I own a pulsar 220 its still in warranty period. Three times i visited the showroom for different problems that i was facing with my bike. I was always sent back saying its normal and we will do something during service. Also i have a battery issue since last 4 months which is still not solved my battery discharges anytime for ex if i dnt use my bike for 1 day the next day battery will be completely discharges when i visited showroom about this problem they tld me that now you charged your battery and brought here so we cant do anythng the showroom is abt 20 km away from my house how m i supposed to tale my bike with a dischaged battery to the showroom. Then they told me that i can replace the battery from any excide showroom i tried that the report came thatbattery is ok check vehicle for problem. But the thing is showroom guys just keep saying that theres no problem because at that particular moment battery is working properly.

    I am using bajaj discover 150f 2015 model bsiii. My bike driven 20000km. For middle chember engine oil leak i went to near authorised service center for fix it. They fix it well. No issue about oil leak problem now.
    But after that i am facing vibration in clutch and gear problem. Again i went to service center and they told me that you have to change the hole clutch and chain sprocket. I am facing this problem just after fix my bike's engine oil leak problem. Before this my bike was totally smooth and well.
    For middle chember oil leak they open my bike's hole engine and oil also for fix. I think they did't assemble my clutch well. And i just spent rs.2148 for fix oil leak problem.

      Hi, i have bought platina bike on 18.04.2018 being akshay tritiya an auspicious day, on 19.04.2018 i went to the workshop to collect my helmet as it was not given to me on the day of sale, 'such a pathetic service' so i went there to report issue with the noice of gear box after spending almost 2 hours it was rectified,. From day one it has got oil leakage problem and it is only visible when dust accumulate on the packing and so i came to know after 3rd day and reported to the sales person somnath then i have done servicing on advise of the showroom person name somnath kumbhar before passing vehicle in rto, as he told the leakage is a common problem. The service people mr. Pingle and other staff was very rude and again and again asking me to keep the vehicle there so i did as they said and picked up the bike in the evening. The oil leakage problem persisted so i was directed to the work shop again 3rd time and was told the problem was resolved but it still persisted. Meanwhile rider was sent to my place to pick up the vehicle so that they can show it to the rto for passing as while buying the bike the people told me that i have to bring it to panvel rto but after purchase they told me that the rto is ulhasnagar and i refused to go there as i had taken leaves several times for the oil leakage problem. So the rider came and took my bike to rto while there was lot of petrol available in the tank. When i took delivery the tank was almost empty and i had to refill it within one km, i reported the petrol theft to the sales person from bajaj who told me that the rider was given petrol conveyance and he will investigate it further but i have not got resolution as of now. Further the leakage problem is still persisting i went to the showroom from where i was again directed to the workshop where i was told to leave the bike there, i asked them i will stay there and cant just leave my bike there as last time my petrol was stolen but they were very rude and told me that they wont resolve the issue if i dont leave my bike there for two days at least. These people are pathetic and very rude and bad.

      I need replacement of the engine at the earliest as the engine makes lot of noise and it has got oil leakage problem.

        I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 dts i in november 2016. It is bs-iii vehicle. Till now my vehicle did not got registered. Even temporary registration number also not given. I asked the dealer 100s of times but he is not responding. He is saying wait it will be got registration soon. Till now 1.5 years completed. I am facing lots of problems by using not registered vehicle. I have complained in the company customer care also but no action taken. Kindly take necessary action

        I have placed compliant in bajaj customer care online compliant booking and also sent mails regarding my issue, till now no response from the company or delaer. Nearly 1.5 yras completed till now my vehicle RC not received . I came to know that The dealer (gayatri bajaj, nellore, A.P) closed his dealership . Now in nellore dealership is owned by M.G brothers bajaj . Who will solve my problem. No body is responding.

          Im amol khestre booked dominor 400 in raj bajaj in new mumbai the sales person (Vicky) told me that if i purchase on cash he will provide me with amount of 184000 with fiscount when i process for the same on finance he charge more amt than he told me the worst services ever i get from bajaj and he also charge me more money for the finance process and didnt give any clearyfication of wht he charge... Even he didnt told me the disbursed amt.. I will never refer any one friend for the bajaj vehicle as bajaj sale service is..

            While going through my icici bank recent statement i found a transaction of rs 117.
            The amount is deducted from the account with the transaction remark cms/[protected]/bajaj_auto_cd_5820cd19376594.

