I purchased LG split AC Model No.12SNZ VIDE Invoice no.1242/18E/S-15030 Dated 03-03-19 from Baja Electronics, ECIL. Delivery given on 04-03-19 at around 4.00 PM. The service personal came for installation it was noticed that the model was different. I informed Bajaj Electronics at around 10 pm they delivered another AC.The technician installed the unit on 05-03-19.He did not check the levels of the unit. They did not done water leakage test, Gas leakage test, Ampere measurement. No test Run was done. I asked him why you are not doing the mandatory tests. He said we are highly experienced we need not required to do these tests.He said if any problem they will take care. I found that it was not giving proper cooling. Next day I called the technician no one turned up after repeated calling one technician visited on 25-4-19. He did not check anything and said no problem to the AC it is giving correct cooling. After that I called so many times no one turned up. On 27-5-19 I contacted LG call center a technician came and checked and told it is defective and gave his manager number.On being contacted the manager Mr.Dharmendra told that the defect cannot be rectified by technicians of Hyderabad to rectify a technician to be called from pune. On 04-6-19 Mr Dharmendra and the technician from Pune came and checked the AC for three hours. The told the Software crashed temporary software to be loaded. One among them told it cannot be rectified. After sometime they are telling earthing is not correct. It was noticed by me that AC consuming around 4-6 units per hour. We suffered a lot in these three months after purchasing this AC. After paying also my family suffered a lot due to hot summer.If I accept the same unit the defect may once again arise in the next summer by that time Warranty will be over. So I you please use your good office and arrange to replace the same.

This was on 27 th may it's 2nd june no action at all when i call customer they r providing numbers in which one is not doing job and another is switch off worst products and worst service

      I purchased an lg ac at your store situated at dilsukhnagar.

      Your staff at the store and specially your store manager mr akhil has no sence in talking to customers.

      He is asking customer to have knowledge about model numbers it seems and when asked about. He cheated us by providing us cost of higher model and made us purchase lower model.

      Also used abused language with me on call and declined to talk to me.

      I make sure that no one in my family or friends and people i know to visit your dilsukhnagar store.

      Such a worst customer experience.

      Purchase date: 29 may 2019

        We purchased a washing machine on 18th may, on installation on 25th may it was discovered by demo executive that it had some defect. We immediately reached out to bajaj electronics, gachibowli store where we purchased the product from and informed about the issue. They assured us that the faulty product will be replaced immediately. But its already been 4 days and we haven't received the replacement. Everytime we call we are told it will be done today and they have ample of excuses ready for not being able to do it yet.

        Highly irresponsible staff experience. This looks like an infinite loop o[censored]s visiting their store everyday and them making false promises.

          I have purchased samsung ac 2ton from bajaj forum mall. Installation of ac was worst. Outdoor box hot air is coming in room. He left installation in between and left, 4 days i tried calling, he is not responding, i called in charge person, nothing is getting worked out.
          I have purchased fridge, last year. It was good response. Now i very much dissatisfied with bajaj.

            I have purchased volta's cooler at ramanthapur bajaj electronics. After running half day, pumping stopped and no water is circulating stopping cooling process. It's not even a day cooler stopped working. Spent thousands on it hoping to save from heat. But with money in vain guys sold default product. Contacted bajaj customer service registered complaint no response till now. Also no promise of return. Looting people money.

              Purchased the ac in the month of january and damaged within one week. Replaced with another unit and now this unit also failed to perform

              Complained about the ac problem and it was noticed that gas leakage problem.

              From the last four days suffering without ac and still how long we should wait for getting solve the problem.

              We have spend the money for not to suffer like this. Please try to attend the problem now or re-place the unit immediately

                When we order n paid the bill, the showroom people the ac would be delivered the next day. Next day they said they will deliver within an hour, but we didn't get. But we called the showroom person said there is no stock. We are completely disappointed by the behavior of the person present at showroom. Kindly look into the matter n try to deliver the ac at the earliest.

                      Poor ac service... Not responding properly as they said us they will provide installation and now they are telling us to make holes urself for the wall moreover. The way of talking is too bad.. We got the ac 3 days back no one are ready to install it till now as though we made too many calls... Please request u to provide service asap.

