I would like to inform you that on ddr bajaj-auto deducted rs 117 from my sbi account on 22rd jan 2019 its looks like a fraud case.

Details showing :- p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto

Can i know the reason why you people have deducted this amount from my a/c.

It is very painful to see that company like bajaj finance are deducting money from savings account without any kind of information or any consent.

I have not initiated this deduction. Please take necessary action and reimburse the money. Otherwise i will take the further action.

    I had bought the bajaj v15 bike from the executive bajaj - malad showroom. Within several minutes of buying this bike on my way home, the engine stalled, self start didn’t work. I called the showroom and was told that all new bikes face this problem and it’ll go away once i ride the bike often as the battery gets charged. Being a first time biker i believed them. The problem never really went away. The self start worked only occasionally and i ended up kick starting the bike often.
    One fine morning the bike refused to start at all and i took it to the bajaj service center in ghatkopar for check up and servicing. They said that the battery was loosely connected and thus the problem.
    The self start worked for a few days after servicing but soon went back to its usual state of working only occasionally.
    A couple of weeks later the bike again gave up on me, this time on a sunday morning around 6 am, quite far away from any bajaj service centre. I had to go get it checked at a roadside mechanic. He diagnosed the battery and showed me that it’s completely discharged. This is after riding for almost riding nonstop for about 50kms a night before.
    I suggested to him to install a new battery as i had had enough. After the repairs, i went with the old battery to the executive bajaj showroom - malad and asked them to get my battery replaced. Their attitude towards my problem was horrible. It was as if i had bought a bike of another brand and they had nothing to do with it. Their attitude was mostly summed up as “it’s not our responsibility” and “ do whatever you want”. The experience at this showroom is exceptionally horrible. The staff is quite incompetent and is insensitive to the plight of the customers.in fact i feel like they sold me a defective motorcycle knowing that i was a first time rider.
    I called the executive bajaj service centre to replace this battery. After a lot of arguments and discussion he agreed. The battery is yet to be replaced.
    Now the self start problem has erupted again. I’m not sure what to do.
    This bike has other problems like gear jamming in 3rd gear.

      I am a coolie worker. I have been a customer of bajaj for the past seven years. On 25/01/2019i had walked down to athen bajaj-nagercoil to take bajaj platina ct 100 plan. I had also decided to pay advance amount of rs 17, 000 through bajaj finance.

      On 30/01/2019, i was told that my vehicle registration would be done by showing it to rto. On 30/01/2019, i got my vehicle without registration. I was told that registration would be done on 31/01/2019. But when i contacted bajaj dealer for registration, i didn’t get proper response.

      On 31/01/2019, bajaj dealer called me to check the reason for not purchasing the bike yet.
      I replied that i purchased it on 30/01/2019.
      Bajaj said registration would be held on 01/02/2019, but it has not happened yet.

      The intention of my mail is to inform that the customer service of aforesaid organisation is not up to the par. Customers are being tested disrespectfully. My registration is not happened till date (01/02/2019), for the vehicle booked on 25/01/2019. I expect the aforesaid organisation should contact me to discuss on this matter and treat me respectfully.

        I am happy with bike but local dealer not attending with problem of carbouretor. I have been visiting with fuel leakage prboblem for months now.

        When it is on side stand fule is leaking.

        He did at least four five small fixes but so far it never the same and problem is peristing. Finally after months of my visits, he said to replace the carbourater and i agreed but he says that subject model is old. Company not supplying that part these words from owner of the local dealer. I have made several requests to order it he just keep on telling me to get that part from hyderabd which is 300 kms from my place. I requested him to place the order i will wait but nothing happens this is goind on for months now..

          Bajaj have launched fi version of ns 200 in other countries but being an indian manufacturer why bajaj has not launched fi version in india. We all are waiting for that version. Please bajaj launch fi version as soon as it possible. Please.
          We youngsters need more power. And the carborated version is quite dated now.
          Its time to do some fresh changes.

            I was not interested to buy an avenger 220 cruise. But the showroom force me to buy the product, and after that i have visited to the showroom to adjust the handle baar of the bike, one amature mechanic sliped the tool into the tank and it was effected the tank badly. I talked to the maneger of the showroom and he told the mechanic to replace the tank from the another new same color bike. As the replacement of the tank in the bike the engine is not working properly so i am not satisfied with this bike... And i want to get back my invested money from banerjee bajaj suri.

                Hello sir/ma'am,

                I gave my bike for service, they took 3 days and finally gave me the bill around 3500. They replaced most of the parts they seemed fit. We had no way to know what they did. And then the service mechanic started to say you need to change the carburetor. Now it will work but going ahead we might have to change it.

