I joined a Life Insurance Century plus Policy of Bajaj Allianz as on[protected]. At the time of opening the policy I told my agent Mr. Jawahar Boss, Trivandrum, that I would like to join only a single premium policy and that to the heavy compulsion of him. He told us that the Century Plus policy which I had joined is a single premium policy and even though if any notice comes from the Bajaj Allianz just ignore the letter. Due to much faith in the agent and not much knowledge regarding any policies I did as told by him. The agent told us that our premium paid of Rs. 1, 00,000/- will be tripled in 3 years. Kindly help me regarding this policy. With much faith in you.

    This complaint is to bring your kind notice on mis-selling in the policy no. [protected] this policy is a fraud with me one of your agency person by the name of Mr. Kamal sharma had called me for this policy as i already had a policy with bajaj allianz company he told me that this policy is in regards of this that policy only they have to generate a new form for extract my bonus from the old policy because agent mentioned his code on that policy and my bonus is going in to his account. They told me that this is single premium plan and they need my cheque and documents just to show them to agent this money will come back in my account with in 6 months with bonus . By my luck i got to know this is false commitment and froud with me i visited to bajaj allianz branch but told me can't do anything in it , I have to visit to their Pune branch in head office and give me ref no. only. Now i am roaming around their different branches but they are not helping me. Now i need my money back at any cost and for this if i have to go to consumer court i will do the same. Please look int o the matter as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,

      I have purchased “Invest Gain Platinum” Insurance Policy no. [protected] before three years and now I am facing a big problem with this.

      Three years ago, I need a medical policy or Insurance where cover the pregnancy case but not any medical policy covers the pregnancy case. So one day, one of the agent of Bajaj Allianz told me about this policy that this is only one policy where cover the pregnancy under MahilaGain Rider. Also he told me that this policy paid “Hospital Cash Benefit” for 48 hours hospitalization. I impressed and purchased the policy. Now when my wife CHAROO (Policy Holder) delivered a baby. I claim to the company to reimburse the payment under “MahilaGian” and “HCB”.

      Company Rejected my claim and mentioned the reason in a letter for HCB:- “Room rent charged is not exceeding 3 days hence, the hospital cash claim has been rejected as non-admissible”. And for MahilaGain Rider:- “The Medical papers submitted by you do not indicate any complication in pregnancy which is not covered under MahilaGain. Hence, the MahilaGain Claim has been rejected as non-admissible”.

      So now (after three year), company providing me knowledge that if there is any complication in pregnancy then it covered under MahilaGain and if three days (72 hours) of hospitalization then it covered under HCB. But for HCB the agent still telling me that when we purchased this policy, that time HCB was covered for 48 hours, but now the company changed their terms without any notification. And for MahilaGain Rider first of all I will told you that our pregnancy case was more complicated than the cesarean as per the doctors and hospital. Doctors has taken our case on a “High Risk Pregnancy” and used the Vacuum, Tools, Foetal Monitoring and other equipments to make a normal delivery, which we want to the hospital. So the usage of these tools makes this normal delivery case more complicated than the cesarean. This was the very complicated case as per the doctors and hospital. Look at the hospital discharge summary and bills submitted by us. Or show the papers to any hospital or Gynecologist and ask them that, Is this complicated case or not?

      I am requesting kindly recheck my papers and settle my claim

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I Syed Jaffer Pasha. want to register a complaint against Bajaj Allianz. Please see the below mentioned details.

        I've purchase a car from Mr Gopal Krishnan on 22/04/2011, Hyundai Accent CRDI : KA 01 MA 8588 and applied for the transfer for registration the next week to my name, through agent but this agent had delayed to transfer the vehicle in name. I'm still running behind him.

        On 06/05/2011 I've traveled from Bangalore to Mangalore with my friends unfortunately the accident took place on PaneMangalore toll on the way to mangalore time 3:15 PM. God's grace no one was hurt in the accident.

        We had stopped for a break & lorry hit our vehicle, which has damaged the right portion of the car & ran away. But we could not trace his vehicle number.

        1) The first thing we did, given a complaint in Bantwal police station complaint number : 0398699.
        2) Informed to Bajaj Allianz & The claim no is OC[protected]
        3) Left the vehicle in Hyundai Trident (Domlur)

        When we claimed for the insurance, the company is refusing to accept it, saying, insurance has not been transferred to my name yet, though we had still time for transferring the insurance to my name.

