submitted and next actions are pending, but the agent is no more responding and I have no clue what to do next.

                      We are chasing the agent since last 1 year and he always gives us silly reasons and he has still not processed our surrender claim.

                      I am unable to check the status of my policy online because my contact number added in policy is discarded/outdated and the agent said he has raised a request to update my contact number, but no further information from him in this regard as well.

                      I cannot process the surrender claim because agent has taken all the policy document along with him. I have asked him many times to return those but he never does and is not answering any of my calls.

                      This is a serious issue and I urgent need your help as we need to withdraw this amount ASAP.

                      I have all the necessary screenshots and call logs to prove this complaint against this agent.
                      One of the call logs I have attached here which shows I recently called him 75 times but he didn’t even answer atleast once.

                        I am Soham Joshi, and I had paid Rs. 1402 on 10th January 2022 as a premium for a new motor insurance policy for TVS Jupiter 2014.

                        I purchased the policy via the Caringly Yours app. I did not get any confirmation or reference number from Bajaj Allianz, and the policy has not been issued even after 3 weeks. I called multiple times, and even e-mailed escalations to their teams, but I'm not getting a response. Even after providing all details such as vehicle number, bank reference number, etc., They said they are still investigating and will respond in 24-48hrs, but they never do. How long does it take to track a simple payment?

                          Consequent upon the death of my Son-Gaurav Rastogi on 27.04.21 due Covid-19 Pandemic, the claim against his Policy No.[protected] under Life Income Assure and S.A. Rs.3 Lakhs, was submitted on 28.05.2021 in the Delhi Road Branch, Moradabad by his wife-Sangeeta Rastogi on behalf of Vedant Rastogi their elder son and the Nominee. However, despite repeated reminders, the payment of Rs.2 Lakhs+addition on account of Bonuses etc., is yet to be received. Quite surprisingly, the Delhi Road Branch, Moradabad of the Insurance Company is not responding nor listening to our Mobile Calls. Not only this, the Customercare of the Insurance Company is also not of any kind help.
                          As the matter is o[censored]rgent nature and we are in urgent need of money because we have no source of regular income, I am compelled to lodge this complaint with a request to please arrange the payment at the earliest.

                            Hello Sir/Madam,

                            This is Chackravarthi.

                            I had taken a Home Loan for a flat purchased in Chennai (Katupakkam) from Axis Bank (Mumbai) in September 2019.
                            The Loan Account Number is PHR[protected].

                            I gave a closure request for the outstanding loan amount of Rs.33, 20, 811 on 10-Jan-2022. The loan got closed on 15-Jan-2022.

                            I paid an amount of Rs, 53166 (Rs.45056+Rs.8110 GST) for the Policy [protected].

                            Even though I surrendered the Policy within 2.5 years of my 15 year old loan tenure I got the surrender amount of only RS.16028.

                            I have the 2 questions

                            1) Why is the Life Insurance Amount very hefty?
                            2) Why is the surrender amount very less even though I closed the loan within 2.5 years?

                            I am really not satisfied with the surrender amount and one more problem is that they have credited the amount to my Home Loan Account which is already closed, I dont understand the rationale behind this?!

                            Very poor Customer Service for a very high premium amount.

                            There are other Insurance Policy Companies which charge less then half for Life Insurance even for 15 years.

                            Can you give me the surrender amount by calculating on a pro rated basis?

                                I have been calling, chatting and emailing bajaj since october to refund for a duplicate policy for the same car insured with them. They asked to send a copy of the new policy which apparently is with them only. I emailed them the copy and they didnt do anything. I have emailed them the copy at least 4 times now and i have sent email to their complaints team as well as their level 1 to 5 helpdesk too.
                                No one seems to care about it and i have been chasing a refund for 4 months now. Please help.

                                They have caused me stress and mental harassment. I have sent them atleast 15 emails and have had no reply or calls from them at all.

                                Whats the point of asking for the new policy copy when you have to cancel that ?
                                should you not be asking me for the policy copy that I wanted to cancel but at no point I was asked that and you straight away decided to cancel the new one.

                                  I have visited Axis Bank Branch Maloud (Ludhiana). I am Canadian Resident and not living in India. At the time of the Axis Branch Visit, your agent had sold the wrong Policy to me and to my Husband. I am a 67-year-old lady.
                                  He told me that this is a Single Premium Policy and after five years I can withdrawal the entire money. Moreover, in Both Policies, they have given the same phone number and given the wrong E-Mail ID which is not mine. My actual mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.com

                                  Both Policies have received by my Husband on 7th Jan 2022 by hand from Bank Employee. Even I left India on 13th Dec 2021. Logically I have not received this Policy because I was not in India. In both, they have not taken even Acknowledgment receipt not even signed. In both the Policies, they have mentioned my Income is coming from Business which is wrong. I and my husband both are dependent on my Son.

                                  Moreover, my Health Status is not good and I am an Asthmatic and Heart Patient and My Husband is taking BP Medicine and he is also a Heart Patient. They have not been mentioned in the Proposal Form. Right Now I am in Canada and I can not attend your Phone Call Because your agent has mentioned the wrong Phone Number and Email ID in the Policy.

                                  My husband has already given a written request for Policy Number [protected] to your Ludhiana Branch on 11/01/2022. I am sending you a Free Look Cancellation receipt of that Policy ( PFA below).
                                  I have given a written complaint via mail to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.

                                  I am still waiting for your response. No One has given a satisfactory answer. Someone from Head Office Pune called to my Son and to my Husband. What Still No answer? I will discuss all these things in the Court Room if you have not given a proper reply.
                                  Because you sold me the wrong policy and your Agent has not disclosed my Health information in Policy. Something happened wrong with me. Your Company will be responsible for Claim. Because I am Heart Patient.

                                    SirWe have been writing continuously regarding the Non settlement of Claim on frivolous grounds.The reasons given are absolutely baseless and inappropriate on grounds:1.The watch is not antique and nor made of Gold or Silver so can not be treated under the Jewelry section as confirmed by the Underwrites of your policy.2.There is no separate para of insurance stating otherwise.3.The watch of the Brand Rhythm has their own Authorized service center in Okhla New Delhi 4.A certificate of inspection and non availability of parts has been duly issued by them.
