I have given my battery to garve bajaj wakad pune service center for avenger 220 cruise on 2feb but till now there is no update.
The guy suhas when tried calling 20 times has not picked my call except once. This is worst service ever got. Would not recommend anyone. My everyday commute is being a daily problem and these people do not reply at all.
Suhas said that it will be done in a week time and today is already 10th day and no response at all. At all means at all.
Is there anyone who can help.

Yesterday I had serviced my bike from sai bajaj service center. But after a day the engine produces a lot of heat and smells like burning even after a short distance of about 2-3 km. Please take some action and fix my problem asap.

      I have been having a horrible experience with bajaj auto. I have already visited the service center twice after the recent servicing done on 25th jan 2020.

      I have been having issues with my rear break-shoe pad. It's making a shrill sound every time it is pressed. This is in spite of the fact that i had it replaced with a new one in the recent servicing.

      Both the times i visited the center, they do some repair work and it starts working fine until the same evening. Either they are not able to figure out the exact issue or they are incompetent to fix a minor problem.

      I had raised a complaint today and the customer care executive gave me a complain no as well: isr-678033

      This is proving to be one of the worst customer experiences i have had till date.

        This complaint is to escalate my issue with Manickam Motors - Bajaj Service, Medavakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. My name is Kamal Teja. Below are the sequence of events that happened

        1. On October 31st 2019 I approached Manickam Motors - Bajaj Service, Medavakkam to purchase Pulsar 125 by exchanging my Pulsar 135 for Rs.5000. The showroom people named Raja and Fatima were there, the amount was finalized for Rs.81, 500. I paid remaining Rs.76, 500 using my card. [Please refer ReceiptForAmountPaid.jpg]
        2. After weeks of follow-up till Dec 19th 2019, they said they can't deliver the vehicle and gave me cheque of Rs.81.500 dated 28th Dec 2019, knowing its 4th Saturday of the month and banks are closed. [Please refer ChequeGivenByShowroom.jpg]. They gave me a bike that came for service to use till the cheque will be encashed [Please refer First_Bike.jpg]
        3. After a week when there was no money, checked with bank, got the message from bank that the cheque bounced . Received message and email from ICICI bank with cheque bounced details [Please refer ChequeMessageBounce.jpg]
        4. On 8th January 2020 Raised a complaint with Bajaj Customer Care ISR-656823, every time i call the customer care, i get the same response saying you will receive call [which i obviously never received] and complaint will be forwarded to the concerned team. I have called them more than 5 times and hear the same thing. The JAI BAJAJ of Adyar was responsible to settle things and when approached they spoke to Manickam Motors. Its the same statement from Manickam Motors that they will refund me the money at any cost.[Please refer BajajCompliant.jpg]
        5.On 14th January 2020, we had lengthy argument and they promised to pay the amount by 28th January 2020, if not, they will give me the bike worth of Rs.80000 as security.They have given me written assurance letter.[Please refer AssuranceLetter_Front.jpg and AssuranceLetter_Back.jpg]
        6. On 28th January 2020, they deposited Rs.10000 [Please refer AmountPaid.jpg] and started asking the bike they gave as security when cheque was provided [The bike was not used more than 3 days for my personal use from the day it was given]. I asked them about the remaining amount and they gave another bike which they said worth the amount which is still sitting at my home. I took both the bikes and told them "I'm not going use your bikes, they are not paying my home loan, my credit card bill or my other expenditure. Pay the remaining amount and take both the bikes the next minute. I'm not running a pawn broker shop to hold your vehicles for money. Since, i don't trust you guys, these two bikes will be at my home till you return my remaining money".
        7. On 31st January 2020, I was on call with my onshore client on project proposal. I got more than 30 calls from Manickam Motors showroom asking for the first bike as the owner of the bike was drunk and came to showroom and making ruckus, using abusive language and filthy words. Raja was indirectly threatening me saying, if you are not going to give back the first bike, i have to give them your home address because i'm left with no other choice. [Paying Rs.80000 to Bajaj Showroom and running behind them for months to get back my money and what i get finally, drunkard people in front of my home]. The showroom person Raja brought his phone close to the drunkard person, after listening to the abusive language I felt sorry and told them to collect it Saturday morning 9am. They came on 1st Feb 2020 and took the first bike and still the second bike is at my home. They promised to pay back my money on 5th Feb 2020 at any cost. I went to showroom on the said date by 6pm because i did not get my money. Raja from Manickam Motors said, you have a bike as security and we will give money when we can.
        Anytime i say that i will go to cops because you guys are cheating, they say "You can complain to cops, by doing that you will be loosing 5K and we will be loosing 10K and nothing difference happens". I'm not the first and i will not be the last, you can refer Google reviews of Manickam Motors attached "GoogleSearchPage.jpg". These guys have been doing this to so many.
        The persons i've been approaching and talking in Manickam Motors is Raja[protected] and Jyothi[protected].

