10back i submitted a complaint on sree ram bajaj renigunta road, tirupati but until now i didn't get any reply from them really very bad. Im facing gear box issue when i complained about that they just changed clutch cable and without washing vehicle they returned really they trying to fool the customer really very upset with the service what they provide.
Please take a action on them

    Website: Merchant OVERCHARGES on Card payments which is UNACCEPTABLE to consumers.

    I went for my bajaj bike servicing and the bill was Rs 1484.49, So I gave my credit card for payment. But I was charged Rs 1505. The person at billing counter said they charge 1% to 2% over the billed amount, if customer does CASHLESS PAYMENT. Also I was handed over with a Bank receipt with the amount they overcharged me. IS THIS WHAT OUR HONOURABLE PM MR MODI GOING FOR CASHLESS PAYMENT. The merchant overcharges customer for card payment and then bank will also charge tax on credit cards. Ultimately customer paying Cashless is SUFFERER. There are two bills and a bank receipt attached here.

Bike ke rear wheel me problem hai. Nearest service centre me bhi dikhaya aur thik nahi ho raha hai. Prati din office jana hota hai, jo ki mujhe bike chalane me kathanai ka samana karna parta hai.

      Atah apse anurodh hai ki is samasys ka samadhan karne ka kripa kare.

        i would like to inform you that i kamlesh bought your bike vikranta 150cc and getting problem from last 15 days and i raise a complaint twice on 18/01/2018 and 22/01/2018 but my problem, is notkindly solve and experts have no answer to say anything and preivious they already exchange this bike also
        so i request you pls process this complaint on priority basis and resolve my problem asap and find the attachments of all the images of this bike .

          I purchase new pulsar 150 dtsi in november 2017... After 500 km these problems are coming... I check my bike in authorize service center of bajaj but every time after 5-6 days after the problem came back... Reaction of service center is not good they can not solve my problem... Heating of engine, brake sound, engine makes a lot of sound, rear wheel bubbling,...

            I am ghazanfar abedin from kolkata. I have bought bajaj avenger 220 cruise engine no - pdychg71728 vehicle no - wb01al2987 chassis no - md2a22ey8hcg65180 transaction id - [protected] dated 9th dec 2017 from osl auto pvt ltd 234/3a ajc bose road kolkata-700020

            I am facing continuous issues with this bike since i bought it. If i do not use it for a day the engine does not start the second day. I have been to the service centre for the first servicing and got the reply from the assistant there that this issue is very regular these days for this bike. The bike servicing was done and i was told this issue would not crop up again.

            Again today i cannot start the bike as the engine is not working. Please note the prior reason of purchasing the bike was it’s brand. But this kind of product has broken the myth. Every other day while leaving for office i am stuck with this bike. Hope you understand the level of irritation being faced by me while starting my day.

            Right now i have an emergency to go out but as usual the bike does not start.

            My request to you is to either solve this issue with my bike or replace the same on top priority to prevent any legal actions from my end.

            It is very surprising that your service centre team is still asking us to use the bike and see if we face any issue..the person who came for collection of bike clarified that the battery is not proper and they would replace the same..the bike was serviced on the 5th of jan’2018 and within 10 days the bike does not start..inspite of this we are asked to use the bike the same way..can we expect some responsible revert from your company??

            POINT NO : 4 Basically I am working as H R Welfare Officer in Chennai (around 2, 000 employees are working). My mental tortures, waste of my hard earn money (each time I am coming & going) waste of my precious time. How can we believe your Company ? How can believe our Bank ?

            In view of the above I request you to kindly sort our my grievance at the earliest

            (a) Please check & verify all Invoices accordingly and return my amount (my hard earn money) through my Bank SB a/c (with advance intimation me by mail) at the earliest.

              I bought bajaj pulsar 150 in 2015, after 1 year i have engine problem (Engine noise - dore dore sound) and they said it covered in warranty. I gave service in coimbatore jaikrishna bajaj service center and paid rs.5, 000 for parts and rs.5, 000 for service charges also. After 2 month i have same complaint again.

                I have bajaj dominar 400 abs version bike bought in march 2017..2 weeks ago, i met with an accident when bike speed was 40kmph and bike rear wheel got slipped. Bike got damaged.. I have given my bike to dombivli kanchan bajaj service centre for change of parts.. But my complaint is regarding my bike got slipped even there is an abs system.. Please take this an serious issue..

