Sir,

This is to inform that I have submitted my PF withdrawal request with all requirements to HR Department of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd at Kochi, Kerala in the last week of August 2011. As per my knowledge and information received EPF department will release the payments within 45 days. But till date I have not received any intimation and haven't received any credits to my bank account till date from EPF. Kindly do the needful to know the present status of my withdrawal request.

Hi,
My settlement cheque was made on 30.10.09, but the amount is still not credited to my account. I am chasing the PF office enquiry telephone no. since last 20 days, but no-one is responding.

You are requested to look into the matter.

    Dear Sir,


    While purchasing the above referred policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd, the details provide by sales person Mr. Rupesh ( [protected] ) does not match with the policy issued to me. This the way bajaj allianz is making fool of their customer. In this regard i submit complaint to Consumer Focus Unit of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd Pune (HO) with scan copy of explanation given by sales person mr. rupesh and requested to close my policy and refund my full premium paid. The clarification given by the customer focus unit of bajaj allianz. is as follows.



    In reference to your call, we have tagged your query under I-Track number: 14236661.

    We were trying to call you on [protected] however the number was not response.

    After verifying the matter, we regret to inform that this policy had issued 21-Sep-2011 based on the proposal form signed by policy holder form wherein policy holder had opted for “Invest Gain - Platinum” with regular premium and frequency selected as Half-Yearly. A copy of the terms and conditions of the policy was sent to you along with the policy documents through speed post under POD EM[protected]IN number and you also confirm that you have received the policy documents.

    On receipt of the policy bond you were given an option to review the terms and conditions of the policy. After reviewing the terms and conditions of the policy if you were not satisfied with any of the terms and conditions of the policy or if you found that the terms and conditions of the policy did not contain the representations made to you at the time of purchase of the policy by agent you had an option to return the policy within 15 days of the date of receipt of the policy documents. No such grievances were ever raised by you within freelook cancellation period. This clearly indicates that all the grievances raised by you now are only an afterthought and the same cannot be accepted at this belated stage. Hence, we regret to inform you that the policy cannot be cancelled as per the terms and conditions as the freelook period is already over.

    In the facts and circumstances as mentioned herein above, it is stated that the Company is not in a position to redress your grievances as the grievances raised by you are not in consonance with the terms and conditions of the Policy. However in case you are not satisfied with the response of the insurance company to your grievance you have an option, apart from other remedies available in law, to approach the Honourable Insurance Regulators.

      changing of address is not accepted online. it is very difficult to find out nearest branch and apply for change of address my policy no is [protected] and this policy is here closed.         I own thunderbird bike and I have bajaj insurance for it.
        I met with an accident some time ago, my vehicle was skidded and fell on left side. due to heavy weight (its thunderbird) its impact was too much and a small portion of engine oil sump broke.

        This part is costing me 27k and Bajaj insurance, is denying to pay my bill.
        BAJAJ INSURANCE IS A CHEAT.

        Here is a issue I have been beating my head over and have already wasted 2 days for no reason and for no fault of mine:

        Today Date and Time: 2nd March 2013 14:57 Indian Standard Time

        This is regarding the Policy OG[protected]-00014035

        This policy is expiring on 3rd March 2013 at 12 mid night and I have been trying to renew it online through your web portal but it throws the following error

        TThe policy OG[protected]-00014035 cannot be renewed online. Kindly contact nearest branch office.


        I called the customer care number today morning and spoke to someone who failed to five a solution and said the policy is blocked and it can not be renewed online and I need to visit the nearest branch office.

        I said I am in Pondicherry at the moment and the policy is taken in Bhubaneswar and he confirmed that this is not a problem as its all central and any branch will be able to resolve it. He was kind enough to share the Pondicherry branch contact number which is[protected].

        I spoke to Mr. LaxmiNarayan of Pondicherry branch and rushed there immediately and was there by 11:45AM. I had to spend an hour there but to no fruit as they too could not renew it and asked me my contact number and said they will revert back by 30 minutes as the policy stays blocked. They also said that because its a Bhubaneswar policy, its hard for them.

        I immediately called a contact in Bhubaneswar and got the contact details of the person from who I had originally taken the policy. His Name is Mr. Akshaya Sahoo and his contact number is [protected] (I am also keeping him in CC of this email for his reference). I intimated him the case and he confirmed that he would renew immediately without any problem and I was relaxed. He insisted on the money being sent to him and I immediately arranged the same through a contact in Bhubaneswar.

        The contact called Mr. Akshaya and was ready to visit him when Mr. Akshaya informed that the policy is in blocked state and can not be renewed now and that we need to wait and that he has already written to Bajaj Allianz head office for the same.

