Our First Policy from Bajaj Alliance (Policy No:-[protected]) which was Commenced on 28/03/2008 was done by the agent name Changan Lal (FC/IC Code [protected]) , along with his S.T.M. Mr. V.S. Jassi (S.T.M. Code [protected]). with an annual premium of Rs. 25000.

After an year of commencement of the policy, 6 days before due date (22/03/2009) we paid an amount of Rs. 25000 with a cheque No.004975 as a premium for the first policy...
