Bought bajaj pulsar 125 in aug 2020.after a week mileage was less than 25 km/L.chain socket problem was usual.. After every service your service center commmited that problem will resolve but still it's getting 1 yr nd no chance is there.. Hatss of to me who is buring 110/L Petrol for enjoying worst service of bajaj auto..

      Greetings of the day.
      On 17 june 2021 i purchase a pulsar 125 bike from devendra auto, link road, saharanapur, up.
      And the did not give me anything with bike like service book, tool kit, and first aid wrapper was empty. And the give me the defacted bike. When I asked about all the things the give me excuse with aggressive behavior. Let be...
      NOW
      Today was the first service of my bike, every staff - serviceman, receptionist, cashier, bill maker etc. Unprofessional, conservative behavior, I told 2, 3 problems of my bike to the mechanic, but not one was correct, and when asked, Excuses started telling, and if you ask the staff of it, when will the second service be done, then some will tell at 1500 kms, and some will tell at 5400 kms, I am very sad, and regretting why took Bajaj's bike. And not even ready to listen to anything. When asked where is the manager, an unprofessional boy says that speaking, I am the manager.

        My bike dominar 250 got engine noise from the day I received the bike I eent to the showroom in Royal Bajaj Nattakam but it is not yet fixed I went to the show for more than 10 time and nothing got fixed I am tired for the service and experience please take immediate action and help me to fix my bike. I hope the complainant will fix soon. Thank you

          I'm from nagpur & recently I have purchased avenger 160 cc, bike lene ke baad bike mein 1st month se hi problem Churu ho gai automatic chalte chalte gadi band ho jane or chain Ka problem aur gadi start hona accelerator nahin Lena, problem dena pareshan Ho Gaya Hoon aur aapka Nagpur ka dealer I ridebajaj private limited uska kahana padta hai ki humne gadi bhej de ab hamara koi matlab nahin aur Aur vahan ka staff kuch sunta nahin hai ghanto baithe rahene ek baad dekhte bhi nahin wo bas gadi sale karne m busy rahte h waha issi ko response milta h jo gadi purchase karne aya h, ek bar unki gadi sale ho gai or payment mil gaya fhir unka behaviour change ho jata h, or complaint wale customer per wo Dhyan bhi nahin dete (main do bar gaadi se marte marte bacha hoon iski responsibility Kaun lega aap logon ki technical problem to usmein pakda ayegi nahin agar accident hota hai to) fhir se problem ai or koi solution nahin mila To main court case kar dunga company per aur dealer per aur claim ke liye apply kar dunga ki agar is gadi se mere ko kuchh hota hai to uski sari jawabdari Bajajuato aur IRideBajaj PVT LTD dealer ki hogi 🙏🙏

              Last yaer humne ek bajaj ct110 bike fatehabad bajaj agency fatehabad se purchase kiya tha. us tym agency ke staff ne hmare ko ache se treat kiya. lekin uske bad se employees ka behavior change ho gya. hum jab bhi bike ki service krvane jate h to hume jyada tym wait krne k liye bola jata h. last tym jab hum service krvane gye to unhone bike ki washing b nhi ki aur service b ache se nhi kiya. jiski vjah se bike bnd hone lg gyi. aur mileage bhi kam dene lgi. jab humne bike ko check krwaya to employees ne baat sahi se nhi suni aur bike b chk nhi ki. ulta hmara hi ksoor nikalne lge. hum company ke employees k is behave se tang aa gye h. employees ka behave kyi aur customers k sath b esa hi tha.

                1.I bought a new two wheeler bike from Bajaj outlet. Bajaj finance provide loan. Ur loan agent don't say about ur hide charges 4000 rs. I asked him why he can't say about this chargers, he told this charges not share with customers.
                2.8days new bike seat torn and my insurance policy date of birth incorrect. But outlet staff can't try to help me.
                I am very harassment by ur stuff and ur product.
                I don't know now I can do to solve problems.

                    I have purchased Bajaj Pulser 150 neon on 12/07/2019 from Suprabha Motors, Shirpur (sub dealer Royal Motors, Dhule) .
                    Engine No. - DHYCKB95227
                    Chassis No. - MD2A11CY9KCB60336
                    The 100% payment was done on same day (online & cash).
                    The bike was taken for registration on 03/08/2019. After submitting all the documents and paying complete bike price, my bike registration is pending till date.

