    We were sold a damaged product (Samsung galaxy a71) which we could not notice when purchased in the shop at gachibowli branch hyderabad. We have called the branch but they seemed not to trust us. This is too bad that they sell damaged products. I request everyone to be paranoid when purchasing from stores. Online purchase is far better. Tomorrow we are going to the store to check cctv footage.

      This is a new tv which we bought it couple days ago. And started having hard time with sound quality. We are not at all satisfied with the sound quality - infact in order to hear we need to set the tv volume to 70 or 80 which is not the correct thing to do. One of my friend have the same tv model and he can have a good sound quality when volume set to 15 or 20. We think this is a defective model and needs to replaced asap. Can’t take this anymore. We spent 99000/- for this tv.

        Hi team,
        I have ordered for daikin ac in madinaguda
        They didnt deliver the product after waiting for 30 days they gave very negligent answer that partiuclar product is not there.
        Without delivering the product they are deducting 6300 if asked why is it so
        They are speaking very unprofessionally rudely

        Beware of this fraud unthical team dnt get cheated

          Hi team,
          I have never seen such irresponsible neglent staff bajaj electronics madinaguda
          Named tukaram and leads. I ordered for daikin ac which they i didnt receive the product as the particulat model was not available,
          Knowing the model is not available they asked me to wait till mid of march
          I cancelled the prodcut and i said strongly but they are still deducted amount as emi 6400 without the prodcct
          Very rude staff, un ethical un trained staff

            We have purchased daikin 2020 new model ac they have shown the new product of 2020 with 10 years warranty on compressor but we have received 2019 model so please take return of this product and provide new product.

              Hai sir/madam,
              Chintakunta bajaj electronics in hyderabad goes to buy a washing machine. There we selected the bosch-wat2846sin company washing machine. I have an hdfc pre-approved, person related to hdfc is doing paper finance without pre-approved. Alraedy told two times but he was doing paper finance without compliance. Negligence says that if asked what pre-approves. Rude says we'll do it.
              Goes to store manager (Prabhakar) ask the information but says that if his behavior is very bad and rude, he says hdfc debit or credit will be taken by 18% percentage interest on bosch washine machine. Wrong information provided store manager (Prabhakar) is that the credit card emi also takes the interest of the original bosch company. How to make a bajaj electronics maintain manager provide rude information with customers.
              Bajaj electronics head office get proper action to manager. Otherwise good company reputation is collapse.

              1) i will purchase bosch-wat2846sin washine machine in bajaj electronice other store without intrest in hdfc-credit card emi.
              2) how can i purchase in without interest in hdf-credit card emi in other bajaj electronics.
              3) but chinthalkunta bajaj electronics manager is total provide information wrongly and behaviour is very rude.
              4) wrong information like this, many customers will be suffer, pleae take action to chinthakunta manager (Prabhakar)

                This was the first time I had purchased an home appliances in Bajaj electronic and there is a saying that First impression is the last impression.
                I have ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator (200 litres, single door, direct cool)

                Invoice number : 1252/20/S-1928

                But the product which I received is 265 litres, double door, frost free). Was in constant touch with the Showroom.
                First thing is the no proper customer service, they give false commitments, no history of call maintenance (we will to tell the problem from the beginning whenever we call ), they said it will be replaced by today evening but till now it is not.
                I had a plan to buy washing machine within 2 months but seeing this service I think I need to look for some other showroom.

                  I have booked an ac on 25th if may and got it delivered on the 27th of the same month. The staff has told that they would send the technicians to fix the ac in 48 hours after the delivery but have failed in it. They can’t be too irresponsible for this. Facing many issues without this.

                    Hi team,

                    Invoice number# 1234/20/s-186

                    Since we didn't get any response from bajaj electronics customer care and still we didn't received products.

                    I request you to cancel my order and return the payment immediately.

                    Also for wasting my 10 days time, i am going to sue in consumer forum.

                    There is no proper response and customer desk in gachibowli bjaja electronics branch,

                    Without having stock in where-house sales executives are said stock available in where-house and product will be delivered within 2-3 days.

                    Its almost 10 days over, till date ordered products are not available in showroom and where house.

                    So for giving false commitments and wasting my one week time, i am going to sue in consumer forum.

                      Hello this is one of the customer. I have purchased samsung b4 side by side door refrigerator on 23 from nizampet bajaj electronics and the staff were very attentive to us till we did the payment. After the payment is done that's it all the staff who were very attentive giving all the information suddenly stopped giving further information even if we went and asked. They don't respond to calls or no proper response if we go to the store as the payment is done. They promised to deliver the product on 26 and today is 29 may till now i did not get the product. I am sorry that i have to mention the staff names as they don't even have commonsense to give proper response to customer who approach them i spoke to nishanth, sohab, srekanth some of the staff members who dont deserve to be in such bog store they are not giving the phone to his manager to speak about their behaviour.
                      The worst part is after calling multiple times they said that the product is out of stock nonsense. I don't believe that bajaj electronics being such a big company says out of stock. If that is the case why do you need to open the store and say sale is on just to fool the public.
                      I would suggest all the customers not to step in the "nizampet brach" of bajaj electronics. It's waist of your time and energy.

                      I have purchased panasonic LED before lockdown from bajaj electronics kompally.. ph: [protected], [protected] .. i received it on MAY 23rd 2020..they said we send the person to installation and fitting in 24 hrs..still they didn't send and not giving proper response...when we are calling them giving rude response on call...

                        I have purchased whirlpool fully automatic washing machine on 21st may2020 inv no. 1904/20/s 480 on bajaj card (S ganeshan) at kompally branch, i was promised for delivery next day.
                        When i called next they (Ms. Praveena) told no stock. How come when billing was done and after purchase you can say no stock. Then when i asked harshly they told it will be delivered on sunday 24th may. Today 25th may i again called with details, i was told no stock. When i requested for managers ph no they told he is on leave. I met mr asid bhai manager, twice on 27th & 28th, every time he was telling it will be delivered today. Very bad situation and very bad service. My old machine is not working since 15 days hence i purchased new. If i was told no stock on the day of purchase i would have bought from some other shop...

                                  I just been to one of your store here in karimnagar district(telangana state) to buy washing machine...To my surpise, the store manager was talking very rudely when I asked about the product...
                                  I still kept quite for sometime and asked him to calm down and asked for his name politely...
                                  He started showting even louder at me infront of all other customer as if I came for some robbery...
                                  You can get the clear video recoreded from CCTV footage of your store.
                                  I will definitely not leave it here if you are not taking any action on him and I want him to say sorry else I will reach to consumer forum too...
                                  Please share mail id to which I can send receipt details of products which my friend brought from the same store before...

                                    Hi I have purchased chimney on 16.03.2020 Invoive no 1207/19E/S-84868 .And they told it will be deliver on 18.03.2020 and it is not deliver even after the lockdown . I am calling daily to Bajaj show room and they are not responding and now they are customer team is telling that Bajaj show people are not responding so we cannot do any thing

                                      Invoice no. 1212/20/s-978, dated 23rd may 2020. Paid full payment as per sales folk and home delivery charges agreed to pay after delivery.
                                      Sales folk agreed to deliver next day even the my home distance from shop 2-3kms. Even after 24 hours passed no response. Given number in invoice not working.