        If the insurance is valid in any one's name why is that insurance company refusing it. I've valid driving licence.

        The policy name is still in the old owners name, Mr Gopala Krishnan. Please help us on this issue as we are facing problem by this insurance company.

          I recently subscribed to Bajaj Allianz Group Unit Gain Policy No:[protected] with an annual premium of Rs. 50000/-.
          My membership number is:[protected].
          Although, the date of commencement of policy was April 12, 2011, but I received the policy on May 20, 2011D (By DTDC consignment no. Z[protected]. After going through the Insurance certificate I found a few things doubtful. Hence I logged into my policy account and found that entire money (Rs. 50000) was invested in portfolios as specified. I found it doubtful as no charge for policy maintainance, mortality charge or fund management charge was deducted. Neither the number o[censored]nits allocated were mentioned (It was mentioned as 0.00).
          I thought of confirming the fund value and to my shock it was only Rs. 30720/-. It was not mainly because of loss in the fund but because only 65% amount was allocated towards the fund.
          Hence I decided that I have to return this policy. When contacted with the insurance company they mentioned that there is no free look period in this policy and that I can only surrender the policy by paying 7% of total fund value.
          When I went through IRDA guidelines, I came to know that according to "Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (Protectio of Policy holders' Interests) Regualtion, 2002", Clause 6(2): "While acting under regulation 6(1) in forwarding the policy to the insured, the insurer shall inform by the letter forwarding the policy that he has a perios of 15 days from the date of receipt of the policy document to review the terms and conditions of the policy and where the insured disagrees to any of those terms or conditions, he has the option to return the policy stating the reasons for his objection, when he shall be entitled to a refund of the premium paid, subject only to a deduction of a proportionate risk premium for the period or cover and the expenses incurred by the insurer on medical examination of the proposer and stamp duty charges".
          Clause (3) states that "In respect of a unit linked policy, in addition to the deduction under sub-regulation (2) of this regulation, the insurer shall also be entitled to repurchase the unit at the price of the units at the price of the units on the date of submission".

          The Bajaj Allianz customer care mentions that they have a waiver from IRDA about not providing free look cancellation. I want to know if this product is sold as an insurance product and ULIP, what is so special about it that IRDA has waived it from free look cancellation.

          I am interested in free look cancellation. Please help

          Well I just surfed through IRDA guidelines for Group Insurance Policies. I found certain violations here.
          According to guidelines for Group Insurance Policies dated July 14, 2005: "No group should be formed with the main purpose of availing insurance. There should be a clearly evident relationship between the member and the group manager for services other than insurance. While a homogenous group of persons may decide to buy a group insurance policy to achieve saving in cost, a person negotiating "group" rates and then going round finding memberes to insure will not be considered a legitimate group".

          I am not sure about the nature of group that I am attached too. May be the insurance company can have some respite from this clause.

          But there is another guideline Ref: IRDA/LIFE/CIR/MISC/001/01/2011 from IRDA which omits the previous clause ommitting the restriction on group manager from collecting any charge. But it states that “If the Group Manager wishes to collect a service charge from the members to cover his costs, he should clearly disclose it as an additional cost and not as premium, in his communication to his
          members”. While in my case I have been passed this cost as premium and not specified as a separate charge. Does it make a ground for a legal suite.

            I have taken a car insurance policy on 15th April. The agent collected the documents and within an hour, they made me to make the payment through credit card promising that I will get the policy document in next 24 hours. Today May 24th and still I am waiting for the policy. I have tried to contact many people in Bajaj Allianz and i never get a proper reply from them. I was able to contact some people who had contacted me for the policy and whenever I call them they were updating that I am sending the policy in another 5 - 10 minutes. After minutes, hours, days, weeks and even after months, still I am waiting for the policy. Today I came to know that policy is not yet activated. Without knowing that the policy not activated, I took the vehicle for a two week interstate trip. By God's grace, nothing happened. See how these people are cheating the customers. I am planning to log a compliant in consumer court on this.

