Kesarwani automobile is dealer i want to compain about. This automobile dealer is in "mundera allahabad". I have paid all installment and penality regarding my bike to get an bike noc but this dealer nearly 4 month completed but they did not provided my noc and the behaviour and talking manner is really disgusting i am really upset with this dealer. I want to cancel his dealership and take strick action against him.

    I bought new bike this month, since a first day i did not realize speedometer not sencing speed, so i got my bike in service center and they asked me to leave my bike for a day and if it not resolved, we may need more time to resolve it.

    My concern is that i had buy a new bike which should be properly checked and pass before handing over, and thinking the same i was expecting everything will be okay. Appearantly, that is not the case.

      Subject - complaint regarding not issuing the bike's number plate.

      I am sharda sah your delightful customer. With all due respect i would like to state that "amit automobiles (67198) purani bazaar, main road, narkatiaganj, west champaran, bihar 845455" is not issuing my number plates for 8-9 months even all the documents have been submitted at early time (Time of purchase) and number have been issued by rto/company. Other agencies are issuing the number plate within 15 working days. I'm sure they (Amit automobiles (67198)) must have intention to earn some extra from me that's why they are delaying and giving date on date. They have given me a plain plate and said to write the number, really? Sir don't you think this is disgusting and disrespecting the customer? They have a sale but only because of the name of bajaj company but they are ruining the name and fame of the company by not providing better services.

They've give proper service to me and they r taking unnecerry chares from me and the service is vvvvv. Bad service... Every time after service i'm getting a problem.in my bike..         I need a new batter in replacement. The service point people is telling I have to go to some ware any 50 km far and change then why the dealer is there... I have purchase the bike from him he has to do every thing ..

          Then at a time i have raised complaint 28/10/2019 my new bike handled is shaked and vibrated on while driving, i have many more time hand over my bike pulsar 150abs to show room city bike, but till now not rectify my bike handle vibrated and shaked problem while on driving,,

          Show room tirupattur not respond my bike situation problem, i am very upsetting and mental stress,

          I have raised the complaint from government consumer court and my total waste of time and money then very bad servicing show room of city bike vaniyambadi and tirupattur showroom bajaj,

          Then no one take care of about my last two month complaint

              Hello sir, i'm the one of the customer in rkbajaj bypass road. Whenever customer will go to showroom for pay due amount that time employee said we don't have change so pay extra amount. For example "due amount is 2422 but they are ask 2450" reason no change. Its happened not one customer and one time they do this work in every month and every customer. I payed 16 months due amount they got extra amount in 16 months. So please take action on them.

                I have taken a loan for bajaj avenger bike via the loan agreemnt number l2wdel05341763
                The above loan was given to me at 13.71% interest. But as per the emi schedule i have been charged as much as 24% interest.
                I request you to kindly sort out the matter and reduce the balance emi.
                I am your customer since last many years but if this type of things happen with loyal customers you can see that there is no any default in repayment of loan amount from my side.

                I had given my ns160 bike for 1st service 2 weeks back and have been using for daily travel. Now I have started facing oil leakage issue from the head of the engine. Probably Bajaj needs to fix the issue immediately.

                        I have purchased dominar 400 (Mh 04 kc 8937) on 12th august 2019. It’s hardly 4 months and the bike has started giving me problems which is not at all acceptable after paying so much for the bike.

                        And the worst part is that i had given my bike for servicing in kanchan bajaj thane on saturday 30th november 2019 and got my bike on 1st december after which the issue wasn’t resolved. I had to wait for around 2 hours at the service centre and after checking it i was asked to keep my bike in service centre for 1 week as the parts are not available in the service centre and need to open the engine to check the fault. I am very much disappointed with the bike and also with the kind of service provided by bajaj. This is not at all expected from a brand like bajaj.

                        I want you to look in to this matter as soon as possible and revert me back with a proper solution

                          I have purchased a bike Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS- I (ABS) from Mahadev Motors Gohana, Sonipat (Haryana) on 24 October 2019. I pay them Rs 85000 ( Rs 82000 through net banking and Rs 3000 cash) . But they give me the bill of Rs 81216 one week later on 30 October 2019. When I approached them to refund the balance amount they misbehaved badly and completely denied to refund the amount. In this regard I have made a complaint to Bajaj Auto (complaint no_ 628346) on 21/11/2019 but not received any positive response from their side. Kindly help me to get my balance amount of Rs 3784 refunded.

                            I purchased a pulsar 125 bike by cash and carry rs-82240/- at the date of 17th october 2019. From the date of purchase still now i have an very big problem in my bike i told several times at the showroom they said after first service it will clear automatically. But after first service it will start very noise like a tractor. I submitted my bike at the showroom after first service to clear that compliant four times. Each and every time they said it is company defect what can i do like that. But money is mine so i need to solve this problem by giving a new bike. Or refund my amount other wise i am disided to raise a complaint against bajaj at consumer court.

                            Model name - pulsar 125 neon
                            Date of purchase - 17th october
                            Place of purchase - aakash bajaj villupuram.
                            Gingee branch.

                            Mode of payment - net cash.
                            Problem obtained - from the purchase date to
                            Till date.

                            Right now bike location - at the showroom for
                            R&d. (At my own cost).

                            I complaint all the places what I know about bajaj. Still I didn't get any proper response. I need to replace my vehicle because they removed head assembly and gear box assembly and entire engine for chain noise obtained from back side. Without my permission they did all those things they did R&D with my Bike and my Money too. I hope I get a good solution for my issues.

                            Still I didn't get any proper solution gir my issue. This is not fair is this a way to treat a consumer?
                            They did mistakes in my vehicle the dealer side opened my engine and changed lot of spares, without my knowledge and still the noise is coming I am not satisfied about your answer and one more think. I didn't get any call also very very poor treating by dealer side and ASM & RM both are dealer side only not in customer side.
                            I decided to go District Consumer Fourm directly and I raise a complaint against bajaj and the Aakash bajaj dealer too. And I need compensation of RS 1000000/- for hurting me last two months.
                            Note : bajaj vomplaint number ISR - 633404 I gave already on my complaint is closed by dealer side with my knowledge and without my signature too at the time of 9.34PM. They did lot of mistakes.
                            I don't want to leave it Normally. I am sure.

                            Very wrost persons working at bajaj. When I am asking about my complaint service report. They don't gave that and they tredening me like we are complaint in local police station.
                            And they did a complaint against me as I am spoiling their sales. See I am asking I need to know about my service status what are the parts are changed by the dealer. They won't gave that I don't know why.
                            It's really going very wrong and going as a criminal issues.

                            Still I didn't get any proper answers, they opened my new vehicle engine and changed local parts with out my permission, this is not fair, and when I am asking about this issue they given a complaint against me at local police station. I don't want to leave it like that. I am sure about it
                            After five days i get my vehicle from the dealer. Still the noise is coming when I am asking with that service manager he said. Your mind set is like that we don't do anything. It's not a small issue they remove my engine head without my permission.
                            I need a good answer for this issue.

                                This is my vehicle no which i have got financed from bafl : up78 fy 2257.. While filling the form i mentioned my email address there.. Also few days i contacted customer care representative on it and told them that my email i. D. Isn't yet registered there on my customer log in profile.. Also few days back i sent an email also regarding this.. But till yet no response on it.

                                It is my choice.. That i want my email i. D. To get registered there so that in future any information or details if i am supposed to get.. That i get through email..

                                Unfortunately i don't understand why the company staff doesn't want this to happen??

                                    Its not the first time its third time with in 5 months.
