I have limit in my card but it is not performing in my online accounts it declining the payment from few days. Please resolve the issues [protected] is my registered number with bajaj auto finance. Please you people resolve it for me as soon as possible. I want buy products it's emergency.. I was mailing to bajaj finserv but they are resolving it..

    I have given my pulsar 150 bike for servicing.. The main problem was tappet sound repeatedly from date of first service.. I have told to service executive. But the problem was not solved.. I'm getting irritation while driving because of this tappet sound.. I have saying them from first service.. Very very bad service

      I have a bajaj pulsarrs 200. Since december 2018 i am asking to take my bike from my home for service in ankleshwar, dist. Bharuch. Gujarat. I went att showroom and ask them to take my rs for service but nobody came at my home and when i call on their nhmber none of my call answered. There njmbers are [protected] & [protected]. At service centre they tild me that right now no mechanics available at service center for servicing pulsar rs 2000.

        I gave my dominar 400 for installing anti vibration kit at morning 9.00am at grand bajaj mannuthy, thrissur. Since there was no response from them, i called them and found the work wad over by 6p. M and i took delivery of it saying everything has been done but later at home i found they were cheating me. They haven't even touched my bike and when i asked about it, they were so rude asking to complain. I have the card they gave me before service and bike (Still no kit installed) as evidence. They will have their service card at office. Please do the needed and act accordingly so nobody will ever be cheated by such a big brand.

          My bajaj discover at the time of purchase giving a good mileage of 75km/l. And after 2nd service it is giving only mileage 45 km/l. And at the started position there was change in rpm without any acceleration. Some times there is a problem for starting the bike. Some time the bike turn off while running. I brought the bike in june 2018. What should i do.

            Issue summary: bike purchased from garve bajaj on 31st of december 2018 through executive rohan whose number was published on bajaj website (+[protected]/+[protected]. First week of jan itself noticed sounds from bike and informed rohan but he said it’s minor and requested to wait till rto passing (Next week) so that he can fix it together.

            There was no update on rto passing and contacted executive multiple times. Second week passed.
            January18th, bike got minor scratches (Attached pictures) which is not a major reason for passing as per pune rto but still rohan insisted for painting or changing everything. I have been convinced by rohan that it will take maximum 4 to 5 days to handover the bike back to me after completing repair and rto passing, so i have agreed for the same and submitted the bike to him on jan 22nd.
            Although, i was travelling out of city i told him that i will be able to collect the bike only on jan 30 not before that and he assured that even number plate will be ready by that time. I was asked to transfer an advance of 1000 to his google pay to order the parts and i did that too.

            I have contacted rohan on jan 30th to collect the bike and he said all the service was completed and there is a slight delay by rto inspector appointment for inspection and passing. And he requested another 2 days and i have waited foolishly and contacted him on feb 1st and he said rto visit is over but the number plate is not released and he requested to wait another 1 more day so that he can fix the number plate and deliver the bike.

            I have contacted him feb 2nd : his som was hospitalised so not in offfice to check. Feb 3rd : waiting at rto office for number plate.
            Feb 4th: i requested at least to send the invoice of the service and he said the printer was not working so asked to wait one more day.

            Feb 5th: no response on calls.
            So i have decided to visit the showroom surprisingly on evening.
            Rohan was not there but i see my bike was parked outside with all dust and dirt outside with the same scratches and condition that i have given.
            I have created a complaint bajaj customer care, additionally asked for a responsible representative to escalate as i was using uber/ola transport after late night office hours which was charging me around 500 rupees everyday for these unprofessional and shameless lies.
            Someone introduced me priyanka[protected] from the cashier section telling me that to explain the complaint mentioning that she is the responsible person.
            I explained all these lies from rohan and situations happened. She immediately called a person from the service section and checked whether if it was any delay on parts ordered, they have confirmed that nothing was ordered so far and rohan never mentioned them even regarding this bike.
            Priyanka apologises for what happened and requested me to wait another 4 days to order the parts and it’s delivery and another 2 days for service and passing. Also given me an approximate estimate of[protected] rupees.

            Next day, i received a call from garve bajaj - wakad branch service manager regarding the subjected complaint and i explained what happened and he apologised for what happened and assured me that he will check and update the same.

            Yesterday february 12th, sooraj from show room contacted me and they have shared me an estimate bill of 5300.
            Today february 13th, priyanka contacted me and said it will take another 4 days for the rto passing and confirmed that service is completed.

