I brought ns160 because the sale excitve demanded that 160 will get more mileage than 200. He demanded that it will get 50km/l for sure, i expected a 40km/l. But now im getting 28km/l. What will i do.? My bike is about ran only 3500 km. From now onward it is getting like this, then what will be in future..??
Now i have no mileage and no power also.. Im so regretted that i brought 160, because ns 200 have more mileage than this...

    Its been 2 years i did not get the rc book. When i bought my avenger back in 2015, the store sales person said it will be delivered by post. But still i did not get it. Further when i contacted him he said you have to go in person to the rto to get it. It is highly unprofessional on bajaj's part.

      But till time I haven't received my vehicle passing & number many times taken follow-ups of showroom they not response to us.

        Your executive bharath cheated me. He took rs. 13000 against the loan acc. No. L2wban04267751 in february end/march beginning. He made payment of rs. 4128 only. We called him on 8th may but is not ready to return or clear the dues of rs. 7771 that is showing pending. The regional office situated at jp nagar has not updated any contact no online that could let me speak to them directly. The mentioned number are of call centres situated in pune or mumbai. The bike: bajaj ct 100 b, ka 02 jj 0854. My no [protected]. I have video proof and i am will have to make a police complaint if my matter is not resolved in time as after 30th may i will have to pay extra charges. He has one key of my bike which he is not returning.

          I had my rs 200 which i had bought on oct 4th 2016. Today is 20.05.2018.

          Before 6 month around october to november 8 had breaking down issue (While switching on the key my bike dint respond to it, every time while i switch on my bike a sound will come in it on that time it dosent come thats whice bike dint respond) i had towwed around 56km to my home. And i gave my bike to khiviraj bajaj in thiruvallur where i bought my bike.
          From this the problem beguns, they took around 1 month to fig out what was the problem. After 1 month they told need to change the ecm, bore piston, fuel pump, to start the bike. I had given my bike to clear the wiring problem because of breakdown but they told me change this. I had paid the total amount and picked up the vehicle then the another problem arises that is heavy vibration, before change everything in my bike the bike was so quite but now its roaring like anything, pickup dropped, mileage dropped from 40 to 30kmpl, while applying clutch neutral light will glow, these kind of problem came (Still now the problem is not sorted out) they told because of new piston this sound comes so in next service we will clear everything like that they told me. This all happened after the fourth day of service, now on 19 th may 2018 the same problem came in my bike, before 10 days from today also i had faced this issue on everytime i face this issue my bike is making me to toww it around 50 to 80km yesterday also i towwed my bike 69km from my home. From the beggning when i bought rs200 i am maintaining proper service, half tank fuel, regular oil change. Till today i dint give my bike to local mechanic even for chain adjustment. This is the third time i am facing this issue. Everytime i face the issue i am fed up with my life. I am not a rice man or from rich family i am from a poor family. Everytime i am paying money without any fight but you guys are pulling me to the core of my patience. I need my vehicle ready without any flaws, how many time bajaj coustomer need to go to showroom for the same problem, do you guys think we dont have any other work to do, i am facing this problem for the 3rd time. Not even 2 yrs from i bought the bike. Poor build qualtiy, poor service, no proper responce. Wiring fault and all is not coustomer fault its bajaj qulatity team fault. 2 years also it cannont withstand me what the qulatity team is doing in manufacting. I need full replacement of wiring kit without any cost because i am given my bike to the same service centre for the third time. Bajaj has to take care of it, tn20ck5209

            With reference to above subject my two wheeler vehicle no ka-34, ef-4984.
            Pulsar 150cc, buyer name - venkatesha n
            Purchased in karnataka, ballari sai bajaj show room.
            From one year i'm suffering below points, and when i visit for service they unable to solve the issue.
            1. Engine sound due to time belt gone/failed
            2. Continuos chain sound due to chain pocket fail/problem
            3. Clucth wire broke
            4. Backkside wheel tyre continuous air leak (Before days already complaint raised via toll free no one solved the problem)
            I hope you understood my problems and will rectify as soon as possible,
            I[censored] have any doubts above issues pls check my previous services in service centre also refer the job card sheet and attached service dates.

            Note - ballari sai bajaj service centre manager not taking my complaint also they need to improve.
            I felt very bad about bajaj care and i may be not suggest any other.

            Please verify and give me staisfacton about bajaj,
            One back i had given complaint by voice call (throgh-[protected])about rear tyre continuos air leak then no one rectify the issue when it is in warrenty.
            now they arguing with me about warrenty, this is poor communication of bajaj team.

              I love ur bajaji two wheeler product but now i totally hate because worst responses in showroom (Showroom name mohteej automobile) i booked bike on march 15 till to not giving bike always excuse and not response my calls so now i canceld and book honda bike then how to refer my friends also this kind of action repeat means so please take any action

              I just got the bike 2 days back and when I start the bike I the morning the vibrations will be normal but after riding for continuous 50km, I stopped for a break.And odd non recognisable vibrations started to appear.and I’m facing this every time I ride continuously for 45min or more.

