Sir i have purchased the bike from saideep motors in november 2016 first there was a gear shifting problem now there is engine noise so much im fedup from it know the saideep motors is telling that i cant solve your problem what you want do you you can do any thing you can do my complaint in company also i cant do any for you why you are giving this people authorised service centre

      I have purchased avenger 220 street black 2018 from vds sayar bajaj vellore, after first service morethan 10 times starting trouble & digital meter problem, service dealer trying to solve the problem it is only temporary... I am fully disappointed, i expect immediate permanent solution. Already i am having many bikes i (In my family & company) ncluding platina & avenger. Please take back the very worst bike. I don't know why it manufactured without kicker... Tn 23 cj 5195

        Dear sir,

        I have bought a brand new dominar. Within 2 to 3 weeks fo buying my bike i have experienced a lot of vibration sounds form the small display on top of the fuel tank, this is really annoying, and i hate it to the core. Buying a brand new bike and experiencing this issue is not very pleasing.

        I kindly request you guys to help me solve this issue as soon as possible. Ill be verymuch thankfull to you guys.

          Hello useless fellows this is the 3rd time I'm complaining about your worst service.. I'm facing gear heard problem from the purchase time of pulsar 220 u people are unfit to resolve the problem.. Atleast please refer me to any automobile course let me study and do service by my own. You people are worst in serving

          Here I purchased pulsar 220 from supreme Bajaj sagara taluk karnataka. From the purchase time I'm getting gear problem.. I reached Bajaj service for this reason they tried to fix it but they unable to make it fixed.. Later I took my vehicle to Banglore as I stay here.. I have given to more than 3 service station more than 18 times but the ### also couldn't fix the problem they keep on trying to adjust clutch cable even though I clearly explained about the problem why I'm getting.. These buggers are charging whatever the service charge but cannot fix the problem or do service properly.. I contacted to Bajaj CUSTOMER CARE those buggers tried to make a complaint but there was no response yet from their side. If the hell u cannot resolve or fix or respond to customer why you buggers running business.. Hell with this Bajaj service. I don't know whether here my problem will be resolved or not. But it really hurs the human beings if they do these type of cheating business.. Atleast now please respond anything and teyyto resolve..

            I have bought a vikarant v15 bike from shiel auto agra dealer on dt. 15.01.2018. And i financed from hdfc bank but dealer wrongly entered hypothecation of bajaj finance. And now it is already passed 6 month. They are not getting it correct because it was done by them. Please help me and get my correct hypothecation on my rc as i had to pay challan to rto as i didn't have rc at a time. Who will pay me challan amount. Please help me otherwise i have to go through legal process against dealer.

            I serviced my bajaj pulsar bike at 2 month ago..i changed rear wheel ball baring... Handle ball racer baring... At ur authorised service centre...it goes to only 2 month from the service dates... Plz take further action of that type of agency

              Last week on 14th june 2018, i put my bike bajaj avenger 220 for service at shivam bajaj, patan. When i got my bike after front suspension work, it was imbalanced and ideally pushing in the left direction. So i request the service advisor to short out this issue. He replied to me that bike is in perfect condition there is no issue like that and was not ready to accept that there is any problem of imbalance. So leave that place and mailed a complaint on "[protected]@bajajauto.co.in".

              Today i got a call from him saying visit service center once we will talk about it. When i reach there, the services in charge, mr. Patel handover me a piece of paper to sign when i declined and said first resolve my problem only after that i will sign on it. That insolent man replied me that your bike is in worst condition you must replace half of its parts for better condition. When i argue him, i was driving with bad suspensions since last one month at that time i did not have any balancing issue now as suspension are intake then, the bike is having a huge issue of imbalance, so don't try to fool me.

              Here comes the rudest reply from him saying do whatever you want to do mail to bajaj as many times as you want i am not gonna solve your problem. That is why i am writing this complaint so that they can learn how not to behave with the customer. I am not going to tolerate this behavior. Bajaj has appointed this service centers so that we can have good care of our valuable bikes and these people are the only car for selling new bikes and do not give a damn about after sale service. So please take some meaningfull action regarding this issue.

                    I like pulsar 135 very much. But my friends are saying that the model has been dtopped by the comany. Is it true? The company has stopped the production of pupsar135. Let us suppose the company has been stopped the production and i buy a used pulsar135 and any complaint occurs by the engine what should i do? Should i get the parts of 135 from any where?

                    Self start problem and always on raidiator problems
                    Power of the bike suddenly decreased and milege also decreased as well as the bike is not giving a good pickup...Plzz resolve this problem..otherwise take your bike back i dont need this...

                        I submit my bike to bajaj authorised service centre in khandsa road gurgaon on[protected]. They said that your bike has ecu problem. After 15 days ecu comes from your head office then they said we change the ecu but the bajaj has changed the programming of your bs iii bike ecu. After so much time wasted they said that your bike can't start because bajaj changed the programming of ecu. Please help me to start my bike properly.

