Really Bajaj Allianz cheats the customer. I have taken policy as "Family Gain" from Bajaj Allianz. Now i want to surrender my policy after completion of three year. But they are asking charges as 25%. At the time of joining no one told me this. Also my fund value is around 19000 and I paid premium of 30000 so far. If I pay 25% surrender charges again then it will get 14000 in hand. So there is more than 50% loss in this policy. There is no use of calling customer care or registering complaint. If I call customer care then they will send me PDF of account summery and tell about the insurance benefit. This is my mistake that I Choose Bajaj Allianz. At this time i need money, but i won’t get at least my invested amount properly.

Details of Family Gain policy after three years
Total premium paid - 30000
Fund value -19000
Surrender charges - 25%
Take home money - 14000

So don’t go for Bajaj Allianz or any policy from private company. I[censored] want policy then go for LIC where they will give u assured amount.
Dear Sir,

Request you to send us your contact details and policy number on help.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in.

started policy in 2007.I paid premimum of 25000 p.a for two years but there is no escape out of this. How to surrender the policy???Bajaj Allianz ULIP insurance policy is worthless in totality .IRDA has to pitch in in such cases other wise the company will be in safer side by misguiding the people.Nobody should buy the policy even by mistake...Bajaj Allianz is cheating company which should perish immediately unless it acts on its fauly policies.

Had there been any clarity in the ULIP policy,I would not have gone for this policy.
If the surrender charge is 54% even after completing 4 years ,that mean all my money is finished by then.please help what to do .

I fully agree with what has been written. I suggest to forward the complaint to IRDA. I had also sent one such complaint to IRDA. In fact IRDA has notified to wind up these policies which are not customer friendly. The charges that M/S. Bajaj Insurance levies from the customers for surrender charges are not at all logical. Definitely they are looting the customers. IRDA should take note of this and see that such cases who wants to surrender their policies, the premiums paid by them should be given back by the company with reasonable market interest rate.
    Dear Investor,

We humbly request you to send us your contact details and policy number to help.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in.

Very true.. Bajaj allianz is worst company not onlu in terms of Return on Investmnet but also in terms of penalty... they never miss any chance to rob the customer..They are biggest cheater in the matrket..I have also taken ULIP of bajaj allianz in Feb, 2007 and paid three installment of 25000 each. Branch manager of bajaj Allianz Sh R A pathak told me that I could surrender the policy without penalty after payment of minimum three installments. After more than 4 years, when I contaced to Customer care of Bjaja Allianz to know surrender value of my policy, he informed that there is provision of [protected]@52%.Then I also contacted to their greivence redressal officer but they all speak the same language.. Now I am very sure that they dont focus thei effort in increasing their fund performance but they focus on looting the customers by other ways like levying 52% of penalty charges. After paying 75000 rs upto2009, Now I will get only 49500 in Oct, 2011. thats clearly tells about performance of bajaj allianz.I am very upset and feeling helpless..
I fully agree with the complaints by Arvind kumar singh and other such victims including me. As mentioned by representative of Bajaj answering to my comments above and asked me to send the details of my policies their support team to resolve the issue. But before that I represented several times my compalint to M/s. Bajaj authoritirs, but no result had come and no one has contacted me. The issue is still pending. In the light of recent circulars to all Insurance companies including M/S.Bajaj, to observe what action the comapany is taking.

I also agree with the people's opinion above. Don't go with Bajaj Allianz ULIP plan - they don't convey full information to the customer while going with it. And loot people. so please please never go with this ULIP policy.
INVESTING IN BAJAJ ALLIANZ ULIP - A HUGE MISTAKE
I had bought the Capital Unit Gain ULIP plan of Bajaj Allianz Policy No. [protected] in July 2007. I invested 12000 INR per year for a period of 3 years. So my total investment was 36000 and and after that now the fund value is 31000 only. A big disappointment.
To add salt to the injury there are hidden maintenance charges and also insanely huge surrender charges . In the name of maintenance/mortality and other charges, these guys keep deducting some units every month from my fund value.
Ideally after completing five years in this policy there shouldn't be any surrender charges and these ridiculous surrender charges are nowhere mentioned on the policy documents I have. The company has fooled the customers and I'm realizing my mistake now.