                I have left my bike for service in khivraj bajaj service center, mount road on 28th april 2018 for a paid service and the bike has been delivered to me on 30th april 2018 as promised by mr. Praveen (Service manager). After taking delivery of the bike i have noticed that there are scratches on the right side radiator cover (I have attached the picture). Immediately after reaching home i took a picture and shared the image to mr. Praveen through whatsapp. Mr. Praveen asked me to bring the bike for you to check. It is not easy for me to bring the bike immediately as i am 35 to 40 kms far from khivraj bajaj service center, mount road. And i cannot take off from my work for this reason as well, that is why i have brought my bike on 12th may 2018 which is a holiday for me. But the service center people asked me to bring the bike again some other day once mr. Praveen is back to work as he was on leave that day.

                This is not the first time an incident like this happening for my bike at khivraj bajaj service center, mount road. To make a note, in the previous service, after taking the delivery of my bike i had found scratches on the front right bumper, scratches on the silencer cover and the foot break (Rear) on the right got bent and had gone inside. Your service person is taking the bike for service only after checking for malfunction or scratches, while i left the bike there were no scratches or damages, only after taking the bike delivery i found these damages to my bike and immediately i have reported to mr. Praveen but he said that he needs to check the cctv camera footage and then only he will be able to take a decision. He took around 5 days to check the cctv camera footage and he tried to convince me that there was not fault happened in your service center side. I even later left the issues just because i am unable to travel 35 to 40 kms from my residence to follow up with this case rather i will let it go hoping that this issue will not happen again (At least for my bike). I did not expect this kind of blunder from an authorized service center like khivraj motors who are a pioneer in automobile sales and services in chennai.

                This time i cannot leave this issue just like that unless all the damaged parts are replaced with the new one's. I am buying a bike for around rs. 1.75 lacs and spending thousands on each service but the end result my bike being damaged at bajaj service center. I am bringing my bike this far just keeping in mind that bajaj authorized service centers will take good care of my bike. I am highly disappointed with the kind of service from your side. I am hearing from other bajaj customers as well that they are not treated well at khivraj bajaj service center, mount road.

                I need the issue to be sorted out on an immediate basis. All the damaged parts must be replaced with the new once. And please take a note that i cannot bring my bike again to your service center for checking the damaged parts, replacement or whatsoever. Send someone to my place and get them replaced. I cannot spare my working hours, time, money, energy for all the mistakes that has been done by you people. If this issue is not solved immediately, i will take the issue at a higher level and will not stop being posted in medias.

                Kindly do the needful on top priority.

                  I have purchased bajaj paluser 150 as from rajpal bajaj indore in june 2016... From the 7th days of purchasing i submit an issue of heating engine but all time they refuse their is no issue... I have completed three free services from authorised service centre after that rajpal bajaj close their business... As per they committed dtsi engine oil runs for 10000 km but i found between 4 to 5000 km i found my bike consumed oil then i changes the oil and used dtsi engine oil but my bike consuming engine oil then after two services i found my bike not giving right average but now i found white smoke and my bike total runs 9000 km when i asked for solution their area manager told me you didn't proceed paid services from us so we are not responsible they refuse all mistakes of engine regarding heating and asking me do you have any written which define you have heating engine issue... I told them you are giving me in written that you have no solution as bike runs only 10000 km then how can bike give white smoke if you told dtsi will run 10000 km they refuse to give it in written same things happen with me when i complaint heating issue they check tyre pressure and told me all thing right... I have some noise issue but they didn't take it seriously... I have changed my meter also but that was also bcz i made more pressure but before this they unnecessary change my battery... So i think they completely do fraud with me as bike have issue from 1st day... But white smoke is a big issue i can tolerate all but white smoke is major issue and bajaj area manager didn't take seriously and i am talking with them and he told is colleague it's 7.45 now i am leaving so irrresponsible and fraud from bajaj auto... I want solution my contact number is [protected]... Plz do needfully other wise i 'll go leagal and also spread this fraud on social media

                    I had given my bike Bajaj Pulsar RS-200 on 4th April, 2018 at Suman Bajaj Autos for service. I had told to service man that bike was creating too much noise and breaks are also not good. Bike pick is also poor.

                    So he told me that clutch plates and rear break pads are damaged . So we need to change them. So I told them to change it and also told them to do complete service.

                    After the service, I had taken my bike with complete bill payment . After few days I got same problem with my bike. Noise was still there and one new problem had been added. Self start button was not working after service. But in order to rule out other thing I continued my bike for few more days then finally contacted Suman Bajaj again regarding my complaints.

                    After rechecking they told me that chain set has been broken, we need to change it and regarding the self start button they told me that they need to clean the some clutch box at bike handle.

                    I have told them that nothing was told to me regarding chain set at the time of service but they said it can happen at any time. So they are not responsible for that.

