This is inform to you i have purchased new geser and requested for the installation and maintenance of geyser which is not working properly after that the person of the service man in new delhi paharganj area visited at my home and approaching to purchase his pbc pipe which has already purchased by market but he say that your new pipe is not working which is not use till that after purchase so how that is not working but he pussing me for the purchase his pipe and that is more costly from the market price so i was not ready for purchasing his pipe then he told me that i will never visited for any service for your geyser and he has left my home without resolve the actual problem which is main problem for my complaint that is geser is not showing power and heating indicator and power supply after plugin the electricity and he was not ready to talk with me and suddenly left my home without resolve my problem. My main problem a newly geser not supplying electricity and now till that time geser is same situation.
So i requested you that please don't send this type of guys for service to any customer's home and please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

After this i have again requested through customer care and again assigned to rakesh this is my bad luck and now 3 days over but he is not come for the service and again misbehavior to my wife and told her i will not come for service now i am going to consumer forum if my problem is not resolve in 24 hrs and also complaint against the rakesh for misbehavior.

    I had procured microwave oven and signed an extended warranty with jeeves for two additional years. The cavity below the rotating plate has got burnt due to possible misalignment of the megatron replaced by jeeves in the past. Now, they do not want to render the service as according to them the burnt cavity is not covered under warranty.
    The burning of the metal has taken place due to their mistake only. I contacted bajaj electronics, who have suggested to pay the visiting fee of their service personnel along with the repair charges.
    This attitude of bajaj and jeeves is highly deplorable.
    As a last resort, i approach you for help, if you intend me to continue shopping through flipkart. I had an excellent experience with walmart when i was abroad and hopefully, you also must be following the same line.

      I have purchased lg tv 32 inches lmsmart tv for rs.18000, after one day ur associate called me and ask me to pay extra rs.1300.
      I returned the product as i don't want to pay that extra money.

      It is very unfair business practice, once the product sold for some price how will you changed price later. Waste of time for us.

      When i returned the product u must cancel the product deal at ur end, but it is not happened at ur level so that i am getting messages from lgcare regarding installation, this is also i time waste for me to receive such messages.
      This much reputed company making such silly and worst mistakes is not good.
      And i never by a product at bajaj electronic and will tell the same to my friends too.

      Hi,

      I have purchased IFB washing machine and Samung Refrigerator on 25/10/2019 at Bajaj electronics Madhapur but these items are not delivered yet. They promised to deliver with in 48 hrs but they are giving irresponsible answers and not responding sometimes. Bill no S-28619.
      I had bought bajaj majesty rx 10 room heater online via paytm. It is delivered today itself. When I opened the box I found body is not fitted correctly. It's one side bolt is broken or not tight. Please get it repaired as soon as possible.

          Purchased samsung 4k tv from bajaj showroom from icici cc i was told that no cost emi with 0 processing fees. I have been charged rs 484 and rs 81 in the name of bajaj merchant on top of that intrest has been charged rs 200 for every emi. I have word with icici customer care and they have confimed me that i will be charged intrest on my emi. I have paid my first emi with intrest i need clarity for the same. Giving false commitment to customer.

            On 23 oct we visited the showroom for buying a tv and we booked a 43 inch tc vide invoice number s-20256 and we were told in 24 hrs delivery and installation would be done.

            However the same was delivered next day on 24 oct, while we stay in rent house we had some issues with the size of tv so withing 12 hrs of delivery i called them for return and requested them to exchange and we would buy a 32 inch, however i was not given any response and finally one of the manager told the items sold can only be upgraded and not downgraded.

            Till today dated 29 oct the installation service has not turned up and neither any response from bajaj electronic.

            They are just fooling around customers and once items are sold they dont give any heed.
            Hi i have been charged for a mobile which i did not buy and 2 emis have been deducted solve the problem immediately. I have made so many calls to customer care and given complain still no use . How can someone charge emi for that product which i have never bought .

              Today when we visited the store while returning back lift got stucked in 4th floor. Intentionally the power city happened for the lift. Even after 15min no one attended the emergency. We are with small kid and she got suffocation. We all felt stressed. After coming out no one even took responsibility of addressing the issue. They are really irresponsible. If no one is going to address this issue we will be taking serious action on the same through media and police.

                  I have visited your store in mahbubnagar telangana state. I have ask for bahan finserv card which they are providing. As iam a government employee i will be working in different places i don't have local proof along my bank account and my department id card. I ask them to consider my request and process it. I will give in writing. But store keeper insulted me that documents provided by me are fake. Instead of processing the request he just refused to take. He told that if i want you just go and take letter from your office. He don't want customers which they ask for any questions. This was happened on 09.10.2019 times 8pm.                     I have given complaint 7 days back till now nobody has not come yet. The worst service i am seeing is the bajaj. Ifcl mer care they give different number which are not working?

                    If i call to manager he wil say i will send tomorow again and again everyday.

                    After this i am thinking that i dont want to buy any product in my life time after this type of incident and worst service.

                      We bought samsung washing machine on aug 15th in emi for 15 months which starts from sept. We have linked our account details and were told that the money will automatically be deducted. Today a lady called me and said that i have to pay the penalty as the money didn't deduct from the account. She used harsh words and cut the call. I am not sure if she is from bajaj electronics. When i asked her she was saying mind your words, i am not from customer care, i am the connection in between.

