April 10th I (Imran F Khanzada) had paid the premium of Rs.13231 against my Car Insurance Policy (MH 01 AC 2797). The policy was purchased & premium was paid online via my HDFC Credit Card via IVR. I received the payment receipt with a receipt number & customer ID. I was told that the policy would me mailed to me in 4 working days. Its been 8 working days, i have neither received my policy nor any confirmation from Bajaj Allianz for my payment or policy. When i call the toll-free number they keep on transferring the calls here and there but they say that we cant track your receipt number nor your policy, not a single piece of trace is available about my payment to Bajaj Allianz. My Credit card statement says that the amount of Rs. 13231 has been paid to the company. I am in a fix as to whom should i ask about what happened to the payment i made & my policy. Please do help. I am attaching the receipt which is the only proof i have.

Before some years i bought bajaj allianz insurnce unit gain plan with policy no:[protected],with premium instalment 10000/- annuly in the year of commencement:-28/3/2007.so many time i visit bajaj life insurance office,that held in pathankot and them to refund me back my premmium.but they told me that ur policy is lappse.we can not refund ir money back due to over company policy.

They told me if i accept voluntary excess 2500 then no compulsory deductible, but when policy received compulsory deductible amt 1000 seen.             I am writing to you as a very dissatisfied customer of yours…. I had my car insurance expire on October 13th. I requested renewal on 14th. I was requested to send my RC copy, which I did on the same day… attachment 1.

            Post that, there was no reply from Berkshire despite repeated reminders…. Attachment 2 and mulitple phone calls later, I decided to renew it online since the quotation was valid till November 2012.

            I made the payment on the website on October 18th. I did not get any reply from them despite having called them and sent mulitple emails. Attachment 3. This is when I decided to raise a complaint with Bajaj Allianz.

            To my surprise, till now, there is no update on what is the status of my policy.

            In the interim, on 21st, my car rear windshield glass got shattered when parked in a designated parking area in Koramangala.

            I am unable to raise a claim as I still do not have a policy.

            I need to get this claim attended at the earliest as I cannot be without a vehicle for long despite having paid.

            Please note that I am extremely upset on this service from Berkshire and Bajaj and request immediate reddressal of the problem. Latha and Dilip from the contact center team are aware of the same. They remained courtious even though I lost my temper and really want to appreciate their help as I know it is not their fault.

            However, someone needs to take ownership and fix this issue for me right away.

            I would appreciate if you could call me to discuss this further @ [protected]. BTW, I have been promised a callback from Latha at 3PM and will wait for her call and update you if the call came or not.

              BAJAJ ALLIANZE LIFE INSURANCE CO. LTD. — DELAY IN PAYMENTS

              ME HOLDING THE CASH GAIN POLICY NO. 1796125 IN MARCH 2003 ITS CASH BACK OF RS 6000/- WAS DUE ON MARCH 2006 BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT TILL NOW . I HAVE GIVEN A WRITTEN COMPLAINT LOCAL OFFICE OF THE COMPANY ON 12th MARCH 2008 BUT THE OFFICIALS ARE STILL SAYING ME TO WAIT FOR 45 DAYS. SO PLEASE HELP ME IF ANYBODY CAN.

                I had called many times to the agent who has not given any satisfactory answer to me.

                        I have got Individual Health Guard Policy from B.A.G.I.C. Jaipur branch from last two years. During my last year's policy No.OG[protected]-00001073 with period from 25/11/2010 to 24/11/2011 I filed a claim to them. There was a minor accident of my only son and we got the treatment done. We did not got the cashless services and we made the payments directly to the hospital. Later on we filed the claim at BAGIC Jaipur branch on 8-Oct-2011. We made a minor mistake that we have changed my son's name from ATHARAV SHARMA to LAKSHYA SHARMA and we made no intimation to the insurance company. This was our fault and we accept that. All the claim documents were processed in the name of Lakshya and we submitted same to that insrance company. Later when we were asked, we gave them written clarification for the same. Eventually while renewing the policy the change of name was done by the company. Now in my new mediclaim policy No. OG[protected]-00000967 my son's name is corrected as Lakshya Sharma. Now the insurance co. asked me for stamped affidavit for further clarification and I have submitted that also.
                        Now the executive at Jaipur branch told me that their head office has asked them to make an endorsement in the previous policy for the change in the name of claimant. But their underwriter has refused to make the endorsement in the policy which is already expired. Both of their offices are corresponding amongst each other, delaying the claim.Now I have received a letter from the company that my claim file has been closed due to noncompliance of claim document. They are closing the claim for the want of document which is to be prepared by their office only.What can I do now ? How can I get the endorsement made without their assistance.
                        The Head Office should understand that it is not be possible for their Jaipur branch executives to issue an endorsement on the policy which is already expired or they should give proper authority to their staff to this. Why should a customer suffer for lack of coordination among your staff. It may be possible that executives here are not willing to take pains for their customers and have refused us without even trying for the endorsement.
                        Whatever is the reason but I am the one who is suffering. Please help me out,

                                  MY CLAIM ID is OC[protected]-00020453,

                                  My vehicle got collapsed with a pillar (a 40NB pipe which was fixed temporary for lightening purpose) on road.
                                  Right side of my car, right door and sideways got damaged badly,
                                  Whole incident takes place as the car was taking turn to right and the a another car suddenly comes from front (i.e from wrong side with high beam on) to avoid accident i turned my vehicle right and thus collapsed with the pillar.
                                  All this instance is being informed /told to the surveyor and the place of incident is shown to him, now he is saying that the justification is improper only door will be replaced, Body dent is due to some other incident.

                                  SO HOW CAN I GIVE HIM JUSTIFICATION, IS IT WILL BAJAJ ALLIANZ TELL ME. SHOULD I PUT SURVEYOR INTO THE CAR AND TRY TO COLLAPSE THE CAR WITH PILLAR AGAIN FROM LEFT SIDE.

                                  If such service and customer harassment is Bajaj policy then i am very sorry for myself that i have chosen such a worst company for my insurance.
                                  Please note that my total claim is for not more than Rs 7000/- and company is escaping, if it goes to 1,00,000/- then only god will know.

                                        I took a loan to buy a Samsung LED TV from Viveks through Bajaj allianz. Viveks didn't deliver the TV within their promised time limit and hence I cancelled the purchase. Viveks refunded the money which I paid. Viveks promised me that my loan also got cancelled. But after a month I found that bajaj allianze debited my account for the loan which i cancelled. My loan account no is 4030CD00109236

                                        This is really frustrating and disappointing. Kindly do the needful in refunding my money and cancelling this loan ASAP.

                                        It's been almost 2 months I haven't received my refund yet. Even when I talked to the Bajaj alliance team they just try to escape from my bugging and I don't get proper response or solution. They provide various contact details and when I contact their numbers no one picks up my call. Everytime they give some excuse and ignore my call. I am extremely frustrated on the negligence of Bajaj alliance & Viveks team. I am not sure whether my compliants are really considered by this team and they are taking any actions. Now I have started contacting some of the lawyers to file the consumer case.

                                        I regret a lot that I made a purchase in Viveks and I took a stupid loan in Bajaj alliance. The worst team I have ever seen.