            Bajaj Allianz motor insurance — Non-renewal of Existing Policy

            I bring to your notice that the agents sitting for LIVE CHAT are useless and unproductive to the grievances raised by prospective customers. I had to renew my motor insurance for which contacted these worthless creatures in LIVE CHAT. I can count it to be now 5 times. And everytime, these brain-idle sitters at the other end promised to have a call arrange at the earliest. I do not really understand if the word "earliest" has touched anytime to their conscience and promises made that are never realized. Or, there may not be fault with these agents at LIVE CHAT. Its the people whom to tell to contact us. Whoever it may be, that is not my concern. But whoever it behind these sorts of latency are morrons to your organization because you are loosing customers LIKE ME NOW. I wanted to make it very clear that my motor insurance was kept un-renewed just by an act of negligence and whoever is responsible to it has to be brought to plate. Thats your problem now. I JUST wished to state that due to this act of yours, I am going to choose another player in getting my motor insurance done.

            mymaruti car insuranace renewal due on 21.4.2010.we have informed one month before and given chq dt 21.4.9 for this .but i recd policy today 18.5.10 after many complainta th our banker indian overseas bank strand road branch kolkata.earlier yr reprentative promised i recd policy by 15.5.10 th email .but there are no excuse for delay .i incurred about rsrs 13000 for taxi fare and mental agonies extra for not taking my car out side in absence of any covernote policy and any insurance documents .kindly tell me who is responsible for this.my name is -shailjanand jha.my emailid [protected]@gmail.com

              Hi,

              I received call from Bajaj to renew my car policy and make the payment over the phone by Credit Card with following terms.

              1) SCAN copy of policy will send to me with in 1 hour also, all I was told that all calls are recorded and all information is correct.
              2) Hard copy of Policy with term in condition will send to me within 7 days.

              Therefore, I was ready to make the payment which was success with Receipt Number:[protected] Dates:[protected] and customer Number: 39083747.

              However, it’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve not received the Insurance Policy. My Car Insurance has been expired. Please help !

                I am holding Platinum -Bajaj Allianz new securefirst policy purchased thru Mr.Jayakumar of Standard chartered Bank of Rajaji salai,chennai,TN,on15/9/2006 with assurance to pay in 2 instalments. Also the policy was asked for Mutual Fund but was replaced with Equity growth fund.which I realied only after making my 2nd instalments. Now I am not in a position to pay any amount further and also by the time I could realiesed it the policy had already lapsed. Please help me out with my principle amount of Rs.5,00,000/-which my hard earned money.Now that I am not having any job I am in dire need of money to take care of my exprenses. In this regard I made several attempts to visit many offices but I was given the same reply " YOU HAVE LOST WHAT U HV INVESTED,YOU CANNOT GET ANY MONEY THOUGH U PAID RS.FIVELAKH SINCE U FAILED TO PAY THE THIRD INSTALMENT. FOR which I am misguided by the saleman of your firm i.e. Bajaj allianz co.as I could not read in the book given to me nor was i given anytime to get back after sometime,Now that saleman is also not in this bank.Please help me out. I hv also sent u a qwritten complaint thru yr grievience cell and also sent a letter of complaint thru yr Tambaram chennai office on 7..the Jan 2011. but no reply.Please help me get back my hard earned money to renable me to take care of my old parents who are 92 years old and I am also 58 yrs old.

                  AFTER READING POLICY I FELT MYSELF CHEATED

                  Second thing which is very serious is that i got phone call from Nisha Verma from [protected] & [protected] and she said she is calling from Bajaj Alliance office and she said due to our companies anniversary, company is giving you one scheme in which you have to invest minimum Rs.60,000 only for one time and in this scheme you will get 50% bonus because company is directly selling you policy and there is no Agent between us ,so commission which agent gets Bajaj Alliance is giving you as Bonus which you will get within 90 days of purchase of policy. And this you will get in writing in your policy. She also committed that this scheme is also include family mediclaim worth 1,50000 per annum and this you will get till 75 yrs of age. She also committed that after 3 years policy holder will get Rs.1,45000 Guaranteed this will also written in your policy. then she transferred my call to her senior Mr.Mayank Ghosh he said he is Sr.Finance Advisor of Bajaj Alliance Life Insurance Ltd. he also gave his mobile no. [protected]. He also explained me the same. He also said due to IRDA law we cannot give you anything in written before you purchase policy but you will definitely get in written in your policy document.