            On what trust, i will collect the bike and wait another 4 days for rto passing, considering all these delays and lies. I have told them that i will not accept the bike unless and until the agreed tasks are completed.
            Who will pay my everyday travel expense of 500 per day for the clear negligence and unprofessional act from the bajaj employees.

            Was closed without any response, bike is still with them.
            I have contacted them immediately when i received the sms issue resolved to inform them that the issue is not resolved, they again collected information and mentioned that somebody will be contacting in 24 hours (Feb 13). Also asked me to sent an email [protected]@bajajauto.co.in, i sent the above information on the same day but nobody contacted me.

            Today, 22 february i have contacted them again to check the status existing request to reopened complaint and status of my bike they simply say that it was closed as resolved. I requested for escalation along with my email details which was sent on 13th feb, then they created a new complaint isr-490307, saying the same things that somebody will be contacting and no escalation was done.

            I am frustrated with my daily midnight travel expenses after the us night shift, hence i am creating this complaint before moving to consumer court for my vehicle and compensation for the expenses and cheating happened against me.

            Days since bike purchase : 53 days
            Total days bike used : 20 days
            Total days in showroom : 32 days
            Expected delivery : no update.

            I need a complete refund on the bill and rto passing to be done on the top priority. Please escalate this incident to next level for refund and service assurance.
            Waiting on refund confirmation.

                Today i approached anirban bajaj showroom, barpeta road, assam for purchasing a pulsar rs 200 bike from bongaigaon which is 60km away.in this regard i contacted mr. Rakesh over phone, one of the staffs of the showroom, having mobile no [protected] yesterday to know the price of the bike. As he informed the price of the bike is 147250/- inr and i approached showroom with the said amount in cash. But, the receptionist behaved rudely when i want to know who is the manager of the showroom. She pointed me with her finger to the upstairs. When i went to the upstairs, mr rakesh told me that the price of the bike is 172000 (Apprx). But i couldn't understand why the price is mismatched. Therefore i couldn't purchase the bike for wrong information of price by mr. Rakesh. Please take necessary action against mr. Rakesh and the receptionist of the showroom.

                  I have been facing continuous ABS issue in my pulsar ns 200. I bought my bike on November 3rd, 2018. After completing my first service I am having this ABS light blinker issue. Though I have raised the complaint to the Bajaj automobiles (Complaint Number: ISR - 473326) the problem is not yet resolved. I went to the Bajaj service center (Shree Jai Autos Adyar, Chennai) they have reset the ABS sensor but I am having this issue in a continuous manner. I

                  I tried calling the Bajaj Automobiles customer care they said that your complaint number is in resolved state. How can they close the ticket as resolved state without intimating or verifying with me about the problem? Very worst behaviour from Bajaj. As a customer I should not have fault bike in first place. I bought this bike for 1.35k rupees. They should rectify this problem or else they need to replace all parts within the bike which comes under warranty. Customer care person is asking me call again if the issue is still with the bike. I need a proper answer for this. Who will take care of my bike? Please raise this complaint to Bajaj automobiles and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                    Subject : repeated problem even after servicing is done - reg

                    I want to bring this to your kind notice that i have purchased pulser rs 200 bike from your showroom on dec 27th, 2017 and it is not even a year till now, ihave given my bike for servicing for 5 times and the problem my bike facing is "top head". You should understand that almost like in a interval every 2 months i am giving the bike for your service centre, it shows what kind of annoying service i am receiving and this is a shameful thing for your showroom too.
                    Everytime your people sending me with convincing words and not with the convincing service.
                    Currently my bike comes under warranty, during warranty period itself your people are not giving me a proper response then how can i expect that there will be a proper response aftery warranty period and who will take the responsibility of my bike condition after the warranty period.
                    Right now i have given my bike for servicing in your centre for the 6th time and please instruct your people to do a proper work if suppose this issue got repeated again means i will file a case at the consumer court.

                        Hi,
                        My name is zeeshan and i have purchased a motorcycle bajaj pulsar 150 classic from osl bajaj (Ajc bose road, kolkata) on 30/11/2018 and it was a cash purchase. I got my motorcycle number plate affixed after 2 months of purchase by calling several times to the dealer. Secondly there is a mistake in the insurance paper which needs to be corrected but after calling numerous times to the dealer there is no response and till now the mistake is not being resolved and i haven't got my smart card yet.
                        I just want to ask osl bajaj that they have given me the bike for free???
                        Then why i have to call hundred times to the dealer for getting the things done as it is there responsibility to get there work done within time so the customer dont get frustrated. I literally got harassed by there services and i hope this complaint of mine can make an imapact to the dealer.