                    I endorsed this issue multiple times but the service executive lied multiple times as application was submitted before March 2020, but the Agent submitted application on 20/10/2020.

                    After waiting for almost 02 years, I send a legal notice to dealer & subdealer stating the problem. The last option remains is to appeal in consumer forum.

                    Please look into the matter

                      I'm not satisfied with the service from your service centers. They are not even able to provide a small part within a month. I went for that twice by getting incorrect information from the spare parts manager. I don't want to mention their names or service center name. But I would never recommend Bajaj vehicle to anyone. Side mirror is for safety purpose right what if something happens because of that issue in any bad scenario? Will you be responsible for that? Not even service manager is responding properly. We are paying you to provide not asking without any pay right. Thanks for your support.

                          I went to Bajaj Auto (Torrent Industry), Ranchi for servicing of my Bajaj Discover st 125. JH01AU 8421. Bill generated was of 4550 which I paid. Before taking delivery my front tire was punctured and the bolt from where air filling is done was also broken. But when I Complained about this issue, the person in charge (Mr. Mehbub) told that it's customer fault and we as customers bring broken parts for servicing and later complain about it. My questions are as follows:
                          1. If part was broken why did he not confirm to me before servicing?
                          2. why didn't the part was changed during servicing if found broken?
                          Mr. Mehbub indirectly compared me as fraud because I complained about the tyre after servicing. If as a customer I could have taken major actions nobody would have helped him, but I left him. After servicing I had to spend money for my tyre aftermarket. Very poor service and ill Manner from Bajaj Auto workers. Kindly take major actions.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am purchased new Avenger 160 on date 24th may 2021 from by byculla RAJ BAJAJ showroom after purchasing this vehicle it got petrol leakage and vehicle is stop on road at speed 50 on middle of road for more than 10 times so showed this problem to showroom and then service centre they taken vehicle for check up and send to there vashi showroom for more detail investigation . After 7 days of checking and using the vehicle they gave me the vehicle back and said the engine problem is solved .
                            After 2 days same problem happened and vehicle stop on the middle of road on the speed of 50 so i saved from big accident as back of my vehicle big truck was at full speed and I was travelling with my wife so she also shocked with this incident so i called service centre Bajaj they again took vehicle and send for details investigation why engine stop working on raod while on speed and also petrol is also likage inbetwwen ride and any time its likage as petrol now RS110 litre i cant afford such thing so now service centre again towing my bike to there service centre.
                            so after taking new vehicle on cash Rs128000 within 1 month my bike more than10 times stop working so please you take up this complaint with RAj BAjAJ byculla and Raj Baja service centre ray raod and solve my issue
                            As I am requesting you as the vehicle is faulty one so please request you to replace to new one or change the model as i paid my hard earn money to BAJAJ AUTO RS128000 CASH SO IF MY REQUEST TO YOU TO REPLACE FAULTY ENGINE AND BIKE
                            I FOLLOW UP WITH RAJ BABAJ BYCULLA AND RAJ BAJAJ SERVICE CENTRE ALSO NOW THEY HAVE MY BIKE WITH THEM MORE THAN 10 DAYS BUT NO SOLUTOIN IS GIVEN SO I DONT WANT THIS FAULTY BIKE NYMORE NOW IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING NECESSARY ACTION I WILL COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITY, I CAN EVEN GO TO BAJAJ CHAIRMAN FOR THIS MATTER AND ALSO CONSUMER FORUM AND SO ON.

                                within one month the self start is not working completely, i have visit the dealer and they was serviced my bike and charged the battery again, But again selfstart not working, i am sufferd this time, and i was totally disappointed, Kindly take this compalint on priority and please change the battery has new one..

                                  Creating Sound at Chain Part Pulsar 125 Neon

                                  I have purchased a new Pulser 125 Neon from SIliguri Bajaj, Saktigarh, Siliguri on 16.06.2021. After 2-3 days, I have noticed a sound at chain part for which I have visited 2-3 times to concern showroom. Form showroom, they are saying that it's a normal sound but the sound seems something unnatural