        Fe hours passed and no results. Upon inquiry he said that the policy might not get renewed today as no response has come yet from head office and that he would renew it on Sunday.

        Is that a Joke? I have been telling everyone that the policy expires on Sunday the 3rd of March at mid night so how can I wait till Monday? And where is my fault here?

        I have wasted my entire day as of now with lot of metal agony and have missed a lot of important and productive assignments because of this policy renewal process.

        I called customer care again and the 1st call went in air after speaking to the 1st representative and I made another attempt and spoke to someone responsible who could co-operate atleast but without any real solution.

        My demand:

        1. I have faced nothing less than metal trauma so far because of the unprofessional and careless attitude of Bajaj Allianz.
        2. I demand the renewal be done by next 6 hours positively and the policy document be sent to my email id.
        3. I beleive considering the trauma I am still going through, I should be given this renewal for free without charging anything and some additional compensation be given. I have already wasted my productive hours worth 10 times more than the policy amount and also the physical pain of visiting to and from the branch office here and all went wasted all because of a fault in your system and NULL of me.

        I am attaching 2 files of the voice call I had few minutes ago with Bajaj Allianz renewal department and I recorded the same for my safety as the call in the morning went wasted without any result. The conversation will help you assess the situation as well.

          I am anandakumar. i worked wiTh bajaj finserv lending as Service Executive. i am convert on roll employee to 1 yr (bajaj allianz staffing solutions) contract employee, my employee id: BF00194. i am resigned my job 30th may 2011. i got F & F and i am also submitted PF forms 26th July 2011. but processing start only 19th Oct 2011. how to work bajaj allianz staffing solutions employees?????             My previous employer submitted my EPF and the new SSN form to the Indore(M.P) on 28/july/2011. Its almost going to be 3mmonths above. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Indore. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

              29/08/2011 Interesed in family floater health guard showing interest via mail
              6/9/2011 Due to some prob In credit card (OTP not recd timely) not able to renew via phone[protected]
              8/9/2011 Request for one personal in home to take cheque to renew existing policy & one form for health guard for my family.
              9/9/2011 As no reply recd , request for early action and send a person to my present address at Rajasthan.
              10/9/2011 Inform via phone that not able to sent the person to my present address so am send the document and cheque via courier
              10/9/2011 Inform through mail about the details of the address where to send papers & cheques.
              16/9/2011 Request to confirm my courier is recd from your side or not (cancel plan of health guard as I feel that your service is not upto mark)

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I was running My own business at wilson garden area its name M/s.AISHWARYA ASSOCIATES for the time I have current account with Syndicate Bank Wilson garden branch at 1987, for the time Branch manager of this bank suggested me to take policy for the above mentioned insurance company, but I am not interested but he is forcing me and he dedect 15 thousand amount from my current account and give me the one policy of Bajaj allianz life insurance.

                  After that my company get loss and I closed it, I unable to pay another two years premium amount.

                  At presently I am facing crictical conditions of my health and I go to contact Bajaj Allianz customer care and I request them to refound my 15.000/- with diduction if any thing is there. I met one lady at Basavana gudi branch she take complaint from me and told me to contact after 15 days.

                        Bajaj allianz is worst company not only in terms of Return on Investmnet but also in terms of levying penalty... they never miss any chance to rob the customer..They are biggest cheater in the matrket..I have taken ULIP of bajaj allianz in Feb,2007 and paid three installment of 25000 each. Branch manager of bajaj Allianz Sh R A Pathak told me that I could surrender the policy without penalty after payment of minimum three installments. After passing more than 4 years ,when I contaced the Customer care of Bjaja Allianz to know surrender value of my policy , he informed me that there is provision of [protected]@52%.Then I also contacted to their greivence redressal officer but they all speak the same language.. Now I am very sure that they dont focus their effort on increasing their fund performance but they focus on looting the customers by other ways like levying 52% of penalty charges. After paying 75000 rs upto2009 , Now I will get only 49500 in Oct,2011 wheras the fund value is 58700. that clearly tells about performance of bajaj allianz.I am very upset and feeling helpless...

                          i have a bajaj allianze car insurence no. policy no.[protected]
                          when i got this policy company charged me as they want but when its turn to customer need like claim they didnt agree to pay why?
                          i want to know that is it fair to cheat customers.
                          its my personal advise to all please dont get Bajaj allianz company motor insurence in future.
                          when my car goes to workshop for claim (legel claim) they denie my claim and given me excuses.
                          i have already comlained 4 times befor but bajaj customer care such a people and not solving my claim issues
                          i ll give you last chance to solve my claim ( ngive my car full damage claim ) next time you will meet my advocate in the court.

