My vehicle Number DL3SDJ4853 have serviced by Gurunanak Bajaj Okhla on 4th April 2021 . Changed the Cluch Plate and Timing chain along with Serviced and engine updated . Against all the work charged by Gurunanak Bajaj of Rs. 5300/- .Onwards 5th April onward leakge of engine oil from engine and also the Cluch is not proper functioning. I am very upset about the work carried by Gurunanak Bajaj.

Again visited to service centre for shorted out the problem but no listen care fully and asking to open engine again and service should be carried out.

You are requested take action immediately and resolve the issues .

    My self Shivam parihar. I have worked in om advance gwalior as a sales executive. Govind choudhary is a manager of om advance Bajaj auto city centre gwalior. He told me before joining you will permanently worked here then I agree to worked there but this company manager only used me .I have sold 500 plus bikes on gwalior fair but Not provide salary on time . No customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction, I am getting bothered to round a this dealership because this staff communication is not good. This staff always told a lie. After this job I got a call his second showroom on gwalior located in chandravadni Naka. This showroom manager is Mrs. Kalpana mem. I have done interview with kalpana mem and she told me join us then I rejoined on chandravadni Naka, I have worked on full on 1 day then she told my owner told we not have any vacancy . if this dealership staff communication is not good and this staff is totally selfishness, he want to used . My feedback is this dealership and Bajaj auto is only 0 star and I have always tried to down rating a Bajaj auto.

    I have one issue with your company security about Bad behaviour. Your COMPANY security give Bad word to workers . Is it your rule to take fine from your worker .your security take 1000 to 500 hundred rupees fine is it fair . Plz give attention to your plant . Or company need money from workers to full fill their needs.

      Engine warning is occuring frequently. This problem is highlighted during second service also. Second service done on 29/03/2021. After 2 days of service this issue engine warning is occuring again.
      Due to this bike will get stopped suddenly and unable to start till taken to showroom.

        I buy KTM duke 125 in kln dealer in Chennai on October 2020. Till today I did'nt receive my RC book .KLN dealer closed the showroom ..so they are cheating the customers .In RTO they are telling from the showroom representative Sudhakar collected your rc book so go and check with him.sudhakar is fraud he told I give you the RC book within two days but still now I didnt get my RC book ..he is not picking up my call...so kindly help out from this problem

          Dear sir,
          I Purched a bike(pulser 125) in 1 feb 2021.
          Afrer 2 to 3 days i see my bike haldel is touch in my petrol tuncky. When i complen in bajaj show room he said sir, If you come for 1st servicing then i solve your problem. When i go for 1sr service, service engineer said till time i have no parts so please come after 15 to 20 days. When i go after 28 days then he said sir please give me some more time. So sir till time my bike is facing many problem Like starting problem, gare not working smoothly, And many more so i request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

              Dear sir I am very upset and unhappy to buy a Bajay Platina my bike has always overflow petrol and I complaint also many time but the problem is not solved yet and he ask about money for pay in service centre why am going to pay if everything is free because my bike is just few months and when I buy my bike the dealer told me when you pay 2 EMI then your number is provided by Bajay company but the dealer is cheeting with customers is this is not good for Bajay company I know this i will share with you my details my number is [protected]

                    Installation of bogus parts and no proper fitment at servicing.

                    I am a owner of pulsar 150 double disc from last 2 years and 6 months . Day after the servicing on feb 2021, i was having clutch and gear problem, so i visited the showroom (torrent bajaj, ranchi) . As per their sayings, my clutch plate was almost dead . So they changed the clutch plate, and every necessary parts related to it . On[protected] . Even after changing the parts, i had a problem in my acceleration . And today when i have re- visited...

                    I have 220F vs5 bike, regularly I services but whenever after servicing with in one aur two weeks bike not working properly and some systems are not working after I update this issue to service center person they not ans.
                    Service center person I showed the video but they not service my bike.
                    3-4 time's I changed my headlamp, bike engine not working properly.now my speedometer light not working.
                    I'm very frustrated with service center.
                    That's why I mailed you and raised the issue.

                              Hello Bajaj Team,

                              Here I m Raman, I have bought Bajaj Pulsar 180 in 2018 in bangalore. I have a very good impression with Bajaj Show Room Service(in bangalore) until now(though this is different show room(in warangal)). I went previous day on[protected] to give my two wheeler bike to service at 1-7-871/1/G, Vinayaka Plaza, Hunter Road, Hanamkonda, Warangal 506001. They told me to come the next day. i.e on[protected]. I went on this day to show room and they told the bikes are full and will not take my bike for servicing. I went to show room before 10Am to give my bike.

                              I asked them to take my bike for service since they told me to come next day but they refused to take and they made me fool saying to talk this guy(Management) or that guy(Person who take notes on bike for service). So much of nonsense talk was made with me inorder to take my bike for service which im totally disappointed . i also seen other guy who is also disappointed with Bajaj Show room service next to me.

                              Each time i ask them to take my bike for servicing they were adding conditions or points to avoid taking my bike.

                              I m not sure who to complaint about your service. i also did not note person name in particular but top mangement in that show room service was not at all good with customer to talk and making argue with customers. I m just letting you know i was so much disappointed with Bajaj Show Room Service and i also lost trust in bajaj show room team as they argued with me. Since i lost trust i have to give bike for service on outside showroom. If this continue the same and disappoint the customer who are coming to show room then we may be need to conside other your showroom service. Since yours a large organization you may ignore this or take proper actions. Its up to you.

                              Hope this wont repeat in future and treat every customer with proper communications with Good Behaviour.

                                I have a problem with the rear disc brakes of my bike, the brakes are not free after applying the brakes.
                                And the brake pads are completely down in just 3 months