        With all the above details, when i raise complain through email i get repeated below static response for any question raised

          I have serviced my bike 2 days ago. The service center was not proper with the service. They gave me the bike without cleaning the chain in the engine side. I noticed and asked them to clean. Then too there were servaral black greace with the chain which they denied to clean as there were several parts to be removed. Within 2 days im facing the chain vibration issue while moving the bike without even engine starting.
          Im really worried about the service with bajaj. We are bringing the bike to service centers only because they are good and geniune in servicing but in return im getting the service to be unsatisfied.

          I really look forward to sort out this issue.

              Jabki meri bike me minor problem thi pickup coil ki par unhone 12 din bike apne paas rakhke meri bike bilkul hi bigad di.. Or mere paas inki recording bhi he jisme inhone khud owner se kaha he ki bike chalu thi customer ki etc.. Or inke mechanic bhi uneducated he jisne meri bike bigad di or ab ye manne ko tayyar nahi...
              Or mere pass inki call recordings bui he jisme inhone khud agree kiya he ki inse galti hui he... Par wo apke pass send nahi ho rahi he.. Agar apki koi email i'd he to me apko recordings send karu proof ki?

                I am in ajmer rajasthan. I bought pulsar 125 model bike in this year (2020 january). I availed my first free service from a bajaj service centre in ajmer today (28rd, january 2020). They charged a total of rs 530 (Of which 70 was charged for greasing the chain. I feel they have overcharged me. I think it's too much because first service is free. Kindly resolve my issue. Thanks.

                In Bajaj servicing at PRAYAG BAJAJ Giridih there is lack of service man only 2-3 person available . Due to this many of customer have to face lots of problem and it takes lots of customer time.
                So, I request u 2 please look after this problems.
                Please don't take this problems too litely because this my comfort many of people including me.
                BiKe milage is not give to at least 75 kilometers
                Show room is not responding this problems
                Bike is one side throw
                Forks are loose

                  These are my unsolved complaint numbers 1. Isr-596040 date 01/10/2020 & isr-669520 date 25/01/2020
                  A bajaj dealer has started doing a type of fraudulent behavior with me which started from august 2019 and is continuing till now.
                  Every time when i am lodging an complaint to bajaj customer care services the dealer is calling me an says that they will give me the bike having the same conditions just like the first time i talked with them. But till now they are harassing me by giving false promises over phone which are not fulfilled till now.
                  I am forwarding each and every email to mr mohammad taufik ([protected]@gmail.com) but he is not responding now. I knew him as a responsible person from bajaj auto.
                  But now i am feeling terribly harassed and irritated at the same time just because of the incidents happening from the last 5 months.

                  Sir i have purchaged a bajaj pulsar bike on july 31 2019.i drive it for long 5months but i found that all my costly shooes are damaged because of your starter and axel joint point.all my new shooes and old shooes are damaged due to that.kindly do some solution for this other wise i cant wear any costly shooes to drive the bike.

                    Hey i am from moga and this complaint is against bajaj moga. I ordered them side mirror 3 months before and haven't received order yet and no confirmation call no information regarding accessorie. When i use to call at their service center they say "we'll tell you in 2 minutes and call you back"! But i don't receive any call or any information. If they have agency they should must have proper accessories and spare parts with them instead of begging from bigger ones.
                    Hope you will see this major drawback of company.

                      I have a bike pulsar 220. Bike no is hr26ct7042, recently i put my bike for service in krishna bajaj, someone has picked my bike key from krishna bajaj, they changed my locks in my bike but in the process to change my locks they open my bike handle and till yet my bike handle is not fixed. Rpm of my bike is also not adjust by them. After the key was changed, i went to the service station for the problem they said this problem comes from the bairings in the handle so they put new bairings and they charged me 1000 rs for changing the bairings. And one more thing my bike seat was fine before servicing and told them about it and they said we have not done this seat was like that they are all fake. I don't trust them anymore they are just there for charging the customer but service is poor. If anyone is reading my complaint please don't go for krishna bajaj

