I serviced my bike with paid service with not having minimum satisfaction with multiple issues persists after 10 days of service. My Jobcard number: RJC[protected] on 18/02/2022 and RJC[protected] on 17/03/2022.

1. Vehicle turned off while driving, paid but not issue solved
2. Engine sensor light is not turning off,
3. Vehicle moving abnormally,
4. No grease applied in any part of vehicle,

We hand over vehicle to Sayar Bajaj for 4th paid service, and after 2 days we visit to office without any prior intimation from Showroom. Thereafter they start to work.

Changed spark plug after 2 days only.

We are not recommending for any customers for purchasing bajaj, it will be blackmark of entire Bajaj limited.

    I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 150 in ur showroom in last 20th July 2020...for last month my bike can't be run smoothly for that reason I have service my bike in ur servicing center in 8 th mar but the problem can't be solve... today in my busy schedule I again go to ur showroom but they can't solve the problem now they say they need to change one perse again nd the perse will be come in next 20 days ...sir please do something...

      Worst to worst everyday new telly callers calling and telling about ur emi is pending and this totally wrong I paid each and every emi of loan except late charges and penalties after that the amount is set for close and i paid the amount after that the tell apka settlement hua h plz resolve the issue

            We had purchased our New Motor Cycle CT-110 from sub dealer M/s. Mumbai Motors-Noor Baugh (Mob: [protected] Mr. Rizwan)
            Our vehicle was delivered by your dealer M/s. Suryoday Bajaj

            My vehicle has run appox 2911KM and got Ignition Light ON",
            Immediately we took our vehicle at C.G. Bajaj Service Centre-PANVEL (Technician Mr Suraj Cell No: [protected]; had inspected our vehicle)

            Upon inspection we were told to pay Roughly Rs:2800 as some sensor had malfunction in vehicle;
            Kindly note our is NEW Vehicel and under Warranty

            We requested our Dealer Suryoday Bajaj to intervene and they (Mr Surya Cell No:[protected]) spoke to C.G Bajaj-Panvel to do the needful without any cost since the vehicle is in Warranty; but they denied to do the same and further given excuse that they are short of Sensor

            Kindly intervene into the matter and replace the IC and hand over our vehicle in running condition

              Hi Team,

              I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 ABS Single Disc on 15th Jan 2022 from bajaj Showroom, Chirkunda, Dhabad, Jharkhand -828202

              It's already more than 2 months but didn't get Number Plate/Owner book for the same.

              Whenever I visit the showroom or give the call then the same response I use to get that You will be receiving these stuffs by tomorrow EOD.

              These type o[censored]nprofessional activities are never expected from such a trustworthy brand.

              Could you please look into this issue and resolve it soon because I have to move to another location with my bike and these stuffs are Mandatory to carry to transfer the bike.

                An auto debit of Rs.117 from my icici account without my permission. Have no relation with bajajfinserv from last 5 years.
                This is a clear case of fraud and number of complaints can be seen online.

                Kindly get my money refunded and end this issue of fraudulent activities.

                  Sir I gave my Discover bike for general service at Bajaj show room Anakapalle on 12 March 2022 after three days they are not respond properly. I need very much bike to attend to my duties regularly. Vehicle registration number is AP 31 BZ 4441. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION. THANK YOU SIR.

                    ISR - 1111699 this is my complaint reference number which was generated on[protected]. without resolving the issue the Bhagya lakshmi motors has closed my issue.

                    If BAJAJ is not concern about the customers then what the purpose of all those customer services a waste of money and a burden to customer.

                    I have given complaint that i am middle of the road and my petrol is getting leaked. Because my bike is BS6 model no mechanic has tried to resolve the issue this is my worst situation i contacted to BAJAJ customer care. They told that nearby bajaj person will assist you for resolving the issue. But while i contacted him he is very irresponsible to attend my request. Suggesting me to bring bike on 14th March 2022 then only he can repair. It is an emergency situation no one is helping you on road this is worst service you are offering.

                    If you cant give by road assistance then give us the old model bikes which can be repaired by local mechanic.

                      I have not paid the emi for the bike loan for the month of March due to personal problems. The lady from customer care thinks she is the owner of the company and talking like a local Gunda .

                            I have given my vehicle for service following an accident under an insurance i have left my bike in showroom on 28th February 2022. I have received my bike on 06 march 2022 . I have noticed an broken mud has been replaced in the service. I hereby enclose the photo of bill copy, RC and damaged mud guard as proof. Kindly take necessary action against the showroom and replace the mud guard.

                            My bike model is Bajaj Pulsar NS 160 2017 model

                            Date of bike left on showroom for service 28/02/2022

                            Date of bike received from showroom 06/03/2022

                            Mud replaced in my bike does not belong to 2017 model and i was also broken.

                                  Visited service centre of bajaj at j p sales corporation at hardoi road, lucknow. But they demanded abnormal charges, as estimate given for rs.3200 approx but actual demand was rs, 4138/-. Rs, 413/- was told as service charges but they demanded extra charges as labour charges for replacing each required part. I just want to know that is it genuine to demand extra labour charges for any new part purchased/ repaced. Original bill is attached with full details of labour charges. Kindly go through it and clerify the same.

                                    I came to pick up my Dominar 400 which was given for servicing. I reached at 1:15pm and found no one at the cash counter or in the workshop. Upon finding inside, it was told to me that everyone has gone on a lunch break for an hour without any replacement representative at the counter.

                                    I tried to find a board which mentioned the lunch hours but could not find one. Now, I will be late for a very important meeting at 2:00pm which will cost me a lot of money.

                                    I appeal to the company to take some immediate action towards this as this kind of carelessness is absolutely unacceptable.

                                        I bought Bajaj pulsar 200 Adventure Sport in 2015 after taking the delivery itself day one while riding back to my home as i used to stay in Vijaynagar back disk brake got jammed the tyre was not moving at all i didn't know what to do since it was my new bike and on that moment itself this happened i called my dad and i waited along side of the road the brake got jammed and the disk plate got heated up and there was no moment of the vehicle I cannot toa the vehicle nor can I push dad arrived after 1 hour then he checked the tyre it was moving then checked the disk plate the whole plate turned brown from chrome then we showed the vehicle to the Bajaj showroom which was in Kasturba road since it was newly launched vehicle i thought that this model is defective i wanted it to be replaced the sales man didn't agree he said the brake was tight unknowingly we have fixed the problem u can take the vehicle the bike ran smoothly but after 6months same problem the brake used to get very oftenly while riding the bike i never crossed the speed limit i used to use the bike inside the city limits never took it to highway because of the sudden brake jams i showed the problem to many authorised service centre i got frustrated and fought with them to they always change the brake cylinder and that alone costed me around 2k but the problem persisted i spent alot of money but i never got solution for this problem i stopped using pulsar for 3 years but i only used to start the vehicle once in a month so that it doesn't get rusted...i also showed this to many garage's they used to fix the problem after a month or so same issues and every time i used to show the vehicle they would rip me off with bill...i got tired and changed the whole brake set along with disk plate including the brake lever it's been 4 months now and that too didn't solve the problem I'm very disappointed with the bike i don't want to sell this since it's my father's first gift to me and now the bike is in my garage standing.
