I had my rs 200 which i had bought on oct 4th 2016. Today is 20.05.2018.
Before 6 month around october to november 8 had breaking down issue (While switching on the key my bike dint respond to it, every time while i switch on my bike a sound will come in it on that time it dosent come thats whice bike dint respond) i had towwed around 56km to my home. And i gave my bike to khiviraj bajaj in thiruvallur where i bought my bike.
From this the problem beguns, they took around 1 month to fig out what was the problem. After 1 month they told need to change the ecm, bore piston, fuel pump, to start the bike. I had given my bike to clear the wiring problem because of breakdown but they told me change this. I had paid the total amount and picked up the vehicle then the another problem arises that is heavy vibration, before change everything in my bike the bike was so quite but now its roaring like anything, pickup dropped, mileage dropped from 40 to 30kmpl, while applying clutch neutral light will glow, these kind of problem came (Still now the problem is not sorted out) they told because of new piston this sound comes so in next service we will clear everything like that they told me. This all happened after the fourth day of service, now on 19 th may 2018 the same problem came in my bike, before 10 days from today also i had faced this issue on everytime i face this issue my bike is making me to toww it around 50 to 80km yesterday also i towwed my bike 69km from my home. From the beggning when i bought rs200 i am maintaining proper service, half tank fuel, regular oil change. Till today i dint give my bike to local mechanic even for chain adjustment. This is the third time i am facing this issue. Everytime i face the issue i am fed up with my life. I am not a rice man or from rich family i am from a poor family. Everytime i am paying money without any fight but you guys are pulling me to the core of my patience. I need my vehicle ready without any flaws, how many time bajaj coustomer need to go to showroom for the same problem, do you guys think we dont have any other work to do, i am facing this problem for the 3rd time. Not even 2 yrs from i bought the bike. Poor build qualtiy, poor service, no proper responce. Wiring fault and all is not coustomer fault its bajaj qulatity team fault. 2 years also it cannont withstand me what the qulatity team is doing in manufacting. I need full replacement of wiring kit without any cost because i am given my bike to the same service centre for the third time. Bajaj has to take care of it, tn20ck5209