I am thinking of going to the consumer court and raising a plea against this corrupt practice in case surrender charges for me are not waived off (even after 05 years into the policy)

Since this ULIP scheme was targeted to molest unsuspecting poor indian investers, IRDA took note of it and Bajaj had to withdraw this policy. This link here tells you that this plan was withdrawn after IRDA orders :
Irda orders Bajaj Allianz to withdraw Capital Unit Gain

    Thanks.

i am also enrolled in some policy and now after having paid 16k i need to surrender the policy...now the game starts...guy whom i talked to said that i would be charged 45% and on asking if i would be given the returns at the same rate they denied...I am going to IRDA to talk
In jan 2009, I had invested 12000 each in two policies of BA named "new unit gain" with policy no. [protected] and [protected].These new unit gain policy of BA was banned by IRDA in 2010 but BA never let us know all these things.

I paid continuosly for 3 years installments, hence i invested a total of Rs 72, 000.The agents of BA are so cheap and fraud they never say anything about surrender and allocation charges and give us bluff that your money will be tripled after 5 years.Although these ULIP policies of BA are meant for 20 yrs which is too high and in reality ULIP policies are meant for 5 yrs only and payment for the 5th year is always optional. Such cheap agents of BA will never be able to live in peace, God will punish them badly at some point of time. They have cheated me of my hard earned money after paying income tax.

When I had a look at my fund value after 4 yrs, I found that my fund value is reduced to rs 52, 000, over that they were applying penalty of 7% as surrender charges.I was simply teriified and feeling so much guilty within myself that I have given my hard earned money to an MNC like BA so easily. It wud have been 100 times better, had i given all these money to "Bharat Seva Ashram" instead.

Finally in March 2013, i decided to withdraw my money because I had decided that by any means I will not allow BA to enjoy interest on my money any more. They just returned me a poultry amount of Rs 46000, which means I have lost 26, 000 of my hard earned money.

I had sent repeated emails to BA but all in vain and all their CC felows are illiterate.
But the biggest scoundrel of BA is Mr V.Philip, CEO.He is a pure eunch and nothing else.
All those who lost money in BA write your emails to v.[protected]@bajajallianz.com.

Never ever think of investing in whatsover policies of BA.Let us all boycott Bajaj Allianz.

          Hi,

I am Rahul Handa. I had taken Bajaj Allianz's 'Sarvae Shakti Suraksha Policy' on 27th-Dec-2010 which has tie up with Citi Bank.
My monthly premium for this policy was Rs.3000.00/-. Before taking this policy I had been informed that if in future I cancel this policy, I have to face a cancellation charge up to 7%. i.e. 7% of the total amount accumulated would be deducted from my Citi account.

However, this thing did not happened as assured.
Because, I had paid premium(monthly Rs3000.00/-) for 4 months(Dec2010-Mar2011) i.e. total amount paid was Rs.12,000.00/-. After cancellation of the policy which was in April2011(exact date not remember),I have received a refund on 23May2011 an amount of Rs.7047.00/- ONLY. That means more than 41% of deduction took place from the total amount. i.e. almost Rs.5000.00/- had been deducted which certainly is much more than expected.

Now, on account of this, my Citi bank representative had a talk with Bajaj Allianz people and they are saying its
"mortality charges", which had been deducted.

However, I was not informed regarding this mortality charges earlier neither by citi bank representative nor by Bajaj Allainz people.

Please co-operate me ASAP to get my refund (i.e Rs.5000.00) back.

          Thanks & Regards,
          Rahul

            Bajaj Complaint number 11736537/11736895

            Hi,

I have an insurance policy with you. I had an accident on June 13th where in there was damage to the bumper
and I was getting noise due to misalignment of the door. Nandi Toyota mentioned that it will cost 8000 for
repairs and I hence decided to claim via insurance. The Claim was registered on 15th June and subsequently preapproved.
Now during the payment, I heard from your bangalore office that they found out from my previous insurance company (Reliance) about a
prior claim last year and I still have claimed NCB with Bajaj for this year. This according to your office is misrepresentation and hence they said they cannot
pay. I have paid and taken the car out by paying Rs. 22500 from Nandi Toyota.

I agree this is a misrepresentation on our part. It happened because, my wife who has been brought up in the US had renewed the policy while I was away
from an agent and she signed the papers and renewed without understanding full consequences of this.

