I repaired my bike in praveen moters, hegde nagar but they didn't provide the receipt copy to me to claim my insurance. Please suggest thew best way to get my payment receipt. I have attached my details for your reference.

    Today i am visited one of bajaj auto showroom at aligarh, uttar pradesh
    There is so difference between official website ex-showroom price and dealer ex-showroom price of pulsar-125 black
    Website showing - 65210/-
    At dealership - 65594/-
    And also dealer add other charges like.,
    Freight charges - 300 (Executive said it's company to dealership logistic charge.)
    Helmet - 750 (Mandatory)
    Teflon - 300 (Mandatory)
    1- i have my helmet why i purchase another one?
    2- why i bare the cost of companies logistic charge?
    3- why i give extra ex-showroom price?

    Why dealership charged unethical charges.

    Hi i have visited bajaj service centre for 6 times regarding my issue, they have not resolved my issue, when my bike engine gets hotter, my rom speed doesnt go to normal speed engine, service centre has changed the carbeurator but it has not resolved my issue, i am going to visit consumer court regarding this issue, I need a response on this

      This is to keep you guys informed about the worst customer experience that my brother received when he went to ravi dutt motors, ferozepur dragging the bike fro almost 3 km as it failed to start.

      While the mechanic was inspecting it for the problem, the service advisor - randeep kaur started pitching in to replace everything that was even not even the part of the problem.

      The problem that he wanted to address was a electrical fault as the bike was not able to start but randeep kaur intervened in between and started pitching to replace the chain set, the gear lever and the mudguard and other things rather than addressing the problem for which he went there.

      More over she was very rude arrogant and highly unprofessional while speaking, i would like you guys to take strict actions against her

      If i compare my customer experience with honda, you guys stand nowhere and this is the reason hamara bajaj is no longer on roads abut with this kind of customer service the company will definitely be on road one day.

      Please escalate it to the highest level and loop me in the escalation matrix. Such people like randeep kaur should be expelled out.

        Myseilf dipin ramanan,
        I have booked an avenger 160 on 2019 december-05 from popular motor corporation, palarivattom - (Tripunithura franchisee)-kochi with a booked amount of rs.500/-
        They delivered the vehicle on 23 december 2019,
        The complete payment was through my bank,
        They paid the total on road invoice amount,

        Before delovery date after the payment completion i asked for the booking amount, they told me that they can giv it at the delivery time only, ok no issues,

        At the delivery time i asked for the money, they told me that they can giv it later only,
        Day before yesterday was the first service of my vehicle, same as above i aksed for the booking amount, they charged the service cost rs.770/-
        I told them to please less that 500 /- from this and excess i can pay, but they dont allow to do, and the executieves havnt giv any responds...

        What i have to do for my bookin amount rs.500/-
        Very poor customer relation,

Sir, i had bought a bike from ajay bajaj motors mandal, bhilwara (Raj.) battery was damaged before the warranty date, which was given to replace it on the sorum which has been 3-4 months and once in the middle gave back the bad battery. On telling back that i will see later but i have not yet found the sai battery please get me a battery. Thank you

            I have purchased bajaj pulsar 150 twin disc abs from H R TRADERS, Rewa road saraiya, muzaffarpur on 17th september 2019 but till today i didn't have received my registration number and when i use to enquire in bajaj showroom they use to tell that it will be provided in 2 days or 3 days.
            Now its almost 4 months and i can't take the bike on road as the cops asks about the registration so i kept it at home.
            And i want to know from bajaj that i have paid the amount for keepin it at home like a showpiece.
            I have complaint it to bajaj customer service but they are not interested in this topic.
            My complaint number is ISR-654432.
            Kindly suggest me what to do.

            I got my Pulsar's engine repaired from Bajaj Agency of my pulsar 150 which was making sound. but nothing got changed and still making sound. i paid around ₹10, 000.
            7500 one time and 2500 another time
            I am attaching the photo of the bill which things was changed.

              Today 600 rupees amount is deducted in that is called CMP madatery they are saying. Previously in the same manner deducted 295.00 for 4 times and with in only two day delayed taken 450 rupees for consumer loan and 600 rupees for personal loan late fee. I must and should go to the consumer court file the case to BAJAJ FINANCE Pvt Ltd in the same way India wide all are facing lot of problems for this company this company is don't have customer care because all are asking the solution that's why they block the service.

                I have booked a Dominar 2019 model in VST bajaj Rajajinagar Bangalore show room on 28 dec 2019...yet registration is not done...I am opting for KA 02 registration
                ...till today file is not submitted to RTO...they are saying it will be done today tomorrow from Jan 2 2020...can u resolve the issue???I think they have some issue with RTO officials...why should I wait due to delays in showroom paper works????????????????

