I'm not satisfied with the service from your service centers. They are not even able to provide a small part within a month. I went for that twice by getting incorrect information from the spare parts manager. I don't want to mention their names or service center name. But I would never recommend Bajaj vehicle to anyone. Side mirror is for safety purpose right what if something happens because of that issue in any bad scenario? Will you be responsible for that? Not even service manager is responding properly. We are paying you to provide not asking without any pay right. Thanks for your support.

      I went to Bajaj Auto (Torrent Industry), Ranchi for servicing of my Bajaj Discover st 125. JH01AU 8421. Bill generated was of 4550 which I paid. Before taking delivery my front tire was punctured and the bolt from where air filling is done was also broken. But when I Complained about this issue, the person in charge (Mr. Mehbub) told that it's customer fault and we as customers bring broken parts for servicing and later complain about it. My questions are as follows:
      1. If part was broken why did he not confirm to me before servicing?
      2. why didn't the part was changed during servicing if found broken?
      Mr. Mehbub indirectly compared me as fraud because I complained about the tyre after servicing. If as a customer I could have taken major actions nobody would have helped him, but I left him. After servicing I had to spend money for my tyre aftermarket. Very poor service and ill Manner from Bajaj Auto workers. Kindly take major actions.

        Dear Sir,
        I am purchased new Avenger 160 on date 24th may 2021 from by byculla RAJ BAJAJ showroom after purchasing this vehicle it got petrol leakage and vehicle is stop on road at speed 50 on middle of road for more than 10 times so showed this problem to showroom and then service centre they taken vehicle for check up and send to there vashi showroom for more detail investigation . After 7 days of checking and using the vehicle they gave me the vehicle back and said the engine problem is solved .
        After 2 days same problem happened and vehicle stop on the middle of road on the speed of 50 so i saved from big accident as back of my vehicle big truck was at full speed and I was travelling with my wife so she also shocked with this incident so i called service centre Bajaj they again took vehicle and send for details investigation why engine stop working on raod while on speed and also petrol is also likage inbetwwen ride and any time its likage as petrol now RS110 litre i cant afford such thing so now service centre again towing my bike to there service centre.
        so after taking new vehicle on cash Rs128000 within 1 month my bike more than10 times stop working so please you take up this complaint with RAj BAjAJ byculla and Raj Baja service centre ray raod and solve my issue
        As I am requesting you as the vehicle is faulty one so please request you to replace to new one or change the model as i paid my hard earn money to BAJAJ AUTO RS128000 CASH SO IF MY REQUEST TO YOU TO REPLACE FAULTY ENGINE AND BIKE
        I FOLLOW UP WITH RAJ BABAJ BYCULLA AND RAJ BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE ALSO NOW THEY HAVE MY BIKE WITH THEM MORE THAN 10 DAYS BUT NO SOLUTOIN IS GIVEN SO I DONT WANT THIS FAULTY BIKE NYMORE NOW IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING NECESSARY ACTION I WILL COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITY, I CAN EVEN GO TO BAJAJ CHAIRMAN FOR THIS MATTER AND ALSO CONSUMER FORUM AND SO ON.

            Its Running awesome but the battery is very poor condition,
            within one month the self start is not working completely, i have visit the dealer and they was serviced my bike and charged the battery again, But again selfstart not working, i am sufferd this time, and i was totally disappointed, Kindly take this compalint on priority and please change the battery has new one..

              Creating Sound at Chain Part Pulsar 125 Neon

              I have purchased a new Pulser 125 Neon from SIliguri Bajaj, Saktigarh, Siliguri on 16.06.2021. After 2-3 days, I have noticed a sound at chain part for which I have visited 2-3 times to concern showroom. Form showroom, they are saying that it's a normal sound but the sound seems something unnatural

              Please do the needful to resolve the issue....

                    My pulser 10 month old but after purchased it was Clach plate problem then it was replace ! Bike speed problem not increase, engine sound problem, little colder but some it shows. But since one month continue injectors problem! Showroom has update the software 4 days ware ok then again same thing happen ! Not start the bike some time in ridding mode it will power off the engine in a very traffic ! then pushed the bike to garage ! Very rediculas indident happen! I am very dear about this car ! I can not go long ride or any Where? Showroom not find out or solve out the particulars problems ! Only given charges every time ! Please remove my pulser 150 problems !

                      I got my new avenger bs6 160 on december 2020...From the day i recived my bike i have a issue in my chain spracket it gives abnormal noise...i visited service centre for first service and for warrenty replacement for my alloy wheel(due to painting) both time also i complaint about my chain issue...They service centre peoples said its normal sound it will be fine after some kilometer(They said 700 km)...I drive my bike 1800 km till date still i have same sound and today on 24 june 2021 i just washed my bike by own while washing i just a piece of plastic piece(i added pic of it)...It is a piece of chain gaurd i cant visit service centre due to lock down...When service centre open i will visit and infrom this to them..But i like to intimate to you that they dont reslove my problem just simply giving explanation...Pls take my complaint as a concern and help me to reslove this problem...Main issue is chain sound so abnormal sound i cant drive bike with pillion seat loaded...I know i didt visit service centre today but i placed a complaint why i did mean they are not agreeing their mistake so i am placing a complaint... I think i will get a solution thanks in advance..