                            I purchased above number policy from Karkardoom branch, Delhi in August 2007. I deposited two cheques for Rs. 10,000/- for above number policy. My third cheque No. 676712 dated 14/05/2010 (ICICI Bank) was deposited by the agent and issued a new Policy No.[protected] in the name of Mr. Anita Saxena. I have not given any ID Proof & Photograph in the name of Anita Saxena. This is fraudulent. I have not received any receipt for the third cheque. The amount was debited from my account on 18/05/2010. This amount has not been credited to my old policy account. I wrote a letter on 25/07/2011 which was received by Poonam on 25/07/2011 No. 43016004. The code of agent is [protected]. Name of agent is Vighraharta, Direct Insurance Broker 479, Sector 15A, Noida -201 301. Kindly take strict action against the agent and cancel his license why he has allotted new policy to me. When I already has an old policy and gave the cheque to deposit in my old policy. Every paper is fake forged and fabricated. What action have you taken on my complain. Please transfer this amount to my old policy and cancel the new policy. I have no connection with Mr. Anita Saxena nor I signed any documents on above name. My address is Changed. Kindly note the new address. the proposal form was fake and wrote a fake letter on my behalf to open a new policy in my wife's name. this is done by agent in connivance of company employee. i have not signed on any paper.

                            I received No reply to my letter dated 01/08/2011.

                              I have decided to write about this complaint after 2 years as now i am not left with any option. Just now the episode of Mr.Anna Hazare has finished and guess what all the bhrashtachars have started yet again. My case details are mentioned below. I am been regularly asked to pay Bribes by my lawyer (santosh kr srivastava) to Mr.Pankaj Kr Srivastava to get my case solved. Because of this case i am not even able to work anymore. I am 30 and married with a daughter. My lawyer is Mr.Santosh Kr. Srivastava[protected] of allahabad. He is not letting me speak to the other lawyer appointed by the court even when decission has come that my due money has been released by the company (BALIC) which happens to be around 13 lakhs. Earlier when my father was in service already both of them i.e Mr.Santosh and Mr.Pankaj have taken 80 thousand rupees from my father and me through our lawyer Mr.Santosh to get this case solved as the case was v.strong and the decission was bound to come under my favour as i was harassed by the organization Bajaj Allianz where i was employed as a Training Manager. Now when i have recieved a message from Bajaj stating that my setellement has been done and my money has been released,even then i am being asked to pay a Bribe of 1 lakh rupees to Mr.Santosh which in turn will go to Mr.pankaj kr srivastava. When i wanted to speak to Mr.Pankaj regarding this then my Lawyer is not letting me speak to him neither giving any information regarding him. He says that Mr.Pankaj is insisting that when he will get a bribe of Rs.1 lakh in advance then only he will release my settlement amount.
                              My father has already retired from his service and because of this case i am jobless since last 2 years. Please help me and show me the way to come out of this situation. I have not a single penny left in my pocket. Being a M.B.A from a reputed college today it seems that education means nothing, u should only learn to take advantage of needy person and know how to fool them.I have huge trust on our judicial system and my father also insists that Judicials will help you.                                     Our First Policy from Bajaj Alliance (Policy No:-[protected]) which was Commenced on 28/03/2008 was done by the agent name Changan Lal (FC/IC Code [protected]) , along with his S.T.M. Mr. V.S. Jassi (S.T.M. Code [protected]). with an annual premium of Rs. 25000.

                                    After an year of commencement of the policy, 6 days before due date (22/03/2009) we paid an amount of Rs. 25000 with a cheque No.004975 as a premium for the first policy .But After a few days we got another New policy from Bajaj alliance of Rs.25000 .

                                    The agent said the the "First Policy was just for one year" , We are issuing you the second.

                                    The details of the Second Policy which was provided to us are

                                    Second Policy No:- [protected], Date of Commencement :- 28/03/2009 done by the agent name Changan Lal (FSC/IC Code[protected] ) , along with his S.T.M. Mr. C.S.Yadav (S.T.M. Code [protected]). with an annual premium of Rs. 25000.



                                    After a few days we got back Rs. 7383 from Bajaj Alliance for the First Policy via cheque no 375160 stating that due to Nonpayment of Regular Premium the policy has been terminated.

                                    We now even don’t know the status of Second policy, we are afraid again the same thing will happen with the policy as of the first one & no one from an agent to S.T.M answers a phone call.

