    Q1……05-NOV-20 EXCESS- EXGRATIA-Payable 159.49 my this amount is where you adjusted ?.
    Q2. As per RBI guideline tell me the rest of 5 emi moratorium services charges .
    Q3. I have an attached supereme court and RBi Guideline checkout then tell me the charges.
    Q4. I have marked in yellow color there is my doubts.

    Q5 Difference betweeen both repayment interest part is =[protected]=351
    Q6. Give me clarification on the charges of 2440 with 53 interest charges.. if you increase the interest part charges in the emi of last five then why you add the 2440 charges in my account. As per rbi guidline interest part will be waive off. Then why you add the interest charges again and again.

    Q7. I have paid all my emi with my own hand on time if you were didn’t cut the emi from my account then also ownself I have paid with phone pe upi. Now you were added the charges 531+531 charges. I have paid all payements before due date. Second thing I have paid all emi on same due date you have did updated in your account. But rest of emi is not . remove the charges of these and give the clarification of both questions 6 and 7. please remove these charges I don’t want to make the bad relationship with you in the end of otherwise I will go consumer court, I have already mailed you and call you but no ones call and response me. One of the your executive understood my problem he is said to me sir mailed me. I did many times but no ones call me. I have given you my alternate contact numbers contact on that numbers. You re not deduct emi from account when I do then you show in ur account bouncced. I have mailed 250+ and had called you but you didn’t call me and reply me . what the reason. I have provide you all my mail alernate number I said to you call me in this number but you did nt call me. Very very bad service. You re adding the extra charges in the emi also and also taking the one extra emi not giving the clarification how much interst you re taking. I did not take your mortorium service complete . your executive said to me sir we do remove these charges and your head office said it s not our hand our backend team call you but they didn’t, your re customer irretaing and harassing . round round. You re not giving us transportation money . do you understand? Call me . other I will see you in court. Im mailing you from 2+ years no ones calling and replying me shame on you. Are you giving this kind of service your customers wahh great job you re doing.

      At the time of purchase my first bike from here, , they promised me to provide a helmet.. But it's already 40 days over now, still they don't provide me the helmet. 3 times I went there for it but every time they said out of stock.. They harassed me.. Take necessary action.

        I am amit i purchase new bajaj rs 200 bs 6 varient, from the day one i face an issue with bike and i also tell this thing to dealer also, but they said on first service we resolve all isuue, but till most of the time my bike spent more time in service center but still issue is not resolve, i purchase this bike on aug 2020 and now 7 months are gone, really very worst service .

          I have purchase bajaj platina bike from Navale bajaj, Jamkhed Dist. Ahmednagar in June-2019 but I observed hole in the engine head near exhaust silencer.

            Address: House Number- 2212 Sector 37 c Chandigarh

            I have a rs200 2016 model, when the bike goes into gear-3 & 4 or rpm[protected] this is a big missing problem.
            I was go to Bajaj Service Center, they replaced the fuel pump, then it did not respond well.
            After that the mechanic replaced the throttle body and then they did not work. I do not know what the major problem is, please help me,
            If you have no choice, please give me the real value of my bike and the chance to replace it.

              I bought my new bike (bajaj pulser ns 200) from the showroom located in Alwal, Hyderabad, India
              we are not satisfied with the servies provided by the managment of that showroom .
              We got a problem with battery and we changed to new battery from other store and we faced the problem again then we went to showroom to rectify the problem.
              Managment of the showroom have not registered our problem because we changed the battery from other store .
              The main problem is with the owner of the showroom and his behaviour . He shouts on the customers. If this really continues every one might have the bad impression on bajaj india,
              Customers will buy bikes from bajaj because these are the best bikes in india and we expect the same services from you people but here we are not getting this

                I am using Avenger 220, for last 6 months.and while riding left hand side shock absorber cylinder piston broken...Same was shown to near by bajaj service center (Bajaj show room, edavanakad, Eranakulam, kerala)and convinced that it is manufacturing defect... The incident was happened 2 weeks before, still now they did not correct the issue, as they says that there is shortage of spares...Last day they says that the same will be replaced by another show room which i brought the bike (Bajaj show room, north paravur, eranakaulam, kerala)...so, i did contact them and now they says it will be corrected by fomer show room people... Inshot, my bike is still in home with out any correction .. very bad customer service from bajaj show rooms..