                          Hello,

                          I own a Bajaj Pulsar AS200 motorcycle for past 5 years and 3 months now. I am an enthusiast of Motorcycles, Automobiles, Aeronautics and other mechanical and technological innovations. I bought the motorcycle from a local dealer Rokta Bajaj at Kolkata in 2016, I have been maintaining the motorcycle since then as, Bajaj has the most substandard motorcycle mechanics at its Dealer SVC. I have had the worst experience in the past and So has my group of 176 mototcyclists, we decided to maintain the Motorcycles ourselves. However, its been from past two years and a half that, there has been a consistent issue o[censored]navailability of spares for Bajaj Pulsar NS and AS Motorcycles in Kolkata. I mean the issue is so serious that Bajaj itself has started selling wrong spares to make up for the right ones, for example the Clutch Cable for my Motorcycle Make and Model is JL161207 but, Bajaj Motorcycles sells the Clutch Cable DT161203/JL161200 which are shorter in length from the original factory fitted and previously sold original equipment. On the top, simple spares for regular service are also not available in the entire city from past one year. All their distributors, specially Pioneer Sales, Durga and Rolta Bajaj would runaway from customers to avaid embarrassment. All o[censored]s who own these 200cc models from Bajaj are in dire situation due this. My motorcycle needs a major overhaul for engine cylinder, piston and Head along with that of Clutch Cables, Clutch Assembly and Gear Lever with Front Brake Calipers, Con Nut Set with bearings, brake lines, casing lids and caps. None of the spares are available in the entire city from the past 1 year. No answer from anyone in Bajaj or their Dealers and Distributors. All are mum and they just behave as if we've all done a huge mistake knowingly by purchasing bajaj high end motorcycles.

                          I wrote an email and tried calling your customer care too. I am not here just because I felt to post issues. I have posted a complaint because it has not been addressed by anybody. Despite the efforts I took to write an elaborate concern, to your company on the email address given, all your executives did was to assign it to one deal Rolta Bajaj and the person Mr. Chittaranjan from Rolta Bajaj just blatantly called me to ask "what service issue you have? What part you did not get? You have given our name" I told him the issue is with Bajaj and not with any particular dealer. The issue here is unavailability of spares, substandard service and mechanics are SVC and incompetence of Dealers to handle customer issues. This issue is not limited to one dealer but, to an entire network which includes the authorised spare parts distributors and spare parts dealers of Bajaj as well. Please understand my concern first then decide what you need to do. Please stop acting like machines and robots and get into details of customer concerns. My problem is not resolved, I still have a motorcycle which needs spare parts and they are not available at Kolkata.

                            I asked about invoice, they declined to give invoice after 3days I received invoice in there it has 1.4 Lacs, but for me they charged 1.26lacs it's a huge difference, such a big company Bajaj and reputation...these foolish guys are charging like this...
                            I will give all the documents to raise the complaint against Nandi Bajaj, place Nandyal.

                              This is Pavan Bandaru from Visakhapatnam.
                              1 - I'm an owner of Pulsar rs 200 and it started facing a missing problem after the lock down 2020. In the month of March i have given the bike and explained my complaint and the mechanic said it was the fuel pump that got damaged. Witha good knowledge on bikes i asked him to recheck it and confirm. The management said that they've checked the complaint by using diagnosis meter I was convinced to change it and they asked me to place an order in the spares section and I've followed the same.
                              2 - The fuel pump took 3 months to reach to my city and in the meanwhile there was never a proper response to all my calls. They kept me waiting for all the time and the answers were same for every call but by different persons.
                              3 - Finally, The fuel pump arrived. While i called them and asked for it then they've told that fuel pumps are now available.
                              4- I went to the service center and explained all the problem to the advisor once again and asked them to clean the throttle body if the fuel pump replaced doesn't show any change. I've also added to put back my old fuel pump if the knew one brought no change for which the advisor agreed. The mechanic also asked me to replace the chain and sprockets as it might also create a missing problem sometimes and i said YES.
                              5 - After 3 days I've received a call saying that the bike got repaired. I went there at 1 pm and they were rushing through things because the service center will be closed in an hour. I've paid 6, 000rs for the fuel pump and service. To my surprise, The Low beam light and 2 blinkers aren't working which were totally fine while I was giving my bike to the service center. I've mentioned the same to the advisor and she asked me to visit tomorrow so i came back home bcz i have hardly 40 mins left to return back to come. To my surprise in the return I've experienced the same issue after riding for 2-3 kms.
                              6 - After the return to my home. I've checked the bike once again and saw a crack on my bike's under belly. A scratch on the side frame of the bike.
                              7- The problem for which i have invested 9, 000 rupees is still the same. Now, The service center is least bothered and I went there and spoke to the supervisor.
                              8 - It's been almost a week already and i went to the service center twice. All they do is they just say that the bike is doing well now and ask me to go for a trail ride. I went twice but there was no result.
                              9 - Now they started removing sensors and throttle body related parts. They were the same people who lied that another bike's fuel pump worked well when it was fitted in my bike. As the things have been hard they started a new concept that the bike has issues with throttle body.
                              10 - My bike is still in the service center and all they're trying to do is loot money from me. The mechanic was trying to convince me for a throttle kit change which costs around 5, 000 again.

                              Overrated Bajaj, Why should a customer invest 9000 rs. For a part which is totally useless and again invest 5000rs for a hopeless resolution?

                              My brother wanted a bike in the month of August and the choice was Bajaj Dominar. Now tell me, Do you really think that we still belive in your company?

                                  Gd afternoon sir, I had purchased bajaj avenger cruise 220 on 2019, iam facing starting trouble with my bike, I visited showroom nd complain about my problem, they said battery was damaged, they r asking money for battery replacement, actually they said that battery had 48 months warranty at the time of purchased, plz kindly give suggestion to me, thanking u sir....