                                    I am very much tensed with all these fraud & want back my money from the company

                                    Please take necessary action against them and get all our money back.

                                    I got a policy from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance agent in August 2010 for a monthly premium of Rs 1500.
                                    He never sent me any receipts or insurance documents.
                                    I had to call up their office multiple times to get the receipts.
                                    I wasn't happy with their service so I applied for cancellation of the policy and I had paid Rs.15000 in premium till June 2011. Those people just refunded me with Rs. 8500.
                                    When I called them up with this issue they were like we cant help you, these are company policies.
                                    I was like why din't you send me terms and conditions with my insurance agreement.
                                    They never contacted me back. Such cheaters, please dont do any business with these Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance people.

                                      I wanted to get name of my wife removed from this policy as i got ICICI Lombard policy for her and intimated the company more than 20 days before my policy's expiry date.

                                      They asked for scan copy of the new policy of my wife which I duely provided. After that they kept on delaying till they crossed the renewal date limit. Now they tell me that I have to get a fresh policy as earlier one has expired.

                                        I, Dr. Rana mukhopadhyay, was the holder of mediclaim policy no.[protected]/27.10.2008 from Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. During the month of September-2009, I had acute health problem and as per the advice of doctor, I had to do Stapler Heamaroidectomy surgery immediately. Accordingly I got admitted to Ayushman Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi on 18.09.09. I got discharged on 19.09.09. At the time of admission, before the operation, when the hospital authority intimated the insurance company and asked them for the provision for cashless treatment. The company informed the hospital authority (through Fax) that in this case, there is no provision of cashless benefit, but the charges will be reimbursed and the patient had to pay the hospital bill during the treatment, because as per the company rules, the cash less facility is applicable in the second year of the policy. In the first week of october-09, I submitted the hospital bill to the insurance company through their agent Sh. Utpal Biswas(who mediated the mediclaim policy), at it’s Cannaught Place Branch. But the branch office holds my bill and claim application (including all original hospital receipts and reports) for almost one year. I have not been given the claim amount. When I approached the agent Mr. Utpal Biswas, during the end of the month of August 2010, he returned my bill and my application form to me on the first week of sept-2010.

                                        The company even did not touch my application for further processing at all; moreover they never felt any importance to send me, any information during this period that they are unable to reimburse my claim. I am a Govt. employee and a member of GIS and I would have claimed from my office also. This company did not leave any option for me. When I asked the customer care executive, they said that it has been turned down by company as I did not deposit the renewal charges (second installment) for second year of the policy. They told me that it is a three year's policy and I paid only one installment and that is why, I am not eligible to claim. More over I come to know from there that, to get the claim, one has to deposit the installment of the next years. Though my policy and risk cover was valid till 25.10.2008.

                                        I have been cheated by the company agent also. when the agent Utpal Biswas approached me for the mediclaim policy and I had started my first Bajaj Allainz Life Insurance's mediclaim policy(policy no[protected]/13.12.2007) for me and my wife, in December 2007. But, in the next year, in 2008, at the time of renewal, the company, instead of renewing the earlier policy, issued me another fresh three year's new mediclaim policy no,[protected]/18.10.2008. But when I claimed the reimbursement of my hospital bill, I had had been told that I had not renewed my policy and I am not eligible for the claim, because the claim for the treatment of my disease is applicable in second year of the policy.

                                        Afterwards when I complained to the company, the company had told me to resubmit the claim application and accordingly I had submitted the claim application to their Dwarka, Sector-4 Branch, on 19.10.2010. But till the end of August 2011, I have not received any kind of information about my claim. Then I again requested the Customer Care of the company, regarding my case, through E-Mail. The company sends reply E Mail, as per the terms and condition; the claim for heamarroidectomy surgery is applicable only during the third year of the mediclaim policy. Is it can be a justified terms and condition, that, in spite of my acute disease and the advice of Surgeon for the immediate operation, I had to wait for three years, till the company will receive their third installment. More over, till date the company had not handed over my hospital bill and the medical reports.

                                        Due to the negligence from the part of the company, I not only suffered the loss of the entire amount of my hospital charges but also faced lot of harassment and mental agony. I could not avail the facility of my G.I.S to reimburse my hospital bills. Because due to the negligence and non co operation of the company, I could not fulfill the official formalities, on proper time, to get my hospital charges reimbursed through GIS, from my Govt. Office. If they informed me clearly at the initial stage, I could have availed my GIS facility. From my view the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd must be responsible for my entire suffering and the financial loss, and it is very much injustice for me and I have been cheated by the company.