                        As it has been 2months i have given my bike in gulbarga bajaj service centre but they are giving excuses
                        It’s been out of my patients so now i got frustrated who ever asking me about my bike i am giving bad reviews about bajaj so it’s been request for organisations to contact them and resolve my problem
                        Since from 2months every time i am coming to service centre they are telling new reasons about bike products is not available they have ordered it is on the way, tomorrow we will give and when i come tomorrow they will tell other reason
                        It’s out of my patients so
                        Humble request to speak with concern bajaj bike service centre and get my bike ready
                        I believe that bajaj is good organisation and they give best service but this time seriously it’s too bad face this problem

                          I recently purchased a new bike from them and gave the complete cash on the same day. They ask me to pay extra 2000 to get my passing done. I paid the amount and it took me nearly 3 months to get my number. Till that time as per government rules, i was not able to ride my bike. Whats the use of this if one cant ride the bike after getting it till 3 months. Whenever i used to call that showroom guy to ask about the status, he used to to tell me that it will be done within 2-3 days. Finally, after waiting for such a long time, i got it. This was not the case with me only. When i arrived their, some 3 guys that came to get the number at that time told me the same story. Their service is a complete disappointment. My another friend who brought bike from the nearby suzuki showroom on the same day got his number within 6 days. They always lie and dont give proper service. The employees are not at all polite.

                            I am in kochi, kerala. I bought a platina 100 es model bike last year (2019 march). I availed my third free service from a bajaj service centre in kochi yesterday (23rd, january 2020). They charged a total of rs 800 (Of which 500 was charged for greasing the chain. I feel they have overcharged me. I think rs 500 too much just for greasing the chains. Kindly resolve my issue. Thanks.

                              I buy the bike from pr bajaj lucknow uttar pradesh at 28 march 2019.
                              Yesterday i went to pr bajaj service center to replace the head light due to technical fault and i completed the pulsar 150 3rd last service last week of december 2019 last month's.

                              Yesterday, i went for replacement i told to supervisor after the 3rd servicing i have face issue i am getting some chain noise in the bike.

                              After the replacement supervisor told me you should change the chain and clutch plate.

                              I have buy the bike less than 1 year and i facing lot of issue regarding bike parts.
                              If the bajaj original part are not reliable less than 1 year so it's difficult to use this bike for the 2 or 3 year.

                              I am very worried about this bike.

                                My bike is having a sound problem from waiser and the engine of the bike is making a lot of sound also i had shown it in the service center for this problem but they did say it remains the same

                                Team pls give me properly solution asap
                                Otherwise i suggest to all pls don't purchased any bike of bajaj.

                                  I was gave my motorcycke pulsar 150 for general service and to change chain sprocket to my nearest service center in KALKI MOTORS at KARAIKAL.

                                  it was done 7 days and more my bike is still in service center.they are not even answer our queries properls.very bad customer service.

                                  kindly clear this issue and complete our service as soon.

                                    Amount 340 and 72 have been deducted from my account even though I have paid my pulsar bike installment with the late fee. Iam not able to understand what is this for and why this happened without even notifying me. On 18 Jan when I saw my account statement amount of 340.90 was deducted with a message NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-BAJAJAUT-06JAN20 and on 14 also 72.10 were deducted from my account with the same message NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-BAJAJAUT-06JAN20.

                                    My Loan deduction date is 6 of every month but I missed and deposited the loan amount with a penalty on 7th January 2020. Then after 7 days, they are again deducting the amount from my account.

                                    I request to please help me out with this.

                                      Updhyay motors have a very poor servicing record, they install very poor spare parts in our motor cycle which gets damaged very easily. I request the administration to. Please take a strict action against them. They install very poor brake shoes in my bajaj platina bike. It got damaged in 3 months despite my bike didn't run much.
                                      When we asked about any complaint register at their outlet, they refused to provide any complaint register and argued relentlessly. Manager name is sudesh kumar at this outlet and he is very rude person who did not want to listen to any complaint by any customer. Please help us against these types of fraud people to save our hard earned money. They sell local spare parts at very high prices.

                                        I had bought bajaj avenger 160 bike in month of may 2019. But after that i have faced many problems in the bike.

                                        1.) june 2019: i did the first servicing. After the first servicing, the bike broke down after driving for about 8-10 kms and while starting it again with start button the bike never started. I had to push start the bike with someone else’s help. I contacted sai service agency bajaj service center located at midc andheri east. I spoke to the manager mr. Suraj about this. Just by looking at the bike they told me this issue is because i have installed petrol lock as a safety measure to avoid petrol theft. The reason they gave me was totally illogical but still just because they were stuck on saying that, i removed the petrol lock.

