I gave my bajaj avengers 150 cc bike for servicing at hyderabad, erragadda bajaj service centre (Behind gokul theatre). For a normal bike service they gave an estimation of 4000 and even after 2 days of bike in garage they are not even giving proper reply regarding bike servicing. Complete pathetic service as usual from bajaj. This would be the first and last bike that i would buy from bajaj.

    Its very worst experience that i buy bajaj avenger 220 cruise, yesterday was my first service i reached there 9 am and they make my job card and my serial was 14th. I left for my job, before noon i called them to my status and they told it will ready till 3 pm. When i reach there i saw my bike same as morning. When i query they start fighting.. Ashamed

    My advice to people .pls buy bike before check how they are servicing. If you have any colleagues there then its ok. Otherwise know body well care of you in bajaj service station.. such an ridiculous service.

    Even i get my bike without washing, as they are giving free service.

      I booked a rs 200 on april 16th 2018. I had to take a loan on it for 1, 10, 000rs and the manager informed me i would get the bike in 3 days after full payment which was made on april 26th. I didn't get my bike nor my money back yet. I cancelled the booking like two weeks ago so they would already return the money back.. They returned the original initial payment but not the loan amount of 1, 10, 000rs. I'm at a loss as the loan giver has already taken this month's due of nearly 5000 from my bank account.. I'm super frustrated with this as i have followed up with them multiple times. Any help in this would be much appreciated.

        I haven't received my bikes number since i purchased it and submitted all the required documents for registration approx 2 weeks ago. I purchased my bajaj avenger 180 cc from mayank auto, mira road (East). Am spending almost 600 rupees every day to commute to and from my office.

        I receive very casual reply from the person in mayank auto. He told me that it usually takes 10 to 15 working days for the number to arrive as it is the standard time taken from rto end.

        Am highly inconvenienced due to this delay.

        I never had to wait for so long when i purchased my precious bikes from honda.

          I am joy dasgupta having loan no-l2wasa01846881, purchased a bike in august 2012 through your finance.Completed all dues with no fail and got noc certificate but my bank a/c debited on 26/04/2017 by rs 99.00 and 25/04/2018 by rs 117.00 without my consent.The reason is unknown to me.
          Kindly resolve my problem and refund my amount as soon as possible.

            Dear bajaj,
            I'm a bajaj 100T discover holder and from last few months I'm facing wiring problems in my bike. I submit my bike in bajaj workshop and clearfy the issue. But bajaj didn't take right initiative. Now that minor problem has became big issue and now bajaj is saying that u have to pay whole money for that. I could If it was mine mistake but now its bajaj. So why I'll pay for it. Give me right justice or I'll go for consumer forum.

            Your bajaj employees admitted everything that its their mistake and I have voice recording of everything which is enough for proof. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

              I purchased new pulser 150cc at my near branch 2 months back but vechile is not working properly. Problem is fuel supply to engine and sound is change vechile taken air, pick is not good. I consult warangal dist parkal mandal branch, and jayashanker dist bhupalapally also, but there is no use, mechanical persons and management system is very very bad so please solve my problem soon as possible

                  Dear bajaj from last one year i visited your sale and service centre in anantnag jammu and kashmir for new foot rest and side stand spring of avenger 150 street but not able to get them because they are not available in your service centre from last one year.
                  I request you people please do something in this matter because i am sefferg a lot, i am driving my bike without foot rest and i have tied the side stand of my bike with a lace.

                    I have purchased a pulsar 200 ns 7 months before and the mirror of the meter is broken and when i went for 1st service of bike they poured water in the meter and got damage and when i say them to change it they put meter of pulsar ns 160 with orange led instead of blue led many times i have req to change the meter but they are not taking it seriously so i want to be my meter changed

                      Problem:
                      1). Engine piston block ceased as service team told.
                      2). For that purpose at first they demand money.
                      3). Date of receiving for service by showroom,[protected].
                      4).[protected], today is the delivery date now they told engine has another problem of piston beginner and they told it will take more 7 days to delivery the bike.
                      5). Non cooperation and misbehaving of concerned service men.
                      N. B-my bike is under warranty period.
                      Run 4700 kms in 5 months from date of purchase

                          Respected sir/madam
                          - i have bajaj pulsar 150 cc motor cycle model 2009 and the registered no of the vehicle is up 78 bu 5548.

                          - on 22 may 2018, i went to bajaj service centre which is located in lalbagh lucknow i e sunrise bajaj auto service center for following faults in my motor cycle
                          (A) motor cycle not starting in reserve petrol on available of petrol in tank. It means cleaning of petrol tank.

                          (B) change of head light bulb.

                          - the mechanic checked the vehicle and raised many defects in my motor cycle, which not relevant to my defects. As i am serving in army, on road vehicle is very important to me to do my job. I agree to repair all defects.

                          - i reported to the service centre around 1430 hours and watching the entire job of mechanic in front of me. It came to my notice when i am seated there that they are doing this activity with all the consumer who are reporting there for the servicing. I observed there that they send my vehicle parts to local market which is a near to lalbagh area and charge huge amount in my bill which is very horrible.