                        We have bought an ac it took 2 days for the bajaj company hyderabad to deliver the product to home. It’s now the 5th day till now they have no technicians to install the same. They have provided customer care number we have been calling since 4 days mostly they won’t attend the call, if they attend they ll tell it will be installed today. Again when we call another person ll take the call and says their technicians are busy or ll somehow delay it and says it’s 7 pm already and can’t be installed. We are really disappointed with the purchase from bajaj

                            I have brought the symphony air cooler on 23 of april... But from the day i brought it iam not satisfied it is giving the air but not the cooling at least 25 degrees... Very bad service i want it to be return or exchange... My room is only 10x10 sq ft it not covering that much area also... Very bad service... And also called the symphony techniquetion but he had also not solved my problem... Plz take my concern or i can also go in a legal process...

                              I have purchased lg refrigerator with an amount of 20, 000 rupees from chanda nagar bajaj electronics on purchase date of[protected], still now we dint get delivery of refrigerator more than 10 days over and no cal from them. If i called to the chanda nagar bajaj electronics landline they were speaking irresponsible to the customer and sales executive has kept my mobile blocked and am forwarding my invoice bill and i am kindly requesting to delivery the refrigerator and check the negligence were it has happened.

                                I have purchased mega 60 collar on february month but on april 13nth collar fan was not moving properly than i have given complaint on 14th april at showroom, on the same day mechanic came and told fan motor problem and they will put order to company and change the motor, but still it is not don, no body can give the proper answer either showroom or from mechanic side. I am suffering summer best from 12 days still it is pending. I have bring my friends and relatives to purchase nearly 6 collars of your company. But your impression is going to bad because of your service. So kindly change my collar motor tomorrow at any cost please.

                                  My name is susheel from hyderabad on 8 march 2019 i have purchased 2 air conditions (Ac) from bajaj electronics showroom at dr. A. S. Rao nagar branch. The ac is not working properly the room is not getting cooled so, i have called to showroom dr. A. S. Rao nagar branch ([protected]) 20 days back, they informed me that they will get back to us with in 24-48hrs but there is no response from them again last week on saturday i called them same information they have provided it will take 24- 48 hrs 5 days passed away but there is no response from them.

                                  Iam very disappointed with your service, you people are irritating me, irresponsible staff, you people need only money from. Very very very bad service

                                    I registered complaint from past 45 days i m following up with dilsuknagar bajaj electronics no of them are responding agents are using abusive language against me. The manager him self is busy every time i call to connect manager customer service representative states he is having lunch. Almost 7times i directly went to bajaj to get solve of my issue still no response. Cooler wheels are taken by service man long back about 30days back for replacement but he is not lifting the call. Bajaj people are not responding i have all the proofs to sue everyday wasting my time is not a joke the cooler water is leaking its like flowing river with the cooler. I want a priority action to be taken at the earliest.

                                      We purchased voltas AC from Bajaj Electronics AS RAO nagar branch and it turned out to be a diaster.AC does not work, it does not cool, Bajaj team is very arrogant and they dont talk properly at all. Very rude behavior by Tl Anil and Rajesh. No proper support. We need our refund and this looks like a big scam which bajaj electronics is running. Please help us resolve this issue as our kids are having a great difficulty and suffering in this heat. We have been raising tickets and complaining and still there is no response from the team here at all. they seem to be not serious after the sale is done. request someone to take action against them help us get our money back. We strongly dont recommand Bajaj Electronics

                                        Pfa the photos and invoice copy of 20 ltr bajaj grill microwave oven purchase 4 month back and gifted to my sister in marriage as gift.

                                        However it's not working after unpacking at her home.

                                        Further we have registered the complaint and engineer attended and telling about manufacturing defects in the microwave and denied to make the breakdown now i personally called up at customer care no. Again and they said that service centre team will change the product but i didn't receive any revert from them so far.

                                        I want clarification who will provide the solution to me and how it will be closed on priority as it's my sisters home and her in laws are creating problem about the same need immediate intervention else i will file the complaint in consumer court with all the call recordings thanks.