                The bike ran for few days and then again started too much razing. And then suddenly broke down. When we showed to a near by auto repair shop. The mechanic couldn't find what exactly was the problem. After few hours when he opened the air filter we found around 2 ltrs of petrol in it. Then it was found that the showroom mechanic did a patchwork job blocking the overflow pipe with a stick and god know what they did because they couldn't fix the issue after 3 days even.

                Also there is a bolt inside the engine mount which apparently was broken by the mechanic accidentally.

                I want to highlight this to you. Please help me resolve this and have them fix the bike without further expenses.

                The bike was submitted at Abhinandan Bajaj showroom, attapur, hyderabad
                In Hyderabad there are several autos esp. those distributing miner water use Bajaj Piaggio. I have noticed that for every 5 min - 30 min one Bajaj Piaggio passes my house making huge noise and make it very disturbing.

                Request the authorities to penalize and restrict the levels of noise these autos emanate.

                  platina bike purchased on aug 2018 having many problems

                  I have purchased Platina bike in Aug 2018, within 4 months black smoke (carbon) came from silencer. I went to service centre on 20th Dec and they did the service. Again i faced the same problem on Jan 2019. I went to SC on 5th Jan 2019 and they did something and the problem was not cleared completely. On 21st Jan while driving suddenly the bike went from right to left. After that i started facing the same problem whenever we travelled double...

                  Bought bajaj avenger 180 on[protected], but from 2nd day onwards facing starting problem in bike. Took the bike to service centre, they use to change the coil, starter, self etc. But till date issue has not been resolved. This is my worst experience with bajaj avenger 180, as the technicians are also not able to identify the problem. So not gonna pay emi until issue is resolved.

                    Just wanted to share the pathetic/unfaithful service from arcot road.. Here it the details tn10 bf 0261 we have took the bike in the name of a udhaya kumar.

                    I have made the token booking of 500 prior during december and later made the down payment of 40, 000 and they have forgot about the initial amount, later we have asked about the 500token advance, sales person is refused to repay instead asking to take with the bike accessories like bike cover. Does the bike cover charges at 500? And no stock, we had contacting him in alternate days and walked in showroom thrice after delivering, either the money should be refunded. But still people are denying.. I don't need your cover kindly sort the issue and repay my money 500 of my token advance. Feeling bad about taking delivery of bike at this place since from day 1 have issues

                    No proper guideness
                    No proper follow up
                    Missing of copy documents
                    No proper service from management
                    Keeping us to wait for a long in showroom for simple documentation works.
                    Finally it's pending with my 500 rs..

                    Kindly request you to check and get back with the resolution at the soonest.

                      I am really feeling hopeless after buying bajaj v15 because it is only 8 months old and after 4 months clutch pad got damaged and i have paid almost 3000 rs and now rear tyre got damaged and i replaced by my own worth 2400rs.
                      Not getting support from bajaj team.
                      Seems bajaj is using very low category materials and tyres also.

                      So bikers pls take a note before buying bajaj bikes.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am writing this letter to draw your attention that i have purchased a bike named bajaj pulsar 200 ns from kalyani bajaj auto on 11 may 2017. After that i have done all the said services periodically as mentioned in the owners manual. But on 31st december 2018 (Time 7:40 pm) while driving, the gear lever shift assy. Comp. (Hsn code : 87149290/[protected] stop working completely. Then i have to tow the motorcycle back home by another vehicle. On the next day, 1st january 2019 i have contacted bajaj customer service (Isr - 467689), inform them about the whole incident & wanted to know whether it will come under the coverage of warranty. I was advised by the c. S to visit nearest bajaj authorized service center ms enterprise, naihati (12901). I was also informed by the c. S. That the case will be handled properly by the service manager stationed at the above mentioned service center.

                          Accordingly on 2 january 2019 i went to the said center & handed over the motorcycle to the service manager named ramesh kumar singh (Mobile no. [protected]). After inspection of my motorcycle, he acknowledge me that, the issue i am facing with my motorcycle is under the coverage of warranty but due to on proper update of my previous servicing record by naihati automobile (Near saheb colony more, naihati, w. B) on their system, so he refused to provide me the warranty coverage for the same. Then i have shown him all the necessary documents & payments i made during 1st (Job no. 4910) 2nd (Job no. 6860) & 3rd (Job no.7514) free services & also 4th & 5th paid services (Photo copy of the cash memos enclosed). But he still refused to accept those documents as proper record. He further said that naihati automobile (27296) is not a valid bajaj authorized service center any more. Hence i was compelled to make payment for the jobs & the spare parts required. (Invoice number lci[protected] & sci[protected].