                                        I left the service center, just after driving 2-3 km the bike again broke down, bike was not starting so i called up mr. Suraj and told him the bike has again broke down. He said he will send his mechanic to the spot. The mechanic came and did their troubleshooting but that didn’t work so he pushed the bike to the workshop again and after that they told me that i should leave my bike at their workshop for 5-6 days so that they will test and observe the issue. After few days they called me up and said “the device which helps to keep the battery charged is faulty and has to be replaced”. The part replaced is “regulator console tell-tale”. At the same time petrol tank indicator was also having issue so they replaced that too “speedo sensor”.

                                        After all this the bike was working fine.

                                        2.) december 2019:

                                        After the 2nd servicing, again i faced the same issue. Just on the second day of servicing the bike again broke down after driving for almost 20 kms. I was terribly annoyed of this. It wasn’t a used bike that i had bought. I had bought a brand new bike and all i could experience is ask some help on road to push the bike for me to start the vehicle. I had spent the money to dhakka start the bike from a brand like bajaj.

                                        After all this harassment, i contacted the shop from where i had bought the bike just to take any suggestion if he can. He told me to show the bike to another service center which is located at kanchpada malad “executive bajaj malad service centre”. So i took my bike to the kanchpada center and there they told me that all bajaj avenger 160 has faulty part due to which bike is having this issue. And he also told me that they have got email from head office that any avenger 160 which comes to them, they should replace that part. He also told that just today they replaced of 2 other avenger. And now the product isn’t available in the stock so they ordered the part and said he will call me once it is reached the center. The part which was faulty as informed to me is “roller kit one way”. After a week they called and said the part is now available. So, i went to the service center again for replacing the faulty part, they asked me to keep the bike there and come back later.in the evening i went for receiving the bike. They first told me that part is replaced and now i won’t face any issue. I asked him to show me the faulty part that was been changed. Then the mechanic started telling me that we didn’t change any part. We just removed the excess grease and put back the same part. I got irritated as this was heights. Then the manager of center came up to me and he told me another story. He said there is no such faulty part in avenger 160 and the supervisor must have by mistakenly said it to you. I could clearly sense that he was just trying to cover it up. There is no synchronization between the manager, the supervisor and the mechanic. If manager was saying the truth, then which were the other 2 avengers that the supervisor told me that he replaced the part before? What part did he ordered and ask me to wait for a week to receive it? Why did the supervisor lie saying that they got a mail from the head to replace the faulty part of all avengers? Why the manager had another story to tell me?

                                        3.) after a few days now i’m seeing the battery indicator glowing at time of accelerating and it stops glowing when i release the accelerator. I have informed to service center they are saying its normal... But that’s not normal. If it was normal why wasn’t i seeing these in past 6 months? Why only now?

                                        4.) another issue that i’m facing is, while applying the front break some abnormal sound comes but the service center supervisor tells he can’t hear any abnormal sound, so i recorded the same in mobile and hear the audio but still he says there is no any abnormal sound…

                                        It is totally a harassment. I regret buying bike from bajaj. There are many people asking feedback from me about the bike. All i can say from my experience is don’t buy this bike at all. I will never recommend any bike from bajaj to anybody. One will face issues one after other continuously and you will never get satisfying service from the service center as well.

                                        I also doubt it sometimes, that i must have got a fault bike while buying only because since the time i have bought it all i could get in return is a big disappointment!

                                        I have visited Bajaj service center on 27th Jan 2020 for bike issue which is mentioned in above. The mechanic checked and found some issue with the bike which don't seem to be normal. After supervision the mechanic told me that for further diagnosis they have to check the wiring of the bike but for that the spare wiring was not available. So they told me that they need to order the wiring and it will take a few days time. After 1 week on 4th Feb 2020 I upfrontly called up the manager of Malad Service center and asked for the update of the order(wiring). Today, its been 15 days that i haven't received a single call of concern even. No update at all. Seems like no is bothered about a customer.

                                        I would like to know who is supposed to keep me updated? I believe, if genuinely the part is still not received to the workshop, i should atleast get a single call of concern from your end as well. As i have already escalated this case to the higher team, so with that i think it should be a priority case aswell. But least is anyone bothered.

                                        All I have experienced with Bajaj Avenger is embarrassment. Anytime in middle of the road i have to Dhakka start a brand new Avenger.
                                        On 10/1/2020 Rs3616 was deducted from my account with transaction detail as CMS/[protected]/BAJAJ_CD_19054888 which is totally unkown to me as I have no such connection with BAJAJ.