The Bangalore office claims that because of misrepresentation, this claim will not be paid and future claims will be paid only if I pay the NCB discount.

I am willing to pay the NCB discount. However, I do not agree with the punishment for the following reasons:

            1. There was no check done on whether the NCB is valid at the time of renewal. The agent was anxious to change the insurance from Reliance and did whatever it
            took to change.
            2. There was no check done during preapproval on NCB claims. So Is it not a misrepresentation on Bajaj Allianz's part providing me pre approval. I would have opted
out and repaired the car for 8000 and not spent 22500.
            3. Based on what the Bajaj allianz personnel (Damodaran) spoke, I have absolutely no insurance coverage despite paying a premium. 8 months of premium I have
paid without any coverage. Shouldn't Bajaj pay me back the money paid on premium, since there was no coverage provided?
            4. Your office claims, I would have been illegal without insurance despite no coverage. What would have happened if there was serious loss of life and I did not have money
to take care of it becasue of my misrepresentation. Does it mean, because of negligence on Bajaj to do the due diligence, you have supported me to be illegal i.e insurance
            without coverage.
            5. I have two instances where the same situation has happened - one with Royal Sundaram and other with Reliance wherein they have just deducted the NCB bonus and paid
the rest. Why is Bajaj's policy different than the rest of your competitors?

I have already lodged two complaints and they are slow to respond.

            Regards,

            Govind

Bajaj contacted me. However they seem to be stone walling the issue. I have gotten two rejection mails from them stating that I can escalate. However, it goes back to the same person. I am not sure if the escalation matrix defined in the mail has any relevance.

What was the premium that I paid used for if it did not provide coverage?

According to your company personnel you have requested Reliance as soon as I signed up for the policy about my claims. I had requested for the letter that you had requested to Reliance. Please provide the same.

You have not answered why you pre approved the claim without validating a valid insurance.

            Dear Sir,

With reference to the Claim No: OC[protected]-00003358; kindly note that Insurance is a contract which is underwritten on utmost good faith. NCB was checked with the insurer as per the process hence the claim is not payable due to misrepresentation of facts.

However as per policy the premium need to be forfeited and policy should be cancelled.

Being a customer friendly company, we have asked you to pay the NCB now and keep the benefits live up to the contract period.

Hence our stand remains the same and the Claim stands as repudiated.

Under Such circumstances we treat the present complaint as closed.

Please feel free to revert for any further queries; we would be glad to assist you.

            Hi Sujay,

I have escalated this and there has been no response. Apart from this, I also spoke to Sumangala of the Bangalore office asking for two things for which I am waiting on:

            1. After getting the insurance with Bajaj, I was told by Bajaj that they had made a request to Reliance asking if I had claims and they had not responded. I want the copy of the request made asking for this from Bajaj. This is gross negligence on the part of Reliance for not providing it when Bajaj had asked for. Hence I need your request.

            2. Sumanagala mentioned that she will talk to claims department to find out why the check for NCB was done with Reliance only during the payment and not during pre approval. I am still waiting for this.

              Hello All,

I am surprised, how a reputated (Bajaj Allianz) company hire these type of agents. Those are making customers fool.

I got a call from a Agent (sumit agarwal) some time back.
He told me that, What policy do you have with Kotak Mahindra is going in loss.
But I am here calling from IRDA insure you that, you can get you more benifit like 1,21,000 /- against your Kotak policy. Because Kotak agent is getting too much benifit from your policy. i am going to cancel your kotak policy online from my side and offer you a new policy to me of bajaj allianz. Than you will get bonus of Kotak policy with the help of sumit agarwal from IRDA.

I gave him documents to buy a new policy from bajaj allianz @ 25,000/- annually. I got paper from Bajaj Allianz on 22, june 2011.

But yesterday, once again he called me that, he is going to cancel my new policy of bajaj allianz, cause he is providing me 15,000/- bonus from bajaj allianz against my new policy of bajaj allianz. And he offered me a new policy @ 30,000/- annually.

Attached herewith record conversation between him and me.

I request to all of you, take this issue very seriously. It creates negative effect against Bajaj, Kotak, IRDA etc.

