I own a bajaj rs 200 2015 (With abs) model ran around (20000 km), last year my bike had fallen down and self start was not working except this my bike was full in condition but service center (Amba bajaj gharebhavipalya) people told me that they need to change wiring harness which was around 12k including labour charge i had no option other then changing it (I have attached a bill copy with this) and now not even year when i was driving my bike malfunction indicator suddenly started blinking and abs light didn't get off after moving the bike through and there was no speed indication in meter apart from this bike is completely normal and running i gave to service center (Amba bajaj btm branch bangalore) 20 days ago they said that they need abs sensor cable and it was not available i brought it from another bajaj dealer (Popular bajaj) even after changing cable the problem didn't get solved and they sent the bike to main branch amba bajaj gharebhavipalya where my wiring harness was changed a year back and now again they validated issue and telling me to change wiring harness, i had brought a bajaj genuine spare part (Wiring harness) from the dealer itself and not even a year now again they are telling to change it which will again cost me around 13k, is this they way bajaj deals for any issue we need to change wiring harness and that too every year 13k, without anything happened to bike. I am very serious on this issue i will take this to all social media including twitter handle of rahul bajaj and rajiv bajaj.

      Paris automobil in srinagar my 3 serivice was due and i go there but they did not do any thing and tell you got a service it is ok no .they adjest some parts but they are all open . Plz tell what i do know .they are all thives .plz look on the matter .they only wash and told custemer you got service

      I recently purchased bajaj v15 from manan bajaj at maninagar ahmedabad after first service the battery of the bike shut down nd also problem with self start ..after running 15 km of the bike the engine warm so much so taking care of the bike ...         Dear sir,
        With reference to the subject i want to bring in your kind attention that i have received delivery of new bike ct 100 on dated 24th march 2018 at badlapur from your authorized dealer m/s salasar bajaj bhiwandi, through their sub dealer m/s kashyap motors mulund, badlapur. I have already paid full value amount of the bike on dated 22nd march 2018 through bank transfer.

        Name - sushila balkishan darak, badlapur, maharashtra.
        Engine number - e 37907
        Chassis number - e15928

        Very sorry to say that my bike has been not registered at related area rto office till date nor i have received any single document related with bike ie invoice, delivery challan note, service book etc from your dealer. I have received only bike insurance policy note of reliance general insurance dated 31/03/2018 from kashyap motors. (Attached herewith)

        I have made several times reminders by phone and whatsapp massages to kashyap motors but not received positive results. I have also tried to contact on phone with mr prateek of salasar bajaj bhiwandi but not successed to contact him, i made request to his staff to give his contact number but they denied me nor given me any satisfied reply.

        In this connection kindly note that my bike is held up from last 70 days and m unable to run on road without rc and registration number. I am suffering with mentally high tension & pain since long time.

        So request you to take appropriate action on my matter on urgent basis, if i have not received any positive results soon, then i have only way to inform rto for such matter and take legal action. I think it would not be batter on the question of bajaj's credit and business image.

        Hope you will do the needful and take appropriate action asap, kindly let me know for what action you have taken and up to when my all problems will be solved...??

          Dealer name - bajaj autoden mahim, mumbai
          I have already raised complaint on 31st may 18;but till no response from your side. Daily once i called to customer care.. They say within 24hrs concern team will contact me.. But i have not received single call.. My complaint no. Isr-353833

          I would like to bring to your attention this important matter, when i got the bike i saw a small exposed wire, m when i informed the showroom person he fixed it by tape and said nothing to worries. Then after my first servicing i still saw the wire identified it yet the service guy fixed it with tape... No proper service or solution from any of them.

          Now the entire wiring has faulted n burned, my bike not working and now both service and showroom people have stepped away, n say wiring is not in warranty n u have to pay 11000, kindly help me as the bike is brand new, kindly get in touch.

            I bought a new bjaj motorcycles. As per the company rules they are liable to provide 3 free servicings. There servicing is worst. They are cheaters. They demands money and are failed to provide a single bolt. I m facing some heating issues of engine and disc break problm. Whenever i request them to solve my problm they told me to come another day. As my bike is new it is in warranty period instead of solving my problem evry time they told me to come another day.
            There servicing is so much bad that they are failed to wash the bike properly. They are cheaters. Plz take some hard and appropriate action on them.