                  AFTER GETTING POLICY I CAME TO KNOW THAT I GOT THIS POLICY FROM SOME AGENT COMPANY NOT DIRECTLY FROM BAJAJ ALLIANCE LIFE INSURANCE THAT WAS STILL OK WITH ME BUT WHATEVER THAT AGENT COMMITTED OVER THE PHONE NOTHING IS MENTIONED IN THIS POLICY. I AM CHEATED AND NOW I HAD DECIDE NOT TO HOLD THESE POLICIES no.[protected] & [protected] .

                  THIS CALL CENTER AGENT NEVER REFER NAME OF AGENT COMPANY VIGHNAHARTA DIRECT INSURANCE (P) LTD OR UNICON INSURANCE ADVISORS PVT LTD. I CAME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS COMPANIES WHEN I GOT POLICY DOCUMENT AND I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THIS POLICY WILL BE IN GROUP INSURANCE AND MASTER POLICY HOLDER WILL BE SOME OTHER PARTY.

                  I AM STILL WAITING FOR SECOND POLICY (No.[protected]) WHICH TILL DATE I HAD NOT RECEIVED.

                  I WENT TO BAJAJ ALLIANCE AHMEDABAD OFFICE TO FREE HOLD CANCELLATION OF THESE POLICIES BUT THAY REFUSE TO TAKE APPLICATION AND SAID FREE HOLD SCHEME IS NOT VALID FOR THIS POLICIES.

                  THIS COMPANIES ARE FORCING THIS POLICIES TO ME AND WITH WRONG COMMITMENT.

                    I R.Balaji, Bajaj Allianz policy no: 95179118,complaining about my termination of policy 95179118. I have not intimated regarding this.
                    I really surprised & shocked when I recieved surrender amount of Rs 3981/- against policy deposit of Rs.20000/-
                    I suppose to pay Rs 20000/- for next 2 years, which I was unable to make due to personal reasons.
                    I thought of paying Rs outstanding Rs 40000/-(for 2years) this month to get/avail my amount Rs 60000/- next year.But when I called to customer care today morning, they dint respond properly.
                    Bajaj Allianz representatives who forced me to got this Insurence, told me that he will inform me the due date to pay otstanding amount. Im waiting for his information but before that I got termination letter from head office.

                    I need a proper justification of my termination, since I have not intimated about the same.

                    Pls Note:
                    If I invested that maoney Rs 20000/- in 2008 on "Gold" today my money will be doubled.
                    Atleast if I deposited the amount in bank for 3 years, I wouldhave got 9% p.a interest.
                    If I kept the money in locker, it could be the same atlest & safe also.

                    Now pls think, I invested in Bajaj Allianz in 2008, my amount has gone from Rs 20000/- to Rs 3981/- which is a depriciation of 80.095%. I recieved only 19.905% of my investment Rs 20000/-

                    Myself Dennis had taken Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Plan "Half Family Assure" Policy No.[protected] in 2008.
                    The sales agent told me it is a single premium plan.I believed that as well.
                    Now in 2015, when I called up this month Aug 2015 to know the status of the policy and withdraw/surrender the money, I was informed by the customer care that the policy has been terminated.

                    I have never withdrawn any money nor I was intimated before the closure from Bajaj . I was relocated to a new place and I tried calling them up several times for change of address . As first/second time agent had taken the money, they got their share and now I am in limbo.However the customer care number is always busy and could never connect to them unfortunately. I have asked for the details why it was foreclosed but I have not received the same on my e-mail id( already provided to them).

                    Please help me to get my hard earned money with interest so far Thanking you in advance, Dennis

