Sir,
Claim no[protected]P i was asked to do operation in my knee on 14th February 2023 after fixing surgery arrangement with the doctors in VS hospital Kilpauk Chennai.
So i started to process the insurance claiming procedures with Bajaj Allianz insurance on 11th February 2023 but they gave approval on 15th Feb 2012 only that too against Rs.1, 87, 000 claim approval request from hospital they approved only Rs.1, 00, 000 This proves that if we depend Bajaj allianz for emergency at critical care we will get the approval after the patient dies.
By the time i lost my patience and moved alternately with my Hdfc health insurance which was approved on 14th Feb 2023 with in one hour and completed the surgery on 15th Feb 2023 and the claim amount was Rs.1, 47, 000.
I am getting the approval from Bajaj Allianz team after the surgery got over for Rs.1, 00, 000 against the claim request amount of Rs.188500.
Insurance is a factor which should help a common man financially under medical emergencies. But i am totally unhappy to have a worst insurance claiming experience with Bajaj Alliance group.
I was keep on calling the customer care team in their toll free number to know the status of the claim but i am sorry to say they are very worst unable to update the exact status of the claim and they committed that it will take 24 hours working hours to approve the claim but it happened only after 5 days in which 3 are live weekly working days.
So I conclude by saying that, no one else should suffer like this like me in future opting Bajaj allianz insurance. i kindly request you to take necessary action in this regards.

    Fraud and cheaten done in name of fd

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    as I paritosh jaiswal citizen of India want to launch a complaint against Bajaj Allianz, as i have got cheated by the team member of aforesaid company employee.

    While at the time when the company employee Sandhya Mam, Miss Tanu and others came to my office to get proceed for fd in which I was asking them to do fd but they kept me in hidden that they are doing FD instead of doing FD they have done...

    Payment has been taken for policy but member not reflecting in the app

    Bajaj Allianz took the payment and generated policy for the new member but they are not reflecting in the app and eventually will not be able to submit any claims. Why do you take payment if you are unable to control your application members. I was not able to utilise the benefits from last 4 months and wasted my 20k on this.

    Never trust and waste your money on Bajaj policies. They have useless customer care and they don't...

    Never trust and waste your money on Bajaj policies. They have useless customer care and they don't keep the records upto date and everytime asks the same details without looking at the tickets. Wasted 4 months till now and would need compensation for wasting my time as well.

        I got today call from Bajaj Allianz executive from [protected]. A lady called me when I told her not to call me unnecessary i donot need any insurance or i am not a senior citizen. She start arguing me on the call and then a person called me back from same number and start fighting and abusing over the call and told me to send ur location i will see u. What is this he was litterally threatning me on the call. Such a misbehave and illiterate people

            The then Marketing Officer of the Canara Bank, Malviya Nagar Branch Mr. Yasir Gauri (who resigned the bank job 4-5 months earlier) asked me to sign a blank Proposal Form of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co in Feb, 2021 and he will fill all informations required in the Form. after knowing everything about the claim I have reimbursed earlier in year 2019 of the treatment of Breast Cancer from Apollo Munch n HDFC Ergo . He solely left blank the Sr. No.26 of Bajaj Allianz Mediclaim Insurance Proposal Form (wherein he has to mention the existing diseases earlier claims reimbursed to the Policy Holder). It is therefore requested to now mention the disease of my wife at Sr. No.26 of your Proposal Form and give me continuity benefit from earlier effect and without charging any excess premium because technical mistake/negligence was done at Canara Bank, Malviya Nagar Branch's end. As I am regularly paying premium since Feb, 2017 to one or the other company who has customized tie-up with Canara Bank.

              With due respect, I wanted to bring to your notice the recent change in my fund value that I have been continuously monitoring.
              I have been receiving text messages on my phone regarding the fund value which showed me an amount of Rs.10, 193, 74/- from 27 july 2022 to 19 august 2022.
              After that suddenly it started showing me the amount of Rs. 5, 46, 137. The former amount was seen on the bajaj allianz application as well as the policy bazaar application.

                      I purchase insurance policy of my cousin brothers vehicle MH04JF0305 Mandar Mantri bike owner name but past few months i am using his bike so i renew a insurance of vehicle of same rc details mistakely i put my name on insurance policy Chetan Dahanukar it was mistak i know .
                      15 days ago my brother had a accident and i make a claim intimate that time i ask first question to insurance company person policy holder and vehicle owner name is different they told me its ok we will proceed dont worry now its been 15 days they not approved my claim and keep saying rc holder and policy holder name is different if this is the issue then why he proceed why they survey my vehicle why they ask me for estimate of my vehicle they simaply harrased me and i want to file complaint against them

                          Refund not initiated after health policy got declined

                          Hello,

                          I purchased a new Bajaj allianz health policy with quote reference 11-8450-[protected]-00 and the payment was completed on 14 Dec 2022. After the initial medical tests were completed, the policy was declined for 2 persons out the 3 due to medical reasons on 27th Dec 2022 and I received the cancellation message from the team.

                          The refund for my payment has not been initiated even after several emails to...

Due to lockdown I unable to continue policy premium last 2 years, today a lady call me Mobile number [protected] she said she call from bajaj allianz due to unpaid premium last 2 years not possible to continue policy. company decided to paid money with interest return policy holder, she said also my policy number, date of policy, premium amount, last paid money & also my name, after that she said if I close and return my money need to pay company charges rs2500/- after get my premium balance 90, 333/- she send me bajaj allianz policy details my mobile number text sms also send a bank account number. She said if i paid this account number after 1hrs I get my premium paid money with interest.

                            I see this sms and verified the account number, this account no not verified to bajaj allianz company account number are any personal account number name of SUBHASH CHANDRA, I call customer care bajaj allianz for this subject customer care person said this a scam be careful don't said any money, if any money bajaj send policy holder not asking paid charges separately company send money automatically if policy lock in period end policy holder register bank account not going any place, I return call back that lady and said why you tell me this account number are bajaj allianz this account number any personal account, If you send a money deduct refund premium amount and send my account, she said cancellation charges need to pay first after that refund bajaj allianz I not agree with this agreement.
                            My question is how did my know information get to that girl. everything are match my policy number last paid amount total paid amount date ext ext ext. this means the company sells policy holder information by stealing it, need to more information also I request to bajaj allianz don't sell any policy holder information any others person, I wants know how to get my information leak out bajaj allianz company take a action about this mater . It happened to me today tomorrow it can happen to someone else.

                              I am having a bajaj allianz home insurance policy. I have raised a claim on 22/11/2022 but there is no update regarding my claim status.