            I am completely surpirsed why this is happened. This seems like a fraud transaction and is not expected from such reputed company. Please explain this transaction and rverese the same asap.

            And i will go service center 2 time in these 10 days and i had no solution of this problem of bike pulsar 180
            Unsatisfied service and heavy cost of service, the damaged part which is given for exchange returned with much more damage, overally worst service center,

                I have purchased platina comfertech bike from subdealer... As we know there are some free servicing from bajaj itself.. When go for free servicing to the sub dealer they charg me 390 rs for the engine oil and that is legal.. But actully they dont use bajaj oil they use local oil which cost is only 150 rs.. I have video of all this phenone... Directly i will blaim to the bajaj auto... The are responsible for this all...+[protected]

                      I had ordered fering of bajaj pulser 220f in last year of month december. My bike number is pb10gg 2829. I have many times go to the company for my order byt every time i came back with dissapoint. The agency from i bought my bike is impact bajaj.. Plz solve my problem and my phone numver is [protected]. My police time duration is over on 11 may 2018. I ask to manager of agency that my spare part is not ordered from your company side he ignore my complaints.. This time i will buy your bajaj bike but next time due to poor servises i will not buy any baja product.. I am so angry because of your dissapointment

                        I have submitted my bike pulser ns200 pulsar no dl3sce5457 with job card no 17 on date 7/may/2018. My bike is not serviced by ur sla. It is still at service centre because all problems are not rectified with in time line with not proper information the service manager had a conversation with me after 36hrs of service now they asked two more days to resolve the problem and it is in convenient for me as customer. I paid all the current bills of service of rs 1787 but not it's baja's fault and i need a compensation for this or other wise i have to file a case in a consumer court against the firm. Hoping that u will take action on this.

                          29-april-2018 i gave my dominar 400 kl 29 n 717 bike 3rd service to the sarathi bajaj service in kollam and thursday 3 may returned back the bike from kollam sarathi bajaj showroom. When the bike was taken back, on the way i heard a sound came from the engine side and the red signal seen from the meter of the bike then i just call the showroom adviser dhanesh he told me that the engine oil is not pickup after the service then he called again me and told me that it is because senser problem so you may go then i go to my house
                          In sunday 6th may i have a ride in ernakulam. On the way the bike turned off and the bike was not on. There was sound from the engine on the way to ernakulam and the red signal of the oil is on. Please please solve my problem.

                            I was bought a maxima auto on 27th sep 2017, from tiruvannamalai branch office by the head of max auto mobiles, chennai. From the beginning i found some faults in gear and stearing in my auto. When i show it to your dealer's branch office. There is no response and arrogantly reply from the management. I go to several times there to make ready my auto.

                              I bought a rs200 bike from bajaj auto gajuwaka show room in october2017 and my bike back left signal indicator is broken and i went and asked for a spare which is expensive 650₹ and they had no spare so after 10 days i went there asked and then they said not available bt we will get as soon as possible and later i called them and they gave me another number to call and when i called that number they are not responding. As i was calling since 2 days and there is no response at all... Bad service really really worst.

                                I had service bike discover 100 30/01/2018 engine problem but sience i had serviced the problem has been occured and till yet i had visited 5 to 10 times to the service centre but the problem has not yet been solved workshop member very rude i had mails you all the complaint before but there was no more response from you.
                                So in this case shall i be getting the solution or should i go with prospective rules and regulations

                                    From the day bike i had purchased within an month the problem started occurring and till yet it has not yet solved, and the main thing bajaj service centre is saying that u had purchased a bike so u have to come and its yours responsibility to come when problem is occured
                                    It means within every week i had to visit the service centre for solving the problem by handing over all mine personal work.

                                      My name is dhanekula ganesh. I brought my bike in january 18. Bajaj avenger 150cc. But this month battery is dead. I contact service center. My service book is missing. So manager told me. We can't change batter without service book.

                                        We are going to get the quotation and bike exanchange on 03.05.18 eve that time we come to conclusion on exchange rate after that am said we are coming tomorrow and finalize tha loan process and bike that time showroom members said you want to give the bike or rc book bcos we doing the consulting to bike, that time we got the agreement and we are going to next day af noon we move the loan process but loan amount not convienece to our so we said we are coming to monday and pay the full money that time also they creating problem they said we are assemble the loan agents then now also you are going and someone speaked lot. That's not far, am trying to customer care lot off times but no one pick my call. I need the reason. Suppose no one response definitely i will do further