                  I had accident from my bike bajaj pulsar 135ls on 1 january 2018 near jamoti at goa-belgaum highway and luckily i doesn't get hurt. And i took my bike to jagajampi bajaj in belgaum on the same day and i live here also at present. So bike was in not good condition from front side and it's almost gone from front side.. And i asked them to repair my bike then they asked about my insurance so i told them yes, i have insurance for my bike and i want to claim that.. And they asked for all the documents and i gave all the documents they asked for on 4 january 2018 due to my personal reason i submit that documents late.. And after taking all the documents they said tomorrow one person from insurance company he will do inspection of your bike and after that we do as he say to us.. Then that person who comes for inspection asked them repair bike..
                  And one day when i asked about status of bike they said doesn't have spare parts whatever they need for repair. So we ordered spare parts. Then i asked when it'll be get ready then they said actually we don't know.. It depends on company sir, when company will send, then only we'll start our work sir...
                  Today is 18 january and almost 15 days are going to over now and spare parts doesn't come yet...
                  And i am very disappointed with this and i am having convince problem also..
                  I want to know when my bike will get ready...

                    I had given by vehicle V15 for body repair at Jai bajaj, palavakkam on 8th of oct.2017.They have completed vehicle and returned it back on 10th of this Month. The quality of service is very worst. While taking for road test itself handlebar was in problem informed them they did some adjsutment but am not satisfied. The next day i went and raised the complaint since the problem is not sorted out. Moreover self problem is also there. After two days they said battery is weak i asked them to go for a warranty . But today 18th of jan they saying it was only terminal problem and we have replaced handle bar also . While giving for correction my fuel tank was in full but now they have taken my fuel it shows only 3points. Moreover the parts whatever they are replacing in revisit they are giving job slip or bill. Earlier also once they repalced self motor they didn't provide me anything there also raised the complaint in jai bajaj head branch. Now i need respective customer care or MD of Jai bajaj needs to talk with me. Ready to submit my account statement also of fuel filling .

                    My problems aren't yet resolved .

                    Handlebar misaligned is there. Vehicle meeting off all of a sudden in a very good avg. Running speed. Self start occurring problem.

                    But the stated after my revisit they had changed the handle bar and battery terminals had been adjusted. Don't know they adjusted . Before day they said the battery is weak need to replace. I asked them claim in warranty since the vehicle is in warranty period. They asked for all docs. I submitted (which was already in vehicle tank cover ). Later they said no need to replace we have checked and corrected. But yet now they statements are in controversy. Moreover i asked for jobs lip when I left my vehicle, they had not given . Gatepass also not given after taking revisit. I need a solution to these complaints .

                      I am sasikumar my mobile no [protected] My bike model V12 Reg.no TN02 BJ 7266 my bike under warranty.
                      I recently purchased Bajaj v12 on 14/07/2017 and allready have 1st. Service done but the main problem I am facing that my bike self motor problem service changed the new self motor with warranty but I paid some amount for welding charges. I rasied the question what welding you do he said engine inside we done. Again same problem facing problem 2dn service came I go service center on 17/01/2018 I informed again some sound was came when I used self start service person told self start bearing gone I told new self motor chaged how gone bearing. Service person told not self motor bearing enging inside bearing gone again asking some amount my bike under warranty why asking amount my bike under warranty why asking amount for engine spare parts now my bike in service center last two day. I am not at all satisfied with the service of my Bajaj bike. Already send the mail [protected]@bajajauto.co.in

                        Hello,

                        I would like to share the worst experience that i have ever faced in my entire life from the jkb bajaj service centre, perumbavoor.
                        After an accident, i took my bike avenger 220 street to the nearby bajaj service center situated in perumbavoor. At the very first time, they said it would be delivered within 2 weeks after the parts have arrived. The parts came within 5 days except for the headlight case. But they didn't inform me that. Whenever i contact them they used to say that bike will be delivered after the parts were fitted. But days passed, and also my frustration level was high. One day i checked into the service center and i was shocked to see that my bike was left untouched.

                        At that time they said that it would be ready after two days, the same dialogue. And again i took leave from my office (For the second day) and went there but the situation was the same.

                        Then i contacted the service manager at aluva and he made it fast. But still, there was another issue, regarding the bill. When the bike was ready for delivery the bill was not yet made. I shouted at them. Then again i contacted the manager and few guys from perumbavoor service center reached aluva and came back with the bill.

