Updated by Mohammed Shuaib Bin Shafi This was the first time I had purchased an home appliances in Bajaj electronic. There is a saying that First impression is the last impression. My first impression with them is really horrible.
I have ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator (200 litres, single door, direct cool)
Invoice number : 1252/20/S-1928
But the product which I received was 265 litres, double door, frost free).
I Was in constant touch with the Showroom.
First thing is there poor customer service,
they give false commitments,
no history of call maintenance (we need to tell the problem from the beginning whenever we call ),
they said that it will be replaced by today evening (I was reporting them since yesterday evening) but till now (7:20PM) it is not resolved.
I also have a plan to buy washing machine within 2 months but seeing this service I think I need to look for some other showrooms.
I have purchased panasonic LED before lockdown from bajaj electronics kompally.. ph: [protected], [protected] .. i received it on MAY 23rd 2020..they said we send the person to installation and fitting in 24 hrs..still they didn't send and not giving proper response...when we are calling them giving rude response on call...