                          Now my question is :-

                          1) why records of earlier services of my bike has not been properly maintained & updated from time to time in bajaj service record?

                          2) if naihati automobile (27296) didn't update the servicing record time to time of my motorcycle (Customer id is[protected] then who is responsible for the fault & am i to suffer for the same?

                          3) if naihati automobile is not your vaild bajaj authorised service center anymore as per the statement made by the local service manager (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) stationed at m s enterprises, dose it mean that all the previous service record & the jobs done will be treated invalid by your company in the above mentioned issue?

                          4) if naihati automobile is not a authorized service center which is now stated by local service manager (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) on 2 january 2019 when i visited ms enterprise (12901) for the above mentioned issue. Why he didn't informed me the same previously, when i have sent a complaint email (Dt. 28 august 2017) to the bajaj customer service (Isr - 193879) for the first time for the 1st free servicing (Dt. 26/06/2017) of my bajaj pulsar 200ns which was done by naihati automobile. As a local coordinator he (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) was assigned to deal against my first complaint (Isr - 193879) at that time. But he never warned me that naihati automobile is not a authorized service center on that particular date, instead he & mr. Joy mukherjee (Owner of naihati automobile) convinced me over the phone (Mobile [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) for better & quality services from now onward. Why the local coordinator from bajaj over look this issue & didn't inform me about same?

                          5) after showing all the previous bills from naihati automobile to local service manager of ms enterprise. Why he didn't raised the issue to the higher authority of bajaj auto?

                          6) finally i want know that after completion of the servicing whether any final checking is done at the workshop by service manager because the fuel is leaking from the connector due to improper installation. (Photo copy enclosed)

                          7) i wonder how a product from a renowned company like bajaj (Vehicle age 1 years 5 month) driven 13055 km only, have been broke down from gear lever shift assy. Comp. (Hsn code : 87149290/[protected]. Even after doing all the services as mentioned in the owners manual book. Is it the standard of quality assurance by your company as advertised?

                          Now i am requesting you to understand the mental agony & monetary sufferings i have to go through. My humble request to you to look after the whole issue so that l can get a favorable treatment & justice from your renowned company.

                          Require NOC for my 2003 model Bajaj boxer CT registration number ka-04-eg-6261.
                          Kindly note as this is a old bike I am not able to get the NOC.
                          Please help me in getting it as I have cleared the EMI long back.
                          This is my umpteenth request kindly solve it before I escalate it into big issue.

                              During my 3rd free service. Ndm bajaj service charged oil replacement ring charge. Rs 66.00. Where as during free service. Part replacement charge is not charged. During 3rd service oil of engine is replaced and with oil and filter and o ring is replaced. Filter replacement is not charged. But o ring replacement is charged rs. 66.00. Please do the needful.

                                Hi,

                                I'm chandra babu, i bought bajaj ct100 before six months at popular bajaj porur. From first service i'm facing several problems in my bike which was not resolved even in second service.in the duration of six months i have escalated the issue to popular bajaj manager trice but there is no response for it yet.

                                Issue in bike. Horn not working from day 1 which was told several times, but no solution for it. So i bought horn from local store and changed it.

                                Battery has severe problem from day 1 that's been changed after 3 months, even though the changed battery has a problem, that was informed but no solution yet from service centre.

                                Major issue is unable to turnoff the engine, even after key take out from bike.

                                  I purchage platina 1 year ago 30dec.2017 but dealer not giving my document such as bike rc, service book, no., etc so plz help me
                                  But still they had not solved my problem
                                  They ask every time i will pay 2 hours
                                  Kindly see it to the matter other i will take legal action. I will go to consumer court. Take some action but i know you people wont bother to the customer

                                    Sir,
                                    I have done my platina 100cc bike service in dewan service centre (Dwarka, new delhi) which opened recently but after the service my bike is not functioning properly.
                                    I don't know what they have done my bike handlestarted shaking and at 50 kmph speed handle shakes very fast i asked this guys to fix this problem but they have not done any thing and they had taken 500 rs for my service but service is like 3 rs.
                                    I am really disappointed with this service please suggest how do i to fix my bike problem.

                                      I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 from Gallops Bajaj Ahmadabad delar on 18.11.2018 but till date I have not received my bike registration no. I have no of time call Gallps Bajaj Delar & Bajaj Customer care number but no body will interested to resolve customer complain. I have no of time mail to customer care but they also not revert, After sales service is very bad.