                      I Suniel Shah, have a new Skoda Superb Elegance model of Jan 2011. I was happy with a cholamandalam bumper to bumper policy which i have for my other skoda superb. I insisted to have the same for this car however i was forced to buy this policy from your company, its called a drive assure-economy, my policy num is OG[protected]-00005439. on the 24th of march i had a complaint reg with your online services of logos being robbed (pls read the complaint it clearly mentions only logos robbed). as i was told to register an fir, i didn't want to for such a small amount, so didn't claim and bought new logos on the 27th april.
                      On the 7th of May my car was hit on the left front side and scratched badly all over and logos were missing again. I then decided to put an fir on mon the 9th May, and the car was taken to the kandivali jmd on monday itself.
                      The surveyer from bajajallianz Mr. Amol. Sawant has harassed me to no end. He kept the car work on hold till now, its been 5 days. He forcing me to accept two claims, when its all one incident and fir has been given to him stating that clearly. He asked me for the bill of the logos which i bought on the 27april(initial complaint not claimed). He just wasting my time, so i give up and put it as two different claims and is also now telling me it will take a long time as we are investigating the matter(its so clear), so you can pay fully for the car, we'll settle later if we feel appropriate. We have been duped by this company as you have fraud people working for you who harass your clients. Kindly investigate this matter and he should be held accountable for cheating and harassing genuine people and their case. Do you think I will tie up again next year with your company, no ways. So you're not looking for repeat clientele.

                      sir i hav honda assure policy HBA 00134959 amaze car.. i am in army and at jhansi..sir there is no honda showroom here.. i got my car repaired thus at sundar sales hyundai which cost me Rs 26753.. surveyor Mr sudha ..no [protected] checked the veh..and spoke to me on phone accepting the repairs but once it was repaired he denied granting me my authorised amount saying that it is not a honda agency, , i have spoken to so many people confirming that i can get my veh repaired with other showrooms if there is no honda agency at jhansi.. also he just sanctoined Rs 16000.. the same amount has still not been recd by me since oct 2013.. ref no isRU56935129 IN OC[protected].. I AM IN TOUCH WITH MR ARVIND AT BAJAJ ALLIANZ.. on [protected] or arvind.[protected]@bajajallianz.co.in.i also spoke on [protected] mr deepak bajaj allianz...i also requestd prestige honda chandigarh that is lally automobiles they too did not help..i am stilll waiting for my claim of at least 16000/- .. i assure bajaj allianz that ill never buy ur policy again in my lifetime and suggest others too..

                          My father (Late Ajit Dey) had purchased the above mentioned policy in Dec’10, we had earlier opted for health policy, but due to the fact he was suffering from CA Rectum and his age 65, he was not considered eligible for health policy, instead the agent Ashish ([protected]) from Bajaj Allianz advised to go the above mentioned policy as this was an investment policy and no condition related to health prevails (the cover condition does not mention of any health conditions or existing diseases) also there was no medical test, also we are assured that the sum assured and riders will be payable with guarantee and all the claim would be handled by the agent (INDIA INFOLINE) by Vikash ([protected]).

                          Unfortunately my father expired on Feb’11, to my utter disbelief and disappointment, INDIA INFOLINE was not helpful, their contact number in “certificate of insurance” does not work and I myself had to submit the claim to the nearest branch, also both the mobiles of Ashish and Vikash are not reachable, although an email intimation of the death was given on 9th March to Bajaj Alliance and INDIA INFOLINE.

                          We have received ONLY “certificate of insurance” as the ONLY policy document, we have not received any proposal and/or other policy documents or bond, two complaints has been lodged (I track Number: 10750699 and Issue No.[protected].

                          I am been given the reason of claim being repudiated as non-disclosure of material facts, I beg to disagree here as all the facts were revealed to the agent, also the agent advised that the policy in question is of “investment” nature and not of health or life, also we have not got any policy documents or terms and condition, where we could peruse and raise any objection or discrepancies found, we could have raised our grievance then.

                          There was no reply on question like:-
                          1) “If this was investment policy why are question on heath raised”?
                          2) “If the policy has life cover, then why no medical test done or it is not mention of non-coverage of existing diseases”?
                          3) “Why are the terms and conditions not part of the policy kit and not given or shared with a member”?

                          Now after my email communication with Bajaj Allianz, I can only come to a conclusion that my father and now I have been misleaded and fudged by the agent or I am been given to experience lame excuse of not honoring the claim.

                          Bajaj Allianz Company is known for its justice at same level for all customers, but in this case I am facing in-justice that too at the time of my tough time in my personal life. I am expecting Bajaj Allianz Company to honor my claim. My Father and now I have invested our hard earned money and now I spending my precious time in getting my money back. I would request you to kindly help me in this tough time.

                          Hence hereby I put my humble request you to get the claim honored with an unbiased and without prejudice treatment to my claim. If not possible, then please assist me to get my premium of `50000 returned on the base of “breach of trust”.

