Bs m itna janna chahta ho ki ye warranty m h ki nhi. Ager h toh m kis ke pass jao ise thik kerwane ke li. Mujhe is ka jwab jaldi se de taki m apna bike thike kerwa sko taki mujhe or nuksan na ho.

    To bajaj

    I have purchased dominar 400 (Mh 04 kc 8937) on 12th august 2019. It’s hardly 4 months and the bike has started giving me problems which is not at all acceptable after paying so much for the bike.

    And the worst part is that i had given my bike for servicing in kanchan bajaj thane on saturday 30th november 2019 and got my bike on 1st december after which the issue wasn’t resolved. I had to wait for around 2 hours at the service centre and after checking it i was asked to keep my bike in service centre for 1 week as the parts are not available in the service centre and need to open the engine to check the fault. I am very much disappointed with the bike and also with the kind of service provided by bajaj. This is not at all expected from a brand like bajaj.

    I want you to look in to this matter as soon as possible and revert me back with a proper solution

      I have purchased a bike Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS- I (ABS) from Mahadev Motors Gohana, Sonipat (Haryana) on 24 October 2019. I pay them Rs 85000 ( Rs 82000 through net banking and Rs 3000 cash) . But they give me the bill of Rs 81216 one week later on 30 October 2019. When I approached them to refund the balance amount they misbehaved badly and completely denied to refund the amount. In this regard I have made a complaint to Bajaj Auto (complaint no_ 628346) on 21/11/2019 but not received any positive response from their side. Kindly help me to get my balance amount of Rs 3784 refunded.

        I purchased a pulsar 125 bike by cash and carry rs-82240/- at the date of 17th october 2019. From the date of purchase still now i have an very big problem in my bike i told several times at the showroom they said after first service it will clear automatically. But after first service it will start very noise like a tractor. I submitted my bike at the showroom after first service to clear that compliant four times. Each and every time they said it is company defect what can i do like that. But money is mine so i need to solve this problem by giving a new bike. Or refund my amount other wise i am disided to raise a complaint against bajaj at consumer court.
        My bike details given below.
        Model name - pulsar 125 neon
        Date of purchase - 17th october
        Place of purchase - aakash bajaj villupuram.
        Gingee branch.
        Registration number - tn 16 w 2539
        Mode of payment - net cash.
        Problem obtained - from the purchase date to
        Till date.
        Bajaj complaint number - isr-633404.
        Right now bike location - at the showroom for
        R&d. (At my own cost).

        I complaint all the places what I know about bajaj. Still I didn't get any proper response. I need to replace my vehicle because they removed head assembly and gear box assembly and entire engine for chain noise obtained from back side. Without my permission they did all those things they did R&D with my Bike and my Money too. I hope I get a good solution for my issues.
        I need refund or replacement.

        Still I didn't get any proper solution gir my issue. This is not fair is this a way to treat a consumer?
        They did mistakes in my vehicle the dealer side opened my engine and changed lot of spares, without my knowledge and still the noise is coming I am not satisfied about your answer and one more think. I didn't get any call also very very poor treating by dealer side and ASM & RM both are dealer side only not in customer side.
        I decided to go District Consumer Fourm directly and I raise a complaint against bajaj and the Aakash bajaj dealer too. And I need compensation of RS 1000000/- for hurting me last two months.
        Note : bajaj vomplaint number ISR - 633404 I gave already on my complaint is closed by dealer side with my knowledge and without my signature too at the time of 9.34PM. They did lot of mistakes.
        I don't want to leave it Normally. I am sure.

        Don't buy pulsar latest model fully fake vehicle, they delivered new body and old discover engine like that. Totally fake company fully scam. They did foolish of all their customers. So don't buy pulsar 125, latest vehicles

        Very wrost persons working at bajaj. When I am asking about my complaint service report. They don't gave that and they tredening me like we are complaint in local police station.
        And they did a complaint against me as I am spoiling their sales. See I am asking I need to know about my service status what are the parts are changed by the dealer. They won't gave that I don't know why.
        It's really going very wrong and going as a criminal issues.

        Still I didn't get any proper answers, they opened my new vehicle engine and changed local parts with out my permission, this is not fair, and when I am asking about this issue they given a complaint against me at local police station. I don't want to leave it like that. I am sure about it
        After five days i get my vehicle from the dealer. Still the noise is coming when I am asking with that service manager he said. Your mind set is like that we don't do anything. It's not a small issue they remove my engine head without my permission.
        I need a good answer for this issue.

          I have lodge grevience in national consumer forum regarding to the issue im facing in bajaj avenger 180 since i purchased the bike and my grievance docket number is 1756276 i visited many time in service center (Sanghi bajaj, m. P nagar bhopal) and i complaint many time in bajaj customer care my complain number is isr-623400 but the issue remain unsolved. There is manufacturing defect in the bike your engineers also seen issue many time they also not able to solve the issue so i want to replace bike and don’t want further repair in bike.

            This is my vehicle no which i have got financed from bafl : up78 fy 2257.. While filling the form i mentioned my email address there.. Also few days i contacted customer care representative on it and told them that my email i. D. Isn't yet registered there on my customer log in profile.. Also few days back i sent an email also regarding this.. But till yet no response on it.

            It is my choice.. That i want my email i. D. To get registered there so that in future any information or details if i am supposed to get.. That i get through email..

            Unfortunately i don't understand why the company staff doesn't want this to happen??

                Its not the first time its third time with in 5 months.

                Every time i visit nearest bajaj service center, they inform me this will not happen again as we resolved but it keep gives me problem after every month. And there is no kick available in this model.

