As whole EMI of my bajaj bike was submitted in december 2020, and i dont know about extra fine in between lockdown. after that the showroom worker asked me to submit fine of lockdown without my information so kindly request you to solve my problem . Requester will thankful .

    My wheel TN 38 CS 0427, it service on jaikriahna Bajai, saibaba kovil, Coimbatore, service center. Very worst service. Many complaints comeing after service. Noise coming, milage draped, no water wash. But collect money, service is not satisfied me.
    3 times I'm giving this same problem service last 1 week. But not solve my problems.
    It's very bad.

      Maine Bajaj ke authorised dealer se bike booking kiya tha. 6th March ko our uske Delivery date 12th mar the. (Lakin mujhe kal ( 10thmarch 21)ko call aaya ke jo bike aapne book ki hai wo available nhi hai. To aap ko dusri koe bike lane hoge. )
      Ab jab mera bike Delivery ka date aaya to wo saaf mana kar rahi hai. Ke nhi hai. Lakin unke dusre branch me wo bike available hai.
      To please mujhe help kare.

            Respected SIR/Madam.
            I am a valuable customer of your company .i have a very bad experience with your company . i am just sharing this with you on 05.03.21 my bike had an accident in front of barasat mega city hospitan around 10:45 am a lorry came and pushed the back of car immediatly we turned arround and the front wheel of the lorry came and the back. the rear side of the bike is folded. in that situation i took my car to the place wheare i bought it (Madhyamgram rolta bajaj) THe Supervisior Theare Mr.Priojit Das Con-[protected] The supervisior there saw the whole things and assured me that the parts that were damaged would be replaced by the insurence company if it is a percentige of iron-90% and plastic 50% under one years of bike..he told me to submit some docoments as soon as possible claim to insurence..i submit all docoments the next day and he register this claim date-06.03.21.then 2 days later the insurance company comes to servey and informed me that i have come to servey your car then the surveyor told me to submit some docoments i submitted the docoments to him again that day.the next day Rolta bajaj supervisior Priyojit informed me that your bike chassis is not repleceing the body will be repaired i then told him why it would happen?               1.Your showroom sold the bike as new as the old one. Just I come to know that while the RC book ownership issue raised. I realized the showroom cheated me.
              2.Your sales manager from his mobile [protected] called my mobile. He established that sold bike to me ceased from Bajaj finance and same sold by the showroom as a new one. So RC book would bear my name as the second owner. He forces and threatens to accept the same. Otherwise dire consequences. if spread the matter to the public.

                Actually I bought pulser NS 160 on June 11th 2020.from.day 1 there is a complaints from the bike initially it is a complaint in front disc caliper there is a sound from the desk I given to service up to three to four times but the issue didn't solved letter on they changedcaliper from there is no issue in that on the other side there is a sound from back wheel there is a problem in wheel alignment there is a complaint in bike battery bike is not starting currently and there is no pickup in bike engine there is no power between the engine there is no free moment of clutch and there is no free movement of gear

                  maine aapke yavatmal service centre me bike repairing ki our payment ke liye mere pass cash nahi thi to maine aapke employees se digital payment ke liye kaha magar unhone saf kaha ki yaha digitally payment nahi hoga hamare yaha sirf cash me payment liye jate hai. unone muze ATM ka address diya. jaha ek our sabji bechanewale, pan centre wale chote chote business karane wale mobile ke jariye payment accept karte hai our apka itna Bada service centre itna bada nam Bajaj hokar bhi abhi tak aap payment cash me le rahe ho aapko is bare me sochana chahiye

                      I am vishal shankar chavan a resident of airoli, NAVI Mumbai 400708. I purchased avenger 220 from guru nanak automobiles on 29th march 2019. I have taken loan against vehicle for this bike . The bike was given to me but the registration of the vehicle from the Rto was pending. I constantly visited gurunanak automobiles for the early process of registration. But there was no response. There was a news in the locality that gurunnanak automobiles was a scammer and he shuts his business from airoli and got shifted to thane. At the time of purchase I was provided with a bill and insurance papers.While I was riding my motorbike a week ago the right foot brake or the brake on the rear wheel broke. When I had a closer look the part was already welded. I belong to a middle class family and a sum of 116000 rupees is a huge amount for me. Due to the registration I am unable to ride my bike and cannot think of buying a new bike. I need my money back or a new bike from Bajaj motors. And I have also filed a complaint in the local police station.

Now 16 days have been over. Still i have not recieved my number. Dealer is asking for system issue everytime. I cannot ride my bike on roads without any valid document. I want justice.                                 Actually i bought bike pulsar 220f 12feb 2020 and only in one year chain chakkar faulty also in stearing have katora was faulty this was very poor company this bajaj is and i thought this is very very bad company of bike i bought i want replace my bike aur faulty parts as soon as possible othore wise i share evry problem on social media

                                        For your information, there had different cases about engine case blast/cracked while riding the bike, bajaj dominar 400 UG 2019 models.

                                        These issues were affecting the existing owners and the BAJAJ company didn't provide a proper response about the cause regarding this engine blast. Here the riders are still fear to go for a long trip with the bike. And I can clearly say that you had lost many bookings due to this.

                                        When I contacted bajaj through the mail and all but you guys didn't provide any proper solution for this engine blast issue.

                                        Even though there were multiple cases the company didn't provide any proper response or reason for this issue and didn't take any necessary actions or check-up for the 2019 models as a precautionary step
                                        What if the engine blast cost life of the rider? is that the care you have given to human life?
