Dear bajaj team,
I am really feeling hopeless after buying bajaj v15 because it is only 8 months old and after 4 months clutch pad got damaged and i have paid almost 3000 rs and now rear tyre got damaged and i replaced by my own worth 2400rs.
Not getting support from bajaj team.
Seems bajaj is using very low category materials and tyres also.

So bikers pls take a note before buying bajaj bikes.

    Deducted the amount
    My sbi account deducted the amount 2089*2 in favour of ddr bajaj auto without any information. I never authorised bajaj auto and sbi deducet this amount. Kindly requested to stop immediately deuction this amount and should kindly be reversed /credited to my account immediately

    Otherwise i wiil go for police or consumer cort

      Dear sir,

      I am writing this letter to draw your attention that i have purchased a bike named bajaj pulsar 200 ns from kalyani bajaj auto on 11 may 2017. After that i have done all the said services periodically as mentioned in the owners manual. But on 31st december 2018 (Time 7:40 pm) while driving, the gear lever shift assy. Comp. (Hsn code : 87149290/[protected] stop working completely. Then i have to tow the motorcycle back home by another vehicle. On the next day, 1st january 2019 i have contacted bajaj customer service (Isr - 467689), inform them about the whole incident & wanted to know whether it will come under the coverage of warranty. I was advised by the c. S to visit nearest bajaj authorized service center ms enterprise, naihati (12901). I was also informed by the c. S. That the case will be handled properly by the service manager stationed at the above mentioned service center.

      Accordingly on 2 january 2019 i went to the said center & handed over the motorcycle to the service manager named ramesh kumar singh (Mobile no. [protected]). After inspection of my motorcycle, he acknowledge me that, the issue i am facing with my motorcycle is under the coverage of warranty but due to on proper update of my previous servicing record by naihati automobile (Near saheb colony more, naihati, w. B) on their system, so he refused to provide me the warranty coverage for the same. Then i have shown him all the necessary documents & payments i made during 1st (Job no. 4910) 2nd (Job no. 6860) & 3rd (Job no.7514) free services & also 4th & 5th paid services (Photo copy of the cash memos enclosed). But he still refused to accept those documents as proper record. He further said that naihati automobile (27296) is not a valid bajaj authorized service center any more. Hence i was compelled to make payment for the jobs & the spare parts required. (Invoice number lci[protected] & sci[protected].

      Now my question is :-

      1) why records of earlier services of my bike has not been properly maintained & updated from time to time in bajaj service record?

      2) if naihati automobile (27296) didn't update the servicing record time to time of my motorcycle (Customer id is[protected] then who is responsible for the fault & am i to suffer for the same?

      3) if naihati automobile is not your vaild bajaj authorised service center anymore as per the statement made by the local service manager (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) stationed at m s enterprises, dose it mean that all the previous service record & the jobs done will be treated invalid by your company in the above mentioned issue?

      4) if naihati automobile is not a authorized service center which is now stated by local service manager (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) on 2 january 2019 when i visited ms enterprise (12901) for the above mentioned issue. Why he didn't informed me the same previously, when i have sent a complaint email (Dt. 28 august 2017) to the bajaj customer service (Isr - 193879) for the first time for the 1st free servicing (Dt. 26/06/2017) of my bajaj pulsar 200ns which was done by naihati automobile. As a local coordinator he (Mr. Ramesh kumar singh) was assigned to deal against my first complaint (Isr - 193879) at that time. But he never warned me that naihati automobile is not a authorized service center on that particular date, instead he & mr. Joy mukherjee (Owner of naihati automobile) convinced me over the phone (Mobile [protected]/ [protected]/ [protected]) for better & quality services from now onward. Why the local coordinator from bajaj over look this issue & didn't inform me about same?

      5) after showing all the previous bills from naihati automobile to local service manager of ms enterprise. Why he didn't raised the issue to the higher authority of bajaj auto?

      6) finally i want know that after completion of the servicing whether any final checking is done at the workshop by service manager because the fuel is leaking from the connector due to improper installation. (Photo copy enclosed)

      7) i wonder how a product from a renowned company like bajaj (Vehicle age 1 years 5 month) driven 13055 km only, have been broke down from gear lever shift assy. Comp. (Hsn code : 87149290/[protected]. Even after doing all the services as mentioned in the owners manual book. Is it the standard of quality assurance by your company as advertised?

      Now i am requesting you to understand the mental agony & monetary sufferings i have to go through. My humble request to you to look after the whole issue so that l can get a favorable treatment & justice from your renowned company.

      Require NOC for my 2003 model Bajaj boxer CT registration number ka-04-eg-6261.
      Kindly note as this is a old bike I am not able to get the NOC.
      Please help me in getting it as I have cleared the EMI long back.
      This is my umpteenth request kindly solve it before I escalate it into big issue.

        My loan account number[protected] is still showing pending amount as i have paid all the dues to the collection officer... But i came to know that the co has left the job and there is some amount still pending.. All this is effecting my cibil and credit report plz sort this issue... I have all ready mail the complaint to bfl and got a mail asking for bike details which i provided... And now iam waiting for a reply

          During my 3rd free service. Ndm bajaj service charged oil replacement ring charge. Rs 66.00. Where as during free service. Part replacement charge is not charged. During 3rd service oil of engine is replaced and with oil and filter and o ring is replaced. Filter replacement is not charged. But o ring replacement is charged rs. 66.00. Please do the needful.

            Hi,

            I'm chandra babu, i bought bajaj ct100 before six months at popular bajaj porur. From first service i'm facing several problems in my bike which was not resolved even in second service.in the duration of six months i have escalated the issue to popular bajaj manager trice but there is no response for it yet.

            Issue in bike. Horn not working from day 1 which was told several times, but no solution for it. So i bought horn from local store and changed it.

