I had purchased 1 ton Hitachi AC in March 2022 and it was provided with 2 years extended warranty by CPP Group India Assets Secure mentioning any repair/replacement will be borne by the company for the extended period. The insurance provider in this case is Bajaj Allianz and the Membership no. of the insurance is AS1453828.

I've terrible time since the time I purchased this AC. It got 4 times cooling issues as below:

1. Cooling issue right after the purchase in mid of 2022 which was then resolved by Hitachi as it was in company's warranty.
2. Next year in 2023, I faced the same issue of no cooling which was detected as gas leakage by technician sent by CPP Asset Secure team.
3. This year in May 2024, I logged new complaint with CPP Asset Secure team for the same recurring issue of gas leakage. Technician visited and mentioned that condenser coil of the AC is not working along with the leaked gas. Technician took 3 weeks to replace the condenser coil and refilled the gas.
4. Right after third day of repairing on 25th May 2024, AC failed to cool again and I called the same technician to inspect for which he mentioned that the when AC is on, its indoor and outdoor unit starts to vibrate which burst the copper pipes and creates gas leakage issue.

Since I've been struggling for past three years to get it in a working condition, I demand a full refund of invoice value or replacement with a new unit in working condition.

    Dear team,

    I'm K Mahammad, and I'm really frustrated about my phone insurance claim getting rejected over and over, even after sending all the right docs. and I've tried applying multiple times with all the correct details.

    I keep getting rejected without a clear reason.

    I've tried reaching out to customer care, but no luck there either. My phone is essential for work and daily life, so this situation is really tough.

    Could you please take a closer look at my claim, explain why it's being denied, and guide me on what to do next? Your help in resolving this quickly would mean a lot.

      Very dubious company

      Missed flight connection due to flight delay . Stranded Johannesburg. No flight for 2 days. Took another flight
      Claim requisite that letter from cem airways required for delay which never responded
      Hence claim not honoured, case closed
      It’s a scam, airlines never respond, email saying delay already sent

      Second claim rejected
      Flight missed die to road traffic delays in Lyon
      Not honoured
      Clause, fora global travel insurance, delays are paid only from and to india, no intermediate countries

      Scam again, then whsell as global insurance

        Termination of Agency Code ABLIC1003291144 from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd

        I have raised the request for my PAN deactivation for Agency Code ABLIC[protected] via IIB Envoy Self Deactivation Portal on 26th Feb 2024. It has been more than 30 days from request raised still my PAN showing INFORCE status on IRDA PAN Lookup website
        I want join another company for job purpose. Kindly deactivate my PAN from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company, terminate the code & provide NOC as soon as possible

        Dear Team,

        I am Punithavel S, and my policy number is [protected]. I would like to bring to your attention a discrepancy in the maturity payout of my Sarve Shakti Surakhsa Policy, which I initiated ten years ago with a sum assured of 720000.

        Contrary to the terms and assurances provided by the Citibank agent during the policy subscription, my recent maturity payout only amounts to Rs.212325 which is only Rs.32325 more than what I had paid since last 10 years. According to the policy guidelines, I was expecting to receive the sum assured amount along with the accrued interest on the total premium paid.

        I request you to promptly investigate this matter and provide clarification on the apparent gap in the payout. Additionally, please inform me of the expected timeline for receiving the correct sum assured amount in my account.

        Failure to address and rectify this issue promptly may compel me to explore legal avenues to resolve the matter.

        Please find attached premium paid receipt.

          I have opted for the INVESTGAIN – ECONOMY policy [protected]

          which was issued on 23-AUG-2012 with premium of Rs. 98972/- the policy term was for 15 years and premium term was 2 years but this policy was sought from me under FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION. I agreed for yearly payment of Rs 98972 and signature was obtained on blank form but later on I was conveyed after seizure of premium that Payment is not Yearly but half yearly. I tried to reach to Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Operations team, requesting them to unable payment of Policy premium even though the consensus to buy policy was taken under fraud and misrepresentation but operations team refused to open the policy payment so that I could have paid few more instalment to get a guarantee of Refund of my Hard Earned Money.

          I didn't even get a copy of the Insurance Policy to know what fraud was done to me by the Agent and officials. I got the policy very late and thereafter regularisation of policy was not allowed even after multiple requests.

          Also I was put under darkness again by the Customer Care when I enquired for refund. They told me that you have to wait for 5 years to get a refund but at the time of admission of claim they told me that since you only paid one Half Yearly Instalment hence your entire amount is forfeited???

          I have time and again requested Bajaj Allianz either to consider my request for refund of Rs 98972 or allow me to pay remaining one more instalment (rather than 3 instalments) if that is absolutely required with out late payment to unable to get the refund at the earliest but it seems that Bajaj Allianz officials are not in a mood to support at all and only interested in forfeiture of my hard earned money.

          Do not Unilaterally close the Complaint of Fraud and Misrepresentation. The Customer Care representative Dharni R Rebba was very rude and she was not having any details of the past communications and was abusing me for past 12 years???????