                    About self start they did not explain anything just open the box on bike handle. Did some service and return it to me.

                    At that time service manager told to me to test the noise and self start. I found that both are working fine then. I asked them the cause of problem then they told me that this was happening due to chain set and they have sprayed lubricant on the chain . So told me that it is ok. He has also suggested me to change the chain set in next service and recommended me to continue as such. He told me to purchase chain spray and told me to spray the lubricant after 10-15 days.

                    Now after 1 and half day with my bike, I am facing problems again in self start and noise problem.

                    I am not satisfied with the service and manager told me to bear all expenses of repair if required. I told him that all these started coming after service but he is saying problems can happen at any time .

                        My new pulsar 180 is producing high noise in engine. Bike will not exceed 1year i have given 2 free services but still im having this issue, mechanic said that there will be problem in timing chain in engine im here to leave 3rd free service in nearby service centre kindly change the timing chain or slove the problem in timing chain after free service the service centre ask huge amount for this problem

On 11 May, a person who called from Krishna Bajaj (Jagadhari, Yamunanagar) about the issue. And he promised to repair the bike. Unfortunately, I received a message from the bajaj about resolving the issue. But no body had come to repair the bike and Bajaj had sent me wrong information about resolving the issue.

                          I dont know why you people are behaving like kids/ irresponsible company.

                          Sir, i request to again to repair the bike. You will be the responsible if I would put a complaint in CM Window Haryana.

                            Dear sir/mam
                            I have a complaint against the bajaj service centre rajiv raj bajaj in shahdra near durgapuri chowk.
                            I owe a vehicle pulsar 200 ns as on 10.5.2018 i left my bike for servicing but when i received its was having same issues, as problems were unnoticed and billing amount was around rupees 1500. I put my complaint against service centre, and was asked to bring bike at service centre again for addressing complaints but when i received my bike after 2 days today
                            (12-14 may 18) still problems were there but the new bill was raised for some new items fixed of 2864 rupees.
                            Its really very hectic for me being customer to get service from there due to so much of negligence behaviour, poor service and poor response from the staff.
                            Its just waste of money and time as today only again after spending such amount of money i wasted my 3 hours again to get the problems rectify by standing there only. So, its my request as i want some strict actions must be taken regarding them as it's really bad as they just troubling customers who is spending around rs.4500 on servicing and that too no satisfaction is there.

                              This vehicle does not have servicing facilities as asc are saying bajaj has discontinued manufacture of vehicle.
                              And they do not have spares of said model. As it is mileage is poor from day one, and instead of 109, i am expecting atleast 60-65 kmpl in city condition. Bajaj must work towards customer service satisfaction and not leave customers in the lurch.
                              Request your service agency to contact me regarding complaint related to bike. And please let know if company will exchange this vehicle for any other model of similar cc, since you are not manufacturing the same. The vehicle should last atleast for its lifespan of 15 years.

                                I am very disappointed for bajaj auto ltd. My main concern is how come brand new bike's clutch plat burnt only within driving only of 1630 km. Please note my clutch plat got burnt within riding the bike for only 1630 km and when i visited service center they charge me high cost for new clutch plat. Please explain what warranty stands for them. Also replacing my clutch plat with a new original part my bike speed limit is decrease from 120km/h to 90-95 km/h approx. My bike is not giving the average that was told the salesman. I think this company has put old engine in new bike. My first experience with such a huge brand of bajaj is very disappointing. I feet cheated. Please do not purchase new pulsar 150 dts-i twin disc.

Wb 26z 7653 purchased one year back from rolta bajaj kolkata whose service centre is worst and their is no qualified engineer in their sevice centre. I am facing break clutch, pickup etc problem from the time of purchase but they are not able to solve instead of solving they damage ou coolant box.
                                    Sir this is our request to take necessary steps in this regard immidiately i am decided to sell my bike at on any cost immediately

                                      This is with regards to defect in my recently purchased bajaj platina. This is the second time in 6 months, that i had to replace the clutch plate. Bike had been serviced through bajaj service center only a few months ago and yet again the clutch plate is damaged. It is impossible to drive the bike in such situation. Moreover, i have to bear the expenses everytime the clutch plate is damaged.
                                      I have been a loyal bajaj customer from the past decade, i had owned bajaj boxer, platina in the past. Trusting the quality delivered in past, i repurchased another platina last year i. E jan 2017. But within just over a year, it has started giving problems. Could you please offer a solution to the problem.

                                        I paid emis continuously but for a period of time due to financial instability it got disordered but again was brought back in routine. The executive namely bharat took rs. 13000/- stating that you have not paid emis since many months and there are some other charges too so i gave him rs. 13000/- but he made the payment of only rs. 4128/- on 3rd march, 2018. The remaining money is with him but he is still asking money whereas now the total outstanding amount is rs 7717 only. I called on [protected] bajaj customer care and they took a request and gave me a request id [protected].

                                        The 30th may is the last date to clear the outstanding amount. I humbly request to get the issue resolved.
