The representative of the company had not disclosed about the terms and conditions of the policy at the time of renewal of the policy. Further the original policy papers in hard copy has not been delivered at our place till date. On making a claim for the damages due to an accident the company refused to give the claim, telling that we had given false declaration....

My wife purchased policy on 18/12/2007. As there is not regular income she applied for single premium unit gain plus gold policy but without our knowledge for his own benefit the agent change the premium mode from single to annual. Really Bajaj Allianz cheats the customer. I have taken policy as "Family Gain" from Bajaj Allianz. Now i want to surrender my policy after completion of three year. But they are asking charges as 25%. At the time of joining no one told me this. Also my fund value is around 19000 and I paid premium of 30000 so far. If I pay 25% surrender charges again then it will get 14000 in hand. So there is more than 50% loss in this policy....

Hi,

I am Rahul Handa. I had taken Bajaj Allianz's 'Sarvae Shakti Suraksha Policy' on 27th-Dec-2010 which has tie up with Citi Bank.
My monthly premium for this policy was Rs.3000.00/-. Before taking this policy I had been informed that if in future I cancel this policy, I have to face a cancellation charge up to 7%. i.e. 7% of the total amount accumulated would be deducted from my Citi account.
