Hi sir,

I bought avanger 220cc bike at deesa high way bajaj showroom. After 6 month itself it was not started had problem. Showroom workers arrange new battery. And then i told the same problem in my third service but it was stopped again while going to office. I told the problem to them they didn't respond properly. Still my bike is not able to start...

It was in off condition at my home.

    I purchased bajaj avenger 180 from sanghi bajaj mp nagar bhopal after two day its stop working and i call to customer care bajaj they said of we will pick up ur bike from your location and they did not do that. I take bike to the showroom and then they did something and bike is ok but after 4 day same problem arise again again problem come and they are not taking the matter seriously i dont want this bike i did not feel like its a new so please help to solve this big issue.

      Hi, all,
      My name is anirban mazumdar and i have purchased a bajaj v15, from a authorised dealer m/s malinisri motors, tondiarpet, chennai on 16.12.2017. I've noticed the problem in the pick-up of bike within 10 days. During my 1st free service i shared it with the service engineer and they assured me to rectify the problem. But, it was not resolved. However, i continued with the same & soon i went for my 2nd free service (3500km) with the same service provider but at different location at retteri, kolathur, chennai. This time they checked my bike & confirmed that my clutch plate is over & needs to be changed. I was just shocked of it i asked them that i'm going to complain this to the company but they convinced me that they will try to rectify the problem without changing the clutch plate & requested not to complain. Somehow they managed to get the problem resolved & i was also satisfied. But, soon within 2000 km again the problem started & i was forced to take my 3rd & the last free service at the same center at malinisri, kolathur at 6326kms. This time they declared that my clutch plate is almost over and i should change it immediately. I asked the price of it and they said it's around rs. 1700/-. As i was not sure about it so i asked them if i don't replace it than how far it will last? They replied that it may last for another[protected] kms. But it may effect adversely on my engine performance. Today on 08.12.2018 at 8050 kms i went for my 4th paid service. They have given me an estimate of rs. 3000/- including servicing of my bike.

      Now, i have few questions to m/s bajaj auto ltd.
      1. Why my bikes clutch plate has gone within 6500kms.
      2. Why don't you cover clutch plate on your warranty terms.
      3. Why though a reputed company you supply substandard product with a premium pricing.
      4. Why should i not take a legal action against your esteemed (???) company.

      I am purchased a pulsar 150 bike and EMI paying continue within due date of the month but wrong charges penalty deducted from my account 295 by Bajaj auto finance department. Customer care not supporting for the same. Kindly do the needful for the same as soon as possible.

        I purchased dominar 400 from sri lakshmi motors located at anand bagh hyderabad recently and behaviour of manager is extremely rude towards customer he literally yells at customers. Since the dominar doesn't have the middle stand i went to get the chain lube at the service center, he yells at me and says we won't do this stupid work. When i'm ready to pay for it.         Hi,

        I bought Bajaj Dominor 400 from Khivraj bajaj -Pallikaranai, Till the first service i have not faced any issues . All was good . After the 1 st service . I faced the below issues

        1. Bike gets turned off frequently in traffic situations, and i have to drag the bike myself off the road. (Imagine the bike weight, its not that easy).

        2. After that i have to wait for atleast 5-10 mins for the engine to get cool down. and then it will get start after 3-4 attempts.

        3. It happened to me thrice. and then i went to the service station. they just plugged one device in my bike and told me they will reset the some codes. and they did that so. But problem was still there .

        4.Whenever my bike turned off, i could smell off burnt smell from my bike and the bike will be overheated to the core even i rode the bike for very short dustance . So i thought that . it might be oil issue.

        5.Its just been 6 months, and just before two months i gave my bike for the first service. Though
        i gave my bike for the second service . its just been rode to 2950kms

        6.And got my bike delivered yesterday. It turned off again, I dont know what to do now. I'm extremely stressed now. and always igniting my bike in doubt only. These service people are not at all knowledgeable about the bike,

        7.I even ready to spend more money to get my bike to the perfect condition. Someone please help me on this. What should i do now ?