My vehicle was lost last year and then when it got recovered I went to Baja Allianz Office and took my papers back the lady which gave me the documents told me that the repair claim number would be same and it would be settled. Our person would call you regarding this which never happened. When I enquired about the calim last week they said that it is not at all registered. When I visited the office again Mr. G Janardhan told me that he would speak to his manager and let me know about this by taking the photographs of the vehicle and the receipt of the vehicle repair from the showroom.

After waiting for 2 days when he did not call me I called him and asked about the details he said that it can not be done as it is already 9 months over.

                  Dear Sir,

I received call from Manju, from “Swadeshi Life Assurance LTD”, Delhi (Phone number: [protected]) about the “Cash Gain” policy and I agreed to purchase it based on following points she mentioned:

                  1. 20,000 annual premium for sum assured of 8,00,000 (accidental death benefit: 16,00,0000)

                  2. Mediclaim of 2,00,000/year covering myself, my wife and two daughters. She mentioned that I will receive a card which I can show to the hospitals for treatment.

                  3. 50% Educational reimbursement for my two kids which includes annual fee (Everything included), and money spend for school uniform and stationary.

                  4. After 4 years I can withdraw 1,22,000 amount.

She has also mentioned to mention “DLP/2009/JP” code on back of all the documents, which I have done.

On 8th June 2011, I received policy document and realized that I have been CHEATED by your executive (MAY BE BY BAJAJ ALLIANZ). The sum assured amount of the policy is 2,66,000. There is no supporting document for Mediclaim and nothing about Educational benefits. The policy is on the life of my daughter “Kimaya Yogesh Sarade” (which was not mentioned and I specifically taken this for me). Nothing mentioned about my 2nd daughter.

I forwarded this complaint to [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in but haven’t received any reply yet. After sending this in email I have speak with the agency “Swadeshi Life Assurance LTD” and they informed that this is their mistake and they will send the correct policy bond within 2-3 days by hand. As I haven’t received it I have spoken to the Mumbai (Andheri) office number [protected] and they informed that one of their executive (Balaji: [protected]) would come to collect the policy. I have spoken to Balaji and send my address by SMS and he confirms that he will collect the policy on Thursday (23rd June 2011) but not arrived.

In the meanwhile I have spoken to Manju (The first person who sold me the policy) and she informed that someone would collect the policy and replace it with correct policy document within 3 days (i.e. upto 24th June 2011). But today when I called Manju, she haven’t picked up the phone. I call the office number and they informed that there is no one called Manju. Upon explaining my issue to the executive he mentioned that he will speak with someone in service department and get back to me within 1 hour. Even after 4 hrs no one contacted me. Then I have tried contacting their several numbers but no one was responded properly. Finally I was able to connect with Manju and she informed that she will contact me again and resolve this at the earliest. Still this is not resolved.

Manju is now not picking up my phone and if I reach their office number, they are not allowed me to contact her either they disconnect or said no one named “Manju” is working there.

Please check my policy and personal details:

Accordingly I went to DD Motors, PiraGarhi and filled up the Claim form.At around 1430 hrs a received a message from your Company to contact one Mr.Mohinder Singh,Surveyor. When contacted he refused to entertain the claim on the pretext that No-claim bonus has been taken by me in the previous year.I have taken Insurance cover for all Accidents andthird party insurance and such type of reply by a surveyor is totally vague. If your company is not able to entertain such a triffle amount, then why your agent contacted me and forced me to change from my earlier company i.e. National Insurance Company without knowing the entire facts.. If you are not able to entertain it, kindly refund my entire amount so that I should revert back to my Original Insurance Company.

                        Dear Sir,
I had made a policy from Bajaj-Allianz life insurance No.:[protected]. I had made 2 premiums of 15000 each. From an interim stement i found that the money invested was going on loss. So i stopped paying further premiums. That time i was told that the amount can be withdrawn only after locking period of 3 yrs. Now when i'm asking for surrendering the policy & withdraw of my amount, i've been replied that no amount will be refunded as only 2 premiums were paid. Lots of terms & conditions are being told by the representatives to prove that i'm not supposed to get any amount back. All these hidden clauses were never told by the agents during making the policy. Now after keeping my money of Rs.30000 for 5 years it seems that i'll be not getting even a single paisa out of this. Attaching the mail conversation herewith for your reference.
Kindly judge how much it is fair to keep investing my hard earned money in a policy which is giving loss & following which i will not be getting anything returned back from the earlier invested money.