                                My father in law had started a bajaj allianz YOUNGCARESIZE2 policy (policy no.[protected] in my wife's name in 2008 and had been paying an annual premium of 100000 each for the last 3 years. After the initial lock in period of 3 years got over, we decided to surrender the policy for our own reasons.

                                When I went to surrender with my wife, I was informed that the fund value was 297000 on the 3rd of May. I was surprised to hear that over a period of 3 years, the fund was giving returns less than the money invested. To add to my shock, with each passing day the fund value decreased and today when I finally got around to surrendering the policy the value was 289000. On probing, the executive told me that the market has done down in the last few days, and hence fund value also went down. If that is the case, then when the market went up by more than 2.5 times in the last couple of years, why hasn't that reflected in the fund value of the policy???

                                As if that wasn't enough, I was told told that there was a surrender penalty of 48000 on the policy!!! 48000!!! So the 300000 that had been invested in this policy for 3 years stands reduced to 241000!! Does that sound fair to you? And does it sound fair that there was absolutely NO MENTION of the surrender charges by the sales executive at the time the policy was being bought?

                                My father-in-law had, in good faith, put his money in this and other policies, but as an informed investor I will never trust bajaj allianz again with any of my savings.

                                Hi even i got cheated the similar way and i invested more tha 4 lacs and they are cheating people, pls beware of Bajaj aliaz and insurance companies who are frauding innocent public, i dont know weather we can go leagally against them, and i[censored] c the surrender charges clause in policy document a normal person cant understand. so please beware of such scams. imagine if they are cheating similar way to all public in mass how much money they are making in mass... millions together... is there any authority who is monitoring these scams or our indian government it self is a big fraud looting public,

                                    I have purchased 5 policies from M/S. Bajaj allianz Life Insurance co in the year 2007 and 2008. I had paid three years premiums regularly. Now since I am in need of money urgently and wanted to surrender the policies.Total amount stands in credit of my account is around 2,20,000/-. These are unit linked policies. M/S. Bajaj Allianz says, there will be 54% of surrender charges wi8ll be lavied if I surrender my policies. It is very clear that Company wants to swallow all my investment money. This is fraud against consumers. This fact was never brought to the notice and when we read the policy terms and conditions, it is revealed there with very tinny letters. This is a fradulant business ethics. If yiu compare with LIC thre is no such fradulent terms and conditions in their policies. I do not know how IRDA approved such policies and allowed them to put in the market. I wanr ro make IRDA also a party to such fradulent business approval.

                                    I totally disagree with the comments from Bajaj Allianz. The policy numbers are already their and have been displayed in this complaint. Their support team and customer care sites have already informed about 54% penalty on such witdrawals after 3 years for regular premium payer customer. Instead they suggested for partial withdrawal to escape from such heavy penalty. If Bajaj Allianz makes an statement that full amount will be allowed for surrender of policies in this forum, then it is welcome.

                                    No, issue has not yet resolved. This type of replies and convincing matters are usual for M/S.Bajaj team. IRDA never dictates the terms you have mentioned in replies. What is the logic for deducting 54% of basic premium value is duping the customers. I have asked for to surrender the policies and the premiums I pais should be returned with atleast market interest. Where as you people are trying to swallow the premium amount which is nothing but duping the customer. IRDA never dictates such anti customer rules because IRDA is there to protect the customer. In fact because of sucvh terms in the policies, IRDA directed the companioes to wind up such policies from the market. So please correct your apprach and direct your people to accept the surrender of policies and refund the full amount.

                                    As on for more than a year this problem has not been resolved either by Bajaj or any other agency connected with this company.I would say IRDA. They had not yet takenup the issue in favour of consumers.                                     It has come to my notice recently that IRDA has instructed all Insurance companies to call back all old policies by next one or two months and reissue the policies based on IRDAs latest guide lines. I t seems some thing has gone as per our feed back regarding m/S.Bajaj company;s heavy charges lavied for surrendering the policies by customers. It was to the extent of above 50% of the value o[censored]nits. This has become a sucking the customers and unfair practice of M/S.Bajaj. I don't know what will be the fate of our policies if IRDA's guide lines are to be followed. Will the company payback of our balance units are at credit. Can IRDA clarifies in this matter.