              I have visited bajaj show room in vellore city to purchase bajaj pulsar 150cc bike and enquired about price. I found that they are collecting insurance premium is more compare with out side companies like united india insurance company. I requested them to permit me to take insurance from other company. They are telling it is mandatory in show room. Is it mandatory to purchase insurance from showroom for new bike?

                I have already raised complaint on 23rd may 2018, but till today no response from your side... Daily once i called to customer care... They says, within 24hrs concern team will me... But i have not received single call.. Even i drop a mail and chasing daily... Same response from your end... My complaint number is isr-349165..

                Actually problem is.. I have bajaj v15 bike..in feb 2017, petrol tank is damaged in accident... Then i submitted bike in authorised service center, i paid a money they change my petrol tank... That time i'm don't observed that... One spare part (Air flow screw) is missing... Recently i observed petrol is leaking from that... Then immediately went to bajaj salasar authorised service centre bhiwandi-421305, they checked my bike and said that part is not mentioned in catalogue.. So we can't help you.. Then i contacted to customer care... And registered complaint on 23rd may 2018... They said within 24 hrs concern till call you and resolve your problem... Then i wait for 24hrs.. No response... Then started chasing daily... Response is same... Please find attachment for your reference.

                  My self mr. Naresh, i brought a bajaj pulsar 200ns model on 25.04.2018.
                  Initial time we didn't find the rear disc bend problem, when i was went a long drive noise came rear wheel disc and more heat observed in rear while after driving due to this noise.

                  I was asked in service center, but i didn't get proper response and they have told different issue like caliber air lock.

                  After-that my friend (He is a bike mechanic in bajai service center) has checked and confirmed. This is a rear wheel disc bend problem.

                  I need proper solution and re change the rear wheel disc.

                  Kindly support to resolve this concern

                    On 28th may 2018 i had given my bike no. Ap31ea8318 at your visakhapatnam siripuram servicing centre. That evening i went to servicing centre to take my bike. L very disappointed with their irresponsibility as they misplaced my job card and they ask me to wait for some time they have ignore me for a long time and i have been to the service centre next day morning and iam very disappointed with their hospitality and accountability and they have not done the job that we assigned them they have not polished my bike which should be. So i request you to looking to this matter and take action.

                      This is related to the hilarious service provided by ujwal enterprises pvt. Ltd., nanded. They have took 5hrs to do service only, in addition to that they have mistaken the alignment of my front wheel. As per the regular procedure before doing the oiling & greasing to the regular parts they have declared the same as servicing done. Important thing is they are not aware of the service that has to be provided to the customers n vehicle too. Please do consider the same on high priority, because the same may cause deaths of an individual if you are making mistakes in wheel alignment things.

                        Dear sir/madam
                        I own a bajaj pulsar 200ns model 2013. And my bike was in excellent condition. Until i had a problem with my headlamp and turn indicators. I visited paris bajaj workshop in srinagar on 22 may 2018 and my bike was observed and taken for paid repairs. But for 2 days i received no call from my advisor and i had to call him and they told me that my bike will be ready in 1 day. But they called after 2 days and told me that my bike's crank has seized and are demanding above 20000inr for repairs. When i visited there they had already taken out the engine of my bike without consulting me. Now i want to know that what do i need to do?? Isn't this cheating. I visited gm of the company but he ignored my problem. I ask for your kind attention and immediate action.

                        Engine complaint for my new bike that purchased on this Feb.2nd 2018.
                        Already 3 times I complaint the same issue.
                        before 5 days I left my bike there in Krishna bajaj where I purchased.
                        I can't contact them now, they are not attending my phone calls also.