I joined a Life Insurance Century plus Policy of Bajaj Allianz as on[protected]. At the time of opening the policy I told my agent Mr. Jawahar Boss, Trivandrum, that I would like to join only a single premium policy and that to the heavy compulsion of him. He told us that the Century Plus policy which I had joined is a single premium policy and even though if any notice comes from the Bajaj Allianz just ignore the letter. Due to much faith in the agent and not much knowledge regarding any policies I did as told by him. The agent told us that our premium paid of Rs. 1, 00,000/- will be tripled in 3 years. Kindly help me regarding this policy. With much faith in you.

                              Dear Sir,

I have purchased “Invest Gain Platinum” Insurance Policy no. [protected] before three years and now I am facing a big problem with this.

Three years ago, I need a medical policy or Insurance where cover the pregnancy case but not any medical policy covers the pregnancy case. So one day, one of the agent of Bajaj Allianz told me about this policy that this is only one policy where cover the pregnancy under MahilaGain Rider. Also he told me that this policy paid “Hospital Cash Benefit” for 48 hours hospitalization. I impressed and purchased the policy. Now when my wife CHAROO (Policy Holder) delivered a baby. I claim to the company to reimburse the payment under “MahilaGian” and “HCB”.

Company Rejected my claim and mentioned the reason in a letter for HCB:- “Room rent charged is not exceeding 3 days hence, the hospital cash claim has been rejected as non-admissible”. And for MahilaGain Rider:- “The Medical papers submitted by you do not indicate any complication in pregnancy which is not covered under MahilaGain. Hence, the MahilaGain Claim has been rejected as non-admissible”.

So now (after three year), company providing me knowledge that if there is any complication in pregnancy then it covered under MahilaGain and if three days (72 hours) of hospitalization then it covered under HCB. But for HCB the agent still telling me that when we purchased this policy, that time HCB was covered for 48 hours, but now the company changed their terms without any notification. And for MahilaGain Rider first of all I will told you that our pregnancy case was more complicated than the cesarean as per the doctors and hospital. Doctors has taken our case on a “High Risk Pregnancy” and used the Vacuum, Tools, Foetal Monitoring and other equipments to make a normal delivery, which we want to the hospital. So the usage of these tools makes this normal delivery case more complicated than the cesarean. This was the very complicated case as per the doctors and hospital. Look at the hospital discharge summary and bills submitted by us. Or show the papers to any hospital or Gynecologist and ask them that, Is this complicated case or not?

I am requesting kindly recheck my papers and settle my claim

                              Thanks

                              Mohan (Charoo’s Husband)

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

I Syed Jaffer Pasha. want to register a complaint against Bajaj Allianz. Please see the below mentioned details.

I've purchase a car from Mr Gopal Krishnan on 22/04/2011, Hyundai Accent CRDI : KA 01 MA 8588 and applied for the transfer for registration the next week to my name, through agent but this agent had delayed to transfer the vehicle in name. I'm still running behind him.

On 06/05/2011 I've traveled from Bangalore to Mangalore with my friends unfortunately the accident took place on PaneMangalore toll on the way to mangalore time 3:15 PM. God's grace no one was hurt in the accident.

We had stopped for a break & lorry hit our vehicle, which has damaged the right portion of the car & ran away. But we could not trace his vehicle number.

                                1) The first thing we did, given a complaint in Bantwal police station complaint number : 0398699.
                                2) Informed to Bajaj Allianz & The claim no is OC[protected]
                                3) Left the vehicle in Hyundai Trident (Domlur)

When we claimed for the insurance, the company is refusing to accept it, saying, insurance has not been transferred to my name yet, though we had still time for transferring the insurance to my name.

If the insurance is valid in any one's name why is that insurance company refusing it. I've valid driving licence.

The policy name is still in the old owners name, Mr Gopala Krishnan. Please help us on this issue as we are facing problem by this insurance company.