          Hi sir,

          I bought avanger 220 bike on[protected] at mohjeet kundrathur bajaj showroom. The next day itself it was not started had problem. Showroom workers didn't response properly.             I am having bajaj pulsar 150 regularly servicing at authorised service station wasan & sons (Authorised service center bajaj nashik) but in last servicing they said ur due to engine noise and oil consumption they said your block piston and timing chain have to change so have as per their technical person i have paid all bill dues for all product and servicing but my problem hasn't been solved after repetitive follow-up with them within 1.5 month again same problem arise and surprisingly showroom personnel are again advised to change the same part which i change in last servicing and demand money for same parts and labour charge for the same after asking they say we are not responsible for that product is not came with any warrety and u have to pay all charges
            Which is very frustrating and no one taking responsibility for the same

              I have service my bajaj pulsar 150 regularly from seva bajaj nashik, i have given my bike for servicing at seva bajaj nashik during the same there technision said that they detected fault of block piston and timing change but after servicing i found that bike did not work properly after contacting to their executive they said that our products did not come with warranty and within 3 month they said that u have to again change the same parts which is change in last servicing and arguing that u have to pay all bill otherwise with all labour charges it is very frustrating behavior from seva bajaj nashik

                I am glad to inform you that I have a two wheeler Bajaj Chetak Scooter (model 2000) since 2004. Though it's an old two wheeler but I liked it too much. Now, the main problem is that at Guwahati I am not getting it's original part i.e., Gear Supprter (left sided) which has been broken regarding which I am facing problem.
                So, I will be highly obliged if you kindly arrange to provide me the aforesaid part at an early date.

                    Sir i have purchased pulsar 150 on 11/10/2018 but the bike is a defective bike it stops in the middle of the road, bike has lot of vibration there is a fluctuating rpm in the when the bike is in idle state i have visited to your authorised service centre no of times but they are unable to rectify the problem i have loged a complaint to your executives with reference no isr 451941 but there is no reply from your end sir please solve this problem immediately as i have to travel nearly 35-40 kms one way daily. This type of problems puts my life in danger on the road which can also lead to accident

                    Dear All,

                    I have taken new Avenger 220 CC in the month of January 2018. After 1st service, the had starting issue and during the 1st servicing, they have informed that one part has been changed. I have driven for another 3000 km and I got the same starting issue. The bike create noise while pressing the start key.
                    You guys are charging such a huge amount for this stupid bike. You know difficult for us to come to office if anything wrong happen to the bike. I am very much disappointed for this. Kindly take this bike and reissue the right one. I have to think 100 times to refer any one or take new from you.

                      In the month of june I purchased a motor vehicle AVENGER 220 CRUISE from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because (PROBLEM- SELF IS NOT WORKING- BIKE STOPPED IN B/W AND PETROL INDICATOR IS NOT WORKING .

                      I have visited more than 7 times but they say they dont have parts.finally,
                      'Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the problem under warranty, however, when I collected the vehicle and started using it again, the problem was still there' and they are saying that we not efficient to deal with this problem as this is a MANUFACTURING PROBLEM.

                      I am really VERY DISAPPOINTED with bajaj as 1st time i have pruchase a bike on trusting on your brand.

                      I would appreciate it if you could organize to solve the problem. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the receipts as proof).

                      I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by (date), I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce, consumer court or through the courts.

                      kindly, give me a deadline for the same, so that i can move for further proceeding.

                        I had just gone to viyyur from mundupalam and the auto had cost only 65 rs and whereas i came back to the same place and it was a lesser distance and he wanted 120rs saying its 5.5 kilometre so its 120 rs u cant argue im sorry and all. If he is so sure its going to be 120rs why cant he just switch on the fricking meter. He took advantage of me as i am a student and not so old and started quarreling. And he started saying itsok just give 110.. And then said cmon give me 100. So i gave him a 100bucks and he said ah angane vazhiki va mone and i took a picture of his auto and when he saw that he started his auto and went asap and swore at me while going. The autos number plate info is given below kl 08 aw 501.

                          Hi there,
                          Im s. Kannan. A recent customer of bajaj located in kasturba road.
                          I bought a new bike pulsar 200 ns (White). On dated 13th of november month. There was a defect in disk plate which was bent (Front), i noticed after a week from the day i got my new bike. I took my bike to main brach in kasturba road from where i bought my new bike. I told them the issue what was wrong with which i wasn't satisfied. They replied saying you can come anytime to have a check on the vehicle, and since then i took my vehicle to have a check on 1st of this month at 9:30 am, and they asked me to come at evening to collect my vehicle so that they can service my vehicle and plus to have a look at the disk plate which was bent. I went at 5:30 on the same day to collect my vehicle back, i had a expectation that the bajaj would sort the problem out, but the problem was the same of which the service team replied me saying there isn't any problem you can take your vehicle back and leave. Which hit my heart for a minute. I replied to the service team saying *i already had a check with an expert who said it is bent, who was local service station. But i didn't wanted the local service team to handle my vehicle from which my warranty would effect*. I asked the bajaj to look into it again and they replied saying there is nothing you can leave for the day in a rude manner. And coming to service my left side handle is shaking and the switch box on the lift works and sometimes doest work, it goes off and on every now and then since after the bajaj serviced my vehicle. Than sorting out my problem the people there were very rude to me. And the manager called as harish was so arrogantly behaving with me. The service was horrible and pathetic. I would please you to look into this problem.