                          - at 2130 hours, they ready my bike and handed to me without any trial as its late night. The manager already left his centre and told his staff to take rs 6779/- which is more than value of my bike at present. I paid rs 6500/- and took my bike. Local bill which is made by the manager is attached here for your perusal please.
                          [5/30, 22:18] kk: - next day when i used my bike, it is found that the defects which is raised by me is stillexists and also found two more defects due to negligence of the staff :-
                          (A) accelerator increase on turning of handle
                          (B) self starts working only when vehicle is in neutral.

                          (C) petrol tank leaked from t point junction which cause loss of all petrol worths rs. 500/- from bike.

                          - on 26 may 2018, again l visited to the same service centre. They replace t-point of my bike and charged rs. 195/-.

                          - i am writing this complaint not for any compensation but to the aware the bajaj motors that this kind of service centre spoiling the reputation of the bajaj company which knowns for its brand. I also want to inform the entire environment that this service center is one of the poor service centre of our country which cheating with their customer. This service is to be immediate effects

                          One more thing that i want to tell that they replace one part of my vehicle whose colour is different from my bike colour, when i asked them, they said that now bajaj company is not preparing this item in silver colour. Photographs is attached herewith for your perusal please.

                            I bought a new bike (Pulsar 180) from Authorized Bajaj dealer on 24th February 2018 in Pune. But I am facing multiple problem with my bike. The problems are as follows;

                            1. The self starter doesn't work properly. Sometimes it work and sometimes it don't. I have to switch off the ignition in order to start. On pressing starter switch it doesn't respond. I have raise the issue with the service centre but there they haven't provided any solution.

                            2. The Fuel indication is not correct. Even when there is no fuel in the bike ( only fuel in reserve) that time also it shows 2 level indication in the screen.

                            3. There is issue with rear side brake . On move, there is always a sound and bike seems to be always in braking mode. On seeing service centre, they work on it and after just 1 week or riding 100km, the problem again start.

                            This has been really frustrating and I need my new bike in good condition. Contacting service centre doesn't help much. Please help me out with the bike. I would like to raise complain for my bike for a good service and look into all the issue. The bike is barely 3 months old and ran 1400km only. Didn't expected buying bajaj bike will be a nightmare.

                                Dear sir,
                                This is karthick, I have purchased 200 ns on[protected] in 'vds sayar Bajaj'
                                Vellore showroom, I have faced first starting issue (battery down) on[protected] then I went to service centre they told we will but on charge for one day with insurance b then issue was cleared, but after that same issue arises on[protected], i don't know what is wrong in my bike
                                and in speedometer cluster (H:03 ) JL013 is showing, I think Bajaj auto should tell the solution & find what is the actual issue in my ns200

                                  I own a bajaj rs 200 2015 (With abs) model ran around (20000 km), last year my bike had fallen down and self start was not working except this my bike was full in condition but service center (Amba bajaj gharebhavipalya) people told me that they need to change wiring harness which was around 12k including labour charge i had no option other then changing it (I have attached a bill copy with this) and now not even year when i was driving my bike malfunction indicator suddenly started blinking and abs light didn't get off after moving the bike through and there was no speed indication in meter apart from this bike is completely normal and running i gave to service center (Amba bajaj btm branch bangalore) 20 days ago they said that they need abs sensor cable and it was not available i brought it from another bajaj dealer (Popular bajaj) even after changing cable the problem didn't get solved and they sent the bike to main branch amba bajaj gharebhavipalya where my wiring harness was changed a year back and now again they validated issue and telling me to change wiring harness, i had brought a bajaj genuine spare part (Wiring harness) from the dealer itself and not even a year now again they are telling to change it which will again cost me around 13k, is this they way bajaj deals for any issue we need to change wiring harness and that too every year 13k, without anything happened to bike. I am very serious on this issue i will take this to all social media including twitter handle of rahul bajaj and rajiv bajaj.

                                      Paris automobil in srinagar my 3 serivice was due and i go there but they did not do any thing and tell you got a service it is ok no .they adjest some parts but they are all open . Plz tell what i do know .they are all thives .plz look on the matter .they only wash and told custemer you got service

                                        With reference to the subject i want to bring in your kind attention that i have received delivery of new bike ct 100 on dated 24th march 2018 at badlapur from your authorized dealer m/s salasar bajaj bhiwandi, through their sub dealer m/s kashyap motors mulund, badlapur. I have already paid full value amount of the bike on dated 22nd march 2018 through bank transfer.

                                        Name - sushila balkishan darak, badlapur, maharashtra.
                                        Engine number - e 37907
                                        Chassis number - e15928

                                        Very sorry to say that my bike has been not registered at related area rto office till date nor i have received any single document related with bike ie invoice, delivery challan note, service book etc from your dealer. I have received only bike insurance policy note of reliance general insurance dated 31/03/2018 from kashyap motors. (Attached herewith)

                                        I have made several times reminders by phone and whatsapp massages to kashyap motors but not received positive results. I have also tried to contact on phone with mr prateek of salasar bajaj bhiwandi but not successed to contact him, i made request to his staff to give his contact number but they denied me nor given me any satisfied reply.

                                        In this connection kindly note that my bike is held up from last 70 days and m unable to run on road without rc and registration number. I am suffering with mentally high tension & pain since long time.

                                        So request you to take appropriate action on my matter on urgent basis, if i have not received any positive results soon, then i have only way to inform rto for such matter and take legal action. I think it would not be batter on the question of bajaj's credit and business image.

                                        Hope you will do the needful and take appropriate action asap, kindly let me know for what action you have taken and up to when my all problems will be solved...??