          Hi IRDA and Bajaj Team,

          Request the IRDA Escalation team to look after this serious lapse and CONTINUOUS MALPRACTICES ADOPTED BY BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE & failure to admit even a Fraud & Misrepresentation case. Looking for an immediate Relief as the Bajaj Life Insurance Team has not helping out for the last 10 years or so.

          Very strict action should be initiated to CURB THE MALPRACTICE OF AGAINST THE ONGOING FRAUD AND MISREPRESENTATION POLICY ADOPTED BY BAJAJ LIFE INSURANCE MANAGEMENT TO SAVE THE CUSTOMERS FROM THEM.

          Policy Premium Payment frequency is manipulated later as evident from the proposal form enclosed. Proposal fully filled later. I got the copy of proposal very late after the seizure of the policy. I was placed abroad for 5+ years as evident from records but operations team asked for medical records instead of enabling me to pay the premium


          I just got a call from Dharni R Rebba Customer Care +[protected] at 12.33 pm on 23rd March 2024. She was very rude and she conveyed that my Premium amount cannot be refunded as the policy has lapsed. I told her that she should inquire about the apparent fraud seen on the proposal form as well. The name of both the Proposer and insured is wrong despite the Aadhar Card and PAN Card being taken by the Bajaj Team which is also an indicator of the fraud.

          The Conclusion from her rude discussion with me is that they will never refund this amount as the policy has lapsed. I requested her to enquire about apparent fraud and misrepresentation but she doesn't have any details of past calls made to Customer Care and emails exchanged with Bajaj Life Insurance officials for refund/regularisation of the policy but it was never enquired and the request was never entertained

          It is very obvious that Bajaj Life Insurance is merely interested in earning money through fraud, misrepresentation and ultimately forfeiting the HARD EARNED MONEY of THE CUSTOMERS through illegal means. I am quite annoyed by such a call, she was trying to blame me without any reference to past emails, conversations, and reference to fraud which has happened to me.

          Bajaj Allianz or IRDA should look into the matter seriously and I sincerely request that NO CUSTOMER will allow its hard-earned to be forfeited. I was also asked to wait for 5 years to get a refund but it never happened.

          Hi IRDA/ Bima LokPal Authorities,

          I need justice and it seems that I will never be getting the due justice from Bajaj Allianz as they are merely interested in forfeiting money through the policies sold under misrepresentation without doing any investigation and involving the involved Bajaj Agent, Regional head, Business development head, Operations team and even the victim of their fraud. They are also overlooking the very critical errors made in issuing the policy for making this fraud. I am ready to take it to the highest possible level to get justice as I am deeply hurt by such an attitude of deny facts

          I will put forward my demand to cancel the license of Bajaj Allianz so that the lives of millions of investors are saved from them.

            Address: Bajaj Allianz two wheeler policy

            Dear Sir/Madam, This regarding my two wheeler policy transaction issue... I have purchased new policy for my two wheeler Honda Activa from Bajaj Allianz, on 3rd March, 2024, by online. I have paid Rs. 1007/- by Phone Pay. after completing transaction I have received the sms regarding successful transaction from Bajaj Allianz company. Transaction ID - T240303257575992053693 & Bagic payment id[protected]... but still I didn't get my policy copy yet. I have send three mail to Bajaj Allianz respective Grievance id and also on WhatsApp number but there is no satisfactory reply. I have send the complaint to nodal officer also but no use. I just want my two wheeler policy copy or refund my 1007/- amt so I can apply for new one. this is the worst experience I got from Bajaj Allianz a respective and well known company.                   Inadequate response to insurance claim

                  On December 21st, while returning from Hinjawadi on the Wakad highway, I encountered a concealed pothole obscured by a four-wheeler. This led to substantial damage to both front and back rims, and subsequent inspection on the 22nd revealed an engine oil leak. On the 23rd, I arranged for my motorcycle to be towed to the service station. Despite the vehicle being under warranty and insurance, the ordeal worsened as the insurance claim process...

                  Hi, It has been 6 months i have been following up but my baby name is not updated on policy even after uploading birth certificate and other proofs. This is becoming difficult for me to upload claims as the names are not matching.

                  I was not able to utilise the benefits from last few months and wasted more than 20k on this.

                  Never trust and waste your money on Bajaj policies. They have useless customer care and they don't keep the records upto date and everytime asks the same details without looking at the tickets. Wasted many months till now and would need compensation for wasting my time as well.

                      I am trying to cancel my Agent code in BALIC but they cannot respond. I got a new job but BALIC Agent code is showing in my pan card. In this reason I am facing so many people. Please help me as soon as possible.

                          Hi my policy is lapsed and got a email saying refund is processed for choosing FUTURE_GAIN_SIZE_2 Policy No. [protected] But I have not received any refund, i have raised couple of tickets all are getting close without any resolution.