            Battery has severe problem from day 1 that's been changed after 3 months, even though the changed battery has a problem, that was informed but no solution yet from service centre.

            Major issue is unable to turnoff the engine, even after key take out from bike.

            Need very urgent help to resolve the above problem. Kindly do the needful.

              I purchage platina 1 year ago 30dec.2017 but dealer not giving my document such as bike rc, service book, no., etc so plz help me
              But still they had not solved my problem
              They ask every time i will pay 2 hours
              Kindly see it to the matter other i will take legal action. I will go to consumer court. Take some action but i know you people wont bother to the customer

                Sir,
                I have done my platina 100cc bike service in dewan service centre (Dwarka, new delhi) which opened recently but after the service my bike is not functioning properly.
                I don't know what they have done my bike handlestarted shaking and at 50 kmph speed handle shakes very fast i asked this guys to fix this problem but they have not done any thing and they had taken 500 rs for my service but service is like 3 rs.
                I am really disappointed with this service please suggest how do i to fix my bike problem.

                  I had purchased Bajaj Pulsar 150 from Gallops Bajaj Ahmadabad delar on 18.11.2018 but till date I have not received my bike registration no. I have no of time call Gallps Bajaj Delar & Bajaj Customer care number but no body will interested to resolve customer complain. I have no of time mail to customer care but they also not revert, After sales service is very bad.

                      My name is chiranjit paul, vehicle registration number is wb26ba 5477.
                      Have purchased bajaj avenger 180 from osl bajaj prince anwar showroom kolkata dated 31st july 2018.
                      Till today iam yet to get my bike vehicle registration smart card from showroom after repeated follow up also no proper answer is given to me, only ball passing game is happening with me.

                      I have lodger the above mentioned complain at bajaj toll free number on 16th jan 2019, but till today i havnet received any call for help or an update from the dealer regarding my issue.
                      If this is the level of service you all guys provide to customers who are purchasing bike worth rs lakh then iam sorry to say that next time before purchase a bike i have to thing twice for a brand like bajaj.
                      Need your help and support for the same.

                          I have bought a bajaj Avenger 220 cruise in November 2018 and now after two months i am facing issues with the bike. I went to the service center and they took my bike in the workshop and after i waited for 2 hours there they said that they have replaced the faulty part with the new one but i think they lied as i am facing the same problem again.

                            I purchased a right hand switch. The switch was not working properly. I paid 660. But they are misbehaving me and scolded me. I just requested them to replace that defective one and provide me a new and correct one. But they threatened me to leave the showroom. And still i didn't get my pulsar 180 bike yet. I already cler the bill. They dont give me my bike whether its already 5 days

                                  So here i come up with a problem that me new bought bike bajaj discover 125 from rolta bajaj in kestopur that my bike is not taking good pickup and there is some major problem in engine and carbarator even after first service being a old customer and being a good customer of your plzz it's good for you to maintain your goodwill among the customers so please kindly see to my problem and take immediate action against it otherwise i need to take steps to ruin your company's name in social media please don't force me to do so

                                    I have exchanged platina bike and purchased pulsar bike.
                                    Your staff will plays a game with me regarding money..
                                    They are planned to take money with me with out proper information.
                                    When i asked breifly,
                                    The show room manager named babji (Ganesh) he fights with my entire family, he spokes very rudely.
                                    And the excuetive named suresh he is also plays games the whole team planned that they tired to take money with me.
                                    Like this way their behaviour your bajaj company got bad name.
                                    So i want sorry from your manager named babji and your excuetive suresh also.
                                    Please take serious action and make explaniation with me.

                                      Hai am guru, from pondicherry. I got my ns160 at 2017/dec and the bike fine for 6 months after that got a problem " a metal rotational sound near magneto coil part, the sound comes when the bike in center position but when the bike is in side stand or slight right side the sound disappears. So contacted service center, and raised a complaint about it. Its my third service at akash bajaj in pondicherry. I thought it would be cleared after the service and waited for a week to change the spare and got my bike but still hearing the noise after the service. Just lost the hope on bajaj service...

                                      I took bike Bajaj ct100 on March 2018 and run 11000km and done 3 service in showroom when I gave for 3rd service and when I got back I am getting this problem kicker is getting free and gear is hard chain sound I need suggestions for this problem and I am getting more problems

                                        I have purchased a motor cycle (Bajaj platina 100es bearing registration no. Wb38al9749) with bajaj auto showroom, at ushagram, namely auto movers, asansol-03, on 10/08/2017 at the time they have issued me a insurance certificate annexed herewith with my correct name and address and received entire documents and necessary details necessary for registration. Afterwards 6 or 7 months they taken time to deliver me the r. C book on different different plea, one day they called me and tried to deliver me a r. C book bearing wrong name and fathers name on the said documents which i clearly refused to receive and requested them for correction of the same, but all in vain. Several time i called and requested mr. Abhijit bearing mobile no. [protected] for correction and supply of r. C book but on every occasion he shown his busyness to sell new bikes. Afterwards on november 2018 when i find that due non finding of r. C book my insurance could not renewed and lapsed since august 2018. I complained the matter to g. M of auto movers bearing mobile number [protected] but not yet nay fruitful result find.

                                        after verify name, fathers name and address details from both R.C book and insurance detail a class 4 student could also identify the mistakes on R.C Book done by the official staff of Auto Movers Asansol.
                                        I have resigned from BAFL in 28 December 2007 got releiaving letter in June 2008 and sent my PF withdrawl form as well.
                                        My ticket no is K8667 and I have been working from 14 August 2006 to 28 December 2007.

                                        I got relieving letter in June 2008 but my full & Final settlement amount and PF withdrawl is still pending.

                                        Pls help me out
