Hello team bajaj,

I just need to ask you just one thing are you making bajaj's one and only premium bike from the scrapp?

I'm using a dominar 400 2 years old and its rim had got a bend and the tyre is loosing air .

I had contacted nearest service center regarding this but they say that it will happen as we have gutters in road.

I don't knew that bajaj dominar was bike for track riding.

I had send a big part of my life earnings to buy this vehicle and now i dippressed

Even my papas 20 year old bike didn't had a issue like this.

It's quite bad that i had trusted this bajaj bike and now i knew that this is a bike that is to be put inside the room just for show's

    I left my bike for first paid service on 19/12/2019 and delivery taken on next day but bike was in very wast engine condition and then once again i reach jai bajaj adyar branch and inform about the complain they told me to leave the bike again for service on 23/12/2019 and next i take deliver at that time the noise was same i asked the service person he told this engine noise was arrest in only third service. I don’t know then that is the use of new bike? Very wast service my vehicle number is tn 07 cu 1273.

      I've purchased avenger 220 cruise in 2017
      There is problem of carburettor and vehicle not move smoothly. Riding becomes much difficult with such problem. Engine suddenly give shocks and vehicle stops working while riding.
      I've give for service but they didn't solve the same problem.
      Again i give them for the same but the problem still not sorted out.

        front brake disc & caliber problems bajaj avenger 180 street

        Hi team,

        I have bajaj avenger 180 street which i bought in june 2018. On 15th dec i noticed my front wheel is jammed & upon visiting the service center they repaired stating caliber is jammed & front disc is damaged, but next day its again got jammed. Now they are saying to replace the caliber & front break disc. The mechanic used hammer on the break disc while repairing as i was sitting right there... I have no idea how can...

        I have purchased 1 no of Bajaj Discover 150F on January 2016 from OSL Bajaj
        kolkata Showroom bearing reg no WB01AH3511.Yesterday 18.12.2019 I met with an accident and the front fender and front Headlight has been badly damaged.
        I am having an insurance of HDFC ERGO GIC LTD and I visited OSL Service centre at Topsia for claim .There it has been said to me that this above mention model has been osculated and they can not provide me the spare parts so the claim can't be processed.
        Its a painful disaster for me that at the time of delivery no body from OSL has said me that the spare parts of this selected model will not be available.
        Please help me to sort out this matter at the earliest.

          Sir,
          I have purchased bajaj ct110 motor cycle through your authorised show room channamma automobiles gadag on 29/10/2019 by paying on road price including tp registration, insurance, rto registration and other charges.
          Despite of repeated and humble requests by visiting to the showroom every week and complaint lodged through phone call and email my bike is not yet registered in rto. Whenever i went to show room they are behaving irresponsibly.

          It is very much to say, i won't expect this kind of irresponsible and unsatisfactory service from reputed company bajaj.

          With a small hope i once again requested bajaj to resolve my problem on top priority please. Otherwise i have no other option than going before the court.
          I hope for the immediate response in this regards.

Looks like they want me to cough up more money but won't admit it directly to avoid any proof recordings.             I have purchased bike on 8th of dec and get my registration on 13th dec evening. The first day i started my bike and after 2km i found light and horn not working. I took my bike to nearest service station i. E.in chhatarpur new delhi. They open a job card and handed over to mr. Kapil he found the fuse was shot and they replace it. But again fuse was shot. He asked me to come next day bec they need to check the wiring. I visited again on 15th and asked me to come after 3hour. After 3 hour i found no one was started my job card no-7415. I asked to do the same then they said it was done by kapil so he will do the same. I requested mr. Kapil than he said ' agar ye pahle no pe hota to bhi mai nahi karta isme time lagega' i said to him i already gives you time and you asked me to come after 3 hour and it's almost more than 4 hour. I complaint to the manager and he said ' ye aisha hi hai mai kisi aur ko deta hu'. Again someone changed the fuse and nothing was done they closed my ticket. Now today evening i have to go to doctors clinic and the same problem occurred.
            So i want full review on this either resolve this issue or replace my bike

              After payment i got vehicle and insurance hard copy.

              Few days later insurance company called me and told me that payment was not done for my insurance so its terminated.

              Mr sahani from shree ganesh assured me that issue will be resolved in few days.

              Its been 6 months

                Kesarwani automobile is dealer i want to compain about. This automobile dealer is in "mundera allahabad". I have paid all installment and penality regarding my bike to get an bike noc but this dealer nearly 4 month completed but they did not provided my noc and the behaviour and talking manner is really disgusting i am really upset with this dealer. I want to cancel his dealership and take strick action against him.

                    I bought new bike this month, since a first day i did not realize speedometer not sencing speed, so i got my bike in service center and they asked me to leave my bike for a day and if it not resolved, we may need more time to resolve it.

                    My concern is that i had buy a new bike which should be properly checked and pass before handing over, and thinking the same i was expecting everything will be okay. Appearantly, that is not the case.

                      Subject - complaint regarding not issuing the bike's number plate.

                      I am sharda sah your delightful customer. With all due respect i would like to state that "amit automobiles (67198) purani bazaar, main road, narkatiaganj, west champaran, bihar 845455" is not issuing my number plates for 8-9 months even all the documents have been submitted at early time (Time of purchase) and number have been issued by rto/company. Other agencies are issuing the number plate within 15 working days. I'm sure they (Amit automobiles (67198)) must have intention to earn some extra from me that's why they are delaying and giving date on date. They have given me a plain plate and said to write the number, really? Sir don't you think this is disgusting and disrespecting the customer? They have a sale but only because of the name of bajaj company but they are ruining the name and fame of the company by not providing better services.

                          We have taken new bike pulsar 150abs model purchase date of 26/10/2019, invoice no — vs009454 dealer of city bike in main agency dnv motor tirupattur,
                          Then at a time i have raised complaint 28/10/2019 my new bike handled is shaked and vibrated on while driving, i have many more time hand over my bike pulsar 150abs to show room city bike, but till now not rectify my bike handle vibrated and shaked problem while on driving,,

                          Show room tirupattur not respond my bike situation problem, i am very upsetting and mental stress,

                          I have raised the complaint from government consumer court and my total waste of time and money then very bad servicing show room of city bike vaniyambadi and tirupattur showroom bajaj,

Whenever customer will go to showroom for pay due amount that time employee said we don't have change so pay extra amount. For example "due amount is 2422 but they are ask 2450" reason no change. Its happened not one customer and one time they do this work in every month and every customer. I payed 16 months due amount they got extra amount in 16 months. So please take action on them.

                                I have taken a loan for bajaj avenger bike via the loan agreemnt number l2wdel05341763
                                The above loan was given to me at 13.71% interest. But as per the emi schedule i have been charged as much as 24% interest.
                                I request you to kindly sort out the matter and reduce the balance emi.
                                I am your customer since last many years but if this type of things happen with loyal customers you can see that there is no any default in repayment of loan amount from my side.
                                Kindly sort it out and let me know the same at the earliest

                                I had given my ns160 bike for 1st service 2 weeks back and have been using for daily travel. Now I have started facing oil leakage issue from the head of the engine. Probably Bajaj needs to fix the issue immediately.

                                    The service done by them was not satisfactory for the bill they charged to me. After service completion bike was good to ride but after 2 days again it deals with same problems. This is the second time i'm facing the same issue in the above mentioned service center.