                          My bike after 1st service still very heat
                          After 50 km my bike suddenly off and do not start very heat from engine i am not ride speed running higher than 50 to 55 kmph
                          Santram bajaj told me that bajaj pulser 150 normally engine heat it is 150 cc all new bike heat
                          Foot pad side very hot after 20 km running and rear wheel chain barring sound it is barring default or any other problem i done know but after 20 km running in clutch engaged after sound humming cut cut cut sound from rear wheel or chain

                          Please resolve my issue
                          All pulser not heat, some person told heat hota hai aur some person told heat itna ni nahi hota
                          Pls check and resolve my bike only 820 km run

                            This email is for raising complaint against kalyani bajaj at mekhari circle bangalore. Below are my list of complaint.
                            1. Over charged labor amount in bill, charged rs 1600 for labor fees for normal paid service.
                            2. Fake bill, labor charge is not mentioned clearly on bill, it is mentioned as some "out source job" and "front fork removal" which i have not used in my service.
                            2. Delivered vehicle late then promise time which wasted my half of day leaving my work. I gave bike at 8.30 am morning, promised delivery time at 1 pm, got call for receiving bike at 2 pm. I reached there at 3 pm but got delivery of my bike at 4.45 pm. They also don't have pickup/drop service (But in website it is mentioned service is there).
                            3. Miss behavior from staff. Even if they did mistake, they were not aggree to lis
                            4. Fooling customer by adding services/repair that not required. Made bill amount of rs 4000. Asked me to change gear ring, clutch assemble, front break - how so many problem come with my bike, though i do servicing regularly from authorized service, does it mean previous service guy did not did good service?

                            Details explanation :

                            I went to kalyani bajaj at mekhari circle for my 2nd paid service @17000km as i was facing a small gear problem from last 2 days. Service center guy asked me to change clutch assembly and gear ring. I said yes as i was not aware of it what is it.
                            At the end they charge me rs4000. Among that rs 2300 was spare parts cost and rs1600 was labor cost.

                            In details :
                            They initially gave me a bill of rs 2400, i paid the same and about to leave, but as i see labor charge is rs 1600, i raised a concerns and they said they will reduce it wait and few minutes later they come with rs 1500 extra bill saying we forgot to add this in part bill. I said i was about to leave and only because i stayed to asked some explanation about extra charge.
                            Then i said ok please adjust the new amount with previous extra charged labor amount and tell me figure so that i can pay. But they we disagree with that and forcefully stopped me to pay all amount.
                            And said "we can't reduce or adjust labor price once invoice is done with this extra part, so pay this extra". Does that means they can put any amount and customer needs to pay it?

                            I raised ticket in bajaj customer care but they closed the ticket . not even called me . Not solved my problem, and no action taken against vendor.
                            Thanks for responding .

                            I have already raised complaint via phone and email to Bajaj ( [protected]@bajajauto.co.in ) on 13 jun 2018.
                            But I have not received any response from the team.

                            If you do relay care your customer, please respond at least.

                              I went to change the windshield of my bike bajaj discover at suman bajaj greater noida. When i asked for the replacement of the windshield then i was told that they (The employee named avdhesh and 1 more guy) will charge ₹35 to change it, hearing that i asked them to provide me the windshield on caah so that i could change it some where else at cheaper rate. Then they told me that they had only 1 piece left in the stock and that too was very old with previous price tag and new price have been changed (Even when the printed price was 219) and they won't give it to me with cash. They clearly told me that they won't give the windshield with cash i[censored] want to the windshield then you have to change it here by making a card with labour charge of ₹35.

                              I had to change the windshield because i went to greater for some work as i currently live in delhi.
                              My only question is that on what grounds they refused me to provide the windshield with cash when i didn't wanted to change it there?

                                It met with an accident last month so i think to orderd parts from near showroom from vijay nagar dv. Automobiles they told me you will get your parts in 4-5 days after a payment so i done the payment of 16500 from which i took back 5000 back due to more payment done they told me the payment of 11500 to do so the account was (Sbi [protected] pawan raghuwanshi ifsc code sbin0003218) it was deposited from mahidpur city code 456443 from sbi machine transiction slip comes out but now the print was blank so i have provided you the account no. So that you can check date if you wll do a inquiry of account you will find the transiction like this 10000 one time deposited after an hour 6500 was deposited on the same date on 30/05/2018 and today is 13/06/2018 i call every day for informaion of my product they keep telling me now pune plant had stopped transportation and many more like that which is completely wrong i think so...
                                And now when i told to return my payment if they are unavailable to my services they hold in telling that you will your product in 3-4 days but again fail so what should i do now.. Please help me

                                  I have left my bike pulsar ns for coolant leakage problem on 04/06/2018. The service manager has said the estimated time as 1 week to deliver the bike after the service. But i did not received my vehicle from service even after 11 days. There is no proper answers when we contact the service center. The service team is very arrogant towards the response over customers. So please take necessary action against showroom.

                                    I had purchased pulsur rs200 in month of june’2015.
                                    I think i was first buyer of the bike in my area thats is valsad, gujarat.
                                    I really proud to be owner of same but today onward i felt that buying the pulsur is my biggest mistake of my life.
                                    I spend 1.5lac to purchased but very very poor deal that i had done with bajaj

                                    So sad for me and many more my friends who those i recommanded to buy this bike.

                                    Very poor quality bike and very poor service centre

                                    I mean to say that . I have a pulsar 150 . Company gives three free Servicing .it is write but when a am reaching show room for servicing bike .only clean the bike and wash only .it is not Servicing .so I kindly request please perform good Servicing .