                            After four month i am facing lot of problems like gear not working properly also headlight getting problem and also bike pickup and fuel overflow problem.
                            I have soon jaitpur service center five times to my bike for repair but result not getting setisfectory

                            Goods was expected to deliver within 10 days but almost 25 days past half product received with bad quality after 25 days but bajaj finance and furniture galleria both not taking action just ignoring me
                            pls cancelled my furniture or postponed EMI from next month
                            My bike is 2 months old and nw giving self starting prblm a horrible sound made while pushing self button...

                              Today i visited to bajaj service center with my new avenger 180 for first service in swastik bajaj jamshedpur here staff like government official no one can give proper information about where we get my free service for my bike they behave like free means fully free they we stay 2 hours here then we give information other go and visit other service center.

                              In damoh maa laxmi bajaj agency they give spare parts above the printed rate with gst if the rate is 70 rs on mrp printed rate they give us a bill withgst 81 rs whats this thats ur services
                              Noc loan closed but my bank account debited Bajaj finance 295 rupees

                                I have bought this avenger 220 street on may end 2018 and its not even 4 months now and its giving starter issue. Its not starting at all. I have to get someone to push it and than start it. This is really irritating. Its like a nightmare and its losing my patience. Its not even 4 months now and this issue started. I didn't knew about this else i would have never opt for this worthless stupid bike. If you are charging big amount for something than you got to seriously first check what you are selling. Did not expected this from a bajaj company product. Only wish if i could return and get back my hard earned money.

                                  With great disappointment i am writing this mail, i bought a bike pulsar rs 200 two years back from uppal select showroom. Few days back i have given the vehicle for service at hubsiguda branch for service as uppal mechanic was on leave. The service in change and service engeneer were not at all professional and refused to take the vehicle for service and were very rude. But upon requesting they agreed to take thr vehicle for service. I had give a complaint that vehicle is getting over heated and breaking down in the traffic but they hardly did any thing. So after few days again i went to them and complained they again check for a day and returned the vehicle but the problem was still not rectified. Now again yesterday i. E 30th nov 3
                                  2018 i gave my vehicle in the uppal service centre for the same issue. Even now when i call they hardly give any response and they say that they haven't even checked the vehicle for the issue. As customers we expect a promt response if not respect... So please look in to this issue immediately and please open your service centre before office ours. At least at 8 am or so u can take the vehicle for service. Our office starts at 9 am and u also open at 9 am and by the time we reach service centre in the evening to collect vehicle by 6.30 pm the a drive centre closes. We have to take leave everyone we give our vehicle or service and they don't rectify the issue so we have to revisit the service centre. I request you to change the timings for vehicle intake timings...
                                  I am attaching the copy of my jobcard also for your reference.

                                    Whenever i go to any of your workshops they deny to serve and ask to come again the next day. Do i have to take a day's leave from work everytime my bike needs a service??
                                    Worst experience of buying a motorcycle.
                                    That too after buying the dominar!
                                    It has been a year now, i have never got my bike serviced at a first visit, everytime i have to visit atleast 2 times, begging them to kindly get my bike serviced.
                                    When i visit the workshop at 2pm on weekdays they say no,
                                    When i visit at 11 am on wekends they say no,,
                                    I am not able to know the working hours!!
                                    After being harassed for such a long period, now its beyond my tolerable limits.
                                    Did i make a mistake by going for bajaj?!

                                      This is to inform that i had purchased bajaj avenger 180 on april 18 from js bajaj,, plot no -3, main rohtak road, inder encla, ve, pheeraghari delhi-110087, near kk hospital, udyog nagar, metro pillar no-316. I am facing a lots of problem in this bike. I had visited at show room & services central many times but still problem is not resolved yet. Those people spoke very rudely, specially show room manager, mr. Anurag. Please look into this matter.

                                        I son has given his bike on 05th Nov and they gave a slip saying you will get the bike by 30th Nov, today when we went to see the status of bike to our surprise they have not even started the replacement of part. Service centre say they don’t have parts available. Also Our bike is kept in very bad condition it’s not even 6 months old but looks lik 5 yrs old bike.
                                        My son is very disappointed and feeling sad about if t.