                  I am using Bajaj avenger 160 2019 model and my front abs to caliber hose cable is defected.

                  For past 2 months am wandering all over chennai but all Bajaj showroom spare said unavailable and keep getting same answer past two months.

                  I don’t want to die due to front brake issue so kindly someone contact me on [protected] to arrange a delivery of front brake abs unit to caliber brake cable and speedometer cable.

                    I have purchased CT100 bike from Raju Automobiles, Dorangala, Distt-Gurdaspur-143526 on dated 18-Feb-2021. Agency has not applied the registration number of the bike till today. Every time they made excuses for system shutdown. I am not able to ride the bike without valid documents as they have not provided me the temporary number also. I have called to customer care Centre but they denied to log a complaint. I want justice. This is simply a customer harassment. Please do the needful and take strict actions against the culprits.

                        My wheel TN 38 CS 0427, it service on jaikriahna Bajai, saibaba kovil, Coimbatore, service center. Very worst service. Many complaints comeing after service. Noise coming, milage draped, no water wash. But collect money, service is not satisfied me.

                          Ab jab mera bike Delivery ka date aaya to wo saaf mana kar rahi hai. Ke nhi hai. Lakin unke dusre branch me wo bike available hai.

                                I am a valuable customer of your company .i have a very bad experience with your company . i am just sharing this with you on 05.03.21 my bike had an accident in front of barasat mega city hospitan around 10:45 am a lorry came and pushed the back of car immediatly we turned arround and the front wheel of the lorry came and the back. the rear side of the bike is folded. in that situation i took my car to the place wheare i bought it (Madhyamgram rolta bajaj) THe Supervisior Theare Mr.Priojit Das Con-[protected] The supervisior there saw the whole things and assured me that the parts that were damaged would be replaced by the insurence company if it is a percentige of iron-90% and plastic 50% under one years of bike..he told me to submit some docoments as soon as possible claim to insurence..i submit all docoments the next day and he register this claim date-06.03.21.then 2 days later the insurance company comes to servey and informed me that i have come to servey your car then the surveyor told me to submit some docoments i submitted the docoments to him again that day.the next day Rolta bajaj supervisior Priyojit informed me that your bike chassis is not repleceing the body will be repaired i then told him why it would happen?                                   1.Your showroom sold the bike as new as the old one. Just I come to know that while the RC book ownership issue raised. I realized the showroom cheated me.
                                  2.Your sales manager from his mobile [protected] called my mobile. He established that sold bike to me ceased from Bajaj finance and same sold by the showroom as a new one. So RC book would bear my name as the second owner. He forces and threatens to accept the same. Otherwise dire consequences. if spread the matter to the public.

                                    Actually I bought pulser NS 160 on June 11th 2020.from.day 1 there is a complaints from the bike initially it is a complaint in front disc caliper there is a sound from the desk I given to service up to three to four times but the issue didn't solved letter on they changedcaliper from there is no issue in that on the other side there is a sound from back wheel there is a problem in wheel alignment there is a complaint in bike battery bike is not starting currently and there is no pickup in bike engine there is no power between the engine there is no free moment of clutch and there is no free movement of gear

                                      maine aapke yavatmal service centre me bike repairing ki our payment ke liye mere pass cash nahi thi to maine aapke employees se digital payment ke liye kaha magar unhone saf kaha ki yaha digitally payment nahi hoga hamare yaha sirf cash me payment liye jate hai. unone muze ATM ka address diya. jaha ek our sabji bechanewale, pan centre wale chote chote business karane wale mobile ke jariye payment accept karte hai our apka itna Bada service centre itna bada nam Bajaj hokar bhi abhi tak aap payment cash me le rahe ho aapko is bare me sochana chahiye