                      This is bandarupally srinivas, from siddipet in telangana. I have taken bajaj pulser byke last month[protected]. Still i have not received tr papers & insurance, so many times i went the showroom, manager is not available mobile number is switched off, staff also irresponsible answered gave me don't ask us, if you have any questions problem ask to manager, actually manager was working real estate business, he never answered customer calls, he was taken 3 days booking for my bike. Totally he focus on his real estate business.
                      Now i requesting you to please issues my papers & do the registration on my name that's it. Iam sending my cash recept with attache file.
                      Our family members all have liked & used pulser bykes. Once siddipet showroom is good, but now it look like bad, no bykes, no services, no marketing, how would like to take interested people or customer do like this.

                        I paid for the amc to service my bajaj avenger bke 220 street, the break pad and linear was changed however my bike started giving irritating sound while using the breaks. I visited twice to get the linear issue resolve but even after checking twice the mechanic said he has fixed but again the noise continued happening. I had get my bike serviced from other place and they mentioned that the part is not original. I have lost faith on your service centre and i need the original part as you guys have charged me for the same.

                            I have given my bike ns200 abs for its 4rth service and this incident happened, at service centre we can see the progress as it is fully transparent (Glass window) around 6.00pm today and my service not completed, i was eagerly waiting so long and one of the service center labour hit my bike with another bike intentionally, as my labour who is servicing my bike blocked his path, and i saw this and reported to service team head and nothing happend, even to manager, how we will give our bike to these kind of stupid mechanics who does not care. I paid 4043 rupees in that 2677. 50 rupees for labour charge and what these guys doing. Please note that even though he committed it but not apologize nor respond, so i was humiliated in front of others, from this incident i belive no one care for our bike there, most pathetic service ever had in my record.
                            So please do a needful for these kind of solution.

                            The service center is near south city garden... Service center name is OSL BL Saha Workshop...The employee's name Debasish Kumar...his behaviour was very rude and he abused me and my friends...and refused to work my bike.Another person also complained about this because his bike was left more than 17 days...but still they didnt touched his bike.

                              service charges too cost to compare other dealer

                              Recently i purchased pulsar neon 150at thanga bala muruga show room located at villapuram madurai 625011
                              At the time of first service he charged rs 780/-
                              But he says before purchase first three general check up is free
                              But he charged every time for rs 750/-for second general check up
                              Response is very worst to deliver the words

                              I have purchased one bajaj v15 model from athen bajaj nagercoil for rs 75000 (Nearly) at the time of launching
                              Three years before. Now i want to exchange for platina 110cc, and they are offering 22000 rs for my old vehicle, telling me v15 production is withdrawn. I am shocked knowing the very low rate for my vehicle as i am using bajaj two wheelers from the past
                              From m80, boxer ar to bajaj v15. How can we trust as a leading two wheeler
                              Company (As advertising) not giving the compensate value for your product?. Kindly let me know the reason and do the needful.

                                I am akshaykumar... I serviced my pulsar 180 at popular bajaj motor corp #12/1 uttarahalli main road subramanya pura post bangalore-560061.. I have said that in my bike some handle or fork problem is there pls resolve it... And after serviced they said problem as been resolved... But after 2 days i faced same problem.. I droped my bike on 12.11.2019 again to the show room... They took hole day... And given back on same day evening stating that probloem got resloved... But still i am facing same problem.. And again on 21.11.2019 i have visited the showroom on same problem... But the service people refused to take my bike... And nw they are telling that u r front wheel tyre is nt good that y u r facing the problem.. And they didnt speek with me properly.. Sooo this is hw the sercise people responding... Plss do the needful... Iam facing soo much problem with my bike like handle strucking and wheel whambling..

                                  I have purchase a new bike on 10/08/2018 after 2 months self start not working and i came to know that issue due to battery and same service center engineer also he check again & said its not a battery problem. After one month again same issue. 2nd time i went service center the engineer has said that this is due to self start coil issue and replaced the coil after one same issue. 3rd time i went after service center again replaced the new coil after one day again same issue. 4th time still my issue not resolved.

                                  I want know the quality of the bike and same time quality of the engineer silks.

                                    Respected sir/madam, i have taken a loan from bajaj auto finance connection number is l2wdku05021226, emi per month is 2130, name-swagata laha, vehicle class-m-cycle, avenger street 150. I scheduly paid my emi before the date of 3 on every each mnth by mobiqwik aap. But the finance company agent name-mrinal of sehara bazar, burdwan branch a agent was received paymemt from me in cash. At the showroom where i bought the said bike. Inspite of that my bank ecs charge was deducted in every mnth from my said bank account. I request my agent to stop the bounce charges and also request my bank to stop payment from bajaj auto finance as i regularly paid money to the finance agent in cash. Forgerily deducted 5400 rupees by the name of cheque bounce charges on 15 th march 2019 from my account number [protected], bank name idbi bank. After that i have email to ur customer service, but i didn't receive any response. I have contacted with my finacer bt he avoid the matter twicely. This forgery happened with me again and again. I also contacted with consumer forum, and lodge a complaint. And my complain number is 17439561. I want my money back 5400 in my above said account number. Therefore i request u pls do the needful i shall be obliged

                                      I went to tight my bike chain. Service boy tight also but they asked RS-100...in the past day they úsed to asked RS-10, 20...they also told me that u don't have change to come to our service centure to service your bike...he also used slang words on me...i request bajaj to take strick action against it.
                                      I cant get carburator my bike is in show room from last 15 day and chatrapati bajaj savedi ahmednagar cant responding to me the service of chatrapati bajaj is very chip im going to complaint