                        I would like you to put this into consideration and take appropriate steps against their poor and irresponsible service. It is my humble request.

                        This is not a case for me alone, many of other customers faced exactly the same situation and most of them are unaware of this complaining system.

Agency name is Amar Jyoti bajaj, exhibition road patna, bihar. But i am sorry to say Till date my owner book not provide by agency. i have approach many times but no any solution hiven by agency. This agency is not customer freindly. how you approve this type of agency who damage your brand name. how any person recommend to buy bike from this type of worst agency. Today every customer wants good service but this type of agency not understand customer problem. So please look this problem and kindly interfere and provide my owner book as soon as possible.

Agency name is Amar Jyoti bajaj, exhibition road patna, bihar. But i am sorry to say Till date my owner book not provide by agency. i have approach many times but no any solution hiven by agency. This agency is not customer freindly. how you approve this type of agency who damage your brand name. how any person recommend to buy bike from this type of worst agency. Today every customer wants good service but this type of agency not understand customer problem. So please look this problem and kindly interfere and provide my owner book as soon as possible.

                          I purchased avenger 220 cruise in july 2016, after running 500 to 600 km battery low, so service centre chage battery bt again problem continue after 500 to 600 km, then service centre change battery two times And rotor also change bt problem continue...

                            Few days back i raised a complaint against the sree ram bajaj renigunta road, chittoor (Dist), tirupati, andhrapradesh 517501. Until now i didn't received any reply from bajaj. Bajaj customer service until now not taken any action no sree ram bajaj really very bad service from both.

                              I have given my one month old bajaj dominar (Abs model) two wheeler for first free service at popular motor corporation palarivattam ernakulam. They charged me rs 2097. Out of that 649 rs (550+99 tax) was optional for teflon coating. So excluding that i payed an amount of 1448 rs. The details is submitted below
                              Chain cleaning - 200+36 tax
                              Oil — 855+154 tax
                              Oil filter kadpo - 63+11 tax
                              Consumable — 100+28 tax

                              My complaint is that in a free service charging of chain cleaning is claimed, filters changed. Is it free service or payed service. Attached original service bill

                                I purchased a ns 200 bike on december 13, 2017 at popular bajaj showroom. Within 5 days of purchase, i encountered a problem with the battery of the vehicle. The vehicle would not start. I reported the problem to the showroom people. But, they didnt replace the battery, instead they just charged the discharged battery and reinstalled it into my bike. Again, after 2 weeks, i again encountered the same problem. This time, they refused to attend to the problem. They refused to take the responsibility of the problem caused. Iam very dissapointed about the responsiveness towards its customers.

                                  Its been 2.5 yrs i am using this bike and the max average i get is 40-42 km/pl. Can i know what mileage i should expect from this bike?
                                  I have serviced this bike regularly at mittal auto, chandan nagar and then at gems bajaj, hadapsar. Both these places i have complained about the mileage problem, but none of the above service stations could resolve the problem.

                                  Please look into this and let me know if this can be fixed and brought somewhat near to what company claims an arai fuel efficiency of 72kmpl.

                                      Respected sir,
                                      I had purchased pulsar 135 from gems auto - akurdi. But as the outlet is shut down i was requested to submit my vehicle to garve bajaj-wakad. I had following issues.

                                      I) i asked them for teflon coating (I had paid for it when i bought my bike).
                                      They answered me its unavailable at their showroom.

                                      Ii) i asked to replace indicator buzzer.
                                      They replied that they don't keep spare parts.

                                      Iii) they replaced my one of indicator and some few parts and charged rs.80 for it. I said i had paid for your 0% scheme in which i will be paying 5% and company 95%.
                                      They replied the scheme you bought in previous showroom aren't applicable here. We cant provide you with service for which you have paid in previous showroom.

                                      Then does it means:-
                                      I) i had wasted my money by paying extra charge for your schemes at the time of purchase of my bike?

                                      Ii) i had wasted my 2 days for servicing?

                                      Iii) don't you think the bajaj outlet all over india should have common data server, thus, we customer wont suffer when 1 of the outlet is shut under some circumstances and other outlet deny service?

                                      Please look over the matter and inform me as soon as possible.

                                        I given my bike to service center for normal service, from 1st service itself i told complaints. After each service they cal & ask about service, i said nothing got perfect.i called customer service, nd my call got attended Mr. Kiran.I don't know why he is talking like this. simply argue and he is not at all listening my issue.Very worst service
