1) SCAN copy of policy will send to me with in 1 hour also, all I was told that all calls are recorded and all information is correct.

My agent has suppressed of fact relating to allocation charge in connection with my policy..and when i got the receipt and other documents relating to my policy i found that there allocation charges is 50%. i just called him and told about his faultness. he requested me not to complain anywhere and also realized that he had done wrong and done false signature in my policy documents.