My bike is gud in the begging but now a days cumming to the mileage its very bad and the service center they dint do anything it is the worst service center. And my first service is done then i am not riding my bike very rough and speedily then why my bike chain has loosen and more noise with chain gyard please resolve this issue in pulsar bike. I am very dissapointed for this bike and given other person to not buy a all bajaj bike from this auto. Because of this type of issue. I am riding all type of bike like shine, yamaha, tvs but not this type of issue is in bike like your bajaj bike so please rectifie this problem in all bajaj bike

                        I gave my bike to dukhi automobile to repair the engine after repair of engine there is another problem related to battery. Then i again visited to showroom then they change many other parts and they are taking money from me for every part they are changing but still there is same problem, they are not able to detect the problem in bike. They are just using hit and trial method. At last they ask me to leave bike with us for 5 days. Very poor service.

                          My bike pulsar 200ns up60v6886 serviced by nsm bajaj faridabad on 28 of dec 2018. Full engine serviced was done by them. Again only after 1500 km, i went to nsm bajaj regarding noise from engine and they are telling that crank and cylinder kit will be changed. It means bajaj spare parts can last for 1500 km only. So plz i want that my spare parts which was changed during december 2018 service that is original and it was changed by repairing the older one. So plz have a look on my matter bcoz i will take this matter to consumer court with in 2 days your faridabad spare disturber not reply pls arrange a call back. [protected]

                              I own a pulsar rs200 abs since 2015. It has done 23000 kms. While riding a week back it's engine parts got damaged entirely. When given to the service center they estimated 34k for repairs. This kind of quality is unacceptable and the bike was recently serviced at authorized workshop. Bike is not too old or neither it has been modified in anyway. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I have owned Bajaj Dominar 400 for 2.5 years and this is the first time that I am facing cold start problem. For a bike having just the self start this should not be the case and at the same time I never faced it until now.
                                I have been to 2 different authorized service stations, got my battery replaced on their recommendation even when the indicator on my bike didn't reflect any problem in battery and still I am facing the same issue.
                                Now the service station says it's normal in winter season. I am not able to comprehend the same as I never faced this problem with Dominar 400 before.
                                Where can I get right assistance and guidance on same?

                                  I want to purchase a bike so visited to tirupati bajaj showroom at gwalior. They force me to purchase helmet from there showroom only other wise they will not register my bike to rto gwalior, but as per rule in mp rto helmet sholuld be purchased from anywhere only good company isi mark helmet is necessary and the bill is required at the time of registration, but illegally tirupati bajaj force me to purchase helmet from there agency only, thats why i am helpless and unable to purchase bike becase in my city they are the only authorized dealer. Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

                                    में बजाज पल्सर 125 किसी बाइक खरीदना चाहता हूँ जिसके लिए मेने तिरुपति बजाज ग्वालियर में शोरूम विजिट किया था वह पर मुझे 2 हेलमेट वो भी शोरूम से खरीदने के लिए कहा जा रहा है जबकि नियम अनुसार किसी भी ब्रांडेड कंपनी के isi मार्क का हेलमेट ओर बिल जो कि ग्राहक के नाम का हो और कही से भी खरीदा गया हो मान्य है पर तिरूपति बजाज वाले मुझसे उनके यहाँ से ही हेलमेट खरीदने के लिए मजबूर कर रहे है जिसके कारण में गाड़ी नही खरीद पा रहा हूँ।
                                    कृपया समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने की कृपा करें।

                                      Hello, i am s. Sabari. This yr jan (18/1/2019) i buy a (Pulsar 150) in arasu bajaj showeroom in sirkali branch. And i buy a vehicle in pongal festivel offer. They said five years insurance free, and extra fitting free, and five free service. I have completed three free services, tday (28/12/2019) i going to the showroom for free service but the employee said that ur vehicle had only 3 free services not 5 free services. And not perferct delivery. Im not satisfy. Worst branch both sirkali and kollidam

                                        I have purchased an avenger 160 street abs bike from your partner named as bharti automotive, address: shop no. 5, 6, 7 gokul niwas, sec-3, belpada, contact: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com
                                        I haved booked my bike on 18th nov 2019 and they promised me to get it delivered on or before 10 working days.
                                        Bt i dint get my bike till date and these service personell not even recieving my calls. Infact they dont have any update about my bike. I am totally fed up with this kind of attitude shown on the name of bajaj. I regret to became a part o[censored]r bajaj community.