                                  Address: North East Delhi, Delhi

I recently subscribed to Bajaj Allianz Group Unit Gain Policy No:[protected] with an annual premium of Rs. 50000/-.
                                  My membership number is:[protected].
Although, the date of commencement of policy was April 12, 2011, but I received the policy on May 20, 2011D (By DTDC consignment no. Z[protected]. After going through the Insurance certificate I found a few things doubtful. Hence I logged into my policy account and found that entire money (Rs. 50000) was invested in portfolios as specified. I found it doubtful as no charge for policy maintainance, mortality charge or fund management charge was deducted. Neither the number o[censored]nits allocated were mentioned (It was mentioned as 0.00).
I thought of confirming the fund value and to my shock it was only Rs. 30720/-. It was not mainly because of loss in the fund but because only 65% amount was allocated towards the fund.
Hence I decided that I have to return this policy. When contacted with the insurance company they mentioned that there is no free look period in this policy and that I can only surrender the policy by paying 7% of total fund value.
When I went through IRDA guidelines, I came to know that according to "Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Protectio of Policy holders' Interests) Regualtion, 2002", Clause 6(2): "While acting under regulation 6(1) in forwarding the policy to the insured, the insurer shall inform by the letter forwarding the policy that he has a perios of 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document to review the terms and conditions of the policy and where the insured disagrees to any of those terms or conditions, he has the option to return the policy stating the reasons for his objection, when he shall be entitled to a refund of the premium paid, subject only to a deduction of a proportionate risk premium for the period or cover and the expenses incurred by the insurer on medical examination of the proposer and stamp duty charges".
Clause (3) states that "In respect of a unit linked policy, in addition to the deduction under sub-regulation (2) of this regulation, the insurer shall also be entitled to repurchase the unit at the price of the units at the price of the units on the date of submission".
                                  not
The Bajaj Allianz customer care mentions that they have a waiver from IRDA about not providing free look cancellation. I want to know if this product is sold as an insurance product and ULIP, what is so special about it that IRDA has waived it from free look cancellation.

I am interested in free look cancellation. Please help

Well I just surfed through IRDA guidelines for Group Insurance Policies. I found certain violations here.
According to guidelines for Group Insurance Policies dated July 14, 2005: "No group should be formed with the main purpose of availing insurance. There should be a clearly evident relationship between the member and the group manager for services other than insurance. While a homogenous group of persons may decide to buy a group insurance policy to achieve saving in cost, a person negotiating "group" rates and then going round finding memberes to insure will not be considered a legitimate group".

I am not sure about the nature of group that I am attached too. May be the insurance company can have some respite from this clause.

But there is another guideline Ref: IRDA/LIFE/CIR/MISC/001/01/2011 from IRDA which omits the previous clause ommitting the restriction on group manager from collecting any charge. But it states that “If the Group Manager wishes to collect a service charge from the members to cover his costs, he should clearly disclose it as an additional cost and not as premium, in his communication to his
members”. While in my case I have been passed this cost as premium and not specified as a separate charge. Does it make a ground for a legal suite.
                                  Dear Sir,

Hope you have received the communication from our office and your issue has been resolved.

I have taken a car insurance policy on 15th April. The agent collected the documents and within an hour, they made me to make the payment through credit card promising that I will get the policy document in next 24 hours. Today May 24th and still I am waiting for the policy. I have tried to contact many people in Bajaj Allianz and i never get a proper reply from them. I was able to contact some people who had contacted me for the policy and whenever I call them they were updating that I am sending the policy in another 5 - 10 minutes. After minutes, hours, days, weeks and even after months, still I am waiting for the policy. Today I came to know that policy is not yet activated. Without knowing that the policy not activated, I took the vehicle for a two week interstate trip. By God's grace, nothing happened. See how these people are cheating the customers. I am planning to log a compliant in consumer court on this.

Bajaj Allianz motor insurance — Non-renewal of Existing Policy

I bring to your notice that the agents sitting for LIVE CHAT are useless and unproductive to the grievances raised by prospective customers. I had to renew my motor insurance for which contacted these worthless creatures in LIVE CHAT. I can count it to be now 5 times. And everytime, these brain-idle sitters at the other end promised to have a call arrange at the earliest. I do not really understand if the word "earliest" has touched anytime to their conscience and promises made that are never realized. Or, there may not be fault with these agents at LIVE CHAT. Its the people whom to tell to contact us. Whoever it may be, that is not my concern. But whoever it behind these sorts of latency are morrons to your organization because you are loosing customers LIKE ME NOW. I wanted to make it very clear that my motor insurance was kept un-renewed just by an act of negligence and whoever is responsible to it has to be brought to plate. Thats your problem now. I JUST wished to state that due to this act of yours, I am going to choose another player in getting my motor insurance done.