                        I bought bajaj shakti plus 10 ltr geyser from amazon on 30th june'19 for 1st time and the product was faulty. I again bought the same item from amazon on 20th july and it was again faulty which we came to know while demonstration was going on by the bajaj technician just right after the installation.. But as it was already installed, permanent screwed holes were already made in the wall and the technician said he wouldn't take out the screws but he took out the nuts. And i returned the item again. As the holes were already made, i had to buy the same model from flipkart again on 23rd aug, as it is not available offline anymore. Now the bajaj technician is not willing to continue with this already drilled screws and telling that he won't provide nuts and he will re-drill the wall. I contacted the service center and the service center again forwarded the installation request to somewhere else on urgent basis. But i haven't received any call for installation till now. The installation is still pending. Customer care is providing some useless random numbers to contact with again and again. Neither the customer care nor the service center is helping me and the matter is hanging.

                          M using bajaj stablizer for my ac, but its not working well, wen ever voltage goes down my ac turned off, this stablizer is not able to maintain the fluctuation, if this will continue den it will damage my ac, my product is in garentee period, so i decided to replace or repair my product but bajaj is not taking proper action on it, everytime dey call n enqire the same question, n some time der official agents are very unprofessional, they dont know how to talk, full of sarcastic replies, now m really not happy with this service, plz take proper action on it otherwise i will go further.
                          I cleared all bajaj loans no pending. There are 2017 and 2018 year intermediate charges are cutting on my account as on 25th and 26 August 2019 . 5 five times. Pls solve the problem sir.

                            I have bought the LG AC in the Month of Apr 19. and i have paid all charges required for the card formation And processing charges at the time of AC purchasing. I have observed that Today the amount of rs 118 has been deducted from my account as deduction of amount from my account info: BAJAJFIN_MNDTVRFCHGS_April19. I do not understand that why the above mentioned amount has been deducted as already i have paid all dues on time. Arrange to credit this amount in my account. Ans reply why this has been deducted??                               This is to inform you that I have Purchased AC from Bajaj Electronics.(15 MARCH 2019) product MODEL AR18RV3HETYNNA

                              I had raised for cooling complaint on 26th MARCH 2019.

                              Till Now more then 10 Technicians have come for Servicing for the AC.

                              It looks like I have purchased a second Hand AC with full Price.

                              Technician comes and goes but still the issue was not resolved,

                              One Techinicain says cooling issue, other says Gas issue.

                              FYI- Technicains from SAMSUNG

                              Technician – Asif- [protected]

                              Technician- Who again visited – Ahmed number- [protected]

                              [protected]( Another Technician)

                              .One says Gas issue But gas was perfectly okay. But Cooling was not coming.

                              Are the Samsung Technician not aware of the AC Product.

                              Post which another technician came and finally he said there is a problem with the AC and will arrange for replacement and pls find the attachment of AC COOLING TEST

                              You guys are fooling with customers,

                              We have trying to follow up with Customer contact Centre. Spoken with Arun/Lucky but in vain no results.

                              I had called up CCC-kept in call waiting for half an hour/.
                              Customer Contact Centre- Arun /Lucky Tells will arrange call back,
                              When asked to them to connect to their manager they say they are busy on another call-For Half an hour they are busy. What kimd of service is this.
                              Nobody has contacted from Samsung CCC Since last Friday.
                              I want to cancel the AC and refund the amount at any cost.
                              SAMSUNG IS CHEATING PEOPLE .THEIR CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE IS WORST..
                              I WANT THE AC AMOUNT REFUNDED AT ANY COST.& dont want to take any AC from the worst company samsung.
                              I have visited the bajaj office but in vain they are also not suppoprting

                                V recently buy lg ac from bajaj electronics road no 1 Banjara hills while buying the ac the coordinator of store have told us tat there will be no installation charges at all ..only angular hook will be charge rs 250..tat sol..no the company installation fellow is asking for rs 950 to install ac...then we trying to call bajaj store located in Banjara hills from were we buy tat ac on 6 June 2019.. no responding all store mobiles are switch off ...i want to know the status and issues related to it..

                                  I had horrible experience with the delivery of goods by bajaj electronics. The people there told me the delivery will be done before 7 pm. Then I called them to ask about delivery time the next day and they told me 9.30pm. Upon persistent calling they called me suddenly at 6.15 pm telling they are in the building. They created a huge fuss and no correspondence was initiated or told to me. I had to call them persistently to get the updates. It’s like once you have received the payment you don’t care about the customer. I am extremely disappointed by the service. Further these people are telling me about confusion and driver being busy and irrelevant excuses like that.

                                      I have bought Samsung 354 liters refrigerator on 06/05/2019, However the supporter make sure that the product is available and said that it will be delivered next day, when i contacted the branch on 06/06/2019 they said that the product is not available at their end and the delivery would be late. This is not the first time this incident took place at particularly chandanagar, Hyderabad Branch. Promoter name is Naresh. Also some staff members behavior is not at all good with customers.

                                        I have brought a cooler from your Bajaj electronic at 20days back and now it is not working.They said us to call customer care they are not at all responding and we have to your electronic but you are also not at all responding.shame on you it is a huge marketing company and this much rekless about the customers problems.
                                        Now I am going to complain against you in the consumer court that you have sold me damaged product and now you are not at all responding.
                                        Worst electronic company.