But today 28-05-18 our account is debited with RS.3500.It is not acceptable.Already two bounce charges debited for RS.708, two times and while cheque issuing RS.1000 is filed in cheque with loan amount.So please check and credit the same into our account.Thanks

                            This is sikander singh from nadaun distt hamirpur hp i have purchased my 180 avenger street 16 apr.2018 from rc scooters nadaun.
                            Problem in bike:- 1 self starts problem for 5-6 times in 1 month
                            2:- on wednesday my bike self starts can't work nd i face a lot of trouble i check my bike on mahesh bjaaj agency in nalagarh (Hp). They check the bike and say that now bike is ok.
                            But today in morning also that problem arises and bike not start as usually i start my bike in 3rd gear nd go to mahesh bjaaj agency. Thay check bike and say that problem in field fix thay have to change that in next month and kept my bike in agency.
                            Now please justify me:-
                            Can i sold this bike that i can face trouble.
                            What is meaning of purchasing a new bike.
                            When i receive my bike in ok condition.
                            And what is guaranty that this problem not arises in future.

                              Hello sir, on 13 feb 2018 i met with an accident when i was returning to home. So i submitted my bike to the bajaj auto (Pratap auto india private limited 182/83 industrial area, phase 1 chandigarh). My bike damaged from the front suspensions, headlight and front mudguard. My complaint is about that they never pickup phone calls and they delayed my repair by 3 months and they mishandled my bike parts (When i submitted my bike it was only damaged but now they had removed my gas tank on off switch. My mudguard is not complete and they removed the pulsar badges from the engine. I don't know why they did this but i am really angry about this kind of behaviour, even my petrol tank is empty now, it was in on position when i left it over to them and they said that bring your own petrol and take your bike, i even told about the braking pressure was not good. They are charging me full repair cost which i am giving but they removed some other parts from the bike (What kind of behaviour is this.

                              I took my bajaj avenger 150 claim 3 months ago, which was deposited in full amount, but even after 3 months, my refund is not being received and no positive answer is being given, no phon is not attending. Please take appropriate action.

                                  I have given my bike for servicing on 24th may 2018 around 11 am and has told them to do the servicing as per discussion with your teachnician. I was hoping for the bill of 5k to 6 k as i have ordered the speedometer for my bike which is costing around 2774.01 with tax. But astonishingly i have received 3 calls from the service centre regarding more equipments need to install and i was felling like the team was insisting and pushing me to take those equipments. If i was deniying for it they were telling me n no of thing that this will create this problem and that problem at last i agree and guess what i need to pay ₹9630 for the bike service. Then i have enquired what will be the bill approx i was told it will be below 8k as i need to carry that much of cash as your so called service don't have card facilities. After paying the bill i am waiting for my bike from last one hour and still my bike has not come yet mind it today is 25 may. After this whole pathetic and traumetic experience i am felling cheated by the sales oriented team and the whole team doesn't give a # to the customer concern. They all have a careless attitude. Well i will never visit this service centre and has a lost of trust on brand bajaj... I think u should show a definetly male attitude in your service rather than showing in advt.

                                      My mob no is [protected] we have bajaj xcd bike purchased in 2009 by my father. But due to part payment against downpayment rc book was not issued to us. And sudden my father left home. We search rc book for purpose than it was came to know it is with bajaj showroom only. Against downpayment of 4000 they are demanding double amount saying pay interest extra. We have constant remind them to issue us before but they were saying we are searching and searching. With passage of time it was dropped. Now they are demanding double amount. Being faithful abide to laws i am weak financial person having other problems also. Showroom officials are not co-operating with me. Kindly make good faith and interest to me. It is adajan bajaj auto bike showroom. And person handling mob - [protected]

                                        My name is vikrant sharma I have a Bajaj discover 100T bike and registeration number is RJ02CS7905 And registered name laxminarayan Sharma, dear sir your authorized workshop in alwar Vijay Bajaj does engine work in my bike and when I went for collect my bike on your workshop then I said for showing me old parts (screp) of my vehicle so your workshop staff and manager replyid me that we can't give your old parts and can't showing because it's our Bajaj policy and I forced them for showing my parts then they does misbehieve and want fight with me..and tore off my job card receiving so that time m pay my bill amount collect my bike and was contect your customer care number ( toll free no.) But m not found a satisfication on your workshop and your customer care, m very dissatisfied with Bajaj ltd.and I will share on social sites that Bajaj have a poor workmanship, poor production and poor quality and poor customer satisfaction, m just want to say that authorized workshop mean "ONLY CARE OF CUSTOMER". But this is something else you have got to watch. You have created the workshop to disturb the customer. This is made to frood the customer. My complaint has been made 4 days ago but I have not received any satisfaction/ response.