                            Dear team,

                            I own a avenger 150 which was bought during the month of april 2016 and it has ran 50k km and i use to give it at authorised showroom for service in the frequency of less than 2 months, to my astonished today the service engineer says i have a enjonr issue in the bike and boring to be done at will cost 14k, i said that i keep the vehicle in good condition and change the oil once in 2 months and i don't drive rash too then how come enjonr issue so early, for that he says all the bajaj vehicles has life and time frame for either 5 years or 50k before engine issue starts to raise, i do own a unicorn too which has ran 1 lakh km and still i haven't touched the enjine part but i'm confused on how come this issue on the india's no 1 two wheeler company, i really made a big mistake in purchasing the vehicle do should have gone to a different manufacturer, this is really annoying, don't you think spending 14k again is atrocious, is this the life of the vehicle, i make sure it's get addressed in the right way and manner in social media, what is the solution you can offer now?

                            Life run is just 50k km is useless...

                            Why am i made to shred 14k again?

                              On[protected] a sum of inr 559.00 was deducted from my savings a/c maintained at sbi, haldia port branch (Sbin0001360) without my consent / intimation. My passbook narration is "to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto".

                              Presently, there is no outstanding dues towards bajaj loan emis or late payment charges.

                              I think the above-indicated deduction baseless and erroneous. Please justify the deduction at the earliest and also arrange for immediate refund of the same along with interest thereon.
                              Bajaj Auto customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have been charged overdue charges in spite of having sufficient balance in my bank A/C. Please rectify this & maintain proper accounting.

                                  Sir when today I gone to ask the clearance of vehicle loan to RTO Office at viginipuraha RTO office I already cleared the from your bank finance of bajajfinance but it's showing not clear the amount please always take care of the customer because when we buying the vehicle customer take care but while closing the EMI clearance closed in your not taking care the customer please take care please do the needful to customers

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    Iam shaik madina from hyderabad, i have purchased a pulsar 150cc dual disc on july 14 in hyderabad. Just after 2nd service, i have been facing many issues with my bike.
                                    After few days of 2nd service, i faced a lot of problems like self starting delaying and engine killing regularly. The show room and the service centre told that, as the bike is new so that it will take some time to settle properly. Ok i agree with that. Bot again after few days same problem is occured as the petrol leakaging from chouk and the bike is suddenly not working and the bike is working only for 6000 kms. Due to this issues i went to the showroom service centre they said that they will repair it in half day but they take 3-4 days. Then also same problem is appearing again and again i went for a repair but there is no permanent solving for that.
                                    What the hell it is how many times i have to repair my bike. The service they have given is very poor and they are not responding properly with the customers.
                                    The showroom station is very worst and they are not functioning properly and without permission they removed the engine head part and also they are given late delivery. Seriously now i'm thinking thatbwhy i choosen a bajaj products. If this procedure is continuing like this with problems then definately bajaj products ratings and servicing centres will going to close.

                                      I bought bajaj avenger street 220 2018 model on 20th february 2018. Just after 1st service, i have been having issues with my bike.

                                      On 1st service itself, i gave a complaint of fuel indicator giving incorrect reading which still persist.

                                      Just after few days of buying, i had issue of self start giving delay and engine killing regularly. The showroom and service centre told, as the bike is new it takes time for roms to settle properly. I agreed to what they said and wait.

                                      After some time, the bike had a complete electric failure. It was towed by service centre and was there for almost 2-3 weeks. I did not get any respond from service centre about the update on the issue and only got it repaired after i reported the matter to the service manager at the centre.

                                      I still haven't got any root cause from service centre or bajaj on why there was a complete electric failure on 6 months old bike.

                                      Recently on 27th january 2019, i got one way relay changed after getting call from bajaj to get it changed. I also got my 3rd service done with it, where i reported of oil leakage near the engine. Had to keep my bike for more than 24 hours to get it done.

                                      Even after that, yesterday my self start started giving delays and there was oil leakage again near engine.

                                        I bought a speedometer from futuristic bajaj kudal showroom in sindhudurga 18 march 2018 i had minor negligible issues since the day i installed it but i live i sawantwadi 20 km away from the showroom so it was not possible for me to go and visit showroom regarding that issues. But now my rpm meter has stoped working and speedometer is also showing faulty readins i visited the showroom but showroom maneger didn't even met me to ask the problem and store receptionist said that there is no warranty on parts.
